Chapter 1 Rushing into the world of fiction

Cracked tiles, dust swirling in the dead end alley, the pungent smell of gunpowder, and the constant jumping of smoking shells on the ground.

Anna sat on the floor with a blank expression, her mind repeatedly flashing fragments, causing her thoughts to momentarily go blank.

"Anna, don't just sit there like a fool, get up! This big guy is not easy to deal with!"

A competent female voice came with an unquestionable tone.

Anna was still in a daze, but in the next instant, a wild beast's roar gradually brought her back to her senses.

"Roar.........." It sounded like a fierce beast, yet also like a monster, the sound was penetrating and nearly pierced Anna's eardrums.

"I actually traveled through time? And to the world of the novel 'Don't Love Me, Alpha Wolf'."

You see, this is a world with vampires and werewolves. this world is dangerous,Humans are the weakest among the three major races. What's even more dangerous is that I'm now a member of the organization responsible for dealing with these monster incidents - the Heretic Judgement Bureau!

After Anna finally managed to sort through the chaotic fragments of her memories, she rubbed her throbbing temples and forced a bitter smile.

"So, I'm the lowest-level cannon fodder, a third-grade adjudicator?"

She vaguely remembered that on that day, she had drunk a lot of alcohol during a business meeting and was now suffering from a splitting headache.

When she caught the last bus home, in order to distract herself, she opened a book app on her phone and started reading a romance novel titled "Don't Love Me, Alpha Wolf".

In the novel, the male protagonist, Fenrir, was the Alpha of the werewolf clan, an unquestionable domineering CEO who made a group of female leads fall madly in love with him.

It was said that his irresistible charisma even transcended species and gender, making those who loved him willingly die for him. And the fact that such a clichéd plot could be hailed as a bestseller? It piqued her curiosity about the content of the book.

As a familiar sweet female voice announced through the train broadcast, "Ding-dong, the next station is the terminus, XX Station. Please take your belongings with you when you disembark."

The train doors slowly opened, and Anna, with her head hung low and frail body, struggled to hold onto the subway handrail and slowly made her way towards the exit.

"Burp~ Oops..." Just as she stepped off the train, Anna suddenly felt a surge in her stomach. She quickly ran to a nearby trash bin and vomited. Sitting on the cold floor, leaning against the trash bin, her eyes were filled with frustration and discontentment towards life.

"Another day wasted. When will this corporate-like existence come to an end? That perverted client, one day I'll chop off his hand!"

Anna angrily waved her fist, looking at her exhausted reflection on the sunlit metal seat next to the trash bin, a far cry from her confident and sunny demeanor on her work ID.

The chorus of crickets in the surrounding bushes seemed to taunt Anna in her pitiful state.

Anna was just an average college graduate, with a mediocre education and limited job prospects. She could only find simple clerical jobs and spent her ordinary and monotonous life in an unfamiliar city.

Every day, she would leave early and come home late, constantly busy with work, but never given the opportunity for promotion or a raise.

Her boss was a strict and lecherous old man, and clients often made unreasonable demands to give her a hard time.

Now Anna leaned against the trash bin, staring into space, looking at the bright moon in the night sky, her mind in turmoil.

Suddenly, the surrounding sounds slowly faded away, even the annoying chirping of the crickets ceased. The light from the street lamps flickered, giving off an intense sense of unease.

However, Anna remained oblivious to it all until a voice echoed in her mind,

"Do you despise humans?"

"What? What is it?"

Anna, half awake and half intoxicated, heard the voice but her gaze remained unfocused.

"Do you wish to destroy the world?"

an emotionless synthesized voice echoed in her mind.

"Who? Who is playing these mysterious tricks?"

Anna snapped back to reality, took a deep breath, and touched the lamppost beside her with her left hand. Her right hand slowly reached into her pocket, attempting to find her phone.

"Come out now, or I'll call the police!"

Anna shouted to her surroundings, raising her phone.

She sensed that something was off in the atmosphere, but there was still no one around. Goosebumps formed on her arms, and a chill crept up her spine.

Suddenly, Anna felt dizzy, her consciousness plunged into darkness, and she could no longer perceive any sound or movement.

The deserted station at night was eerily quiet, with a light breeze brushing across the empty platform. Only a work ID remained on the ground, and the screen on her open phone displayed the unfinished "Don't Love Me, Alpha Wolf".

And so, Anna hurriedly crossed over into another world.

Meanwhile, in the distant reaches of space, not far from the azure planet, a silver satellite began to tremor violently.

A raised section on its surface opened, revealing a blood-red single eye, as if it had locked onto a specific location on the azure planet.

"Primary target identified, mission officially commencing,"

a familiar synthesized voice sounded, and the single eye slowly closed, returning the satellite to tranquility.

"Hey, Anna! Wake up, snap out of it!" Someone felt as though they were slapping Anna's cheeks, and amidst the echoes, her consciousness returned to reality.

Anna's blurred vision gradually cleared, and the figure before her was the same as the female voice from earlier, but she couldn't see clearly.

Just as Anna was still dazed, she suddenly felt a push, and an intense burst of wind pressure made her instinctively roll towards the corner. The ground instantly cracked, leaving behind a long scar, and smoke and dust filled the air. Debris, dust, and splinters scattered everywhere, permeating the atmosphere.

"Damn it, how does that creature have such immense power!"

A woman dressed in a black uniform half-squatted nearby, her long gun spewing tongues of fire as she continuously fired. As she fired, she gestured for Anna to wake up quickly.

"Anna, wake up! You can't sleep now!"

Anna's consciousness finally returned, and she was able to see the scene before her.

Anna lay on the ground, looking up at the uniformed woman who skillfully removed a magazine from her gun while continuing to support Anna's body.

Anna noticed a beautiful sword emblem on the woman's shoulder, and as she looked down at herself, she realized she was wearing the same black uniform, covered in dust and slightly disheveled.

"This place is... Right... I cornered this person, and then he transformed into a werewolf."

Anna tried to recall what had happened, but suddenly, a wave of unfamiliar memories rushed through her, causing her thoughts to become muddled.

With her eyes closed, Anna furrowed her brows, twitched at the corners of her mouth, and the veins on the back of her hand bulged.

"Things just got complicated."

From the fragments of memories that had surfaced, Anna understood that this werewolf was no ordinary creature.

Its immense destructive power had demolished several police cars one after another, and it had managed to escape and hide unscathed despite being surrounded by a hail of bullets.

The original owner of her body had managed to block the wolf's path, but the transformed werewolf was far beyond their ability to handle.

The shattered bricks on the ground served as a constant reminder to Anna of how close she had come to being turned into a pile of flesh by a single swipe from the creature.

She desperately held onto her pants, trying to calm herself down. As the throbbing in her head gradually subsided, Anna took a gasping breath and opened her eyes.

She glanced at the smoke-filled battlefield and then looked at the woman beside her, forcing a bitter smile as she replied:

"I'm sorry, Captain, I've become a burden to you."

"Don't say that, get up and prepare for battle! It's not over yet! Don't give up, we can win!"

The woman urged anxiously, her palm sweating as her right hand, gripping the gun, began to slip. She pulled Anna up with one hand while retrieving a spare magazine with the other. As she changed the magazine, she crouched down, pulling back the gun's bolt, and kept a tight focus on the enemy within the smoke, her heartbeat racing.

"I..." Anna opened her mouth, her expression lacking panic. She raised her right hand to brush aside the bangs covering half of her face, looking somewhat resigned as she intended to continue speaking. However, her words were interrupted by a terrifying roar.

"Well, it seems I woke up just in time after crossing over."

Anna shrugged her shoulders, seemingly accepting her predicament.

"Roar..." Within the smoke, a massive shadow slowly emerged. It felt as though a behemoth was making its way towards them.

Chapter 2 Wulf the Werewolf

The towering figure gradually emerged from the smoke and dust. With the head of a wolf and the body of a man, he possessed muscular and powerful physique, with every fiber of his muscles brimming with explosive strength.

Sunlight filtered through the smoke, casting a mysterious and dangerous aura upon his pale skin.

His eyes burned a fiery red, as if they could see into one's soul, shimmering with ferocity and wildness. Sharp fangs protruded from his open mouth, gleaming with a chilling glint of hostility.

The werewolf twisted his neck maliciously, producing cracking sounds, mocking the two females before him with a scornful glance.

He arrogantly sneered, "Hahaha, two little insects who have been chasing after me for so long. Well then, tell me, how do you want to die?"

His voice carried a taunting tone, filled with a chilling authority that sent shivers down one's spine. The werewolf's jaws opened and closed, saliva dripping onto the ground, exuding a palpable sense of savagery and murderous intent into the air.

"It's really a werewolf!"

Anna's back involuntarily tensed up, her heart pounding, and her cheeks slightly flushed.

Through the memories she had acquired from crossing over, she learned that werewolves were one of the most powerful enemies of the Heretic Judgement Bureau. Previous members of the organization she remembered had almost no chance of survival when faced with a lone werewolf.

"This time, it's truly over. Am I going to face death right after crossing over?"

Anna couldn't help but think, sweat trickling down her forehead, realizing that the formidable opponent before her was not easy to deal with.

Under the influence of her instinct, Anna discreetly retrieved a dagger from her waist, ready to face the impending danger.

Just as she was preparing to fight for her life, a familiar synthesized voice echoed in her mind.

"Affection ranking mission initiated, system loading, loading successful."

A tingling surge of electricity accompanied the voice, and Anna felt her vision change, becoming distinct from the norm.

Suddenly, rows of bright red text appeared above the werewolf's head, displaying various pieces of information for Anna to see.

"By completing various system tasks, you can increase the affection ranking of all target objects. When the affection ranking is achieved, exclusive skills can be unlocked."

Mission Objective: Survive in the hands of the werewolf Wolf, and strive to increase his affection ranking.

Time limit: 1 minute

Current ranking: None (highest SSS)

Mission reward: Exclusive skill +1

The scene before Anna seemed as if she was wearing a holographic VR headset, surprising her, but quickly transforming into joy.

"great! I knew it, the heavens are favoring me! The cheat software for crossers has finally gone online. System, please arrange some heavy weapons for me to annihilate this werewolf."

Anna said triumphantly, hands on her waist as she pointed at the werewolf.

"Command error. Host, please complete the mission as soon as possible. Failure to complete the mission will result in severe consequences,"

the system responded coldly.

"What the heck? Doesn't this system have any beginner's tips? This is clearly the boss of a beginner's village, and I don't even have any equipment? Do you understand? I demand air support!"

Anna complained inwardly to the system.

"Request confirmed, YOU'RE DOING GREAT."

A line of text appeared in Anna's field of vision.

"Keep going, you've got this."

Anna angrily raised a middle finger towards the empty space.

Watching Anna switch between excitement and frustration, the captain furrowed her brow, seemingly contemplating whether Anna had hit her head and whether she should contact the medical team. Meanwhile, Anna's system remained silent but randomly presented some additional information in her field of vision:

It is recommended to kneel and beg for mercy. Please strive to struggle and survive in the hands of the werewolf.

"Ah, damn it! I hate this!"

Anna let out a scream, unable to hold back a curse. Her face flushed with anger, trembling, she pointed her finger at the 2-meter-tall werewolf in front of her, gritting her teeth and saying,

"I'm giving this system a negative review. Kneeling and begging for mercy? If it really worked, I would have knelt down long ago. Could you please give me some useful advice?"

Werewolf Wolf was also perplexed by Anna's strange behavior. He speculated that she might be preparing some powerful weapon but was only bluffing.

Growing impatient, he let out a roar and pounced towards the two of them.

Wolf's claws nearly tore Anna in half, but at a critical moment, the captain seized the opportunity to pull Anna and successfully evade the fatal blow.

Fortunately, Wolf's claws only took a few strands of Anna's hair.

"Perfect evasion achieved. Mission evaluation upgraded to B-rank, infuriating werewolf Wolf, affection ranking decreased to annoyance. Exclusive skill system activated!"

The voice of the system suddenly sounded jarringly.

Upon hearing the system's prompt, Anna was momentarily stunned.

Could the affection ranking still decrease?

It is bug? Or benevolent gift?

She seemed to have an idea, her mind racing. She walked to a position approximately 2 meters away from Wolf, just as he was about to make his move.

Anna made a gesture to him, as if signaling him to pause, paused for a few seconds, and then immediately made a silly face while raising her middle finger at the same time.

"You dumb dog, you wanna bite me?"

Anna provocatively tilted her chin, attempting to mock Wolf. She then picked up a shell casing from the ground and threw it towards him, saying,

"Quick, fetch it for me, prove that you're a good doggie."

Anna even raised an eyebrow at Wolf as a sign of challenge.

"... " Wolf seemed to be taken aback by Anna's consecutive actions, and he didn't launch an attack, showing confusion.

However, the progress bar of the system on the side clearly indicated that Wolf's affection ranking was further deteriorating, changing to disgust.

After a series of back-and-forth exchanges, time dragged on until the 1-minute mark was reached.

"Mission complete. Wolf's affection ranking increased to hatred. Acquired skill: Dynamic Vision I." The system prompt sounded afterward.

"We did it!"

Anna raised her clenched fist, wearing a triumphant expression.

The captain, witnessing Anna's bizarre behavior, took a deep breath in shock and quickly pulled her to the side.

"Anna, I don't know what's gotten into you, but now is not the time to be foolish. You need to pull yourself together."

The captain firmly grabbed Anna's shoulders and shook her vigorously, causing Anna to feel the captain's nails digging into her scapula, indicating the intensity of the shake.

"I'm sorry, Captain. I was lost in thought earlier, but now I've adjusted myself,"

Anna's body trembled slightly after the close call. Suddenly, a glimmer of determination flashed in her eyes as she looked at the captain's concerned gaze. She could only respond with a confident smile.

"Now, it's my turn, right?"

Anna took a deep breath, pulled out her dagger, and stood in front of the captain, provocatively lifting her chin, assuming a stance. As Wolf turned around in that instant, she charged forward.

"Oh? This should be interesting."

Wolf slowly turned around, his crimson tongue licking his gleaming claws as if he had spotted something delectable.

"Let me see what tricks you have, little insect!"

Wolf's figure instantly disappeared, but the shattered tiles on the floor clearly displayed his powerful explosiveness.

"Danger, Anna, get out of there!"

the captain desperately shouted, trying to reach out to pull Anna away, but she toppled forward directly.

"Exclusive skill: Dynamic Vision - Activate!"

Anna silently recited. She felt the elusive power in her eyes, as if it came from some mysterious source. Suddenly, her body seemed to be guided by a certain force. She gracefully took a few steps back, her eyes shimmering with a sharp glow.

She felt time slow down, and there seemed to be a mysterious power flowing in the air. The disappearing Wolf appeared in her field of vision, and a slight smile formed at the corner of Anna's mouth.

"I've got you now."

The dagger in Anna's hand reflected a cold and ruthless gleam, illuminating Wolf's expression of astonishment.

With a firm grip on the dagger, Anna took a slight step to the side, standing tall and resolute. She aimed for Wolf's eyes and thrust her hands forward.

A sound of metal clashing echoed as Wolf quickly retracted his claws to shield his head, leaving only a long white scratch on his claws from Anna's dagger.

As they passed each other, Anna elegantly turned around and resumed her stance, while Wolf came to a stop, turning his head with a hint of annoyance, his gaze emitting a dangerous light.

"I underestimated you."

Wolf's expression grew serious as he stood tall, his four claws crouching on the ground, staring intently at his prey in front of him.

"I'm going to tear you to pieces!"

"Anna, let's fight together!" The captain reacted promptly and stood by Anna, pulling back the gun's bolt and aiming at the werewolf before them.

Anna nodded, quietly reminding, "Captain, aim for his eyes."

Before the captain could react, Anna had already dashed forward towards Wolf. Without wasting any words, Wolf immediately lunged towards the two women, attempting to overpower them with his immense strength.

However, Wolf had never expected Anna's agility. As she evaded his attacks, she moved like a gust of wind, elegant and nimble, like a dancing blade. Every time, she accurately predicted Wolf's attack path and evaded it.

After a few rounds, Wolf not only failed to touch Anna's skin, but his body also bore several white marks from her dagger.

Although the damage was minimal, it deeply insulted him. Furthermore, the captain, who intermittently fired shots, added pressure, further fueling Wolf's irritation.

"You damn little insects, you've truly angered me! I will tear you into pieces!"

Wolf roared, releasing threatening words.

The female captain closely monitored Wolf's every move, her eyes shining with determination and calmness.

She raised her rifle and quickly realized that ordinary bullets would not be able to harm Wolf's sturdy body. She needed to find a better angle for aiming. She decided to utilize Anna's agility to create an opportunity for herself to take a shot.

Anna's gaze conveyed determination and resolve as she used her agile movements to attract Wolf's attention, creating an opportunity for the captain to shoot.

She moved like an arrow, weaving around Wolf, her dagger gleaming like stars. She engaged in a fierce battle with Wolf, remaining vigilant and focused. The captain closely watched Wolf's every move, waiting for the right moment.

With Anna's cover, she managed to steady her breath and adjust her aiming angle.

"Clang!" Anna and Wolf clashed once again, brushing past each other. She focused her aim on Wolf's eyes, ready to deliver a fatal blow.

"The opportunity has come!"

The captain's pupils constricted as she pulled the trigger. With a gunshot, the bullet soared through the smoke, piercing through with valor and determination, directly hitting the werewolf's eyes. Though it lasted only a moment, it felt long and decisive.

"why!? I am wulf, how can you do that? " A few drops of blood dripped onto the ground, ticking away.

Wolf let out a mournful roar, blinded and driven into a mad and uncontrollable state. His claws swept through the air, kicking up a cloud of dust.

"Be careful, he's going berserk,"

the captain watched Wolf closely. Anna nodded, the intense battle for a short period of time had already blurred her vision with sweat, not even enough time to wipe it away.

Just as the two thought Wolf was about to launch another attack, a distant "howl..." of a wolf echoed through. The howl carried a majestic presence and an unquestionable tone.

Wolf's movements immediately halted. Covering his wounded eye, he cast a resentful and unwilling glance at the two before fiercely ramming towards the wall.

The immense impact caused the wall to shatter, and he ultimately vanished into the darkness.

Anna and the captain let out a sigh of relief.

The captain nodded approvingly at Anna, about to say something, but Anna's body slumped to the ground, unconscious once again.

In the last second before losing consciousness, with the reflection of the moonlight, Anna seemed to see a figure watching her from the top of a distant clock tower.

Chapter 3 A Scary Dream

In the darkness, Anna felt herself being carried, smelling the pungent scent of disinfectant.

In a daze, she realized she was inside a dimly lit operating room. The cold light poured down from the surgical lamp, illuminating the entire operating table. Anna lay on the table, feeling her skin against the icy metal, causing her body to shiver involuntarily.

Just as she looked around in confusion, a cold voice rang out,

"Anna, I have been waiting for this moment."

The voice exuded a confidence and indifference that seemed to see through everything. In his deep blue eyes, there flickered an endless chill. His gaze was sharp and profound, as if he could delve into every secret of her heart.

Anna struggled to open her heavy eyelids and looked up, only to see a silver-haired man with blue eyes standing beside the operating table.

Bare-chested, he showcased his muscular physique. His body, resembling a sculpted masterpiece, displayed defined and powerful muscle lines. Each muscle was clearly outlined, particularly his abdominal area where six-pack abs were visible, emitting a hint of primal masculine power.

Every movement of his body exuded a combination of grace and strength, as if each action was meticulously crafted artwork.

As he wielded the surgical knife, the curves of his muscles flowed seamlessly and beautifully with the motion of his limbs. There was a wild charm on his face, broad shoulders and a sturdy chest, making him even more majestic.

His skin had a velvety smoothness, clean and healthy. Under the surgical lamp, his skin reflected a healthy glow. And his silver hair cascaded down from behind him, like a beam of silver light, showcasing his unique charisma.

He exuded a mysterious aura, making it daunting to approach him easily. Although his appearance carried wildness, in his eyes, there was a hint of infinite tenderness and care.

He was the noble son of the werewolf clan, possessing a distinctive appearance and power. Every movement he made emitted a strong presence and confidence. He was a mysterious and magnetic presence, attracting the attention of everyone.

As the man lowered his head and looked at Anna, a mysterious smile flickered in his eyes.

He raised a surgical knife, the blade glistening with a chilling light. Anna's heart trembled, her intuition telling her that this man was not ordinary, that he possessed a lethal allure.

"This man is undeniably handsome, but, could he please, please, please, not be so rough? Wow, no!"

As she watched the man grip the surgical knife and forcefully tear open Anna's blouse, she could only silently protest.

With a delicate grip on the surgical knife, the man's movements resembled a merciless dance. He aimed the tip of the knife precisely at Anna's chest, his blue eyes filled with icy cruelty. As the blade cut through the skin, a trickle of blood flowed from Anna's chest.

Anna moaned unconsciously, tears streaming down her face. In reality, she didn't feel any pain, but rather, she felt her heart being ruthlessly ripped out by a stranger without hesitation.

The impact was so overwhelming that it terrified her to the point of unbearable. The chill around Anna matched the frigid atmosphere of the operating room.

Despite being immersed in chaos and terror, she tried to maintain her composure. Her heart continued to beat intensely, palpating as if it had been uprooted. Her breath became rapid, and there seemed to be an unspeakable fear lodged in her throat.

As tears blurred her vision, she couldn't help but realize that her life was in danger. The instinct to survive compelled her to unconsciously reach out her right hand and grasp the hand of the man holding the knife.

Time seemed to blur, and the surroundings began to dissolve into a dark abyss. The edges of the operating room melted away into darkness.

Anna's consciousness gradually faded, and she once again fell into an endless darkness.

Suddenly, a majestic figure appeared in the pitch-black void.

Anna focused her gaze and saw that it was the tall and muscular werewolf man from before. He was enveloped in a thin blue glow, exuding a mysterious power.

The man's facial features were profound, displaying both determination and a hint of gentleness. Contrasting with his wolf ears and sharp teeth were his ice-blue eyes, shimmering with the light of wisdom, resembling the depths of a starry sky. His silver hair danced in the wind, giving him a unique charm.

The man gazed at Anna with deep affection, his eyes revealing a mix of tenderness and determination. "Anna, I've said it before, you have my heart, and I give it willingly."

His voice was deep and carried a hint of magnetism, like a gentle warmth flowing into Anna's heart.

"Fenrir, you..."

Anna murmured, feeling her heart still beating relentlessly in her chest.
