Biscotti idols show happens just once a year, and of the over fifty kpop shows happening in Korea yearly, it ranks third, so any band who gets recognized in the show will definitely hit the jackpot that night.

The time is exactly 8PM, and the crowd of fans in the hall were already insanely excited, everyone obviously can't wait to see their favorite band on stage.

The usual tattling, gists and excitement was still going on in the crowd when the multicolored stage lights suddenly came on, and everyone focused immediately.

Manager Kim opened the door, and the moment he stepped in, all the members of TRUE LOVE stood, looking so tensed in their different stage outfits.

"Manager Kim? How come you're here" Jazzy said surprisingly, and even though he wasn't smiling, his dimples stood out on his cheeks.

"I was just restless, yunno how much effort I pulled before I was able to get you guys on this show, so please, no f**k ups" Manager Kim replied.

"We'll try our best as usual. We always try our best, we've always been doing that" Rhapsody replied, flipping her long hair.

"I know that, but yunno what I'm talking about, you guys failed 19 shows already and this is the twentieth, if this fails too then it's over" Manager Kim replied.

"H.O.T didn't attend the show, did they?" Lyric asked, adjusting her earrings.

"Of course they did! They're on stage right now and they're taking the spotlight as usual, that's why you guys have to give your best when you get out there!" Manager Kim said.

"TRUE LOVE, you guys will be the last to perform tonight, the numbers got rearranged" a lady director came in, handing Jazzy a tag.

"Last to perform? You mean number 40? How come we went from 10 to 40?" Freddy said, widening his eyes.

"Unfair, why always us?" Piper said a little bit angry.

"Blame the top directors" the lady replied and left.

"What the hell!" Freddy smirked.

"The most important is the performance, the number you perform with is meaningless, just don't burn it" Manager Kim said and left the room.

"Gawd, this is frustrating, now I'm losing hope for real" Rhapsody said, and Jazzy held her shoulders which are bare cos she's wearing an armless crop top. She's his girlfriend actually, everyone knows they're dating.

"Calm down, breathe in and out" he said, and she did, then he smiled and hugged her.

"I don't feel too good" she whispered, hugging him back.

"Let's just get it done with first, please" he replied, and she nodded on his shoulder.

He broke the hug and kissed her forehead.

"I love you too" she forced a smile, and Jazzy finally faced the others to meet them staring.

Piper got some calming pills and dropped them on her palm.

"Already? Aren't we supposed to be forty?" Jazzy replied.

"Your manager pulled some strings apparently, the stage is yours now" the lady said, and their panicking increased as they walked out of the room together.

Jazzy, Rhapsody and Freddy in the front since it's a slim corridor, then Lyric and Piper at the back.

They stepped into the background, and their hearts began racing so much, every single one of them.

No single scream or cheer from anyone in the crowd as they came out of the background to the main stage.

Their red and white lights came on, shinning on them as they took positions and portable microphones attached to their ears.

They haven't even started singing when someone began laughing in the crowd, and that distracted them.

Before they knew it, another person from the crowd began laughing, then everyone joined in the laughter, obviously laughing at them.

"Why the f**k is Jazzy wearing a dress from last year? Are you guys that poor?" Someone shouted, and Jazzy folded his fists so tight.

"I think Lyric should do something about her teeth, she resembles a rabbit!" Another one screamed, and the laughter increased as Lyric began crying instantly.

"Piper you should keep doing bangs, your forehead is worse!" Another scream came.

"Rhapsody looks like my grandma in her 50's!" Another person laughed.

The screams from haters got louder and louder, and a keg of juice suddenly flew from the crowd to the stage, coming straight for Rhapsody's face.

Everyone of them had tears in their eyes except Jazzy who had to act strong as the leader.

"What!!! Haven't I tried enough? We've debuted for a year now but no single concert cos no one attends, no successful show and no single fan!!! Why did we even debut? Rhapsody was already gone when Jazzy got to the back of the hall, and immediately he saw that, he tried to breathe out, but it was impossible, his breath came shakily, and he barely felt it.

He quickly held his chest and started staggering around, sweating as blood came out his nose. He was already gasping for breath with tears in his red eyes when Freddy got to him.

"Jazzy!" He held him, and immediately he saw his face...

"The attack? Piper get a nylon!" He shouted at Piper who was just rushing out too.

"He got the attack again?" Piper's eyes widened, and she quickly went for a nylon lying nearby.

"Where the hell is Rhapsody?" Piper said.

Jazzy finally calmed and stood, but before they could say a word, he rushed to the road.

"Jazzy stop right there!" Freddy ran after him with Piper.

"Jazzy!" Piper shouted as Jazzy stopped a taxi

Before they could get to him, he got in and left.

"Get the car! we need to follow him before he tries something funny!" Piper told Freddy, and he quickly rushed to the parking lot.

Jazzy came down from the taxi in front of the tallest building in the neighborhood, BB skyscraper.

He rushed in and didn't bother to use the elevator.

His eyes were turning on their own as he climbed the stairs fast.

The juice stain is still on his white shirt and cargo pants, then the blood on his nose and tears on his face. He looks like a total mess.

He was almost at the verge of death when he got to the top , and the cold night breeze hit his face, blowing his hair too.

He sighted the edge and walked there. He pulled off his white shoes and climbed it.

The ground from there is so scary, but who cares anyways? He's here for death, and it'd happen.

He cried more when he remembered how he had loved music from childhood, and how he left his poor parents in the countryside just to come here for music.

He was lucky to train under Rainbow entertainment with the rest of the band for two years, and he was so happy when he got to be the leader.

He had hoped for a green grass after debut, but things got even worse.

TRUE LOVE became irrelevant and the most hated K-pop band ever, and now the twentieth show failed too? Rhapsody broke up with him too!

She was the first member to join him in training before Freddy, then Lyric and Piper, and he could still remember their first kiss when he asked her out on the day they debuted.

"So you still have parents, and you have band members too who're looking up to you as their leader. Your band can only make it to the top in the future if you stay alive and keep working hard, so you see, nothing beats staying alive, Jazzy" she said at once, and tears fell from his eyes again.

"Let's go, I don't trust you" she grabbed his hand and stepped out with him, only to meet a jalopy bus just stopping in front of the skyscraper.

The rest of the band came down from it and rushed to them.

"Why did you come here?" Freddy asked breathlessly, checking him out.

"You didn't try to... Do it right?" Piper asked.

Diva dropped the second bottle of soju heavily on the table when she finished drinking, and she rolled her eyes up to look at Vee who was staring at her speechlessly.

He got disinfectant on a cotton bud and started applying it on the wound as gently as possible so he wouldn't wake her.

He successfully applied on the first knee without getting a sound from her, but immediately he started with the second...

"Ah!" She winced from her sleep, and he had to stop till she fell deeply asleep again before resuming.

He was blowing air from his mouth to the wound throughout till he was done.

He closed the kit and returned it, then he came back to her and stroked her hair a little.

"Goodnight" he smiled and left the house.

He got back in his car and sighed, his phone rang immediately. It's his dad's secretary.

"Yes? Secretary Jo" he picked.

"Why did you leave the mansion? Boss is back and you know what he's like" Secretary Jo replied.

"I'm used to it anyways, I'm on my way home, but can you get a motorcycle ready before tommorow night?" He asked.

"Motorcycle? Why?"

"I need it for something personal, just get it ready... Please" he replied and was about to hang up when he saw the lights in front of Diva's house flickering, it became unstable.

"And can you please find an electrician to fix something for me in Myeongdong? Before tommorow morning...yeah"

He hung up and looked at the house again before driving away.

It was just a ten minutes drive, but the ten minutes were heavy ones in the car, and he was at the verge of tears before he even got home.

He got out of the car and swallowed hard when he looked at his house, a house that's supposed to excite him anytime he sees, it's the other way round cos of his dad.

He walked in with shaky breaths, and he met the maid by the door.

"Boss is in his study" the old woman said with pity in her eyes for him.

"Oh...ok" he forced a smile before walking to the study door.

He slowly pushed it open, and he met his dad in the study, working on his laptop with his glasses on as usual.

He immediately dropped the laptop and stood, he walked briskly to him and slapped him hard across the face, making him fall on the ground heavily.

"Haven't I told you never to leave this mansion till the election will be over? You can't be caught fooling around with those friends of yours at a sensitive period like this! I can't lose people's vote!" Mr. Hwang yelled.

"I didn't hang out with my friends, they're not even in Seoul presently" Vee replied. His tears spilled on his face already.

"You think I don't know you have more than two? I'm talking about the one you call your bestie! Bastard!" Mr. Hwang slapped him again, and his head hit on the wall.

"Argh!" He cried out, holding his head as it began bleeding.

"Yunno what? ..." Mr. Hwang said and took off his wristwatch, then his glasses.

He dropped them on the table and removed his belt from his loops.

"Shirt off" he ordered, and Vee let go of his bleeding head to take off the shirt.

He lay down flat as usual, and Mr. Hwang folded the belt in two before bringing it down to his bare back, hard...

Vee bit his tongue so he wouldn't shout as tears rushed out of his eyes. Lashes kept landing on his back nonstop.

Who would he tell? How would he explain, that Mr. Hwang is not his biological father.

NEXT MORNING, TRUE LOVE DORM**

Jazzy didn't sleep throughout the night, all he did was trying Rhapsody's line till the early hours of the morning, and it remained switched off.

He only slept off at 6am, and he was still sleeping when Freddy came in with the others.

"Wakey wakey!!!" Lyric shouted, and he smiled out his dimples.

"Is everything ok?" He asked, taking turns to look at each of them.

"We can't enter our leader's room again? C'mon man!" Piper shouted and hugged him. Freddy and Lyric joined the hug at once, and Jazzy smiled as he hugged them back.

"We're here for you, so no use thinking of Rhapsody anymore, music is inspiration, and once it's gone, it's gone. Ion think we can ever have her back" Freddy said.

"That's true, so let's have our cheerful leader back right away" Lyric pouted, and Jazzy scattered her hair playfully.

"So... we're gonna remain four without a main vocal?" Piper said.

"That's impossible, I think Manager Kim is gonna talk about getting a new main vocal when we get to the company" Jazzy replied.

"But as a band, we can still visit Rhapsody for the last time if you guys want" Lyric suddenly said, and they all turned to her.

"She's homeless before she joined the band, no one knows where she might be right now" Freddy said

"Wrong, I once heard her talking to a friend on phone, and the friend said if she ever needs somewhere to come to, Glory Villa in Daechul is always available" Lyric replied.

"Really? So we need to go to the villa after leaving the company" Jazzy brightened up.

"Happy now? Now let's go brush and make breakfast together" Freddy winked, and Jazzy smiled knowingly.

"Last person to get to the kitchen is doing the dishes" he said and jumped down the bed immediately.

"Cheating!!" Lyric shouted as he ran out of the bedroom before them.

He was laughing so loud as they ran after him.

"Are you sure I'm gonna see him in his studio today?" Rhapsody asked as she dressed up in the bedroom.

"Of course! My lead is always so sure, Vodka will be recording in his studio today by 10" Fave replied. She's laying in bed, chewing gum and pressing her phone.

"Fine, I just hope I get to meet him, I'm so desperate" Rhapsody said, zipping up her skirt before facing Fave.

"How do I look?" She asked.

"What the hell are you wearing! You're not going to church missy! It's a no!" Fave stood from the bed and dropped her phone, then she fished out another dress from her wardrobe and gave her.

Three minutes later, Rhapsody was already putting it on, and Fave smiled immediately, spanking her @ss.

"Go girl! You got this!"

"Is this really ok?" Rhapsody asked, adjusting the short gown in the front. It left half of her b**bs exposed.

"Of course! Just make eye contact and it's all done" Fave replied, and Rhett came out.

"F**k! Rhap, don't tell me you're going out that way! When did you become Fave?" His eyes widened.

"What do you mean? She looks s*xy" Fave glared.

"See ya later!" Rhapsody smiled and left the house.

"Fave are you mad? She's not the type of girl to do this, why are you indulging her?" Rhett faced her.

"Well she wants fame and she has to pay the price, I'm only helping her" Fave rolled eyes and pushed him to the bed before entering the bathroom.

Rhett sighed.

RAINBOW ENTERTAINMENT**

The jalopy bus stopped in front of the building, and Jazzy led out the band, they entered the building together.

There are many other artists and bands who're signed under the agency, but of them all, TRUE LOVE comes last.

The managers of bands that are doing well began laughing at them as they walked past their offices, and they didn't do it in secret, they were laughing at their faces as their walked past, and Lyric had to plug in her headphones so she wouldn't hear anything again.

Piper swallowed hard when four hot girls came out of a room, and Freddy's eyes widened. Jazzy folded his fists, and Lyric removed her headphones.

They're the most popular band in Rainbow entertainment, called MOONLIGHT, a girl band whose aura burns.

They come after H. O. T., And they're preparing to release an album next week.

Their leader (Pinkie)is in the front, leading the other three as they walked past.

TRUE LOVE had to stop and make way for them since the corridor is not so wide, and as they walked past, Pinkie made a secret eye contact with Freddy, and he wondered why.

They finally left, and TRUE LOVE entered Manager Kim's office directly.

They met him eating cup noodles, but he dropped the cup immediately they entered.

"My babies!" He stood and hugged Freddy and Jazzy at once, surprising them.

They were expecting him to scold.

"I totally understand that it has been hard since debut, but why did you try suicide Jazzy? Just why?" He said, and Jazzy quickly broke the hug.

"Freddy you told him?" He faced Freddy.

"It wasn't me" Freddy replied.

"Not me too" Piper said, and he faced Lyric.

"It was me, I was so scared you might try it again" she muttered childishly.

"Just promise me one thing, that it'd never happen again" manager Kim said.

"I wasn't thinking last night, so there's no way I'm trying that again" he replied, and Manager Kim inhaled.

"I found a replacement for Rhapsody" he said.

"Already?" Jazzy blinked.

"Of course, we're not giving up yet, and I promise y'all she's a cool girl, she'll soon be here just wait"

VODKA'S STUDIO, 10:30AM**

Packs of students were already waiting in front of the studio, holding cardboards with various inscriptions for Vodka.

"I love you idol!"

"Wish to rap like you one day!"

"Wish my future husband would be as handsome!"

"You're my future!"

Rhapsody was blinking naively as she joined them, and she was about to ask one of them when Vodka would be coming when a Ferrari stopped in front of the studio, and Vodka came out with his guards.

He was wearing expensive fashion shades as usual, and he kept it on as his fans rushed to him, confessing love, asking for autographs and pictures.

His guards surrounded him, shielding him from the fans as he started entering the studio.

He was smiling through his black shades, waving his gloved hands cheerfully, but immediately his eyes caught Rhapsody who was still standing on her spot, he removed the shades and secretly looked at her face and br*asts before entering the studio.

"Did he just... look at me?" Rhapsody smiled.

DIVA'S PLACE, 11AM**

Diva's eyes opened slowly, and immediately she saw the ray of sunlight which slipped in through her open window, her eyes widened, and she spranged up.

"How come I slept so long? Gosh!" She picked her phone as she yawned loudly.

Her eyes widened when she saw ten missed calls from Manager Kim, and his messages!

"What!" She gasped and dropped the phone.

She rushed into the bathroom immediately, brushing and bathing within ten minutes.

She dressed up hurriedly and ran out of the house, almost forgetting to lock the door.

She came back to lock it and continued her race downstairs where she flagged down a taxi and rode to Rainbow entertainment.

She ran into the building and sprinted till she got to manager Kim's office.

TRUE LOVE left already, so he's the only one in.

"They left after waiting for hours, what took you so long Diva!"

"Mianhae....jinjja neomu neomu mianhae...(sorry, I'm really very very sorry), I...

"I'm planning to sign you as the new main vocal of the band, today" he cut her off, and her eyes widened.

"Boragu!"

"Go pack your things, I'll take you to the dorm"

"Just like that? What happened to their main vocal?"

"She left, and you're the only one I can call on right now, please just...

"I'm in" Diva cut him off, and his eyes widened.

"Really?"

She smiled.

DAECHUL, GLORY VILLA**

"This is it" Lyric said as she came down from the bus with the others.

"How do we find her?" Jazzy said, and a taxi stopped in front of the building immediately, Rhapsody came out, and their eyes widened.

"What the hell are you wearing? Rhapsody" Piper muttered shockingly.

"What the f**k are y'all doing here? I said I'm done!" Rhapsody shouted.

"You left music for prostitution?" Freddy said.

"You're a fool for saying that!" Fave fired from behind, and she finally came to view, pulling Rhapsody to her side.

"She's done with you losers, now bounce" she said and started taking her away

"Eonni!" Lyric shouted, and Jazzy followed them.

He pulled Rhapsody's other hand, and Fave turned around immediately, dazing his face with a slap.

"Jazzy!" The rest rushed to him as he staggered.

"F**k you!" Piper tried slapping Fave back, but Lyric held her hand.

"You can't, big sis there's a camera here and if the footage gets out, then we'd be done completely" she said.

"No leave her, let her do it and I swear I'll destroy your band completely, washed up idols, my friend is done with y'all" Fave rolled eyes and took Rhapsody in.

"Are you ok?" Freddy rubbed Jazzy's red cheeks, and he nodded.

"I'm fine"

HWANG MANSION, 7PM**

Vee stood in front of the mirror in his room after taking off his shirt.

He was checking out his bruised back in front of the mirror, and he felt insane pains as he touched it slightly, remembering last night.

His wounded head is patched too, but all won't stop him from executing his mission anyways.

He put on his black shirt and boot, then he picked the motorcycle key on the table and left the room.

Just thinking about Diva's bruised knees and tears last night is making him wanna tear Vodka apart.

He was about to leave the house when the old maid blocked him.

"Young master, you shouldn't leave the house again tonight, the boss is...

"Don't worry about me, I'm used to it" he smiled and left.

He met a motorcycle parked in the driveway and took the helmet. He put it on and mounted, driving out of the mansion.

He drove out of the street, and in twenty minutes, he entered Vodka's neighborhood, but he was stopped by cops .

"Hwang Vee?"

"Son of the assemblyman, what are you here for?" One of them asked.

"Vodka is a new friend, here to see him" he smiled.

"He's not in"

"He told me to wait" Vee smiled again.

"Let him in"

The gate was opened for him, and he drove in.

There's only Vodka's house in the small neighborhood, so it's silent till he got to his place and halted the bike.

He came down, and luckily for him, Vodka's car drove in at the same time.

The street is safe, so he doesn't come home with guards, just him and his manager who drives him, but his manager is unluckily not with him tonight.

"Hwang Vee?" He said, smirking arrogantly as he came out of his car.

"Yeah, that's my name! stinking motherf**ker!" Vee replied and walked fast to him.

He punched him so hard on the jaw.

"F**k!" Vodka went down with a bleeding mouth, and Vee kicked him on the tummy next, making him roll to the other side of the road.

"Argh!"

TRUE LOVE DORM, 7:30**

Everyone alighted from the bus immediately it pulled up in the front, and they entered the dorm at once.

"Lyric, please turn on the lights" Piper said as she fell tiredly on the couch.

"I'll do it" Freddy replied, and Piper smiled as he turned on the lights.

Their eyes widened at once when they saw someone sitting on the center table.

Her head is covered with a hoodie, and she's eating from a bowl of noodles, she has her headphones on, playing so loud in her ears.

"Arggggghhh!!!!!!!!!!" Lyric and Jazzy screamed at a time and passed out.

"Nugu...seyo? (Who...are you?) Piper asked slowly, and it met with when the song ended in her headphones, so she heard and looked up.

She removed her hoodie and headphones, making her hair scatter on her face, she looks scary like that .

She smiled and drank chilled water from a keg, then she stood on the table.

"Annyeong, I'm Bae Diva, your new...

"Ahhh!!!!!" They screamed, interrupting her introduction as they went down too, fainting like the other two.

"Fainting competition?" Diva muttered and ate an egg from her noodles before falling too, fainting with one eye closed and the egg bulging on her right cheek.
