Emma's POV
"Stupid Amber," I faintly cussed at my missing assistant, as I walked into the huge ballroom.
Taking a deep breath, I adjusted the mask on my face, mentally prepping myself.
Tonight was the annual pack gathering, which was hosted by different packs, and this time, it was the Dark Claw pack- a neighboring pack to mine that hosted it this time.
Being a masquerade ball meant I had no idea who was who and hopefully, I hoped no one would recognize me.
With my chin raised, I strode into the hall, the bright and heavy decor of the hall taking my breath away.
I stared around, my sight trained to the fancy chandelier hung above.
Too stunned to speak, I unconsciously clutched the gown I was wearing, cussing at Amber once more at the tacky gown I was made to wear.
Compared to everyone here, the plain blue dress I adorned was nothing to write home about.
Goosebumps pricked my skin as I felt a few gazes bore into my skin, making me lower my head.
I gripped the purse in my hand tightly, quickly striding to a corner of the room.
Despite this, my wolf, Ava, stirred restlessly in my head causing my nerves to tighten.
As an omega and the eldest daughter of my father Alpha Mathias, I was sure to attract unwanted attention.
And sure enough, a lady with a bright green dress and flashy mask walked up to me with a sneer, "Looky who we have here. Well if it isn't Emma Sinclair, I thought your father Mathias had given you up for adoption, but who would have thought an omega like you would be here?"
Snickers grew in the air, and I felt my face grow hot under the mask.
Shit!
Why was she here?
I glared at the lady, recognizing her as one of my sister's friends, Vivan, who had a knack for bullying me.
"Funny," I smiled, throwing a jab. "If you can show your face, then why can't I?"
"You...!" she growled, her face going bright red.
Vivian, like me, was an omega, but while she was pampered, I, on the other hand, was not.
"Just you wait! This isn't over!" She snarled before leaving.
Watching her leave, I sighed in relief, quickly dismissing her words.
From where I stood, I scanned around, my eyes falling on the lively ballroom as people walked passed with masks on their faces.
The sounds of chattering and classical music wafted into the air, as couples in two swayed slowly on the dance floor in tune with the music.
I grabbed a glass of champagne from a passing waiter, my eyes trained on a figure I recognized as Hugo, my ex-boyfriend.
Although he had a mask on, I could tell from a mile away who he was.
With his arms wrapped around another lady, he laughed heartily at whatever she had whispered into his ear.
I gazed intently at him, wishing I could hit him.
Just three days ago, I had caught him sleeping with another girl, hence we broke up.
Perhaps my gaze was too hot, Hugo snapped his head in my direction and I quickly lowered mine.
I didn't want him to see me.
Despite having caught him, he still shamelessly pestered me wanting to get back with me.
Feeling his gaze boring into my skin, I squirmed, my wolf anxiously moving in my head begging me to leave before he could recognize us.
Unexpectedly, the host's voice cut through the air, "Presenting the future alphas of the Raven claw pack- Alpha Jayden and Alpha Kale Sutherland!"
Instantly, the air was filled with a buzz.
"Oh my gosh! They are here!"
"Help! Check if my dress isn't stained!"
"Look, they are heading over here!" Another lady screamed.
Unconsciously I craned my neck, to look at the commotion, but due to my height, I couldn't see anything.
Shaking my head, I decided to leave, only for me to stop. I frowned, feeling my wolf prance restlessly in my head.
Since the night had begun, Ava had been acting strange, but this time it was worse.
"Stop it," I growled, hurrying from the crowd.
I moved from the wall, heading towards the restroom, panting.
"Ugh," I groaned, holding my head as pain washed through me.
I stared at my reflection in the mirror, my orbs glowing between green and yellow as Ava tried to force control over my body.
"Stop!" I snarled, putting a mental block between us.
Closing my eyes and still reeling from the pain, I shook my head, wondering what came over my wolf.
Could it be that being among those high-ranking wolves had somehow affected her?
I pursed my lips, deciding it was best to leave.
I took my purse from the sink, striding towards the back exit, careful I wasn't seen by anyone.
Walking out, I massaged my temples with shaky hands, my frown never leaving.
Despite the mental block, Ava persistently scratched at the back of my head, causing sweat to form as I fought to keep in control.
"What's wrong with you!" I snapped out loud, my outburst earning gazes from passersby.
Ava whimpered in my head, but she didn't stop.
I crouched, angrily plucking a few grasses beneath my feet.
"Hey omega, you okay?" A teenager asked, stopping in front of me.
Despite the way he addressed me, I didn't say anything.
I caught a whiff of alcohol coming from him as he spoke, causing me to frown.
I raised my head to take a proper look at him, noticing how decent he looked. My eyes unconsciously strayed to some of his friends behind him who were drunk as well.
Seeing as I didn't answer, he continued, "If something is bothering you, then a drink would be the best solution, trust me!" He patted his chest boastfully.
His friends behind him chimed in, and although I shouldn't have, I decided a few drinks wouldn't hurt.
Perhaps the drink would knock Ava off a little.
Following the teenager, he led me to a bar that was down the street, chattering away as he did.
From his rambles, I learned his name was Fred, and his father was the owner of the bar.
I sat on the high chair, a glass in hand, as I downed alcohol after alcohol, not feeling the effect.
"Hey, omega," Fred called, "why don't you take off your mask? It's not like you are a celebrity or something."
True, I wasn't, but I shook my head against it.
If my father were to find out I was here instead of the ball, he'd be furious.
"I'm good," I said, smiling.
Just then, one of his friends excitedly rushed over. "Hey, man! You wouldn't believe who we saw outside!"
"Who?"
"It's the twins!"
"Wait, do you mean the twins from Raven Claw Pack?"
Hearing that, my heart skipped a beat, and I tensed up, praying it wasn't them.
"Yes! It's them!"
"Damn! What are they doing here?"
"I don't know, but your father is outside with them. I heard they are going to book the VIP room upstairs!"
"Really?!" Fred yelled excitedly, rushing off with his friends.
Sitting on my chair, I gripped the glass in my hand, my frown going deeper.
For some reason, knowing the twins were here, Ava started to go restless, and I struggled to keep my wolf in check.
"Ugh, it's happening again," I muttered.
"Hey gorgeous," a man's voice sounded as he plopped on the chair Fred had been sitting on.
"You alone?"
"No, so you better piss off," I said, not sparing him a glance, glad my mask was still on.
"Aw, come on. Don't be a killjoy, I just wanted to keep you company till your companion comes."
"Can't you take a hint?" I said with a frown. "Piss off!"
"Watch it, omega!" He suddenly growled, rising to his feet. "The fact that I lowered myself to talk to you was enough. A slut like you should know her place no?"
"W–what do you want?" I stammered, taking a step back.
"Heh, what do I want?" He sneered, his lewd gaze raking at me sending a shiver down my spine.
"If you can satisfy me, then I'll tell you what I want."
"F*ck you!" I spat, furiously dumping my drink in his face.
I was an omega, but I was no pushover.
Stiffled laughs came from around, fueling the man's rage.
"You little piece of shit!" The man roared, wiping his face. "How dare you!"
He lunged at me, but I swiftly sidestepped him, dashing upstairs.
"Get back here you omega!" He snarled, his voice bouncing off the walls as he chased after me.
My heart pounded in my chest, as I ran, pushing people out of my way.
"Omega, you better pray to the moon goddess I don't catch you!" He yelled, closing in on me.
"Help!"
I screamed, tears pouring down my eyes momentarily blinding me as I ran.
I felt a pull from my hair, and I winced, staggering backward.
"Where do you think you are going?" He growled, grabbing hold of my neck.
"L–let go, please," I begged, struggling to break free.
"You were so bold earlier weren't you?" he snarled, his claws digging into my neck. "Let's see how you escape now."

Emma's POV
"H-help!" I choked, feeling a burn in my throat.
Frantically, I pulled at his digging claws, my wolf whimpering in my head.
"Shut it, omega!" He yelled, dragging me into one of the rooms.
Once inside, he shoved me to the ground, and I let out a startled scream, backing away in fright.
"P–please," I cried, frantically darting my eyes around.
"Now you can beg?" He sneered, flashing his fangs at me. "Don't worry, I won't hurt you, I'll only teach you your place."
He gripped his groin area, giving me a wicked grin.
I felt the color in my face drain, as I stared at him in horror.
My eyes went wide in disbelief, and I scrambled to my feet, trying to put some distance between us.
"Do you think you can run omega?" He suddenly lunged at me, bringing his weight on me. "Not a chance!"
Feeling the crushing weight on me, I struggled, swiping at his face with my claws, but compared to his, it was a far cry.
He growled at me, pinning my arms above my head. "Stay still omega!"
I felt my body grow stiff in an instant, and unwillingly, I bared my neck in submission.
"Now, that's a good girl," he smirked, tracing his finger along my mask.
A shiver ran down my spine, as disgust settled in my gut.
"Please," I pleaded, my vision blurring with tears.
"Don't cry baby, I'll make you feel good." He grinned with his lewd gaze perching through me. "I promise."
I felt my stomach drop, as I watched him reach for my dress.
The next second, I felt a tug, a ripping sound filling the air, as the delicate fabric on me was torn to shreds.
"Ah!" I screamed, wriggling and trashing beneath him, my wolf Ava joining in the fight to save our dignity.
"No! Please, don't!" I cried, my voice going deeper as Ava surfaced.
My heart thumped loudly in my chest, as his dirty hands wandered over my exposed skin.
"Help!"
"Shut it, omega!" He growled, smacking me through the mask.
My head whipped to the side, and I felt a sting on my face.
Due to the force of the slap, my teeth grazed my lip, causing a cut on my lip.
Blood seeped out of the wound, making me momentarily dazed.
Suddenly, I felt another tug on my bra, and I snapped back to reality.
"No!" I panicked, trying to shove him, "Get off!"
I struggled for a while, trying to dodge his hands, but all I got was a beating until I felt a cool breeze hit my chest as he successfully took off my bra.
"Hey, hey, I knew you were something when I saw you." The man spewed, his hands groping my boobs.
"Please, let go," I cried, hot tears streaming down my cheeks. "Please."
"Keep dreaming omega." He said, flashing me his yellow set of teeth. "I'll take my time on you."
Hearing that, I felt despair settle in.
I stopped struggling.
No one was coming.
No one was going to help me.
The realization hit me like a brick as he continued to tear the last bit of my dress easily since I wasn't struggling anymore.
I felt numb. Empty. Dirty.
Deep inside, my emotions stirred restlessly along with Ava, as I blankly stared at the ceiling.
A lot of people had seen him drag me in here, but they didn't help me.
Some chose to ignore, for some it was normal for an omega to be taught their place, while for some it was some kind of entertainment.
"Hahaha, I am so lucky today." The man spoke, after taking the last bit of fabric off me.
Lying naked under him, I felt like a lamb for the slaughter.
I couldn't even muster the courage to fight back without cowering in fear due to the difference in status.
Through my blurry vision, I watched him fumble with his buckle.
Resigning to fate, I closed my eyes.
Suddenly, a loud crash filled the air, causing me to jerk in fright.
"Who are you guys?!" The man snarled, frustration dripping in his tone.
A sliver of hope emerged from my heart, and using his distraction, I slightly nodged his head to the side.
Peeking from under him, I saw two men with towering heights strode into the room with cold faces.
Their eyes scanned the room for a second before stopping on me, their brows furrowed, and their orbs flashing.
Our eyes locked with each other, and I felt my wolf stir in excitement.
My body heated up, and I unconsciously let out a whine.
What's happening?
I frowned, feeling their gazes grow hotter on me.
The air grew silent, and all that remained was the harsh breathing that left their lips.
"Are you deaf?" The man growled, his claws piercing my skin, waking me. "I said get out!"
The two men never said a word, the aura around them going colder along with the temperature in the room.
"Are you challenging me?" my assaulter narrowed his eyes, slowly rising to his feet.
Quickly, I cradled my exposed body, crawling and cowering away in a corner.
"Two choices," one of them spoke, his blue eyes flashing a deep red.
"You die by our hands, or you do it yourself." The other completed, his eyes blazing with a murderous intent, that made my wolf shiver.
"How dare you threaten me?!" The man snarled, "do you know who I am? You both must have a death wish!" He laughed.
"Pick." The first said, dismissing my assaulter's words.
"If you don't, we'll help you." The other finished.
"Y–you!" my assaulter stammered, pointing at them while taking slow steps back.
Seeing the reaction they got, a cold smirk played at their lips, and surprisingly, they moved in sync.
"S–stay where you are!" My assaulter frantically yelled, his wolf going cowering from the intimidating presence of the two. "I am not afraid of you two!"
Without a word, they reached for him, blocking his exit as he tried running.
They grabbed him, a dangerous glint in their eyes.
"L–let go!" My assaulter struggled, swiping his claws at them. "I haven't done anything to you two!"
Despite his flailing, the two showed no emotion and no intention of explaining.
"P–pleass," he begged, screams escaping his lips. "My father is Ortiz, and I am his son Frederick. Please!"
Even with his name laid out, his pleadings fell on deaf ears.
His screams of agony filled the room, sending shivers down the spines of all those listening.
With one in the front and the other behind, they tactically lifted him in the air.
Their blue orbs glowed as their wolves surfaced lending them power, and with a cruel pull, they tore Fredrick apart.
Blood splattered around, and a few drops dribbled on my skin.
I let out a shriek, harshly wiping at the blood, tears of relief and fear streaming down at once.
I am saved.
Someone came to save me.
I looked up, seeing my saviors drenched in blood, their hands still clinging to the barely recognizable corpse of my attacker.
"T–thank you," I whispered to them, bowing my head.
Their heads snapped to me at once, and slowly they made their way to me.
My heart thumped in my chest, as fear crept into me.
Did I mistake their actions?
Thinking of this, my breath hitched as I crawled backwards, my back hitting the couch leaving me with nowhere else to run.
I pulled my legs to my chest, staring at them with fear.
They stopped in front of me, one of them crouching to my level, stretching his hand to me. "Don't be scared, we won't hurt you."
Hearing his voice, I felt a calm I had never felt before.
My gaze shifted to the other man, and he nodded in return.
My wolf Ava was restlessly writhing in my head, wanting me to trust them.
Looking at the huge man crouched before me, I hesitantly stretched my hands to meet his awaiting ones.
Just as our hands met, I felt a zap of electricity hit me, and I gasped.
"Mate!" Ava suddenly howled in my head.
Emma's POV
"Mate?" I whispered in disbelief, staring at the huge man crouched before me, my heart racing in excitement.
"Mate! Mate! Mate!" Ava chimed endlessly in my head, making me flustered.
"Would you look at that?" My mate grinned, staring at me with flickering eyes, his gaze hot. "Our mate was here all along."
"Our?" I repeated, my eyes flying to the other silent giant standing beside me incredulously.
Our gazes locked, and a shiver ran down my spine as Ava's chiming increased.
Mate! Mate! Mate!
"What?" I mumbled, stupefied at the thought of having two mates, and not just any mates, but the most powerful alphas in the country- Jayden and Kale Sutherland.
Catching a glimpse of them at the party was luck, but claiming to be their mate was... Something else.
Was this considered to be luck above luck.
My hands unconsciously went to my face, my grip on my mask tightening.
It can't be possible right?
How can I have two mates? It's unheard of, especially for them to be brothers mated to one mate. Wasn't that incest?
"You doubt us." Jayden, the eldest, said, his cold gaze piercing through my skin from his towering form.
"N–no," I stammered, dragging my legs further up to cover my exposed skin, goosebumps pricking my skin at the thought of being seen through.
"Yes you are." Jayden firmly dismissed my rebuttal. "Dont lie, I can smell it if you do."
Just then, his eyes swirled as his wolf surfaced, a faint smirk playing at his lips.
My heart pounded in my chest, and I bit back a whimper that had threatened to escape, opting to remain silent.
I felt Ava scratching at the back of my head, as she whined to meet her mates.
Silence reigned in the room, and I shifted uncomfortably, feeling the hot gazes from the two directed at me from different angles.
"Kale, bring her with you." Jayden instructed his brother, walking towards the door as he stepped on Fredrick's reminds without a care.
"You heard that Darling. Time to leave." Kale spoke, stretching his arms towards me, but I whined, avoiding his hands.
"What's wrong?" He asked, confused.
"Your h–hands." I stammered, blood draining from my face as I stared at his blood covered hands, bile rushing up my throat.
"Oh," he drawled, looking at his bloody hands. "No problem, I'll solve it."
Standing up, Kale grabbed the nearest thing he could find- Fredrick's ripped clothing- to clean the blood.
Once done, he grinned at me, showing his hands. "See? All done. Now let's get going."
I gagged, covering my mouth with my hand, but nodded at him.
He strode majestically towards me, tugging at the coat on his body and draping it over me.
Surprised, I brought the material to my nose, the rich smell of spice and earth which belonged to soley my mate sending butterflies fluttering in my stomach.
I felt my wolf twirl in delight, the scent, leaving me breathless.
Just then, I felt huge arms wrap around me, a gasp escaping my lips, as I was effortlessly lifted to the air like I weighed nothing.
The familiar yet strange feeling of electricity pricked my skin as our skin met, and I panted.
"Don't worry," he laughed, his hot breath hitting my face, "we'll make you drown in our scents."
I trembled at his words, my heart quickening as I noticed the intensity of his gaze.
We locked eyes with each other, his long strides barely noticeable as I suddenly found myself engulfed in his dark fiery orbs.
"Keep staring and I wouldn't mind taking you here darling." Kale teased, a playful look in his eyes.
Blushing bashfully, I lowered my head, feeling a pang of embarrassment as I looked around to distract myself.
My heart thumped as I took notice of my surroundings, noting it was a different building entirely.
In my course of admiring my mate, I had no idea when we had moved out from the bar.
Kale carried me into a room, and I spotted Jayden, my other mate, waiting in the corner of the room.
Somehow, he had changed his clothes from goddess knows where, and was wearing a new outfit.
Before I could take a proper look at the room, I was gently placed on the bed.
After dropping me, Kale passed a grin to his brother, and I watched as he strode to us, the aura around him different from his brother.
"What's your name mate?" Jayden asked, standing in front of me, his imposing form, sending me and my wolf wriggling in awe and respect.
"E–" I started, but stopped, biting my lower lip as I pondered.
Should I tell them my name?
I bit my lip in contemplation , scanning their faces, the frowns on their brows glaring as they noticed my hesitation.
"Don't you want to tell us?"
"No, it's not that." I quickly answered, a stutter at the end of my voice.
I was more scared of my father and mother finding out that we met in the bar.
"M–my name is E." I said, avoiding both their gazes.
I didn't want them to find out my name. At least, not yet.
Jayden and Kale both had a look on their faces, but they decided to say nothing.
"Alright," Jayden shrugged. "E. Can you take off your mask?"
"No!" I yelled, grabbing my mask and eyeing them warily. Panic setting in, as the scenes from earlier rushing to my head.
My heart beat quickened, and I closed my eyes, tears streaming down my cheeks.
"Please," I cried, shivering and pulling my legs to my chest. "Please, help me."
I sobbed, suddenly finding myself lost in the haze of that bad memory, when I felt two arms wrap around me, and a soothing voice from above my head.
"It's okay, it's okay." The person hushed repeatedly, rubbing faint circles around my back, the action sending my body trembling. "You are safe with us."
Heat climbed its way up my stomach, as I writhed, feeling my core dampen.
What's this? I whined in my head, arching into the touch.
"Looks like our darling wants it." A deep husky voice sounded with a hint of laughter in between, and I found it hard to identify who it was. "Don't you agree with my love?"
"You want us to take the bad memory away." Kale finished with a knowing chuckle.
It was true, but I wasn't about to admit it.
I let out a small pout, blinking the tears that clouded my vision, my face burning as I realized the position I was in.
Unconsciously, I had gotten in between my mates, clinging to them as my life depended on it.
"I, I," I quickly tried to explain, speechless and stammering in the process.
Even with the mask on my face, I couldn't hide the blush on my face.
At the back of my head, my wolf, Ava did a flip, finding our situation quite pleasing.
"Oh?" Jayden drawled, bring his face closer- barely inches from mine.
"Yes," I breathlessly responded, finding myself lost in his blue orbs.
While Jayden's eyes were blue, Kale's were green. The colour itself making me lost.
A gasp left my lips as our noses touched, the mere action sending a spark that light up the fuse inside me.
"Ngh," I moaned, closing my eyes as I felt a zap course through the bond.
Moon goddess!
I felt like my body wasn't mine anymore.
Naked before them, I felt no sense of shame, as my wolf and I fell helpless to the rising heat in my core.
"Please," I begged, resting my body on Jayden, as the urge to be bred filled my brain.
Mates! Mates! Mates!
