Chapter 1

Shantelle Point of view

"Ma'am Shantelle, your parents are calling you downstairs." said one of our helpers here in our house.

"Next time." I answered.

"I'll help you." he said then he took my one suitcase that only had things in it.

"Alright, I'll go downstairs first." he said then I nodded so he pulled my suitcase out of my room.

When I finished fixing myself, I immediately took my bag and slung it over my shoulder, then left my room and went downstairs.

"Good morning mom, dad." I said to them with a smile.

"Good morning too sweetheart." said daddy too.

"Good morning, baby. So let's go?" mom asked me so I nodded, so we went out of our house.

"Take care to the both of you." dad said to mom and dad.

I nodded then kissed my dad on the cheek and he also kissed me on my forehead then he hugged me.

"Bye daddy." I said smiling as I got into the car.

"See you later, wifey." dad said to mom then they kissed before mom got into the car.

"Let's go to Psycho university, man Bert." Mom said to our driver.

"Yes, ma'am." he answered then started to express himself.

Some time passed and the car we were riding in stopped so I looked outside.

"We're here." the driver said so I looked at him and mom.

"Is it creepy here, mom?" I asked.

"It's okay, baby. You're safe with him," mom said.

"Him? Who's that." I asked.

"Never mind, baby girl. Just obey what I and your daddy said, okay?" Mom said so I just nodded.

"Let's go outside." Mom said so we got out of the car.

"Mr. Bert can you carry her things to her dorm?" Mom asked Bert.

"Yes ma'am." Manong Bert replied to mom then took my big suitcase from the car.

"Let's go." Mom said so I just followed her.

CHAMELLE's (mom of Shantelle) Point of view

"Good bye my one and only baby girl, take care of your self okay?" I said to my daughter then I hugged her and kissed her on the cheek.

"Yes mom babye, I love you." he said with a smile so I smiled too.

"Always remember that's me and your daddy is love you so much, bye." I said to him and he nodded so I left that school.

"Ma'am, where are we going?" Bert asked.

"We're going home Bert." I said and took my phone and called someone.

"Hello?" I said when the person I called answered his phone.

"(Aunt Chamelle?)" he asked on the other line.

"Yeah, it's me. I just want you to know that's my daughter is in your university. And I want you to protect her no matter what happens, it's that clear?" I said to him.

"(Okay, just send her picture to me and I'll do my best to protect her.)" he said on the other line then he ended the call so he sent him the photo of my daughter.

"I hope I did the right thing to save my only daughter from harm" I said in my mind.

Shantelle's Point of view

I woke up early to prepare myself because I have work tomorrow at 7:30am.

Btw, I already have my uniforms and things and my schedule because mom and I took it yesterday and the dean of this university gave it to me right away.

Can I call you baby

I quickly grabbed my phone from the bed because it rang signaling that someone had called.

"Hello?" I said.

"Hi baby girl good morning, are you done eating your breakfast?" my mom asked from another line.

"Morning too mom, yes it's over." I answered.

"(Okay that's good, I'll just remind you that it's me and your daddy will be back on U.K for something important.)" mom said.

"Okay mom take care of the both of you, miss you and I love you." I said with a smile.

"(I love you too my baby girl, take care of your self and please don't come with someone you don't know Okay?)" mom said in their line.

When mom and I finished talking, I immediately took my bag and fixed the uniform I was wearing, then took out my I.D and went out of the dorm to find my room which side it was in this vast university.

"Hi." I said smiling to the woman in front of me now.

"Hello, do you need something?" he asked me.

"Ahmm.... I need your help." I answered and smiled.

"What kind of help?" he asked in surprise.

"Where can I see this building?" I asked him and I showed him my schedule that Dean gave me.

"Oh, so you're the new student here at the university." he said then nodded.

"Come with me, let's go to class, anyway I'm Ashelyn Gevero Ash for short." he introduced me so I just nodded.

"Let's go?" I asked him and he nodded so I went with him.

"Kindly introduce your self, miss." said our adviser when Ash and I entered our room.

I nodded then went to the front to introduce myself.

"Hi everyone I'm Shantelle Sandoval 18 years of age." I introduced myself to them.

"Ok take your seat." said our teacher so I went to my seat and sat down.

Time passed and it was lunch time so I immediately put my things away.

"Let's go to the cafeteria." Ash said and I nodded then stood up and we went to the cafeteria together.

While I was eating, I suddenly felt that someone watching me, so I stopped eating.

"Is there a problem?" Ash asked me.

"Who are they?" I asked him while staring at a table with five women sitting there who were also staring at me.

"Are you referring only to the woman?" he asked and I looked at him then nodded.

"Let's eat, I'll tell you something later." he replied so I just nodded and continued eating.

"Who is that girl again?" I asked Ashelyn.

Anyway, we are here today in the garden of the university because our teacher is not there so we hang out here.

"The five of them have different hair colors, right?" he said and I nodded. "The color of their hair is their name." he said.

"So they are Red, Violet, White, Green and Blue?" I assured.

"Yup and they are the five women we should avoid here in this university." he said which made me startled.

"Why, what is it about them that we should avoid them?" I wondered.

"Because they are the ones who bully here at the university, so we should avoid them so that we can enjoy our studies here." he answered.

"No way, they smiled at me earlier." I said to him raising his eyebrows.

"Tsk! Those are plastic." he said and winked.

"By the way, don't go near Sycho Saavedra." he said.

"Why, who is that Sycho again?" I asked.

"He is known as the King of Psycho here at the university, he is one of the sons of the owner of this university." he answered.

"So he's scary?" I asked and he nodded.

"Any way, you can enter this university. What did you do and your parents made you study here?" he asked.

"I didn't kill, it was close." I answered him. "And you?" I asked.

"Me?" he asked and I nodded. "I killed my stepdad." he answered and he forced a smile.

"Why?" I asked.

"He killed my dad, so I killed him. When I told mom that my stepdad killed my dad, she didn't believe me, and because of the anger I felt, I killed my stepdad and since then, mom exiled me here." her story so I hugged her because she was crying.

"Until now, mom is still very angry with me. I don't know what I can do to forgive her. Three years have passed since that tragedy happened." she said crying.

"That's fine, your mommy will also forgive you if you have evidence to show that your stepdad is the one who killed your daddy. You will be fine." I told him.

"Hey what the hell is that going to make me cry." he said with a snort as we separated from our embrace. "Anyway, what's your reason for being so close to killing?" he asked.

It's another new day and because I woke up late today, I quickly went to the bathroom to take a shower.

A few minutes passed and I finished taking a shower and got ready, so if I took my bag and five books I would return to the library later.

"Hey! I'm not an image when I wake up!" I said to myself in annoyance as I hurriedly walked down the hall way of the university to the classroom.

"Ay tikbalang!" I screamed in shock when I bumped into something and the books I was holding fell.

I immediately picked it up and helped me when I crashed.

"A-ahhh he he he, sorry I didn't mean it. I was in a hurry." I apologized to the man I bumped into and he nodded.

His handsome sheyt is tactful.

"Alright, I'll go ahead of you." I said to him then ran to the classroom.

"Hey, are you here now?" Ash asked me as I sat in my chair and our professor entered as well.

"I woke up late hehe." I answered him.

"It's good that you didn't meet Sycho." he said weakly.

"How come you said I never met him?" I asked him.

"Because if you met Sycho late, you wouldn't have been able to come in this morning." he answered weakly.

"Why?" I asked him weakly.

"Because it will punish you." he said so I just nodded.

I am currently on my way to the library to return the five books I borrowed yesterday.

I didn't have anyone with me because I sent Ash to the cafeteria first because it was lunch time and I wasn't hungry yet.

I knocked on the door of the library but there was no one even when it was open so I just went in.

I immediately went up the stairs because it was above me that I took yesterday and it should be where I took it and it should be returned there as well.

"Ahhhhhhh!" I screamed in shock when one of my feet slipped so I just closed my eyes and waited to fall to the floor.

"Fvck!" I heard softly and only a few seconds later I felt someone grab me so I opened my eyes.

"Are you okay?" asked the man who caught me and this is the same man I bumped into this morning.

I nodded to him so he put me down.

"Ahmmm..... thank you for joining me." I said to him and smiled.

And it nodded. "Be careful next time." he said seriously and I nodded too.

"Any way I'm Shan , Shana you will love one day."

"What the--------"

"Charot lang. I'm Shantelle, Shan for short." I introduced myself to her with a smile.

"What is your name?" I asked him.

"Sycho." He answered coldly.

'Sycho.'rewound over and over again in my mind so I froze where I stood.

"H-huh?" I said stupidly to him.

"I know you heard what I say, don't need to repeat." he said coldly.

"A-ahhh e-ehhh o-oo, I'll go first bye. Thank you again." I said hurriedly and quickly left the library.

'Stupid self.' I said to myself as I nervously headed to the cafeteria.

"Oh, are you sweating?" Ash asked in surprise when I entered the cafeteria.

"A-ahh, let's go eat, I'm hungry." I just said to him and sat on the chair.

Is that really Sycho, the King of Psycho here? Just shit.

He seems to be nice, I guess what Ash told me the other day about Sycho is not true. Wooooohhhh am I nervous?!

Chapter 2

Shantelle's Point of View

I woke up early so I could go in early. Because I might meet the man named Sycho again.

While I was walking down the hall way to the room, I was surprised because everyone I passed was looking at me.

Especially the women who would look at me, but I just ignored it and continued walking.

"Hey witch!" Ash called me when I entered the room.

"Why?" I asked him.

"Do you know that King Sycho was with you in the library yesterday, it's very crowded here at the university." he said, frowning at me.

Has anyone seen us?

"How did that happen, and then it was just a coincidence that I was there because I returned a book. And then I didn't know that he was also there because I returned a book there." I just answered him and went to the chair I sat down.

"Do you know that there are many women who hate you, especially the five women with different hair colors," Ash said, which made me startled.

"Hey, if you see those five girls, just stay away. If you don't want trouble, okay?" he said so I just nodded.

While Shantelle and Ash were eating in the cafeteria, Red went behind Shantelle with her cousins, so all the students who were also eating looked at them.

Shantelle was surprised when she felt something poured on her head, so she stood up and even Ash was surprised by Shantelle's sudden standing.

"R-Red." Ash stammered while looking at Red.

"Did you pour cold water on me?" Shantelle asked calmly while staring into Red's eyes.

"I just want to say that Mr. Sycho Saavedra is mine not yours." Red smiled at Shantelle and raised an eyebrow.

"Ay wehhh, true?" Shantelle said angrily to Red.

"Respect our Queen of Psycho, miss Shantelle." said Red's cousin, White, then she looked away.

"When did King Sycho declare that he had a girlfriend?" Ash asked White with a smile on his lips.

"Shut up!" Red yelled angrily at Ash, and he was about to slap Ash but he dodged.

"Don't worry, I'm just asking." Ash said with a smile.

"You know, as far as I know there is no queen of Psycho in this university." Shantelle spoke calmly.

"Now you know there is something, and that's me." Red said proudly.

"King Psycho doesn't have a girl friend, remember?" Shantelle said to him with a smile.

Shantelle just grinned as she shook her head after Red slapped her.

"It's so weak, I thought you were the queen of Psycho here." Shantelle said with a smile that made Red angry.

Shantelle said emphatically so Ash smirked at what she said.

"You heard what my friend said, didn't you? They say there is no Psycho Queen who is weak. It means you will never be a Psycho Queen because you are weak." Ash said to Red so Shantelle smiled while Red and his cousins was looking at them both angrily.

"Red." Green said to his cousin Red as he was about to attack Shantelle.

"That girl has a day too, let's get out of here." Green said to Red and they pulled her out of the cafeteria.

"Are you okay?" Ash asked Shantelle, because his two eyes could clearly see that Shantelle's cheeks were red.

"I'm fine, it doesn't hurt." Shantelle replied then she smiled at Ash.

"Are your cheeks red?" Ash asked with raised eyebrows.

"My skin is just sensitive." Shantelle answered so Ash just nodded.

"Oh why are you looking at us?" Ash asked the students who were looking at them flatly.

"Leave them alone, come on, just accompany me to the locker and the bathroom. I'll just get dressed." said Shantelle.

"Okay then, the uniform you are wearing is too wet." Ash said to Shantelle, so they left the cafeteria and went to the locker to get Shantelle's extra uniform before they went to the bathroom so Shantelle could change her clothes. .

While Ash was waiting outside the bathroom that Shantelle entered, suddenly someone called his cell phone so he answered it.

"What do you need, did you get called?" Ash asked the person who called him.

"(I just want to let you know something so come see me here at our meeting place.)" said a person who called him on the other line.

"Ok, I'm on my way." He answered and hung up.

"Alright, go to that, it might be important." Shantelle said to Ash from inside the bathroom.

"Are you sure?" Ash assured Shantelle.

"Yes, I'm about to finish here." answered Shantelle.

"Alright, I'll go first." Ash said goodbye then he left.

After Shantelle changed her uniform, she immediately left the bathroom.

"Ahhh...." Shantelle moaned weakly as someone suddenly pushed her so that she leaned against the wall.

"W-what do you need?" Shantelle nervously asked the young man in front of her.

"What happened?" the young man asked him as he just looked at his reddened right cheek.

"Why, do you like it?" Shantelle said flatly to the young man so that he was tormented.

"Just answer my question, miss Sandoval." The young man said seriously.

"Slapped." Shantelle answered immediately.

"Who did that?" the young man asked with raised eyebrows.

"It's about yourself, of course it's someone else." Shantelle answered flatly.

"It's just c-charot!" Shantelle said and made a peace sign because the young man was staring at her badly. "Of course, the woman who feels like a Psycho Queen is weak to spank." he answered and smirked.

"I don't have a girl friend, but I have a Queen." said the young man.

"Am I asking you?" Shantelle said teasingly to the young man.

"Tsk!" the young man gasped and left in front of him.

"Who do you know, the question asked. He's not my boy friend. Wooohhh he's not scary at all." Shantelle said weakly and sighed as she went to her room.

Shantelle's Point of View

While I was walking in the hallway towards my room, I suddenly stopped because five women blocked my path.

"Do you need it?" I asked the five of them calmly.

"If you were lucky this morning Red ohh." Blue said smiling then he crossed his arms.

"That girl is unlucky, do you know that?" I said to her and Red raised an eyebrow.

"You know---"

"I don't know yet." I interrupted what White was going to say.

"You're talking about a woman ahh!" White yelled at me in annoyance.

"Calm down, White, maybe you'll kill him, go ahead." I said teasingly to him.

"B*tch!" Red said to me, and he was about to hit me but I dodged.

"I'm not you, okay?" I said to him.

"Come on Red, that's later. We have to prioritize something more than that useless girl." Green said flatly then he sneered at me.

"No use?" I asked him.

"Ahh.... just like you." I said to him with a smile then flipped my hair and left them there.

"Hey girl, come back here, we're not done yet!" I heard Red shout, but I ignored it.

"Excuse me." Sander and I both looked behind him when someone said something there.

"Do you need something?" I asked the man and he shook his head.

"Okay, can I leave now Mr.?" I asked Sander and he nodded so I smiled at him then continued walking to the room.

"Good morning, Shantelle." Ash greeted me and smiled and I just nodded to him and went to my seat then sat down.

I know that Sander was just lying to me earlier. I feel that he is targeting me here and not his brother, so I have to be careful here in this university. Especially since he's here.

"It seems that your mind has dived very deep, my friend." I looked next to me when Ash spoke.

"It's not too much." I said to him.

"I heard that you talked to King Sycho's brother, Sander." he said with a smile.

"Hey! I'm going to be quiet." he said and just in time the prof came in to discuss his lessons.

By the way, I'm here in the garden of the university and I've been feeling that someone is following me, so I came here.

He looked at me and smiled. "Why are you following me, White?" I asked him.

"Just answer my question, girl." he said and he pointed at my neck with the katana he was holding.

"Will that scare me?" I asked him calmly.

"Punyeta! Just answer me, okay?" he said then put back in his bag the katana he pointed at me a while ago.

"Nothing." I simply answered him. "It's just that we both know our names, but."

"But what?" he asked.

"But it's not about our two lives." I answered him.

"And why are you asking the question, huh? Are you a woman who likes him?" I raised my eyebrows and we settled it. "No." he replied flatly then he left me here in the garden.

"I heard that you talked to my brother earlier." he said seriously.

"Then what did you talk about?" he asked so I was in pain.

"That's good." he said while smiling.

Oh shit! he heard.

"So, can I leave now?" I asked and immediately stood up then he nodded.

"Be careful, miss Shantelle." he said coldly and I nodded as I left his office.

"Hello Shantelle, you are fine and still alive until now," said Red in front of me.

"What do you need from me, Pula?" I said flatly and crossed my arms.

"You seem to be alone, where are your disciples-are your cousins?" I asked him noticing that no one was following him.

"Do you need anything from them?" he asked with raised eyebrows.

"Nothing." I answered simply.

"You. What do you need from me, why did you block me in my path?" I asked calmly and he looked away.

"I was just wondering why you entered King Sycho's office." he said then he looked at me from head to toe, so I did the same to him.

"We just talked about useless things. Like you." I said to him with a smile.

"Or maybe you flirted with King Sycho!" said the person behind me so I faced him and saw Blue.

"I'm not you. I hope you stamp that in your mind."

"Don't abandon us, girl!" he said annoyed as I was about to leave.

"I have a name, Asul." I said to him irritated.

"Shantelle right?" Red confirmed.

"Left maybe." I answered him teasingly.

"You know that sucks!" Red said to me annoyed.

"You're a very philosophical woman!" said Blue.

"Calm down, Red. We're not in the arena to go to war with that girl." said Green who had just arrived and White was with him.

"Did you hear that, Pula? Calm down, maybe you'll kill him early, go ahead." I smiled teasingly at him who was annoyed by his face and he slapped me.

"What's the weakness?" I regretfully said to him. "I still expected you to slap hard today."

"You're a very shameless woman!" cried Red in annoyance, and just as he was about to stab me with a katana from White, Green stopped it.

"What are they going to do there?" I asked Ash while looking at the students here at PU going to the back of the university.

"Didn't you listen to King Sycho's announcement yesterday?" he asked with a raised eyebrow, making me feel miserable.

"Am I going to ask you Ash if I know?" I asked him so he winced.

"We will also go there." he said which made me startled.

"Why are we going there, what's going on?" I wondered.

"Ahh... just come and go there, I'll explain to you later why we have to go to the back of this university." he replied then he pulled me to the back.

"Training?" I said in surprise because I saw the students fighting or training.

"Who are we going to fight against?" I wondered. "Are they so serious while practicing? Are the people we're going to fight brutal killers too?"

"We can fight the students studying at CU led by King Sycho's brother, Sander." he answered.

"CU?" he frowned when I asked him and he nodded. "As in Carnibal University?" I asked in surprise and he nodded again.

"Remember that university is also famous worldwide so I know." I answered him and he nodded.

Shantelle immediately turned to the young man and immediately approached him.

Shantelle was about to grab the young man's cellphone, but he held it up so Shantelle couldn't get it.

"That's mine. Give it back to me." Shantelle said while holding one of his hands on his side where it was wounded.

"What happened there on your side?" the young man asked as he saw that Shantelle's right side was bleeding.

"Give me back my cellphone first, I need it. Maybe mommy will call later." Shantelle said differently.

"Answer my question first, miss Sandoval." The young man spoke seriously.

"Give it to me first." Shantelle said as her lips snorted at her cellphone held by the young man in front of her.

"Tsk!" said the young man as he gave Shantelle his cell phone.

"Now, answer my question."

"What's that again?" Shantelle asked scratching her head so that the young man was in pain.

"Come with me." the young man spoke briefly and Shantelle just nodded then he walked so Shantelle just followed the young man.

"Let me heal your wound." The young man said calmly and Shantelle nodded then she lifted her clothes so that the young man could treat her wound on her side.

"Sh*t!" the young man said weakly.

"Ahmm... are you alright?" Shantelle asked the young man.

It nodded to him. "Yeah."

"Alright, I'm going in, thank you." Shantelle said to the young man.

He was already in front of his dorm because the young man drove him after he treated him.

The young man just nodded to him so he entered his dorm to rest. And the young man immediately left to return to where he came from.

The two were in the cafeteria because it was lunch break.

"Why do you seem so deep in thought?" Ash said then he took a bite of food.

"It's not too much." Shantelle said then drank some water.

"You're thinking about King Sycho, aren't you." Ash said to him arrogantly.

"No." he answered. "I'm just thinking about who did it to me and why King Sycho and I met or talked to each other last night at the university."

"You want me to help you identify whoever threw the katana at you." Ash said then smiled.

"It's up to you." Shantelle said then stood up and walked out of the cafeteria.
