The return of the she-wolf

"That smell-what is that?" I said slowly getting up from the floor. I tried to look around, but everywhere was dark. "Where the hell am I?" I asked again.

My head hurts. I winced as I tried to remember what happened. "I was drinking with..." My brain went into a frenzy mode as I tried to recall what I was doing before all of this.

The more I tried to remember, the more my head hurt.

I finally decided to switch the light on, and then what I saw made me puke. I threw up all over the floor as I looked at the horror right before my eyes. I remembered a young girl killing a lot of people on the first day she wolfed out.

I wasn't ready yet; I still have a few months before I finally wolf out, but here I was, in the pool of blood with my kills as I believed it to be. "I can't...it is not possible." I fidget with the words.

I looked at my white clothes, and I saw they were soaked with blood. With trembling feet, I walked towards the corpses, trying to see who they were

I froze. "What? I am dead!" I shouted seeing their faces. "Oh god!" I winced again in pain.

The throbbing in my head was getting more painful, and my eyes were nearly popping out of their sockets. I tried to clean the blood off my hands and body, but the more I tried, the more I stained my clothes.

"Open the door!" I heard a loud noise at the door behind me.

The loud bang at the door made my heart race.

I stood as I looked at Thorn. "Listen to me, babe. I didn't...I...I.." I stammered with the word, trying to leave my mouth, but I couldn't find the right words to justify what I had done. At least that was what I believed since I was standing in the middle of the crime scene.

Thorn rushed to his father's side and looked at my face. "What did you do?" he shouted at me.

My face pales as the blood all over my body convicts me of murder. I know there was nothing I could say that would make Thorn trust me. His father was the one that had arranged the marriage contrary to what he wanted. Alpha Derrick believed in the old ways of marriage, and he believed an Alpha should marry a lady CHOSSEN by the moon goddess.

I had no reason to kill a man who wanted me to be his daughter-in-law, but I might need to convince the soon-to-be Alpha of that.

With tears and a croaky voice, "I didn't,Thorn. I would never harm your father. He is... is like a father to me." I said with tears.

"Believe you? Take a look at yourself!" He shouted at me.

I looked at my hands, my feet, and back at his face. My prints were all over the crime scene, and there was nothing I could say that would prove me innocent.

I looked back, and the door flunged open. Georgina ran towards me and grabbed my hands. "What did you do, Lyla?" She screamed

" Georgina, It is not me. Please believe me." I said breaking down in front of everyone.

I looked around, and I could see their gaze fixed on me. Convicting me of a crime I didn't commit.

"Get her out of here!" Thorn barked in anger. "Thorn! Thorn!! Please, I can explain all of this. I don't remember; please give me the chance to tell you what happened. I can find who did this." I pleaded

"Didn't you hear me?!" Thor shouted at Brian, who was standing looking at him. Brian looked at me and knew there was no way I could have killed the Alpha, who was stronger and more ferocious than any beast in the kingdom.

Alpha Derrick was known for his ferocity and brutality. He was the most feared Alpha in the four kingdoms, but funny enough, he was nice to me.

Brian came back to his senses and immediately ordered his men to drag me to the dungeon.

The pain I was feeling now was greater than anything I have ever felt. I knew what happened to anyone convicted of murder. The penalty was death.

My wail was heard throughout the kingdom as I was dragged by my hair. I could feel the scalp of my head like it was going to be removed as I was dragged. My skin tore as I tried to resist having an audience with Thorn.

I looked around, and I saw the servants whispering among themselves. "I didn't do it!" I kept murmuring the words as I felt the strength slowly leaving my mortal body.

I was thrust into the damp cell. I rushed towards the gate as it was about to be closed, but then one of the guards clawed at my stomach. I landed with a great thud as blood oozed out of the wound.

I cried with bitterness in my voice. For the very first time in my life, I cursed my fate, the moon goddess. "Why does this have to happen to me when I was having it so good? I was having the perfect life I had always dreamed of." I lamented hitting the floor with my bare hands.

I wailed like a deranged woman, but suddenly I stopped. All I needed was to remember what happened the night before. I closed my eyes. "You can do this, Lyla. Think." I said slowly, trying to concentrate.

I could not remember anything the more I tried. It was like the day had been wiped out of my memory. Like a computer missing a memory chip. "Oh god!" I said with a sigh, falling to the cold floor.

I knew what this meant for me, but the fact that my mate didn't believe me was killing me. Thorn never liked me before, and this was the only way to get me out of his life completely. As I lay on the floor, I heard footsteps approaching. I quickly got up and grabbed the gates.

I heard the sound of footsteps walking toward me as the sound of her sharp claws against the wall. I looked up and saw a smirk on her face. She looked at me. "Do you honestly think I was going to let you have him?" She said with a disdain look on her face.

My face went pale. "Did you do this?" I asked almost out of breath.

Georgina looked at me and she Iaughed. She had managed to play the good friend, No, the best friend actually.

I was so gullible that I didn't see through her. Georgina had always had eyes for Thorn since they were kids but she was surprised when Alpha Derrick chose me over her, ignoring her feelings for Thorn.

Georgina has always dreamt of that day she will become the Luna of the Silver moon pack. I even heard that she had a dress made for the coronation and here was a lowlife like me stealing her spot. She looked at me again and smirked. " I am not going to let you have him. Over my dead body." Georgina spat with venom in her voice

" Please Georgina.I am sorry. Can you tell me what this is all about." I pleaded

" What? You killed them. Your finger prints are all over the crime scene and it is only a matter of time before your head is chopped off. You should have known your place,Lyla. You are a nobody and you will always will. Nobody is going to remember you." she said with a wicked smile as she looked at her black polished finger nails. " To even think that I would best you on your marriage day was humiliating enough for me."

I raised my head up slowly with tears. " I am sorry, I know my place now. Can you just tell the truth to Thorn and let him know I didn't do this. Please, I don't want to die."

" You should have thought about that when you decided to take my place. I can't imagine you, a nobody,seat on the throne meant for me. Do you know what I have to do to get to this point?" Georgina shouted at me

She could see that I was scared and that was exactly what she wanted. " You said I was your best friend. You told me that I was the only friend that mattered." I said crying my eyes out

She laughed out loud as tears came out of her eyes. She took a pinch of it and looked at my face, " Well, I lied. You were the only thing closer to Thorn and to think that he was slowly falling for you hurt me. Now you are going to be his worst enemy and I can't wait to see him chop your fancy head off."

" I even had to kill Lucas to want to be with Thorn." She said out loud . " And you want to steal my place?"

I froze, I didn't know what to say. According to the silver moon pack, couples are stronger when they bond with their mate but there was a cold blooded killer right before her eyes telling her she killed her mate

" Yes,I thought you knew so why are you making it look like you heard me wrong."Georgina said with a weird look on her face.

" I will leave the pack, I won't come back. Please, just let me go." I fell to my knees.

" And why would I do that? You are going to die and that is exactly what I want."

Georgina heard footsteps approaching and she quickly stopped talking and started to sympathise with me who looked shocked. One minute she was saying she wanted me dead and the next, she was trying to be a good friend.

Georgina looked back and she saw Thorn behind her. she could see the look in his eyes. Sometimes, you can see the shape of a person's wolf when he is angry. she could see that Thorn was indeed pissed and it was what she wanted, to see my head on a gold platter

" Why?" Georgina heard an angry voice at her back, looking at her and me. " Did you know about this?" Thorn barked at her

" I don't,you need to believe me Thorn. Do you think I won't tell you if I know she was going to kill your father?" Georgina said back.

"Alpha Derrick was like a father to me." I pleaded again in tears

Thorn walked to the cage. " Why did you kill my father? He wanted you for me despite the fact that you are a nobody. So why?"

" Exactly, Thorn. You need to belive me. I would never hurt your father. He was like a father to me and the man I never had when growing up. I would never kill him." I said cleaning her tears.

" So tell us who did?" Georgina quickly intercepted

The dungeon went dead silent as Georgina stared at Thorn and I. I could see that they both wanted me to take the blame and nothing I was going ro say mattered.

" Yes, Go on. Give me a reason why I won't need to cut your head off." Thorn shouted again and i shrieked

I looked at Georgina's face and she gave me a warning look. She knew Thorn would never believe she had a hand in his father's dead. He knew her too well but what he didn't know was that right under that sweet loving face was a hideous monster that would do anything to get her hand on whatever she wanted

" Why are you staring at her face?" Thorn shouted cutting the silent mood. " Don't tell me you didn't remember what happened."

" I didn't, Thorn. You need to belive me. One minute I was drinking with Georgina and her friends and the next I was in the room. swimming in your father's blood." I said pitifully

Thorn burst into laughter. Georgina froze seeing his other side. His eyes glowed with anger and she could see his wolf eyes. " Please,Thorn. I didn't kill them. You need to believe me." my voice croaked

Little did I know that Georgina had everything planned. she wanted me dead and she was going to make sure she have her way

" Well, we shall see if you are really telling the truth or you are saying all of this to hide your hideous and monstrous act." Thorn shouted

We all looked back when one of the servants walked into the dungeons. " We have proved that she did it." He said looking at Thorn's face. Georgina's gaze fell on me. She gave me a smile that meant death and in a frenzy mode. I pointed at her, ' She did it!"

" Really? I have been too lenient with you!" Thorn shouted with anger. " Do you think I don't know what to do to a lowlife like you? You killed my father and after getting caught, you decide to pin it on her,my best friend!"

" You need to believe me. I have no hands in your father's death." I pleaded once more. I was beginning to grow tired of pleading. My eyes were sore,I barely slept all through the night in the dungeon

" What do you have to say about this?" The servant said thrusting a knife down at my feet.

" This isn't mine. I would never kill the alpha with a sword." I said with pain

" Is that your way of saying you killed him?" Georgina's voice ran through the dungeon and she kept quiet again

" You are going to be trial and when found guilty, I am going to have your head on a spike." Thorn said and turned away without looking at my face

Thorn was pained,pissed. The only man that meant a lot to him was dead. It was only a matter of time before the neighbouring packs came at us. The news of his father's death would have spread far and near.

" Get all the council elders and let them meet me at the conference room at once!" Thorn shouted at Brian

" Wait!" Brian said slowly watching Georgina walk away. " What is it?" Thorn shouted looking at his Beta who was also his best friend

" Think, Thorn. Do you think Lyla really killed him." Brian looked at his face

'' What is this madness? Do you love her?" Thorn barked at him

" Love? Don't do this to yourself,Thorn. I know you don't love her but Alpha Derrick wanted her all the same. Don't you think there is more to this than meet the eyes?" Brian's voice is low but clear enough for Thorn to hear him

" Are you saying Lyla is innocent? I should have killed her the instant I saw her near my father's dead corpse. Did she bewitch you?" Thorn said with anger. His veins visibly seen

" No,but.." Brian wanted to talk again but his tone, harsh and deadly stopped him

" You are going to get the elders and relay my message or I am going to lock you away to rot in the dungeons with her." Thorn shouted at him again

He watched Brian walk away and his gaze fell on Georgina walking towards him.

Oh god!, Thorn was mesmerized by her beauty. She was the Luna that he had always wanted,craved but his father had been too blind to see it. He was more concerned about the old ways but, he got what he always wanted

" I am sorry about the death of your father,Thorn. I should have known that Lyla wanted the throne for herself. I am going to enjoy watching her.." Georgina was about to say another word when Thorn's lips landed on hers.

He could see the shock in her eyes. He was supposed to be grieving,mourning but here he was eager to thrust himself into his best friend. " I want you." Thorn said slowly into her ears.

" I am all yours." Georgina said back licking his ears.

He dragged her towards his father's room and without shutting the door pushed her to the neatly spread bed.

"Give it to me hard." Georgina's voice rang like melodious music to Thorn's ears.

For a moment, He forgot he was grieving. Maybe this was what power felt like. He wondered why his father had sticked to just one Luna when he can have all the mate he wanted. " Fuck the moon goddess!" Thorn said under his voice as he removed his shorts.

Georgina's eyes wide with shock. She had never seen Thorn naked. He smiled seeing the look in her eyes. He moved closer to her and tore off her clothes. Thorn could feel his wolf wincing in pain. " Not her!" Bradley shouted inside of him

He could feel his wolf trying to defy his orders. He wanted Georgina, He watched her lying on the bed naked

As he moved closer to her, Bradley was trying to pull him back. It was funny, Bradley could feel himself showing a sign of pity towards me when all Thorn felt was rage and the desire to kill the woman who murder his father in cold blood.

Before Bradley could pull away any further, Georgina had grabbed a hold of his microphone, Thorn's dick and she was singing melodiously. He moaned gently pulling her head closer to his dick.

Thorn was lost in another universe as she licked him and fondled his balls. " Almost there." he said with ecstasy.

The door burst open without his permission. Thorn turned removing his dick from Georgina's mouth and saw Brian trying to look away. " What is the meaning of this,Brian? can't you fucking knock!" he shouted at him,feeling alittle embarrassed

" The elders are gathered already. They are waiting for you." Brian replied to him and looked at Georgina who had a smile on her lips,a killer look and a bit of his semen on her lips. " I think we need to prepare for the fate of that bitch." She said with a smile

Thorn knew Georgina was a bit different but he don't care. Maybe that was what he needed. A Luna who was a badass and not some sluggish looking moongoodess bride.

He pulled his pants up and tucked his dick into his pants.

He walked with Georgina at his back. The room went into an uproar as they all saw him." We should be making preparations to enthrone the new Alpha not waste time on some murderer." One of the elders replied. He had been trying to get into Thorn's good book and now was the time.

" Don't you think we need to listen to her side of the story? Why would a woman who was suppose to be your mate kill the Alpha who liked her and wanted her for you?" Another elder said.

Thorn felt pained, without saying a word,he walked closer to him and yanked his head off. Everywhere became quiet. " Anyone else who wants to side the bitch?" He shouted staring at their faces
