HIRO's POV
At my office, my secretary, Trixie, is now perched on my lap. Her white blouse's first three buttons had come undone, exposing her cleavage and some skin.
"Ohhh. Attorney Hiro, f*ck me even harder! Ugh! F*ck me!" she almost pleaded as she pressed her hips against my long, firm crotch. I was biting my lip and holding her breast in my warm palms. "This is so good. Can I kiss you? Please, let me kiss you!"
"You can't. Just fuck me, or I'll fucking stop this." I grabbed her neck with my right hand and dug my crotch deeper, causing her to scream more ferociously.
"FUCK! That's so long and deep. More, please. More!" Trixie moaned, pleading.
"Sweetie, please lower your voice so no one can hear us."
"Okay. Okay! I'll do everything; just don't stop, attorney."
After that intense moment, I felt a mixture of desire and urgency. The sound of my phone alarm snapped me back to reality. It was a stark reminder that I had a court hearing to attend. As I looked at my phone, a sense of responsibility washed over me.
"We have to make this faster; I have a hearing to attend," I said.
"Yes, attorney." She quickly adjusted herself, her cheeks flushed.
I thrust as quickly as I can, causing Trixie to scream silently.
"Ahh! Ahh!" Trixie moaned in pleasure.
"Fuck! I'm cumming! Get down on your knees," I commanded.
Trixie bowed down in front of my enormous erect. I moved my shaft closer to Trixie's lips and rubbed it more before a white liquid burst out. We both gasp in the air.
"Good girl. Better fix yourself; I have to go now." I even gave Trixie, who is currently savoring my release juice, two taps on the cheek.
I am Hiro Del Fierro, one of the country's best lawyers. It's not about bragging because I'm just telling the truth. Truth is my second name! My name is very well-known in this field, that's not surprising. They called me 'Lawyer of No-Failed-Cases'... because ever since I started defending my clients inside the court, I haven't lost any of my cases. They trust me enough reason I have already built my firm, the D&F Law Firm.
Ever since that's what I have dreamed of. I want to be the boss when it comes to the firm; I also don't want other Law Firms who force their lawyers to handle a case that is against their will. I don't want to defend someone guilty of their doings because I still have principles in life. I am not a lawyer to protect the wrong people. I'm here because aside from being good at this, I want to help those people be free from false accusations. You'll never expect how smart I am when I'm inside of the court- and in bed. I'm very much single, but I still choose the women I have sex with because I don't want to lose my license instantly when an issue occurs.
After the hearing, I entered my office and fell into my swiveling chair. I immediately take hold of the table-top white folder. Shortly after, the door unexpectedly opened, and even though I didn't hear any knocking, Hiro heard several rounds of applause.
"Well done! Bravo! Bravo!" Philip walked over to my desk. He's Attorney Philip Castro; he's field of being a company lawyer. If I'm correct, he's in the Legal Department at El Zey Group, a company of my friend, Zeid. I didn't specialize in company law before, but it's okay because I'm too busy being a trial lawyer.
"Congratulations, Del Fierro-you've just won another serious case for the nth time," Philip chimed. I smiled before turning my attention back to what I was reading when he sat in front of the table. "I'm impressed with you," he said more.
"Tsk. It's not as difficult as I thought," I answered.
"Don't be overly humble. So? Later, let's have a party. What do you think?"
"I'll pass. I need to review my next case," I replied without even looking at Philip because my attention was on the folder I held.
"What? Do you have the following case right away? Dumb*ss, you genuinely are a workaholic. What is your next case, then?"
I was about to answer him when we were interrupted by a series of knocks on the door from outside.
"Come in!" I replied, and we both stared at the door slowly opening.
I saw Yella, the intern working as Philip's secretary, carrying a black folder. She dressed professionally, wearing a white top and a tight skirt.
"Good afternoon, Attorney Del Fierro; good afternoon, Attorney Castro," she greeted us.
I just nodded in response. Yella was used to the fact that Philip was just here in mine when she didn't see him in his own office, so that could be why she was here. Yella carefully made her way to our seat.
"Someone is waiting for you at the lounge, Attorney Castro-"
"I knew it! She's here again? Right?"
I just looked back at my reading because I have nothing to do with their topic.
"Yes, Attorney Castro."
Yella gave Philip the folder she was holding, and I caught a glimpse of it in my vision.
Philip accepted it, looked at it momentarily, and then sighed. "I repeatedly informed her I'm not yet available for Pro Bono."
"She said she's willing to pay half, sir."
Philip sighed again. I understand him because sometimes nasty clients don't know when the pro-bono isn't available yet.
"She already has my word that I'll return to her case as soon as I'm free to take pro bono cases, but I still have to prioritize the fully compensated cases. I find her to be quite irritating," he ranted. "Stay away from her and return to your desk," Philip added and closed his folder.
"But, sir, she's in the waiting area right now."
"Let her, just let her wait for nothing." I don't have a comment on how he takes care of his clients because we have different methods.
Yella nodded before turning around to leave the room. We can hear the footsteps and the closing door.
"It's stressful; I'll need to drink alcohol later." I just shook my head while laughing. "That Ellouise Trinidad is annoying." I even heard Philip whisper those words, which caused me to throw him a gaze quickly and frown.
"What did you just say? Ellouise Trinidad?" I at once asked, and he quickly glared at me. I need to clarify if what I heard is correct; it has been ages since I heard to that name.
"You knew her?" he astonishingly asked me.
So, I heard him right. I quickly closed the folder I was holding to pay attention to him.
"What's her case?" I asked directly. He handed me the folder Yella had given him earlier, which I quickly accepted.
"It's just about a land case," he answered as I looked at what was inside. "Why? Are you interested? That is just a small case, Hiro; and her defense isn't quite strong." I didn't look at him because I was busy looking at what was written on the paper.
Her file says she is the complainant.
"Her late father owed a lot of money to an elderly woman named Ms. Mrs. Tenor. If I recall correctly, Ms. Trinidad objected and launched a lawsuit against Ms. Mrs. Tenor because the old lady wanted the land to be used to settle all the obligations left behind." Philip explained to me, and I looked at him this time.
"Then what exactly is the issue? Why don't you accept it?" I asked more.
"In addition to the fact that her case is not particularly strong, she is requesting Pro Bono services. She again filed the paperwork indicating that she would pay me half first, although I had previously informed her that I was currently unavailable for a Pro Bono case. I really can't accept her because I have so many unfinished cases. I may stay at El Zey Company for the entire next month. And then, I'll prioritize my fully paid clients after that."
I close the folder. "All right, hand this case over to me," I said thoughtfully, noticing the frown on Philip's forehead again as if wondering.
"Hiro, are you serious? She can't even pay my retainer fee's worth 25,000 pesos per hour compared to you, that 250,000 per hour?" he guesses.
Yes! You read it right. My retainer fee is much higher than others. Trial lawyers are expensive. But of course, it still depends if the case appeals to a higher court. Well, the majority of issues I managed demanded the supreme court; that's why my fee doubled or even tripled in just an hour. "Then I'll make a pro bono," I answered back.
He laughed at me like I was throwing a corny joke. "Seriously, are you kidding me? My god, your signature is so f*cking precious. Tell me, what's the catch?"
I can't help but smirk at him and stand up quickly. I have no intention of answering that. That's too personal.
When I was about to turn my back on him to leave the office, he spoke again, which made me stop. "Did you know that woman, by any chance?"
"Maybe yes, maybe no," I answered, finally leaving the office while I was holding the folder.
Yes. I f*cking knew Ellouise. I knew everything about her, but that was before because now, that will change! It's been almost five years, and I don't expect we'll ever meet again. ESPECIALLY HERE AT MY LAW FIRM! I adjusted my coat and spotted Trixie in the middle of the hallway.
"Head to the waiting area, call Ellouise Trinidad and tell her to meet us in the meeting room. Don't say anything to her."
Trixie responded in a flirty way, "Yes, attorney."
I finally entered the meeting room and sat in front of a long inside table. While waiting for Ellouise, I face the transparent wall and keep smirking out of nowhere. I did not expect that we would meet here again. What is the catch? You will see.
After minutes, I heard a soft knock on the door. I am 100% sure it is Ellouise, so I didn't waste any more time looking back at her. I heard the door close softly until she said, "Attorney Castro?" she called from behind. Her voice is still sweet like before.
She thought I was Philip, so I slowly stood up and faced her. I noticed the automatic widening of her eyes, in shock, maybe when she saw me. I at once make a scan of her from her head to toe, secretly. Nothing much has changed in her except her wavy light brown hair and sexy body, unlike before. Her breast has also grown a bit, which is not what they used to be.
I smirk in my thoughts. She still looks beautiful in her simple white blouse and her faded jeans.
"You seem amused," I said, smirking after scanning her visual.
"H-Hiro." She mentioned my name.
I smirk again. Ellouise was guilty of what she had done before. I noticed it because I am a lawyer.
"Yeah. It's good that you still know me," I said nonchalantly.
She gulped badly. "I'm- I'm here for Attorney Castro, n-not you."
I knew that she was nervous at these times, and I could sense it. I slowly approached her, but she quickly backed away, so I smiled again. "I don't bite... don't be afraid," I smirk.
I started approaching her again; this time, she remained stiff while fighting my gaze.
"Ellouise Trinidad, I didn't expect that we would meet here," I said while looking directly into her eyes. There was no emotion in the tone of my voice because I was not sure if I was happy to meet her again.
"Y-yeah, I also didn't expect to see you here, H-Hiro Del Fierro," she said, stuttering.
We stared at each other for a few minutes and seemed to be reading each other's thoughts. Ellouise didn't even look bothered.
"Why don't we take a seat so we can talk more properly and comfortably?" I said and turned my back on her.
I was about to return to the table when she spoke again, which took me a little aback.
"As I've already stated, I'm not here for you but for attorney Philip Castro. So, please stop talking to me and show me, my lawyer. I have to speak to him. I have no business to discuss with you," she said emphatically. I faked a smile and ignored what she said, and went straight to the table. I took the folder that belonged to her and held it. I noticed that she also threw a gaze and suddenly seemed surprised.
"Are you talking about this business? Are you going to take a seat now?"
"Who gave you that?!" she asked, approaching me angrily.
"What do you think?" I remained calm with the words I was uttering.
"I don't have time to think, and I don't have time for this nonsense, Hiro!"
That is the thing that I like about her; she is too confident and bold. "I can help you with your case. I'm one of the best lawyers in the country-"
"Is it free?" she cutted me off. "I don't care if you're a great lawyer-I only want to know if it's free! I don't give a damn who you are or how good you are; all I need is a lawyer who can assist me with my case without charging too much. I am not as wealthy as you or your other clients. You know how poor I am, right? Maybe you are aware that I can't even pay you anything. That's why I'm asking you if it's free."
I feigned a laugh because of what she said and then slowly approached her. I stare at her for about 10 seconds- literally.
It feels like I am the one who owes something to her, which is why I secretly feel annoyed. It's as if she didn't do anything wrong to me, and most of all, it's as if she didn't hurt me!
I gritted my teeth to control my anger. "We can discuss that because I know you can't afford a professional attorney like me to handle your case, but I can't let you take advantage of me for free. There's no free in this world," I said in her ear. "You are aware of my empathy for those in need. Right? It's as if you don't remember how soft-hearted your ex-boyfriend- I mean, ME!"
You read it right. Ellouise is my ex-girlfriend who left me without any reason five years ago! She suddenly disappeared and forgot about our almost two years relationship, and this is our first meeting after she ghosted me for five years.
She quickly turned her head at me, making the distance between our faces small. Just a little bit of moves of her face or my face, we might end up kissing each other,
She looked at me boldly again. "I know you, Hiro, and what do you want in return? To punish me for what I did in the past. Tell me! Are you going to make me suffer for leaving you? For hurting you?"
"I'm not a bitter one, Ellouise. I don't hold any grudges. My life has moved on since you decided to leave. Look at where I am right now. Do you honestly believe that if you leave me without explaining why, I'll suffer alone? We're not inside a novel, Ellouise. Where not a character inside a book, this is a reality."
"Then what do you want?! Tell me now so that I can prepare myself.
"Be mine again and fulfill my lustful nights. I want your body. I want your service in exchange for my service. Be my bedwarmer! That's what I want!" I answered directly, which caused her to stop; maybe she didn't expect me to say that.
But, well, I'm deadly serious about it. I want Ellouise; I mean, I want her body! I want to f*ck her so severely and let out my anger through it. I want her to feel how hard my life was when she suddenly disappeared from my life. I know it will be against the law, but I will make sure that she gets what she needs in her case, and in return, of course, I will also get what I want. And that is to make her naked in front of me. That's exciting, right?
ELLOUISE's POV
My world suddenly stops spinning on what I have heard. I did not expect to hear those words from Hiro. This is actually my first time; that's why I can't digest it well. What did he think about me? Prostitutes? Call girl? What the h*ck is he thinking about me?
I couldn't help but raise an eyebrow at him and throw a deadly glare even though my knees felt weak. It's exhausting! I'm not used to him being this close to me anymore.
"Are you serious right now? Huh?!" I exhaled. "Are you sure that you are a lawyer? If you are, then I doubt you can even say something like that. Perhaps you're a p*rn star instead? How can you ask me like that as if it's not a big deal?"
"Because it's not a big deal!" he exclaimed, looking directly into my eyes. "Like it's something we haven't done before, Ellouise. Do you already forget about it?" He even lifted the sides of his lip. "The pleasure? My touches? My thrusts?" Hiro started stroking my shoulder. I felt the automatic burst of heat on my face. Thankfully, I got a snap of it and pushed him as hard as possible. He stepped backward from me, making me breathe easier this time.
"Watch your words! I'm warning you, Hiro!" I exclaimed. This is absurd! He is impossible.
"Why? I'm just telling the truth. We've done it before. Nothing will change if we do it again," he answered casually.
"Are you not attractive? You've achieved all the success you anticipated. Why not attempt looking for a woman or maybe paying a woman in clubs, given that you have a lot of money? It is certain that someone, or maybe all girls, will kneel in front of you. They might even be the one begging you," I said emphatically to him, and then I violently took my folder from the table. "I appreciate your offer. But I don't need your help anymore. I'd rather hire a different lawyer or sell my body to someone else instead of you," I still spoke boldly to him, and then I turned around to leave.
I know my behavior is annoying now because I have the courage to be angry with him while I was the one who left him before, but I don't care anymore because our relationship is far from this case.
"I know you'll come back to me, and I'll make sure of that, Ellouise" he said when I was only a few steps away from the door.
It looked like he was sure about that, but I just ignored him. I violently opened the door, and then I also closed it forcibly, where the sound made a bit more resonant throughout the hallway.
I took a deep breath to control my anger until I could get on the elevator. Fortunately, I was the only one inside, so I quickly leaned against the elevator wall and held tightly to the railings so I wouldn't fall.
I feel like my knees have finally weakened because of what happened. I was thankful that I didn't fall or shrink in front of Hiro because I didn't expect to see him in this latter, especially since he's the last person I would want to see in my life right now.
Fortunately, I didn't panic too much when I saw him.
Fortunately, I fought back my tears when I stared into his eyes like he was saying a lot. I know he looks mad, and I can't blame him. I wanted to hug him earlier, but I just restrained myself because I knew I had no right to do that to him.
You probably heard what I did to him. Yes! I left him! I was the one who ruined everything. No one is to blame but me.
I can't say if I'm sorry for what I did because somehow it brought something good to my life, and of course, I can also clearly see that it brought something better to him. It could be more on the regretful part than on the repentant. Especially since I'm not the type of person who finds regret in the end, because when I've done something, I fully accept whatever the consequences will be in the future. Why would you regret it when the damage you did is already there, right? Can you still bring it back? Not?
I can't say that our relationship was perfect, It's just that I love him, and he loves me. We shared our dreams; we were in each other's future, like other couples who seemed to be very sure of each other. But, like other love stories, our story ends up like this. He fulfilled his dream, but I didn't, and to be obvious, we made our future parted ways which I have considered a good thing. He wouldn't have become a lawyer if I hadn't left before. We both would not have gone-grow as individuals if we remained dependent on each other. Both are sure that our lives will be miserable if it comes to the point that we choose our relationship more than our dreams. Maybe, I just need to look at our heartbreaks more brightly.
I quickly stepped out of that building; I didn't want to return to this place anymore. When I saw Aze's pickup, I got on it and slammed the door shut.
"What happened? Does the attorney accept your case?" Aze asked, and based on the tone of his voice, he seemed to be interested in what happened between the lawyer and me.
"I'll tell you later, Aze, but I want to go home for now," I replied weakly to him, and I just averted my eyes so that he could not see the tears forming in my eyes.
The good thing is he never asked again, and without a word, he started the car while I looked out the window.
