The pure Alpha

At the water brook, it was a big female wolf drinking with huge focus on the water, thirsty and well relaxed, pregnant with with a baby alone at the stream. She was drinking with her eyes closed.

A sound was made behind her, like a sound of broken small branch, she raised up her head to see what is happening, she saw nothing and continued her drinking from the brook. Suddenly, a loud gun shot from the forest, quickly she jumped still in her wolf form with a screaming voice, awoooooof, she has been hit by a bullet by one of the gun from the hunters. She ran with a great speed through the woods as she was being chased by three men and a young lady, they were wolf hunters. Scores of bullets coming from behind hitting trees as she ran past them in the frantic chase. She jumped deeper into the forest to shake them away, but the men splitted to have advantage over her, still shooting at her, but for a moment she disappeared into the Bush and we're not seen again, but the hunters stopped and hid by the trees trying to figure where she is. No sound yet, one of the hunter (Brian) flipped his hand to signal the rest (Nancy, Andy and Smith) to walk cautiously towards the drip of the blood from the shot sustained by the wolf.

Andy cautiously walk into the forest as he traced traced the drip of the blood and noticed something moving along the forest, it is very fast could not catch the glimpse of the object, but he was sure it was the Wolf as he keeps threading through the tiny parts into the forest. A little bit scared but held his gun tight in his hand and ready to shoot in the sight of danger. Suddenly, he saw a little animal hoping across his path ready to shoot but it was a small looking innocent rabbit, "sighed" Andy, about to take a strep, heard a groan from behind and got freezed on the spot, before he could turn around, the wolf have placed his mouth on Andy's shoulder and dragged him, threw him to a tree as he shouted in pain, Nancy and the others heard and quickly ran towards the Brian.

When they got there, he was lying down half dead with the wolf gone.

Nancy cried on her voice, "No Brian" Andy quickly called on Smith, "Get me the medic bag" as they started giving him a first aid treatment. Smith shouted "stay with me" as he tore Brian's clothes and Nancy lifted his head to stop the bleeding by the shoulder, Andy tried all he could do but wasn't able to stop the bleeding as Brian dropped his head and died, Nancy cried "No Brian, you can't leave me" she hits Brian's chest as he was lifeless on the floor with blood all over his body.

Melancholic music playing from the background as Smith trying to comfort Nancy while she was crying so deeply for the loss of Brian. Andy was very sad, bittered from the inside as he sat on the floor and leaned his back towards the tree where Brian died. Tears dripped down Andy's cheek shaking his head.

The Deepmaw Manes (clan of the wolf)

She is grasping for breathe as she walks into the field of her clan, walking as she staggered through the field, one of her own(Lovota) in human form saw and and shouted (awoooooof) three times and all other wolf pack rushed out to see what is happening. Lovota ran towards her and shouted "Ulrika is hurt". Other wolves stared howling as more came to her aid and she began to change back to her human form with a strong crackle of the bones and was in pain groaning as she changed totally to human form, still pregnant and she fell down before Lovota could get to her.

She was rushed into Susi's (healer) hut for treatment. Connor, Ulrika's husband rushed into the hut with a great speed and asked angrily, "what happened"? we don't know, replied Lovota in a shaky tone, her hands covered her mouth about to cry. No no no, who did this to you? No Ulrika, you can't leave me alone, crying with pain, and he turned to Susi, "you can heal her right? His eyes were red, susi replied, we have to take the baby out of her first. "Do whatever you can to save her please" Connor sobbing. Please step outside for a moment. Everyone left the room for Susi and two other ladies to start treating Ulrika, bring me the the potion and let her drink, we need to save the baby first before the mother.

She was about give Ulrika the potion to drink and Ulrika beckoned to Susi and muttered few words in her hear, "please, save him". Don't worry he will live, let's save him first, Susi said. In pain and agony she pushed for the baby to come out, Susi and the two ladies tried their best and the baby comes out out with a loud cry. It is a boy Susi whispered to Ulrika and with a faint smile she replied and said "let me touch him, then Susi gave the baby to Ulrika and said just as the prophecy said, Our Alpha is born, the one that is going to lead the pack and save us from our enemies, the one true Alpha that has come in century ago and going to have a pure power.

She took the baby to the wolf shrine to dedicate the child, "Our ancestors, as you have prophesied, our one true Alpha is here, give him the strength of a thousand wolves" interrupted by one of the two ladies with Susi, she is not stable, Susi rushed with the baby to her, then Ulrika muttered few words into Susi's ear.

Susi came out with the baby in her hands and raised him up with a shout, "OUR TRUE ALPHA IS HERE" everyone began changing into wolves and started howling, awuuuuuuuf!!!. It is an endless howling celebrating the birth of their prophesied Alpha, After a while Connor moved towards Susi, did she make it? Susi bowed her face in disappointment, Connor fell on his knee and cried bitterly while others are still howling.

Just a while, two men raised down the front of the hut where Susi and Connor is standing. Gunnolf one of the fierceless wolf of the pack with a deep voice, "This is what have I have been saying" the hunters are upon us, we should take the war to them before they kill us all. As he was ranting, everyone's eyes were glued to Gunnolf, about fifteen of the pack was there with a sad face. Gunnolf continues as he began to address every wolf present at Susi's hut. "They have killed the leader of our pack and we are standing here doing nothing, is it when they start killing everyone of you and your children before you come into reality that we are at war with the hunters" with great attention towards Gunnolf, and he continues. "Why will you wait for your enemies to come slaughter you and your children one by one? What tales will tell them? If you don't stand your ground, who will do that for you"? more and more wolves in human form continues to gather where they are. "No" Connor yelled, that is not what Ulrika would have wanted! War is not the solution. Ulrika is my betrothed wife, no doubt about that, but if we continue to revenge, it brings out circle of hatred. When we begin the war, our children continues it, is that what you want? Connor answered, but there was a grave silent at the scene. Susi interrupted, we don't need to be the enemy of ourselves. The true Alpha is here, He needs a proper upbringing without his mother, surely it going to be tough. Let's join hands to bring up this child.

(To become a true Alpha, it is bloodline and, He/she must not kill) the eyes are going to turn blue, but a true Alpha that has blue eyes and murdered someone, cease to become a true Alpha.

Gunnolf insisted, "Connor! you are blinded by your kindness, that is what killed Ulrika". "Do not talk about her that way"! Connor spoke with anger, you. Gunnolf laughing hysterically.... You know I am saying the truth, right? Connor with a franctic face, "you don't know anything about Ulrika, you are not worthy to call that name", Gunnolf chuckled, "we do know the truth and we won't follow you blindly, we are not your sacrifices"

Connor moved closer to Gunnolf fiercely looking "you don't dictate what is going on among the pack, my wife is the only beta in our pack and my son is the true Alpha". Gunnolf pointing to Connor's chest "we both are Delta and no one dictate to the other". Susi interrupted, "Enough, we are not to be fighting each other, the enemy is not ourselves, but we are grieving at this moment. Ulrika is dead and we need to secure our people and our children, we need a leader", Gunnolf quickly pitched to the audience, "you all need a leader that is not emotionally biased, not a leader that sides with the human" Connor, who is not happy with Gunnolf of his selfish ambitions spoke and interrupted him, "Gunnolf want to bring war because of his selfish ambitions, he has always wanted to be a leader when he isn't one" Gunnolf retorted, "I am able and capable of leading the pack, and we are the only pack still existing in the region" "No! You are not, you never had the quality to become one, and my son is the true Alpha 'the child of prophecy' who will lead our pack". Gunnolf laughed hysterically and said, "you are weak and pathetic, so would your son be, because you can never be a leader*. Connor with a deep voice, "I know your plans to become a false alpha, it can never work out. My son is the only true Alpha, and he is going to lead the pack to a glorious destiny". Gunnolf walked up to Susi and stared to her face angrily. He turned around and looked at everyone standing at the scene, he started walking away and took some few steps and stopped again and looked back again with his hand stretched and pointed towards everyone and said, "your decision will destroy our clan, my aim is to restore peace to this clan and save our people from the human hunters that keeps hunting our clan and pack, you are listening to a man who will leave you to the mercy of the human hunters". He walked away and other people started to disperse from the scene leaving Connor, Susi and the clan elders. Connor then fell on his knees and started crying at the death of his wife, Ulrika. One of the elders of the clan approached him and put his hand on his shoulder and said "may the ancestors comfort you for your loss, she has gone to be with the ancestors" Connor rose up trying to stop crying while Susi brought the child to him and he collected the child from Susi and said with tears in his eyes, "I name you Adolphus, you will become the most noble wolf of our pack, The true Alpha"

(In the valley, outside the clan)

With a great speed, running through the jungle. Gunnolf was moving very fast until he came to another place with a name inscribed on the gate THE LOST PRIDE, Gunnolf went in, there are lot of wolves in the village as he got to a tent and and while standing outside, the leader of the pack came outside, a He is in his 50's and everyone bowed as they changed into wolf form, and he asked Gunnolf, "what brings you here?" Bowing down and he answered "Ulrika is dead and they are getting weaker day by day, The child of prophecy is born and they still think thier clan is the only surviving one". Vukasin the leader of the lost pride is not happy with the look on his face.

The bell began to ring, it is to announce the arrival of the hunters (Nancy, Andy and Smith) but it's only two of them coming with a horse, a cart and a dead body on it. Everyone has come to see what is happening. Nancy and Smith walked through the gate with sad and bittered look on thier face.

There is Emeline, Andy's wife, in a brown garment seeing Nancy and Smith from afar and a dead body on a cart and she new it was Andy's on the cart, she ran towards the cart crying soberly as she got to the cart, she opened the clothes placed on andy she cried on her voice loudly and hit his chest saying "No no no no no, you can't do this to me. Please wake up" still crying. Nancy came to her to hold her by the hand and hugged her, Nancy too was crying soberly as she hugged Emeline. Two ladies came and take Emeline in as some of the men came to carry Andy's body to prepare it for burial.

(Night, Andy's and Emeline's room)

Emeline standing and watching from the window as she is wearing a black dress and sobbing of her husband death, the maid(Lisbeth) was pouring water into the jug and poured it into the cup to give to Emeline to drink. Hold the cup standing behind her, she asked her to drink up so she can sleep, she replied her "I can't sleep, I am missing Andy and I don't want to sleep without seeing him" Lisabeth said "You are pregnant, you need to get enough sleep because of the baby, Andy would have wanted a perfect and healthy life for you and the baby" still sobbing, She replied "okay I will, thanks, you can go to your room now" she collected the water from her to drink, she drank it and go to sit on the bed.

(The village of the lost pride)

Vukasin laughed hysterically, with Gunnolf standing in front of him, and Gunnolf spoke "We can take the war to the The Deepmaw Manes and conquer them, but Vukasin declined, "No, it is not yet time. I want to get them at thier weakest time and conquer them once and for all". His advisor(Fenris) intervened "you have taken the right decision, they are grieving right now and it is not the right time to take the war to them" Gunnolf retorted "this grieving period will be the best to fight, they are vulnerable at this moment" Fenris replied, "No Gunnolf, they are very angry at the hunters and presently they would want to have their revenge. So they will go to war and kill themselves, that is going to be their weakest point and then I am going to attack and kill them all" Hmmm, Gunnolf hummed and said "what if they don't go to war?" And Fenris replied, "who does not go to war when they kill thier pack leader, the hatred between those two sworn enemies is born, the war might come too soon" Vukasin looks seemingly happy. He said with a smile on his face, "I will become the King and take back what belongs to me. It is mine and mine alone" Vukasin!!! a man replied from the house, "your wife is labouring" she turned around and went in quickly. As he approach where the wife's is, he heard the cry of a new born baby why a old lady was bringing the baby towards him and she said "it is a boy" and Vukasin looks more happier than ever before. He took the child from her and said, "This is my heir" and laughed with joy. Vukasin gave the child to the old lady (Aghata) and began run out of the house at the same time changing into a a big wolf with a deep brown color and he began to howl as all other wolves heard the howling of their leader, they started howling too "awuuuuuuuf" every wolves in the land of the lost pride.

Susi came into Connor house and said, "I think you should be stronger than ever before for the people and you should take the role of the leader of the clan and assume the role as your wife Ulrika did as the leader of the pack, don't make them vulnerable at this time". "I am not an Alpha neither I am a beta, am just a Delta as Gunnolf. Maybe Gunnolf will be better as the leader of the pack". Susi declined and said "No, Gunnolf cannot be the leader of the clan. He is consumed by his selfish ambitions and he cannot be the leader" she walked back to the window and she eulogized Ulrika, "She is great warrior of our generation, she was a beta that have not been sent from the ancestors from century, a hero with love from the heart...... She had never discriminated anyone, been there for everyone and wanted to save everyone." Connor continues from there "Stronger woman I ever knew" They both kept silent for a while...... Door opened, and five men came in. "Is he ready?" One of the men asked and Susi replied "yes" Connor was confused as he asked, wait what is going on. One of the man among the five (elders of the clan) said, "we must announce the next leader of the clan immediately after the burial of Ulrika, for the safety of our people" the second man continues "if we don't have a leader, we are vulnerable to the outside world and the humans" The third man continues "Connor, you are our last hope for now, we cannot trust Gunnolf with our clan" Connor confused and was looking at everyone with surprise but doesn't know what to say. The fourth man called on Connor and said, "It is up to you Connor to become the next beta, Ulrika would have loved to see you achieve that". The fifth man asked "what do you say?"....... Melancholic music from behind as he was still thinking.
