Undercover Deception: Love And Torment

Author: : Ardisj Matthies
Genre: Modern
When I was undercover in the gang, I disguised myself as a kidnapper and kidnapped the family of wealthy businessman Fu Songchen. I even forced him to strip dance while he delivered the ransom. After the mission ended, I returned to a normal life-delivering food during the day and driving a taxi at night. Fu Songchen monopolized the delivery market and acquired the taxi company, leaving me completely unemployed. With a smirk, he said, "Be my girlfriend, and I'll take care of you." He truly spoiled me for three years, showering me with affection and making me the envy of many. But then, his first love returned. To win her over, he forced me to strip dance in public. Because he had never forgotten the hatred from our days in the gang. He wanted to take revenge on me, deliberately spending three years elevating me to heaven, only to let me fall heavily into hell.

Chapter 1

Undercover in the gang, I posed as a spirited young girl and abducted Brenton's family. I even forced him to perform a striptease when he came to pay the ransom.

Once the mission was over, I returned to my civilian life, delivering food by day and driving a taxi by night.

Brenton, using his influence and wealth, monopolized the food delivery market and acquired the taxi company, leaving me completely unemployed.

He smirked and said, "Be my girlfriend, and I'll provide for you."

He truly did take care of me for three years, showering me with affection and making me the envy of many.

But then, his first love returned.

To please her, he forced me to perform a striptease in public.

He had never forgotten the grudge from the gang days.

He wanted revenge, deliberately spending three years lifting me to the heavens, only to let me crash down to hell.

1.

In the dazzling nightlife filled with indulgence, Sarah wore a pure white dress, leaning against Brenton, looking so innocent.

"Brenton, I've never seen a striptease before. Let her dance for me," she pointed at me.

Brenton looked at her with indulgent affection, "Alright, darling, whatever you say."

Their display of affection was blinding.

Clearly, I was Brenton's official girlfriend.

Tonight, he suddenly said he wanted to eat king crab.

After I prepared it, I delivered it to him in the rain, and I was still wet.

Brenton's sleazy friends mocked me.

"Does Kallie really think that after three years with Brenton, she can become a wealthy lady?

What a joke!"

"Sarah's dad is a high-ranking official, a perfect match for Brenton. Kallie is just a plaything."

"I heard Mr. Willis recently went to Esceabar to order a diamond ring. He'll probably propose to Sarah soon."

I felt my dignity being ground into the dirt and turned to leave when Brenton snapped his fingers.

Immediately, someone brought over a box of cash.

Brenton looked at me with a mocking smile, "Take off one piece, and I'll give you a hundred thousand."

To fulfill Sarah's wish, he spared no expense.

So, I had no choice... but to dance!

After all, it was big money!

The DJ switched to sultry music, and I swayed onto the dance floor, wrapping my limbs around the pole.

Three years ago, while undercover in the gang, I had learned pole dancing in advance.

Now, with the music wild and the lights suggestive, I moved my body seductively, removing my coat to reveal my dress.

The crowd applauded and cheered, especially the men.

Brenton stared at me intently.

I slowly unbuttoned my dress, revealing the lace edge of my stockings...

The men's jeers grew more brazen, nearly lifting the roof with their noise.

Brenton's eyes blazed with fury, and he finally reached his breaking point. He rushed onto the stage, grabbed me, and carried me straight to his Lamborghini.

"You're such a tease, aren't you?

Trying to seduce them on purpose?"

He gripped the back of my neck, biting my lip as punishment.

I laughed, "It's just making money, nothing shameful. I took off one and a half pieces today, so deposit 150,000 into my account, okay?"

Brenton's eyes were filled with anger, and he sneered, "You're just a money-grubbing woman!

You humiliated me for money back in the gang, and I'll never forget it."

He hated me, believing I was truly a gang member, committing all sorts of evil.

In reality, I was undercover.

But due to a confidentiality agreement, I couldn't reveal the truth to him now.

We sped back to the villa.

Brenton dragged me to the bed.

The night was long.

The vase on the bedside table shook violently, spilling water that soaked the lace fragments on the floor.

I didn't know how much time had passed before Brenton was finally satisfied.

He got off the bed, his well-defined abs glistening with sweat.

I was exhausted, my whole body aching, especially my head.

Brenton leaned against the bed, lighting a cigarette, his body like a Greek sculpture, his gaze sharp and clear.

"Why pretend to be weak?

Do you think I'll still carry you to the bathroom like before?

Kallie, you're not worthy."

I knew he wouldn't cherish me anymore.

Because his first love, Sarah, had returned, and because he never truly loved me.

His past kindness was just a way to "kill me with kindness."

He made me fall for him wholeheartedly, only to abandon me cruelly, making me experience the pain of falling from heaven to hell.

He succeeded, and I was in deep anguish.

Last month, he could still gently make soup for me. This month, he only humiliated me to make Sarah smile.

Throwing money on the floor, making me bark like a dog, making me kneel to clean, making me dance a striptease...

Tonight, after being drenched in the rain, I caught a cold and developed a fever.

But Brenton received a call from Sarah, who coyly asked him to accompany her to a movie.

So Brenton immediately left, leaving me alone in the bedroom, coughing up blood.

I hugged the blanket and cried silently. Just then, I received a call from an unknown number.

"Hey, little Kallie, still alive?"

The voice on the other end was hoarse and unpleasant, making my hair stand on end.

"Neil, is that you?"

I asked cautiously.

Neil, a gang member, laughed heartily, "Three years ago, during the crackdown, we suffered a lot, but the boss didn't actually die. We're gathering the brothers to make a comeback!"

Chapter 2

Four years ago, Kallie, a member of the gang, was arrested.

She took her own life in prison.

The authorities, after a meticulous selection process based on her appearance, chose me to impersonate her, infiltrating the gang upon release.

I bore a striking resemblance to her and had undergone rigorous training to perfectly mimic her temperament and habits.

She was notoriously greedy, boisterous, and was one of the guys.

For the past four years, I have been pretending to be her, never daring to let my guard down for even a moment.

Three years ago, the campaign against organized crime succeeded, and the gang was dismantled.

However, the gang leader, Jerold, was rescued by a high-ranking official and mysteriously vanished during the thorough manhunt.

I must capture Jerold and uncover the high-ranking official he has bribed.

To achieve this, I continue to live as Kallie, adopting her lifestyle, mingling with the elite, and even performing exotic dances for money.

Finally, I waited for Jerold to reappear.

Three days later, in the basement level of the Diamond Crest Hotel in the city center, I met Jerold.

A scar ran through his left eye, giving him a menacing appearance.

"Little Kallie, I heard you've been ingratiating yourself with Brenton these past few years and making quite a bit of money, huh?

Now that I'm back in action, I'm a bit short on cash," he said, rubbing his fingers together.

Without hesitation, I transferred all the two hundred thousand dollars of pocket money Brenton had given me over the years to him.

I needed to earn his trust.

"Big brother, all the money I have is here. If it's not enough, I can ask Brenton for more.

But Brenton has a new flame now, and he might kick me out soon."

Jerold laughed heartily, giving my shoulder a heavy pat. "Good job, I knew I could count on you. I have a new task for you-make sure Brenton marries Sarah."

What?

I never imagined a gang leader would issue such an order.

Jerold's right eye gleamed with cunning. "Sarah's father is the deputy mayor of Rusnocia and a good friend of mine."

In an instant, I understood everything.

The high-ranking official Jerold had roped in was Sarah's father, Vince.

Jerold continued, "If we want to make a comeback, we need Vince as our insider in the political arena. We're in this together, and we must help him secure his position-by marrying his family into the wealth of Brenton!

With a capable son-in-law like Brenton, Vince will surely rise through the ranks, becoming our greatest protector!"

I quickly reported the secret collusion between Vince, the deputy mayor of Rusnocia, and the gang to my superiors.

A few days later, my superiors gave me new instructions: the disciplinary committee had begun a covert investigation into Vince. To avoid alerting the enemy, I must continue my undercover role and comply with all of Jerold's demands.

This meant I really had to follow Jerold's orders and facilitate the marriage between Brenton and Sarah until they were wed.

At Sarah's birthday party, Brenton held her close, flaunting their affection in front of me.

To please her, he once again humiliated me with a box of money.

I tossed the box aside.

"Don't give me money. I don't want it. I'll do whatever you want-bark like a dog, crawl on the ground, strip dance...

No problem!

Just kiss each other, come on!

Kiss!"

I clapped my hands, inciting the crowd to join in the chant.

Brenton was stunned, pulling me aside to quietly question, "What are you doing?

Aren't you usually all about the money?

Now you're pushing me and Sarah together?"

I laughed it off. "Aren't you happy?

Don't you love her the most?

I want you two to marry soon!

Live happily ever after!"

Brenton stared at me, gripping my shoulders. "No, this isn't right. If you love me, you should be jealous...

Of course, I don't care if you love me or not, I just, just..."

I answered briskly, "You're overthinking it. I don't love you."

Saying that hurt my heart because I was lying.

Brenton froze, moving closer. "You don't love me?

Then why are there tears in your eyes?

Why are your hands shaking?"

He stepped closer, cornering me, his long fingers sliding from my shoulders to my waist, gripping tightly.

His strong, fresh scent overwhelmed me.

He sniffed, touched, and squeezed me, finally letting out a satisfied chuckle, whispering in my ear, "Still dare to say you don't love me?

Your every action shows you do."

I pushed him away forcefully. "Don't touch me!

You make me sick!

There's no love between us, only a sordid financial arrangement.

Now the deal is over. You have Sarah, you can't touch me anymore."

Brenton's handsome face seemed to crack, disbelief filling his eyes.

"I don't believe it. In the past three years, did you really have no feelings for me?"

I met his gaze coldly. "That's right."

Just then, Sarah appeared, timidly tugging on Brenton's sleeve. "Brenton dear, what's wrong?

Did she upset you again?"

Brenton grabbed her hand, sneering. "Her?

A woman past her prime, making me upset?"

Sarah's eyes widened innocently. "But I thought you two were close. Brenton dear's room still has her photos."

Brenton immediately ordered our photos cut.

We had climbed Hasneau Mountain, visited Gucruiburg, Broatho, Ablyae, Oscoye...

So many beautiful memories captured in Polaroid photos.

Now they were all cut by the housekeeper, my half shredded and fed into the shredder.

All my personal items in Brenton's bedroom were thrown into the trash, my clothes burned.

The books I left in his study, the letters I wrote him, all burned.

The flames illuminated Brenton's cold, handsome face, his eyes filled with hatred.

Sarah was in high spirits, her joy almost visible, deliberately asking Brenton, "What about the money you gave Kallie..."

She wanted me to return the money I got from Brenton.

Quite the schemer, worthy of being Brenton's future bride.

Brenton didn't even glance at me, scoffing, "Do I need to beg for money from a beggar?"

He got up and left, his back proud and unyielding.

Sarah didn't follow him but turned to me with a mysterious smile. "Well done, little Kallie, no wonder you're Jerold's underling."

It seemed she had long known I was working for Jerold and that her father was in cahoots with him.

Her red lips curled arrogantly as she commanded, "Keep it up, make sure Brenton proposes to me, or... I'll have Jerold deal with you!"

Chapter 3

I've already broken up with Brenton. He treated me like an object, discarding and burning everything, almost severing all ties with me.

It's difficult for me to approach him again, let alone play matchmaker between him and Sarah.

Sarah came up with an idea: "Come to tomorrow's jewelry gala. Just say I invited you. Then, make a fool of yourself at
