The royals

King Adeyemo and his queen and his Children on the dinning table, king Adeyemo keeps ordering the waiters to keep piling up food for Adebayo while Adebimpe and Adeola keeps on watching the king as he kept ordering the waiters to concentrate on their brother.

This is how it has always happens Oyetoro palace, the king places his son Adebayo the heir above everybody in the palace because he was too happy when Adebayo was born that his lineage won't be wipe off from the Royal family name.

The queen herself is not allow to even control the heir because the father believe he alone can teach him how to rule the Oyetoro kingdom successfully.

"Father am still waiting " Adebimpe says , "the food is still on the table waiting for you to dish it out" replied king

Their mother turn to another waiter to serve the girls.

" Please serve the girls, they are famished" the wueen says.

" I am so sorry my queen, I cannot go beyond the order of his Majesty, because the prince and the king as to be served first before anyone" the waiter says and the queen was so pissed off that she was only keeping her cool because the children are there.

"This is so unfair, your highness, we are also human and member of the Royal family, so why do we have to wait for you and the king before eating , you are a king and you are suppose to do things equally in this our family because we are the role model to the people of this Town" said Adeola.

the king didn't utter a word because he wasn't ready to start explaining himself than things should be done the way he wants .

After the king and Adebayo was served then ghe waiter and waitresses served them their food althought she was still angry but she is tired of them fighting over and over again on this issue.

Soon they all began to eat and Adetola began to talk about her futire dreams.

" Mom, I would really like become a medical doctor in a foreign land and also get married into the foreign Royal family, I am talking about somewhere like sweden, United kingdom, Belguim, I love the lifestyle of their royals" Adetola says.

" Like seriously, wait till you get bethroted to some prince here " Adebimpe says.

" And I am never going to accept that, I wanna make my choice" Adetola says " And moreover you are older and you haven't been bethroted to anyone" Adetola saya as she stuff some mosel of swallow into her mouth.

"I want to become a fashion designers, have my brand popular go on a run way, you know meet with a lot of people , who knows maybe I would end up marrying a celebrity" she says smiling then her smiling was cut short when her father dropped the boomerang.

" Well for your information Adebimpe, you cannot do whatever you like under my roof, you will do as I say, I will choose my own choice of course for you and also when I see the right man that you will be bethroted to then that is when you will have your own fiancee".

Adebimpe lost appetite in the food and tears are beginning to gather in her eyes, she has never made a descision of her own since the day she has been born, whenever she tries to make a descision on her own it usually get flopped by her Dad.

She wish she was born into another family, she wished she was born a boy like her brother Adebayo maybe she would have been able to make a descison on her own.

Maybe she shouldn't have been born a princess that is another thing she always think about.

Adebimpe knows her father as never cared and loved her like she does , she and her sister Adetola has always done many things in their father way just to satisfy him but nothing matters to him than Adebayo is the heir and that he needs to be pampered.

He tours with their father and their mother all around the countries but they would have to wait for their own turn which is when they get married.

Maybe because Adebimpe has always been the gentle and cool girl unlike Adetola who cannot satisfy people for too long just like she said that she was going to become a princess in another man's country and also says she was going to be a medical doctor she is going to pursue it and won't back off until she achieve her dreams but Adebimpe is the easy giving up girl whenever her dad says you cannot do this she just accepts it just like that while Adebayo gets everything he wants except for him saying he dosen't want to be a king in the future.

The king dosen't force him to do anything afterall he was going to be sitting on the throne in the future.

The queen is trying hard to balance the love between her children she sometimes even speak to her husband against this but it seems the king just doesn't want to understand that he should share his love among all his children.

They all finish eating and Adebimpe rushes into her room.and goes to cry, her mother saw how she run into her chamber and she knows she must have gone to cry her eyes out.

The queen waits for all the children to leave the dinning and all the workers responsible for the dinning should clear the dining.

Then she went down on her knees, my husband, my king , the king of Oyetoro kingdom, please I beg of you for how long are we going to keep a tradition of the days of our father? Please my king, do not let us choose for Adebimpe, the Royal.institution of today dosen't force children against their will, let us leave them.to make their choices" she says.

" Woman!" He said in an hoarse voice and the queen knows once he changes his voice it means anger so the queen stood up and quickly walk away.

'Welcome father , how was your journey , said Adebimpe "

"Thank you, Adebimpe , the journey was alright , where is your mother" said the king " .

"Mother is inside her room relaxing , said Adebimpe " .

"Alright, Adebayo are you Alright ? , what happen in your school today , you know you are my pride , please face your study very well , don't bring calamities to the royal house said the king " .

"Father am not a tyrant , am always punctual in the school , even principal always commend me , moreover, am the class captain ,so father i need to be a good prince "said Adebayo " .

"Aright son ,let me relax a little before all the chiefs arrive " , as king is about going upstairs , then Adebimpe called him back , what ? .

" is about my admission father , said Adebimpe " ,

" what happened to your admission ? Has the jamb results comes out ? Asked the king " .

"Yes father , alright , then we're is the result ?, asked the king " . " then Adebimpe handed the result paper to the her the king " , " which course were you offered ? " and which one did you chose asked the king ? ."

"Father , my first choice was fashion design , and i was offered to do it , and that is what i have passion for said Adebimpe " ,

" " what you have passion for or what you like does not matter to me ,what matter to me is what will benefit you and the members of the royal house , iwhat i wants you to become in future is a successful business tycoon , so if you wanted to go to school and you wants me to put my efforts into your education, you need to yeild to what i told you to go for which is business administration, you will go for business administration, is that clear " , the the king proceeds his way upstairs to go and relax .

"Adebimpe started crying , followed his father upstairs saying , father, i don't want to go for business administration, i want to go for what i have passion for which is fashion design "the mother heard Adebimpe crying, and she came out of her room ,Adebimpe, what is the matter ?,why are you crying? " says the queen.

Father said that i shold not go for fashion design, that i should go for business administration and i don't want to go for business administration, i want fashion design and if i graduate,i will open my fashion line, but father raise an objection to my will ,and i will not go for that business administration "said. Adebimpe .

""Is that why you are crying,Adebimpe,,wipe away your tears and go and shower, i will talk to your father, don't cry again okay ,go and shower and go and relax. " said the queen .

"OK mother please help me talk to the king " Adebimpe said ".

" peace be on to you in this palace " one of the chief that arrives said , " peace be on to my chief "Alabi one of the palace guard said , .

Other chiefs entered and join the one that came earlier ,they were all discussing in their lower voice waiting for the king to come down.

The king finally comes down , and the chiefs prostrate and said long live my king !

"And the king answered , long lived my chiefs " , and they all brought out what brought them to the palace and they discussed all the issues and they all reached conclusions and finalised it , and the meeting ended.

As all the chiefs left for their house, the queen entered the royal sitting room, said " my king i saw Adebimpe crying in the passage, and i ask her , why is she crying, and she told all what happened., my king , please , let her go for what she has passion for, so that the study in the university can be easy for her , continue the queen, please allow her to study what she want " .

" no way my queen, do you know why i wanted her to go for business administration,? do you know the benefits is it to the royal house and the royay family? . If she choose her part , it will not favours us or herself in the near future, we have only one son which is for the throne, and if he ascend the throne, who will then see to the affairs of the businesses both home and abroad, she is the one that i put all my hope concerning the businesses, you know my queen ,Adebimpe is very brilliant, though , Adebayo is more brilliant, but Adebayo will golt o university in abroad , and will also undergo royal training there , so Adebimpe is in the best position to handled all the business , while Adeola will handle both legal and domestic affairs in the palace and in the town ,.says the king.

"But my king, they are girls , and they will all marry one day, don't you think so ? Please let them go for what they have passion for.".

" Do you want me to take another queen that will give me another son ?" said the king .

"God forbid bad things in my home , intruders will never have her way in my home " .

" Okay , if you don't want rivals go and convince your daughter to dance to my tune", said the king. .

Okay , " my king i will try my best . i prayed she yield to my advise " .said the queen.

" i have said what i have to say , and if you know that , you as a wife and a mother can not perform your role and duties , then i need to find solutions before it's too late , so that I will not be mocked among my fellow king ." Said the king ,

Your highness, just give me some time , everything will work out as you want it ;, but at the same time we need to put everything in the hand of almighty God " said the queen .

"By the way, where is Adebayo",, asked the king " " "maybe he is in his room "said the queen .

"Alright , Adebayo Adebayo", the queen is calling .

"Yes mother ", Adebayo answered ", tomorrow you will accompany me to the council of kings wives " said the queen ,

" Alas ! How can a man follows you to a women 's meeting, why did you want Adebayo to follow you ? ,

"Your highness , there is nothing special, i just want him to accompany me there " said the queen ..

" My queen , Adebayo can not go with you , it's not part of his duties , call Adeola to follow you , it's Adeola's duty to see to the women's affairs domestic affairs ; when you go there tomorrow , don't forget to discuss about the big market that government is bringing to our local government area , and don't forget to discuss about the support and the empowerment that our government promised us , discuss every necessary things there hitherto " , said the king .

"Thinks so much my knig, i will do as you said , and i will go with Adeola " said the queen .

" And as from today, any royal occation that you will want to attend ,let Adeola follow you, let her expose to her royal duties."said the king .

" i will set things right my king" said the queen

" your highness ma , the dinner is ready ma and the table is set "said the maid "the queen went to the dinning to check the food, as she check the food finish "she called the king and the children to join her , they were all eats the delirious f ood and discuss about the recipe of the food , and the children left the dinning one after another , and later the king and the queen retired to their chamber !

The next morning, queen woke up late , she can not discuss with Adebimpe, she just heeded to the bathroom and took her bath, as come out of the bathroom, she dressed up and heading to the king chamber , she met Adebimpe at the passage, ",good morning mother, " said Adebimpe , " good morning my daughter , how was your night " , said the queen ". ., " mother my night was bad , because i couldn't sleep throughout the night " Adebimpe said , "why " the queen ask , " i just can't sleep because of what father said yesterday " ,. said Adebimpe ," Alright , "as you can see , am about going out with Adeola " , if am back i will talk you and by the mighty power of God everything will be alright " by the way where is Areola ? " ask the queen "Adebimpe please go and call Adeola for me in her room ",Alright, mother Adeola , where are you ? mother is waiting for you " said Adebimpe "i am coming , i will join you soon" as they were going along the passage, they called Adebayo, they went downstairs for their breakfast,

Queen and Adeola stepped out to enter their royal car with royal plate number two they drove off ,while king sat down in the royal sittingroom attending to some families that are having land dispute problems.!The personal assistant to the king interrupted "sesan , what it's "The king ask " the queen has reach the venue of the meeting "

" Okay , i will talk to you later , as you can see we are busy settling matters "Alright your highness" not too long the king settled the matter for them and they all went back to their houses ,

" the queen arrived back home with Adeola and their entourage "good day my king " kneeling down infront of the king "welcome my queen and only queen, how is your journey to and fro ? "ask the king "well we thank God for taking us go safely and brings us back safely" said the queen" once more you are welcome , thank you my king " ,

The queen headed upstairs to change her outfit , on her way going to her room she met Adebimpe coming out of her room because she heard that the queen has come back " welcome mother how did the meeting goes "Adebimpe asked "smoothly " answered the queen , she followed her mother to her room , the queen pull off her dress and entered the bathroom and shower, as she cones out of the bathroom ,she saw Adebimpe still waiting for her.

" mother , how far have you gone about the matter , have you discussed with father about the course issue " ?said Adebimpe" i met with your father yesterday we discussed about the matter ,sigh , the "king said you have to go for business administration because of your father 's businesses and because of this our town , even though , business administrators are many but we still need insider that have full knowledge that can open some secrets and to uncover what as been covered , we need you and we need your knowledge in this palace ,we want you to be the insider that will let us know what is going on outside the palace , and also what is going on outside the world. "said the queen ,

" and the other hand , if you refused to listen to your father , there is going to be a danger " , said the queen .

" Danger, which danger" ,

The queen breathed down " Adebimpe ,you wanted to know the dangers that awaits us in the nearest future " said the queen ,

" Yes mother , said Adebimpe curiously , okay , i will tell you, the danger is that the king will marry asecond wife , then you will have step brother or step sister , all your inheritance will then be shared into two evn everything will become competition in the palace , and if the wife is good ,the palace may be calme and peace may rain in the palace , but if the wife is not good , there will be fight , competitions , jelousy, wickedness and some other bad omen ,both in the palace and even in the town ,so my daughter , please hearken to the voice of yyout father and do what he ask you to do , please let peace rain in this palace , don't allowed your father to bring intruders to the palace ,please "now, what did you say ? The queen asked "mother as it is , i will agreed to go for the business administration for peace to rain in the palace,,i will do whatever the king wanted me to do , because i dont want my father to take another wife and , i don't want step brother or step sister " said Adebimpe "Thank you my adorable daughter," .i will talk to your father about it that you have accepted " ..
