Ties From Last Life

Days passed but for Edward, every day started with the hope of meeting Samara and ended up in disappointment.

He doesn't know how to find her, he doesn't know whether she kept her promise or not.

He doesn't know whether she reincarnated or not, if she didn't reincarnate he will die single. He will wait for another life to be with her, he will wait till god blesses him a life with his Samara.

Edward was very busy nowadays; he set up an orphanage for his brother and Ethan engaged himself in the orphanage.

He made the orphanage his life, he always thought that he lost his child because of his mistake.

Today Edward was hell busy in his office; he was trying to finish his work as soon as possible because he had to leave for a business trip around 3 pm.

He finished his work and his assistant Zack came in and said, "President, we should leave now"

Edward nodded and picked his court from the back of the chair and walked out followed by Zack.

His car was already waiting for him. He walked out of the building and entered the car.

He had two cars in front of his car and two behind loaded with his bodyguards.

Soon they reach the airport, Zack opens the car door for Edward and he walks out.

Almost every girl or woman gasped seeing such a handsome man, he was wearing a black Armani suit.

Edward was used to such attention he ignored all of them and started walking followed by almost twenty guards.

He was looking at his phone and suddenly his eyes fell on the big screen hanging on the front wall; he was shocked to see the person on the screen.

Same eyes, same hair, same milky white skin, he was unable to believe Samara still looked the same as her last life, irresistible beauty.

He unknowingly walked towards the tv and touched the screen, he was lost in admiring his Samara.

Zack had never seen his boss like this, he stood next to Edward and cleared his throat, and said, "Boss we should leave"

Instead of replying to him, Edward ordered, "Cease whole airport and tell me in which area is this girl"

Without any question, Zack ordered the bodyguards to cease the airport and he made some call and said to Edward who was still looking at the screen mesmerized.

"President its east wing of the airport and the girl on the screen is on exit gate"

Edward's eyes still didn't leave the screen and he asked, "What is happening there?"

"President, she is on the screen because a social media reporter is taking interviews of random people and she is one of them"

Edwards once again touched the screen and said, "Take me there"

Zack nodded and they both started walking.

Although Zack follows Edward's all the orders without even thinking, he cannot deny that he had never seen Edward like this.

This was the first time Edward has shown interest in any girl.

Zack smiled internally thinking finally they are going to get their Mrs. President, and she is indeed beautiful.

Her beauty is unique, her forest-green eyes, her curly hair, she looks like an angel from heaven.

On the other hand, Autumn, who had just landed in New York and walked out of the airport with her parents, a social media reporter came and started asking questions to her about NY city.

She was answering the questions when all of a sudden the entire airport ceased and it was announced that it was because of some emergency and it was requested with everyone to be at the place where they were standing.

No one was moving, and suddenly she saw a handsome man,no... not handsome man, a Greek God walking towards her.

She was unable to believe anyone can be this handsome, and he was looking at her.

The Greek god walked in front of her and before she could say anything he snaked his one hand behind her waist and pulled her closer and another hand behind her neck.

And he kissed her, Autumn was so lost in his beauty and the moment he kissed her she felt, 'god his lips are so soft and warm'

The moment he entered his touch inside her mouth at that time it clicked Autumn what was happening.

She started pushing him but Edward felt like he got his lost honey pot and he was busy sucking her lips hungrily.

Autumn pushed him with all her power and he budged a little, and without saying anything she slapped him.

All the bodyguards pulled out their guns and pointed at Autumn, she was scared now her throat went dry but immediately she heard the sexy voice of the Greek God standing in front of her.

"Put your guns down, she is your Mistress," said Edward, without any question all the bodyguards kept their guns in their respective places and bowed in front of Autumn.

Autumn was hell confused she looked at Edward angrily and said, "Who the hell are you and how dare you take away my first kiss"

Autumn was speaking while two elderly people (Her foster parents) standing next to her were trying hard to stop her from spouting nonsense because they knew who Edward is.

But Autumn was facing Edward strongly.

Edward was so happy that he didn't mind her slap also, he was unable to hold back himself after tasting her lips and he again attacked her lips kissing hungrily.

Autumn cannot deny that she loved this unknown sensation of his kiss, but at the same time, she felt annoyed because he took away her first kiss without her acknowledgment and now the second one.

She tried hard to push him but this time his hold was way strong to leave her.

He kept on kissing her for the next few minutes; he let her go when he felt her getting suffocated.

He kissed her forehead and picked her bridal style ordering Zack to bring her parents to his place with respect.

Poor Autumn kept on struggling in his arms but his grip was very tight, she started cursing him, "You idiot, who the hell are you? are you not scared I will report to police about your misbehave"

"My brother will kill you if he got to know about this incident"

But Edward had turned dumb, he just kept on looking at her, he knows how much he missed her.

He took her to his car and one of the bodyguards opened the car door for him, he entered the car with her in his arms.

After sitting in the car also made her sit on his lap instead of the seat.

Autumn was tired now asking questions to this dumb man in front of her, she sighed helplessly and said, "What do you want Mister?"

Edward replied without wasting any time, "I want you to marry me"

Autumn was shocked and surprised at the same time, how can such a handsome man ask her for marriage and till now how many women has he proposed to.

She tried to look into his eyes, but for some unknown reason she felt scared and asked looking elsewhere, "What nonsense you are talking we met ten minutes back and you want to marry me"

"How many women have you proposed like this?"

"How can you think I will accept?"

Although she was scared but she tried to be strong and continued, "Don't think I am scared of you"

"I am very strong, my brother will break your bones the moment he knows about all these"

Edward was just looking at her, he smiled listening to her, although she looked exactly the same as her last life but her attitude is different.

And he liked her, this side also, she is like a little angry bird, she is talkative, he felt like he was falling again for her.

On the other side, Autumn continued blabbering, trying to threaten Edward taking her brother's name, little did she know that Edwards hardly heard her words, he was continuously looking at her.

And somewhere in her heart Autumn liked the way he was looking at her, she knew that they just met but it felt like she knew him for a long time.

It never happened with her after her parent's death that she would sleep without sleeping pills, but today being tired of talking, scolding, and threatening Edward she slept in his arms like a baby.

Edward felt so happy, she was like this in their last life also she would sleep immediately in his arms.

After some time they reached his home or we call it a palace.

Her parent's car also followed her and they also reached at the same time.

When they saw Edward coming out of the car carrying sleeping Autumn in his arms, both were shocked they thought Edward did something to her.

Autumn's parents knew who Edward King was; he is not someone to mess with.

He lives in his world without bothering anyone but if anyone crossed his path, the life of that person can be like living hell on the earth itself, and that's the reason so one dares to mess with his.

And Autumn had slapped him on the airport in front of the whole airport, he might have done something to her to take revenge.

Mr. Walker ran towards Edward and said panicking and pleading at the same time, "Sir, please leave her she is still a child, she doesn't know you, I apologize on her behalf"

Edward ordered Zack who was standing behind Mr. and Mrs. Walker, "Zack please bring them to my study" and walked away.

Zack showed the way to Mr. and Mrs. Walker with respect.

Edward walked towards the palace holding his queen in his arms.

The moment he entered the living room one saying of his Dad flashed in his mind, "Women of the King's family should enter their house first time in the arms of her husband"

At this moment his heart was filled with happiness, finally, after waiting for 26 years he got his wife back, he got her for whom he was breathing till now, and she also being his women entered their house in his arms only.

All the maids and butler bowed in front of him, without noticing them he walked to his bedroom watching Autumn's face.

Butler and maids of the house were shocked to the core, they had never seen any girl entering this place and today their master bought a girl and that too in his arms.

Edward gently laid Autumn on the bed, set the ac temperature and covered her with a soft duvet.

After making sure that she was sleeping comfortably, he walked out of the room closing the door gently making sure not to disturb her.

He ordered Butler to assign two maids at the door of his bedroom and take care of Autumn's needs if she wakes up.

He walked towards his study room. Mr. and Mrs. Walker immediately stood up from the chair when he entered the study room.

Edward nodded them to sit, they sat hesitating.

Mrs. Walker said in a pleading tone, "Sir, we are really sorry for what our daughter did, please forgive her she is too young and naïve"

Edward was listening to her carefully after she was done he said, "Mr and Mrs. Walker I want to marry your daughter"

They both were so shocked that the next few minutes they were unable to speak anything.

After almost ten minutes Mr. Walker said gathering some courage, "Mr. King please punish us instead of her but please let her go"

Edward understood that they are scared that he is doing this to punish her, he said, "Mr. Walker I am not going to punish her, will you believe me if I will say that I fell in love with her at first sight"

Mrs. Walker asked still in a scared tone, "You will no..not punish her for slapping you in front of everyone"

Edward nodded negatively and said, "How can I harm her, whom I love the most in this world"

Mrs. Walker was still not sure that Edward will not harm Autumn, he asked hesitating, "Sorry for my impudence, but how can you marry a girl whose name also you don't know"

Edward wanted to say he doesn't want to know her name. She will be Samara for him forever, but he knows if he tells anyone about their past life no one will believe it and they might think that Edward had some mental issue.

Edward smiled and replied, "Mr. Walker I understand your concern as a father as you know so much about me than you must be aware that I don't talk nonsense"

"You should know I don't have any benefits attached to this marriage, I just want your daughter to be my wife that's it"

Mr. Walker again retorted but keeping the respect, "Mr. King being a father of a daughter how can I be assured that my daughter will be happy with you, what if you go back on your words"

Edward replied, "Okay Mr. Walker I understand your concern, why not you only tell me how can you trust me, that I will never harm your daughter"

Mr. Walker hesitated in speaking, Edward encouraged him, and collecting all the courage he said, "I want you to transfer half of your properties on my daughter's name immediately after the marriage"
