" Mom why are you here?"his cold voice echoed in the sitting room as he ascend the stairs, with his hands tucked in his tuxedo suit like a demigod.

" don't I have the right to be here?"Mrs Del'mundo asked furrowing her brows

" you should at least let me know before coming" he said and sat down on a sofa

Mrs Del'mundo looked around the whole luxirious sitting room before sitting on a sofa facing him.

" don't you get tired of being alone?"she asked but he ignored her question by looking away.

" am talking to you Hillary Del'mundo!!"she half yelled with anger and sadness visible on her face.

" not now mom"he groaned and check his expensive and flashy wrist watch.

" I gotta go now" he stood up walking away leaving his mum

" don't tell me you're walking out on me?" She asked as she walked after him to the parking lot.

" what does it look like am doing"he said without turning back as he walked to his black Lamborghini.

" You're no longer a kid Hillary!!"

" Mom!! am just twenty five okay so let me off the hook already"he said and opened the car door but his mom hit the door and it shut immediatly with a loud thud making him to flinch.

" you're going nowhere if you don't set me a date to show me your fiancee"his mum said in a serious tone.

Mrs Del'mundo is a beautiful woman in her mid-forties with blonde hair and hazel eyes. She wearing a fitted red gown with slit at the back, a red heels and black designer bag.

Her heels kept clicking as she followed Hillary to the parking lot.

" are you ready to leave this house or we both remain here?"she smirked and he scoffed.

" mom really!! you're delaying my meeting, I have some clients to attend to for fuck sake!!"he groaned but Mrs Del'mundo wasn't ready to listen to him as she held the handle of the door so tight and Hillary let out a frustrating sign.

" Mom just give me some time I would find a bride for myself"

" same old story!! you keep telling same old story,how many times have you told me that?, no!!no!! don't answer it, I will do it myself"

" This is the one thousand and one times you've told me this"she rolled her eyes.

" why do I have such a crazy woman to birth me" he muttered lowly rubbing his forehead in frustration.

" I heard that"she said

" fine!!fine!! just give me a month, I promise to find a beautiful and elegant fiancee" he said feigning a smile

" I won't buy that!! it just one of your numerous lies just to let you off the hook, but trust me I won't let you fool me with your lies"

" I promise mom" he said with pleading eyes.

The woman he loves with his whole heart is his Mom and he can't trade her for the world. She's the only one who can make him smile even if he is mad, upset, sad.......

She's the best thing that has ever happened to him and she's the only person he is not cold towards.

" I won't fall for your pity face"she told her eyes again.

" Mom if you keep rolling your eyes they might fall off"he said and she rolled it again.

" are you leaving!!"

" Okay fine!! If I don't bring my fiancee after this month you gave me then you're free to get me one"

" Is that a promise?"

" Yes it is , so can I leave now?" He asked and she let go of the car's handle and he got in immediately.

" don't try me Hillary Del'mundo" she shouted as he drove out of his mansion.

" Such a crazy woman" he smiled and drove off to his company.

DOLPHIN GROUP OF COMPANIES

" You're welcome sir" the staffs all stood up to greet him but as usual he put on a cold look ignoring their greetings.

He walked Straight to his office without sparing them a glance.

He sat down in his chair, took the telephone which was neatly placed close to his laptop.

He punched a number on the telephone and placed it on his ear.

" Come to my office now"his commanding voice could send shivers down anyone's spine and without waiting for a reply he hanged up and concentrated back on his laptop.

Not to long a guy came dressed in suit, he is Reece Fargo his manager and assistant.

" Good morning Mr Hillary "Reece greeted but Hillary just nodded and Reece frowned.

He knew Hillary wouldn't answer his greetings right from the very first day he started working with him as his assistant and manager.

He has been cold towards everyone and barely talks except during board meeting or urgent meeting.

Some of the staffs in the office call him cold-blooded boss, cause he is as cold as ice.

" I wish his heart could be open again to love....... wait what am I bluffing, this dude here can't change no matter which lady comes into his life, and moreover all lady's are after his money and good looks anyway, they don't love him a bit and that's what is annoying me"Reece thought.

All this while Reece was lost in thought, Hillary stared at him for a while before continuing.

" How busy is my day?" His cold voice could make shivers run through anybody's spine cause of how cold he sounds.

" The investors from Moreno oil company would be here in an hour, you also have a meeting with the clients from Korea............."Reece kept reading from the tablet he was holding.

When he was done Hillary signed and relax his back on the chair.

" Sir should I cancelled your meeting with the investors from Moreno oil company" Reece asked with hesitation in his voice, cause of the look Hillary throwed at him.

" Did I complain to you?" Hillary raised his brows giving Reece a questioning look

" Thought you're tired of going to different meetings"Reece muttered.

" Are you tired of your job?" Hillary asked and Reece immediately shook his head.

" Prepare all what I need for the meeting with Moreno oil and also prepare my meeting with my clients from Korea" he said and turned to his laptop again.

Reece left his office and shut the door behind him. He immediately let out the breath he was holding since he entered Hillary's office.

Hillary Del'mundo is a multi-billionaire with different companies all over San Francisco and Italy.

His appearance is mouth dropping, and be witching. He is very girls desires, and when I mean every girl I mean all the girls and ladies in San Francisco.

They all get wet and squirt on their panties at the mere sight of him.

He is what we call cold as ice. He doesn't trust anyone except for his mom, which he trust with his life.

He happens to be the only son of the delmundos and the heir to the delmundos companies. If it were to be other heirs they won't work for their own money instead they will be busy squandering their parents money, and wasting their youthful days, then regretting when it's too late.

He worked day and night to prove to his dad that he is not as worthless as his dad thinks he is.

While he was growing up his dad never for once loved him except his mom. His dad always call him useless and worthless cause he doesn't mingle with people, he is slow witted , dull and many other things.

His father would engaged in a serious argument with his mom, asking her if he was really his father or maybe she slept with another man, cause Hillary didn't took after him.

Mrs Del'mundo would cry every night cause of what Hillary's dad always talks about, she feels he is indirectly calling her a slut. All this while Hillary was a witness to all this things which was happening, so he decided to be more wealthy and popular than his dad. And that was what brought about his success and determination, he was really determined to be successful and prove to his dad that he isn't worthless and useless.

He never for once asked money from his dad all through his struggle days, he prefer to ask money from his mom than his dad, and even when he became a billionaire he never for once relied on his father's money cause he was the heir,but created and everlasting fame for himself which was" the topped billionaire in all San Francisco". He made himself more wealthier than his dad, who couldn't help but jealous his son.

Many parents in San Francisco and across the globe always uses Hillary Del'mundo as an illustration for their lazy sons who refused to make good use of their lives. And he is also an inspiration to those who wants to be successful like him.

He is what people called perfection cause he got the good looks, money, and everything a girl loves and need in a guy, but he was never interested in any lady.

His mom always try to set him on a blind date but he will end up messing up, cause he wasn't good at things like that.

It's not like he wasn't good at going on blind dates with ladies, but he always ruined the dates himself cause he thinks every ladies his mom set up for him are after his money and good looks and not because they loves him.

"Sir the investors from Moreno oil are here"Reece came to inform Hillary.

" take them to the board room I will be there shortly" he said not removing his gaze from his laptop.

" Alright sir" Reece said and walked out of his office.

Reece took the investors to the board room and almost immediately Hillary walked in.

He has his usual cold expression on as he walked in with his hands tucked in his tuxedo giving him the killer look.

He walked to the middle of the long table, and sat at one end of the table, he unbuttoned his suit before sitting on his chair.

He went through the documents the investors gave him and signed without having a second thought.

" Mr Hillary we are ready to invest in dolphin group of companies"one of the investors said and Hillary simply nodded.

He finds it really difficult to communicate with people freely apart from his mom, who he could talk hours without even getting tired.

He finds his mom as the only person in his life he could trust without having a second thought, and any other person apart from her, are all after her money.

He walked out of the board room leaving Reece to attend to the investors. He went back to his office and continued sorting out some files when his phone started ringing, he took a look at the caller's ID and smiled when he saw that it was his mom.

" Mom what is it again"he groaned

" Don't forget your promise, today is first day of this month and by the time next month I want to meet a lady living in that boring house of yours"Mrs Del'mundo said.

" Mom am busy okay, talk to you later" he said and trying to hang up but she shouted making him to pull the phone off his ear.

" don't you dare hang up on me Hillary Del'mundo" she shouted.

" Mom try to calm down you will have an attack if you keep shouting like this"Hillary explained.

" It's non of your business just do as I say or you will get on my bad side"Mrs Del'mundo said.

" I wonder where dad saw such a crazy and psyco path like you"he muttered under his breath.

" I heard that asshole!!"she yelled again.

" See you later mom"he hanged up.

" That dickhead"Mrs Del'mundo muttered staring at her phone.

Hillary signed as he dropped his phone on his table, " I really need to clear my head"he muttered and punched a number on the telephone.

" Reece get me a cuppucciano right now" he commanded and hanged up.

Reece signed in frustration, he has been running errands and have no time to rest, and Hillary was making it more difficult for him.

" How I wish he could just smile a little he would look really cute"Reece muttered leaving his office to get Hillary the cuppucciano he asked for.

After work Hillary left for a bar to clear his head. He really needs to find a contracted wife before the month comes to an end.

His driver drove him to his favourite bar. He walked in and went straight to the bartender, he sat in front of the counter." Get me a glass of whiskey"his cold and husky voice made cherry to flinch a little.

She has never such a voice ever in her life, she new in this job of being a bartender, but she needed the money badly for her mom's surgery money.

She gave him a glass of whiskey as he asked and he immediately collected it and guped down the content.

She kept staring at the demigod in front of her, " how could a man be this handsome?" She wondered lost in her own world of thought. She never knew he was talking to her not until he raised his voice jotting her out of her thoughts.

" Get me another glass of whiskey"he ordered and she did as she was told and within two seconds he has guped down everything.

She began to wonder what on Earth was wrong with an handsome guy like him to be drinking this much.

He handed her the glass asking for another glass. She was hesitant at first but later scold herself, " it's non of your business cherry just do as you're told"she scold herself inwardly.

She gave him the glass filled with whiskey and watched how he drank the whole content. She was really tempted to ask him what's wrong with him but stopped herself.

He drank almost an entire bottle of whiskey and became really drunk. Cherry was really worried as she stared at the drunken angel in front of her.

The bar was about closing and the demigod in front of her wouldn't even remember his name if asked.

She tried getting one or two information about him so she would take him home, but he didn't say a word even when she asked him.

" How do I get him home now?"cherry taught to herself thinking really hard. She totally ran out of ideas, cause he doesn't know what to think anymore.

She moved closer to him and searched him, she shoved her hands inside his tuxedo and her hands touched his phone, she became relieved that at least she would call maybe his friends or mom or anyone related to him.

She on the phone and tried unlocking it but it has a password which she couldn't guess.

" How on Earth am I going to get him home this night for Christ sake!!"she muttered still staring at Hillary who was sleeping peacefully on the counter.

" I hope I could find something about him"she thought as she began to search his pocket and luckily for her, she saw his complimentary card.

She took a look at the card and a gasped escaped her lips " Hillary Del'mundo"she said in a whisper as she stared at his name in disbelief.

She has been wishing to meet him for once, since oceane has always been talking about her almost everyday, and now she has seen him face to face and more closely than when oceane saw him.

She shoved the complimentary card back to his suit, and moved closer to him helping him to stand up. At first it was really hard cause they both fell down, but she stood up and helped him up all by herself.

He placed all his weight on her, and she managed to help him out of the bar and boarded a taxi who took her to the direction of his house which she described to him.

Within ten minutes the car came to an halt in front of a gigantic mansion, cherry mouth was wide open as she stared at the most beautiful mansion she has ever come across.

" Sir can you please assist me in taking him inside?" Cherry pleaded and the middle aged man nodded.

He held Hillary's right arm while cherry held his left arm, as they both took him inside.

They got to the door and couldn't open it. Cherry doesn't want the man to get suspicious of her cause during the drive home the taxi driver asked her who she was to him and she lied that she is his girlfriend.

She shoved her right hand inside Hillary's pocket and brought out his card, before placing it on the side of the door with a square like glass, and immediatly the door opened and they both dragged him inside.

Cherry didn't know when a "wow"left her mouth as she stared at the classy and luxirious the sitting room is

" Thanks sir for your help I really appreciate" cherry made a little bow.

" Please take him to his room I will wait downstairs to give you a free ride home" he said and cherry eyes beamed with excitement.

She isn't happy about the ride but she was happy she would save the money along with the ones she had already for her mom's surgery.

She dragged Hillary upstairs, and got confused cause they were many rooms in the house and she couldn't decipher which one was his.

She dropped him on the floor and started opening all the rooms one after another till she got to the second to the last room on that floor. She guessed it was his room cause it looks neat and smells nice.

She walked back to sleeping Hillary and took him to the room and pulled his shoes and also loosened his tie before walking out of his room.

She met the driver still sitted and he stood up immediatly he saw her.

" Thanks once again sir"she said as they both walked out of the mansion.

He gave her a free ride home, she tried giving him some money but he bluntly refused.

He stopped in front of her apartment and she alighted before waving at him. She watched him drove off before walking into the house.

She met oceane watching TV and eating chips and drinking vodka

" Hi baby girl"cherry gushed excitedly

" What's up you look super excited"oceane said

" Yeah and you won't believe who I met today"cherry said pulling her snickers before wearing her flip-flop and jumping on the sofa to sit with oceane.

" So who did you see?"oceane asked focusing her attention on cherry

" I met your crush"cherry smiled

" Which of my crush did you meet?"she asked and cherry frowned and bite her lips.

" Oh!! I almost forgot that you crush on every cute guy"cherry muttered and oceane flickered Cherry's forehead.

" Hey that's not true I only crush on extremely cute guys, so which one of them"oceane asked really eagered to know the person cherry was talking about.

Cause she crush on idols like BTS, wealthy guys like Hillary Del'mundo and actors like Lee min ho.

" Hillary Del'mundo"cherry shouted throwing her hands up in the air.

" You're must be joking, how can you see Hillary Del'mundo... wait!! did you drink at the bar?, or you're running a high temperature to be spitting out nonsense" oceane touched Cherry's forehead and cherry yanked her oceane's hand from her forehead.

" Am damn serious I saw him today, he came to the bar where I work and got really drunk, so I manage to take him home, that's why I came home late"cherry said and ocean mouth hanged wide open.

" Tell me it's a lie"oceane said

" No am telling the truth"cherry rolled her eyes

" Congratulations baby girl, you're really lucky to touch her, go to his house... do you know how girls die touch him and myself is included" oceane said and cherry scoffed.

" What's the big deal of touching a billionaire, he is a human being like us"cherry muttered and stood up heading to her room.

" hey oceane what did you prepare for dinner"cherry asked from upstairs.

" Spaghetti and meatballs"oceane replied focusing her gaze back to the TV.
