The Three Alphas' Omega Mate

"DO YOU REALLY think you're going to find your mate in the mating ceremony?" My half-sister Georgia asked as she was busy scrolling through her phone. She looked up at me with her brow arched high and then she scanned me from head to toe with full confidence of whatever she was saying. "Look at you, my little half-sister. You look like trash. If you ever find your mate in the ceremony, I believe he will reject you right away!"

Before I left my room, I made sure that everything was perfect. From my makeup, to my hair and dress. I was confident that I would enter the mating ceremony with confidence but all of the confidence I gathered before I left my room was drained when Georgia commented on how I looked tonight. She insulted me so badly.

"Georgia, can we stop arguing just for tonight? This is an important night for me... I mean, for us," I mumbled as I chewed my lower lip, trying to avoid her eyes.

"Oh, Iris!" She rolled her eyes, slipped the phone inside of her red handbag before she focused on me. "Even if I stop tonight, believe me, no man would want to be with someone like you, a lowly omega she-wolf," she smirked.

I gasped as I felt like a sharp knife stabbed my chest. I have been waiting for this night to come. When I finally meet my mate, he will rescue me from this cruel life. I was the youngest in my family... the youngest and my mother's sin. At first, I didn't know why my father, together with one of my sisters Georgia, didn't like me. They always bully me for some reason that even if I tried to ask over and over, they won't tell me the reason. Until mom died when I turned ten.

Father finally told me that I wasn't his biological daughter, that mom had an affair with someone else who he didn't know and he would not dare to find the man who ruined their perfect family. My half sisters made me believe that I am a cursed child, that every bad thing that's happening in their life was all because of me. And as I grew up I started to believe that it was true because I never had luck in my life and if I interfered with my sisters' businesses, they always failed.

When I first released my wolf, Sunshine, I finally had someone to rely on. She told me that finding my mate will surely be the end of my curse... or so we thought.

As I entered the mating ceremony's venue, everyone was having fun. I realized that Georgia was right, that I looked like trash with my white simple dress, with a pair of white sandals that I got from my mother's closet. I don't have new clothes, I can't because I don't have enough money to buy them. father gave me enough money, which was the money my mother left for me. He said that the money that mom left will run out soon and I have to work part-time if I want to continue my studies. Which is what I am working on lately. My older sister Georgia bought a new dress yesterday with father but they didn't even bother to buy me even a cheap one. Well, because I am not father's daughter and he said that I am not his responsibility. That hurts, but that's true.

Looking around the venue, I feel out of place. I don't have any friends, because everyone sees me as the lowly omega who was born out of wedlock.

So I stepped back.

"Where are you going, Iris?" My wolf Sunshine asked.

"I'm sorry, but I don't think I belong here."

"Our mate is near, don't leave yet."

When I finally convinced myself that I should just go, Sunshine told me to stay. I inhaled and exhaled before I looked around to find a seat that's not far from the door, so if ever I decide to leave, it will be easier.

I don't have any plans on looking around the place. Because each time I do, I pity myself for not having the same clothes as them. I feel so insecure...

While waiting to find my mate here just like what Sunshine said, I finally smelled something sweet. A delicious scent I have never smelled before. I couldn't explain what I'm smelling, but it's not just an ordinary scent that I can just smell anywhere.

"Our mate!" Sunshine exclaimed with excitement. Her tails are wagging, she was more excited than me.

I nervously stood from my chair to find the scent. When I followed the scent, it's from the entrance. I believe he's coming! And so I waited... I waited for my mate to come inside...

A blonde man entered the event hall with his blue eyes. And Goddess! My heart skipped a bit when I finally saw who it was...

"Shit! You?" He cursed loudly that it echoed around the place.

He caught a huge amount of attention and now everyone is looking at us. My excitement suddenly drained and the hope I had vanished into thin air. Of all the male werewolves here, why does it have to be him?

Why does it have to be Asher? Asher who's the Alpha's son and the one who bullies me the most! He used to stick gum on my chair with Brittany to embarrass me in class, and would pretend to be the devil to scare me from the darkness. They had fun watching me hurt and cry!

"Babe, did you finally find your mate?" Brittany asked as soon as she entered the venue. Her eyes landed on me and it widened upon realizing what's going on. "What? Oh my God! Don't tell me Iris is your mate?"

Brittany is Asher's girlfriend. Far from an omega like me, she is a Beta's daughter and is one of the prettiest girls in our university. Upon seeing how she looked at me with disgust, I feel even terrible.

Asher gritted his teeth, he clenched his jaw as well as his fists. "No. Why would she be my mate? I will never have a mate like her! She was just an omega she-wolf and I can't be mated to someone as low as her!" he said in a serious tone.

I stepped back at what he said. How could he decline me instantly? I couldn't believe that this is what would happen the moment I saw my mate. My chest tightened as I gazed at Asher, followed by tears welling up my eyes.

"What do you mean? You know we're mates!" Tears trickled down my cheeks as I watched him look at me with disgust.

Asher scoffed as he gripped onto Brittany's waist before he glanced at me with a smirk on his face. "We may, but I can reject you. Brittany is my chosen mate, not you."

With that, Asher tilted Brittany's head, pulled the strap of her dress as he opened his mouth. His sharp fangs sucked onto Brittany's shoulder, marking her as his mate. I felt like blood drained from my face and I couldn't help my body tremble in shock.

"H-how... could you?" I gasped.

He lifted up his head with a smirk on his lips as he wiped off Brittany's blood from his lips before he looked at my eyes. "I will never accept you as my mate, Iris."

I clutched onto my chest when he finally left me. Leaving me humiliated by everyone. They are all gossiping, laughing at how poor I am for being rejected by my own mate right in front of everyone. And before I could hear all of what they were saying, I turned and ran towards the door to escape this humiliation.

However, before I left, I smelled another scent as I bumped into another blonde man... My eyes widened as our eyes met and I saw his light blue eyes looking at me with the same shock as I have...

I can't understand. Asher is my mate but why do I feel the same with his twin brother, Felix?

ASHER AND FELIX Cullen are the twin sons of the Crescent Moon Pack which was the community pack where I belong. Aside from my sisters who are continuously bullying me even at school, they are the ones who love to bully me as well.

Everyone knows that I am my mother's sin because of my sisters. Aside from the fact that I was born out of wedlock, I didn't know more reasons to be bullied. There's one time that I bravely asked Asher why he loves to bully me and he answered...

"No reason, It was just fun to see your helpless face whenever I tease you."

I cannot believe that the reason why he's bullying me was because of fun. How could they bully someone for fun and to make it worse, they were an Alpha's son! My teachers and the principal didn't even bother to believe me whenever I got into trouble with them. I experienced hell in both Asher and Felix's hands but more with Asher.

And so I stopped when I bumped into Felix and I realized he's also my mate. I turned to look at him and our eyes met. For a moment, I strongly believed that he would acknowledge me as his mate but that didn't happen. Because Felix Cullen just glared at me and then walked straight inside the venue.

Laughs with humiliation filled my ears and I couldn't help but run away. It was too painful!

Asher... he marked Brittany as his mate without rejecting me. But I strongly believe that he will reject me as soon as possible because of course! He will never replace Brittany from an omega she-wolf like me. Brittany is the Beta's daughter. She's so pretty, smart and everything that a man would want. Sometimes I feel jealous of her, because she had everything.

And it's unfair. Because I have nothing now after my mother died.

As I ran through the road on the way to the forest, I was calling Sunshine, my wolf, but she's not responding to me. Tears were running down my cheeks, my vision started to blur as my chest clenched tightly.

"Sunshine, please! You are the only one I can hold onto right now! Please!" I cried.

"I'm sorry Iris, but it's too painful..."

I heard her say before she fell silent. My sobs filled my ears as I entered the forest. I was so drowned by my emotions that I forgot what's inside the deep forest this late evening. The fact that Sunshine is unresponsive now, I can't see anything from the dark. And when I heard a loud grunting sound, I stopped. I realized then that the shoes I'm wearing were worn out and my toes were wounded.

"Ouch!" The pain of my wounds made me wince.

And right before I could reach for my toes, a silhouette of a man made me stop. When I looked up, I saw red glowing eyes right in front of me. He's a man wearing black suit, a normal one... but then, his eyes started to grow larger together with his head. Then, the suit he's wearing ripped off as he grew bigger and taller, triple than his normal height!

"H-hyde!" I stuttered.

His eyes were too big and when he growled at me, his sharp teeth showed right in front of my face! This monster is rare, how could it possibly be in our pack?

I stepped back and tried to call Sunshine, but she's not responding to me. So I ran. I know that it's impossible to run away in a situation like this. But I still tried. However, Hyde quickly raised his hand and caught me. When he snarled at me and was about to eat me alive, I closed my eyes tightly as my heart rapidly beat faster. But it didn't happen. I was thrown back to the ground and I heard growls and snarling before I opened my eyes to see what just happened. My eyes widened as I saw a Lycan mercilessly kill Hyde!

Wait, a Lycan!

My nervousness doubled. I heard about Lycans before! Lycans are powerful creatures who look like werewolves but have the body of a human but are bulkier and taller. Their strength is triple or more than us! I stepped back and was about to run when the Lycan turned to me. He was panting as he started to turn back into his human form.

"Are you hurt?" he asked.

Because of fear, my vision turned blurry and I fell unconscious.

When I opened my eyes, I felt that I was moving. Someone's caressing my hair and my head was on someone's lap. Then my eyes landed on a pair of green eyes. Slowly, I remembered everything that happened and so I quickly sat up and saw I was inside a car. My eyes widened to finally remember that he was the Lycan who saved me from the Hyde!

"Who are you?" I asked, completely shocked.

This Lycan's sharp feature screams authority. His deep green eyes that were looking at me feels like he's digging into my soul. "I saved you," he said.

I blinked. "What?"

"Don't you think it's rude to shout at me after I saved you from death?"

I swallowed the lump in my throat as I stared at him for a while before I realized I really did shout at him!

"I'm sorry, I didn't realize it. I was just surprised..." I answered. Then I looked around to see where we were going. I saw that we were on the road, going our way to... "Are we going to go to the Alpha's house?"

The Lycan nodded, "Yes."

"Why? I mean... if you want to send me home, it's okay not to bring me to the Alpha's house."

"Who said I'll send you home?" he asked.

I blinked and was shocked about what he asked. "What do you mean by that?"

He didn't answer, instead, the car parked right in front of the gate. The guards opened the gate for them and the car entered. I was getting anxious, I wanted to ask more but the way he answered me made me fear him. He doesn't have any emotion in his eyes, he's cold and scary...

The car parked in front of the portico and shifters are starting to lurk around the house of the Alpha. The driver went out to open the door for him. And when he finally went out, he lent his hand to me. At first, I hesitated on taking it, but he raised his brow and with my trembling hand, I took it.

"It's good to see you, Alpha Lucas!"

I turned and I saw Alpha Morris greeted the Lycan who's holding my hand. Does it mean... this Lycan beside me is an Alpha?

Alpha Morris glanced at me with confusion. "Why is she with you, Alpha? She's an omega living in our pack."

"Yes, I know. That's why I brought her here," Alpha Lucas answered.

"What do you mean?" Alpha Morris asked.

"This she-wolf, I want her to be my breeder."

I WAS SHOCKED to hear that from Alpha Lucas. A breeder? I've heard about that before and being a breeder of an Alpha Lycan means that I will be thrown to the dungeon after having his child! Worse is that, I will never get out of the dungeon for the rest of my life!

That's what I heard. I feel a surge of fear run through my veins. No, this can't be happening!

"What? You've already chosen? But how? We are just about to show you the candidate for a breeder, how come you've already chosen her?"

Alpha Lucas cleared his throat and glanced at me while I quickly hid my face to hide my fear. Just by thinking of what will happen to me once I was sold as his breeder, I believe that all of my dreams will vanish into thin air! Yes, although life has been so cruel to me, I never once stopped dreaming!

"Alpha, I'm sorry but I don't think this is right-"

But Alpha Morris interjected. "Shhh, Iris! We are not done talking here. You must not interrupt our conversation!" he said. "What about this, Alpha Lucas? I will talk to her father about this situation, then we'll proceed. She's not in the list of the breeders that I will offer you but I believe they will agree! Of course, who would decline this kind of offer?"

"That's good to hear, what about this evening? I would love to bring her home tonight."

My eyes widened and I couldn't help it anymore. I quickly fell to my knees as I clasped my hands in front of Alpha Lucas. The Alpha looked down at me with his cold eyes while everyone gasped in surprise.

"Alpha, don't do this please! I know you saved me, but I believe this is not right! I have dreams, I'm currently studying at a university! I can't give up everything to be a breeder. Please, let me just pay your kindness with something else!" I cried as my body trembled.

This is not what I expected tonight. The mating ceremony that I've been waiting for turned out to be a nightmare. My mates declined me, my wolf went silent and now an Alpha wants me to be his breeder? This is ridiculous! I cannot accept this fate! I've had a hard time living my life and now it'll start to get even worse!

"Oh, Iris! Don't disappoint Alpha Lucas like that! This is a great offer," Alpha Morris answered. "Imagine that your father heard about this. Alpha Lucas will pay us a huge amount of money that can be used to support your sisters at school. While you, I believe you can still continue your study once you bring the Alpha's heir!"

I shook my head. This is ridiculous! I don't believe that I will be able to study again once everything's done. And being pregnant with someone I don't love? That's not what I dreamed of.

Alpha Lucas turned to me and was about to say something when the door opened forcefully. There I saw Felix. He was standing there as he glared at all of us.

"She can't be your breeder!" Felix said it out loud.

Everyone turned to him with surprise. Did we hear it right? It's as if my tears had gone dry when I saw him with full determination. Is he defending me?

"What do you mean by that?" Alpha Morris snarled, even he, was surprised by Felix's action when he's not like this. Usually, he doesn't care at all if it's not fun for him.

"He can't take Iris with him because she is my mate," Felix answered. "I'm sorry, Alpha. But you can't just take my mate away from me. We have candidates for your breeder, choose one of them."

Shocked, Felix grabbed me in the hand then pulled me closer to him. I was completely stunned, I couldn't believe what was happening. Just earlier, Felix declined to recognize me as his mate and now, this? He told his father that I am his mate? This is impossible!

Alpha Lucas glanced at me. "Is that true? Is he your mate?"

My mouth gaped as I looked straight into his eyes. I didn't know why but I saw jealousy in his eyes. But that didn't take long when he blinked and it was replaced by coldness.

"Y-yes..." I lowered my head to avoid his intimidating look. It was as if he was trying to read my mind even though it's impossible.

The whole place went silent before Alpha Lucas cleared his throat. "Alright, then. I cannot force you to be my breeder if you have a mate."

"But Alpha! They can just reject each other-" Alpha Morris couldn't finish what he was about to say when Alpha Lucas stopped him.

"Do you know how painful it is to reject your mate, Alpha Morris? The pain is extreme and I don't want them to feel that pain just because I want her as my breeder. He is your son, I believe you didn't want to hurt him."

Alpha Morris was taken aback, he was surprised by what Alpha Lucas said. But he cleared his throat and shook his head. "Then you'll get a new breeder, right? I will find someone else! Someone that is perfect, better than this thin omega she-wolf."

Alpha Lucas lingered his eyes on me and I saw pity on him. But he turned his attention back to Alpha Morris. "I will but for now, I should go. It's getting late, we might stumble upon some Hyde or other enemies on our way back to our town. Have a good night, Alpha Morris."

With that, he looked at me once more before Alpha Lucas bowed together with the driver who brought us here. I'm still shocked until they left the Alpha's house. As soon as the car drove away, Alpha Morris cleared his throat which caught our attention.

"Felix, I think we need to have a talk." Then he glanced at me. "You, go home."

I bowed my head and took my hand from Felix. He looked at me before getting in. Felix didn't say anything to me even after what happened. Their driver brought me back home. As I pushed the door open, Georgia was already waiting there, her arms crossed her chest.

She flashed an insulting smile. "Oh, what did I tell you? You look like pathetic trash when you come to the ceremony. How could someone like you become Asher's mate?"

"Georgia, please?"

"Oh, please! My friends laughed at me when you came there. They said I should've given you a decent dress. You shouldn't come in the first place!"

I remained silent as I walked past her. I don't want to talk to her now that my mind is clouded with so many thoughts. But then she didn't let me, she quickly grabbed my hair and pulled me back towards her. I shrieked in pain as her fingernails scratched my scalp.

"You bitch! Next time, don't show your face to an event like that when you already know that you do not belong there!" Her eyes wide open, I tried to push her away but before I could do that, she pushed me away first. I dropped to the ground as she looked down at me. "No matter how you try hard to please everyone, no one will like you."

With that, Georgia finally left me right in the front door. I couldn't help but cry. Why does this day feel so long? So many things happened to me today but Georgia made me think of the last words she said... I smirked.

"I never tried hard to please anyone, but I also didn't do anything to be hated like this..."
