Chapter 1 Sold as the Lycan king Breeder

As I sit here in the back of the carriage, my heart racing with fear and uncertainty, I can't help but wonder what my future holds. My step-father, Mr. Anderson, had sold me off to the Alpha King like a piece of meat to be used for his own pleasure.

My parents had died in an accident when I was only 6 and I was adopted by this despicable guy.

"You could at least act happy," Mr. Anderson sneers at me.

"Happy to be sold off like a piece of property?" I can't help but roll my eyes at his words. After all, I was just a commodity to be bought and sold to the highest bidder.

Mr. Anderson shrugged. "Look at the bright side. Once you give the Alpha King a son, he'll release you from your duties. You are no longer a child, you are a woman, you are 22 years old."

"Duties?" I scoffed. "You mean I'm nothing more than a glorified breeder for him? How could you do this to me?"

"That's life, dear," Mr. Anderson said casually. "You should be grateful that I found a good deal for you. Not many people get the chance to live in luxury."

"Living in luxury won't be worth it if I'm trapped here for the rest of my life," i muttered under my breath.

The carriage came to a halt, and the door opened to reveal a grim-looking man with piercing blue eyes. It was clear from the moment we crossed the threshold that this was not a place where kindness or compassion were valued.

His eyes scanned me up and down as my step-father greedily counted the stack of coins he had been paid in exchange for me.

When my stepfather has opened the purse and his eyes opened wide . He made me want to vomit.

"Is this the breeder?" Maximus asked, his voice dripping with disdain.

"Yes, Your Highness," my step-father replied, bowing low. "A pure-blooded omega, just as you requested." "She's a fine specimen. Her name is Felicity"he added.

Maximus nodded, his attention focused solely on me. I felt a shiver run down my spine at the intensity of his gaze, and I took a step back, trying to create some distance between us.

The man--the Alpha King, studied me again for a moment before nodding curtly. "Bring her inside."

"Remember, you are representing our family." He whispered to me . I nodded hard, knowing he was all for the money.

He looked at me. "Make me proud, my girl," he said before turning and walking away.

"As we enter the pack, try to act calm,"Marcus the older man with salt and pepper hair who accompanied us, whispers to me. "The Alpha King is known for his unpredictability."

I was led into a grand hall, filled with people bowing low to the ground. As we passed by, the whispers began.

"She's so young, poor thing."

"She seems weak!"

"Can she satisfy the king?"

"Poor girl, she will bear the child of the king and the child will be so powerless like her!"

I felt my cheeks redden in embarrassment, but I held my head high. I refused to let them get the best of me.

Maximus Blackwood took my hand and led me up to a raised dais. "Welcome to my pack, Felicity."

I had never seen anyone quite like Maximus before--he was tall, with broad shoulders and an imposing presence that made it difficult to look him in the eye.

"It's a pleasure to meet you, your Highness," I said, doing her best to sound polite.

Maximus gave me a tight-lipped smile that made me doubt his sincerity. "You'll be staying here as my wife. Once you give me the son I require, you'll be free to go."

I winced at his wording but said nothing. I had heard this speech before from her step-father.

"In the meantime, you'll be expected to fulfill your role as a breeder," Maximus continued. "You'll be living in the wing designated for our future children. Marcus will show you to your quarters."

The older man with salt and pepper hair stepped forward. "Right this way, madam," he said, gesturing her to follow him.

My mind was racing as I tried to take it all in. I was trapped here, with the Alpha King, no less. What had i gotten myself into?

As we walked, Marcus explained the basics of life within the pack. Felicity tried to listen, but my mind kept wandering.

"Does the Alpha King have any other wives?" I blurted out.

"Just you, my dear," Marcus said, an amused glint in his eye.

As we reached her quarters, i took a deep breath, steeling myself for what was to come.

I pushed open the door, stomach churning, and met with a room larger than my own home.

"Make yourself at home, Mrs. Blackwood," Marcus said, respectfully bowing before exiting.

I took tentative steps around the room, noting the basic amenities that were provided. I decided to lay down on the bed and assess her options as i fell into a restless sleep.

I woke up to the sound of a sharp knock on my door. I groaned, rubbing my groggy eyes as I made my way over to it. It was Marcus, the old man who had shown me to my quarters.

"Mrs. Blackwood, the Alpha King has requested your presence immediately," he said.

"Okay, I'm coming," I replied, my heart racing at the sudden summons.

I followed Marcus's lead back to the grand hall, where Maximus was seated at the head of the table, his advisors flanked on either side.

"Ah, Felicity, good to see you," he said with a small smile as i approached.

"What did you need me for?" I asked trying to keep my voice calm and steady, i exchanged a glance with Marcus, who gave a small nod before i followed the Alpha King out of the hall.

As we made our way through the castle, Maximus was surprisingly quiet. I couldn't help but feel a sense of unease. He wasn't acting like himself, and I couldn't shake the feeling that something bad was about to happen.

"Where are we going?" I asked, trying to break the silence between us.

"To the laboratory," Maximus said simply.

"The laboratory?" I repeated, confused.

"Yes," Maximus said, stopping abruptly in front of a wooden door at the end of the hallway. "I have something to show you."

My stomach churned as Maximus opened the door and motioned for me to follow him inside. The room was dimly lit, with only a couple of flickering candles casting light on the walls.

"Maximus, what is this?" I said, afraid.

"You're my wife, Felicity," he said, turning to look at me. "Don't you trust me?"

I hesitated for a moment, but ultimately nodded. Maximus produced a small vial, and I gasped as I saw a faint liquid inside.

"What is that?" I asked.

"A fertility potion," Maximus said, smiling slyly. "I mixed it myself."

My eyes widened in horror as Maximus approached me, vial in hand.

"Now, it's time to get busy," he said, grinning.

I took a step back, shaking my head. "No, Maximus, please. I don't want this."

Maximus's expression turned dark. "You don't have a choice."

I backed myself up against the wall, my heart racing in my chest. I didn't know what to do.

"Maximus, please," I begged, tears streaming down my face. "I can't do this."

But he didn't listen. He grabbed me forcefully, pushing me onto the nearby table. The vial slipped from his grip, shattering on the floor.

"Maximus, no!" I screamed, struggling against him.

He looked at me, his eyes cold and calculating. "You're just a breeder to me, Felicity. Nothing more."

I felt a surge of anger and desperation. "I'm not just a breeder," I spat. "I'm a person, and you can't treat me like this."

Maximus leaned in, his breath hot against my neck. "I can do whatever I want," he said, before kissing me roughly.

I pushed him away, feeling sick to my stomach. "I won't let you do this to me," I said, my voice shaking with anger.

Maximus just laughed, grabbing me again. "You don't have a choice, Felicity," he said. "You're mine now."

But I wasn't going to be his victim. I fought back, kicking and screaming until he finally let me go.

"You'll pay for this," Maximus growled, storming out of the room.

I collapsed onto the floor, tears streaming down my face. What had I gotten myself into?

Chapter 2 Trapped With The Cruel Lycan King.

Chapter 2:Trapped with the Cruel Alpha King

The door slammed behind him, leaving me alone in the dimly-lit room with nothing but the shattered vial and an empty feeling inside her.

I didn't know what was going to happen to me, but i knew i couldn't stay here with a man as cruel and heartless as Maximus Blackwood. Moving slowly, i hobbled out of the laboratory and back to my room, my mind reeling from the shock of what had just happened.

Alone in the silence of my chamber, I made a decision: I had to escape.

When the sun rose the next morning, i knew that i had to escape. I looked around my room, contemplating my options. I knew that i would have to be quick, silent, and leave as little of a trace as I could. I needed to go somewhere where Maximus couldn't find me.

Suddenly, a knock at my door jolted me back to my senses. "Mrs. Blackwood?" It was Marcus. "Are you in there? The Alpha King wishes to see you. It's urgent."

I frantically searched my room, trying to think of an escape plan. I spotted an open window and made my way towards it.

"Mrs. Blackwood?" Marcus's voice grew louder. "Is everything alright?"

I looked back at the door and realized that he wasn't going to go.

I took a deep breath, steadying myself. I knew what i had to do.

"I'm coming Marcus," i called out, trying to keep my voice steady. I make my way to the door.

As i stepped out of her room, Marcus gave me a stern look. "The Alpha King is waiting for you, Mrs. Blackwood. You shouldn't keep him waiting."

"I understand," i responded, trying my best to hide my anxiety. "Lead the way."

The walk to Maximus' chambers felt longer than usual. Every step felt heavy, every breath felt like i was suffocating. I knew he was going to punish me for my act the day before.

As we entered Maximus' chambers, I couldn't help but feel a sense of dread wash over me. The room was dimly lit, with candles flickering on every surface. Maximus sat on his throne, staring at me with cold, calculating eyes.

"Mrs. Blackwood," he spoke in a low voice. "I trust you're aware of the consequences of your actions?"

I swallowed hard, trying to keep my composure. "Yes, your highness. I understand."

"Good," he said, standing up from his throne. "Because I have decided to give you a second chance."

I felt a glimmer of hope rise in my chest. Maybe he wasn't as cruel as I thought.

"But," he continued, his voice taking on a darker tone. "You will be closely monitored from now on. Any more attempts to escape or defy me will result in severe punishment."

My hope vanished as quickly as it had come. "Understood," I said, my voice barely above a whisper.

Maximus stepped closer to me, his eyes boring into mine. "And one more thing," he said, a cruel smirk forming on his lips. "I've decided to take a personal interest in your training from now on," Maximus said, his voice laced with malice.

I felt a shiver run down my spine at his words. I knew what that meant - more experiments, more pain, more torture.

But I couldn't let him break me. I had to find a way out of this hellhole, no matter what it took.

"As you wish, your highness," I said, forcing a smile onto my face.

Maximus nodded, seemingly satisfied with my response. "You may leave now," he said, waving his hand dismissively.

I turned to leave, but as I reached the door, Maximus spoke again.

"Oh, and Mrs. Blackwood," he said, his voice taking on a more sinister tone. "I wouldn't try anything foolish if I were you. Remember, there are eyes everywhere."

I felt a cold sweat break out on my forehead at his words. I knew he was right - I was being watched at all times.

I couldn't help but feel a strange attraction to the Alpha King. Despite his cruelty and harsh words, there was something about him that drew me in, something i couldn't quite explain.

Days turned into weeks, and i was subjected to the daily abuse of Alpha King Maximus. He would come to my chambers and demand that i perform my duties, berating me if i didn't produce results quickly enough.

Titus was no better, often using his position of power to harass and intimidate me. I felt like a prisoner, trapped in a life that i never asked for.

But despite the abuse, i couldn't help but feel a powerful attraction to Alpha King Maximus. I knew it was wrong, knew that he was treating me terribly, but there was something about him that made me heart race.

One day, while i was cleaning her chambers, i overheard a conversation between Alpha King Maximus and his trusted advisor, Marcus.

"I don't understand why you're so hard on her," Marcus said. "She's just a young woman who's been thrust into a terrible situation."

Alpha King Maximus snorted. "You know as well as I do that women are nothing but trouble. They'll do anything for money and power, and I won't be taken advantage of again."

I felt a pang of sadness at his words.

" I'm not like the other women you had been with, i genuinely cared for him despite everything you had done to me Maximus" I thought disappointed.

But before i could dwell on my thoughts, I heard Alpha King Maximus say something that made my blood run cold.

"I don't know why I'm so drawn to her," he said. "There's something about her that I can't resist. It's like she's under my skin."

My heart skipped a beat." Could it be possible that he felt the same attraction that i did?" I wondered.

Just as i was about to ponder this further, Titus burst into my chambers, his face contorted with rage.

"Get up," he snarled. "The Alpha King wants to see you."

I followed him back to the throne room, my heart pounding in my chest. I had no idea what he wanted, but i knew that it couldn't be good.

As I entered the room, i saw Alpha King Maximus standing before me, his eyes burning with an intensity i had never seen before.

"What is the meaning of this?" Alpha King Maximus thundered. "You have been in my service for months now, and yet you have failed to produce me an heir."

"I...I'm sorry, your highness," I stammered, feeling like a child caught in the act of misbehaving. "I'm doing everything I can, but..."

"But what?" he cut me off, his voice rising in anger. "I have given you every resource available, every advantage, and yet you still can't give me what I demand?"

"I...I don't know what else to do," I said, feeling tears prick at the corners of my eyes. "I'm trying my best, but it's not working."

Alpha King Maximus stepped closer to me, his eyes burning with anger. "You'd better find a way," he said, his voice low and menacing. "Or else there will be consequences."

"I understand," I said, feeling like a trapped animal. "I'll do my best."

"You'd better," he said, turning to leave. "I expect results, Mrs. Blackwood. Don't disappoint me again."

Alpha King Maximus continued, "I hope you understand your role here. You are to bear me a son, nothing more. If you fail in that task, you will be punished severely."

I nodded, too scared to speak. I had heard stories of what happened to women who failed to produce a male heir, and i didn't want to find out for myself.

As he walked away, I couldn't help but feel as much or even more attracted to him.

It was like an inner voice told me i've found the person I was meant to be with. This time the instinct was strong and i can't ignored it this time . I was scared of what it could mean.

" No it can't be possible ! No ! No! " I screamed in anger.

Chapter 3 The weight of a secret

The next morning,

I got up, taking a deep breath, and headed to the bathroom to wash my face. As I looked into the mirror, I saw a different reflection staring back at me. I was no longer the naive girl who had been sold off to the Alpha King. I was Felicity Blackwood, Maximus' wife, and I had to start acting like it.

I put on a brave face and made my way down to the dining hall, where the rest of the pack had already gathered. Marcus greeted me with a "Good morning, Mrs. Blackwood."

"Good morning, Marcus," I replied, trying to be polite.

As I sat down at the table, I could feel the eyes of the other pack members on me. They were all waiting for me to produce an heir, to secure Maximus' place as the Alpha King.

"What's on the agenda for today?" I asked, trying to distract myself from my thoughts.

Maximus looked up from his plate. "We have some pack business to attend to. You'll be accompanying me."

I tried to hide my fear, but it must have shown on my face because Maximus frowned.

"Is there a problem, Mrs. Blackwood?" he asked, his voice laced with annoyance.

"No, your Highness," I replied quickly, hoping that he wouldn't push the issue.

As we left the dining hall, I could feel Maximus' eyes on me. I wished I could just disappear, that I could escape from this nightmare.

The corridors were busy with pack members going about their day. I tried to keep up with Maximus, but he seemed to be moving at an impossible pace.

"Is something the matter, your Highness?" I asked, struggling to keep up.

"I have work to do," Maximus said curtly. "And so do you."

I swallowed hard, trying not to let his words get to me. I felt like a prisoner in my own home.

As we made our way to the throne room, I could feel the tension rising. I wasn't sure what was going on, but I knew that something big was happening.

The other pack members were gathered around, whispering amongst themselves. I tried to make myself as small as possible, hoping that no one would notice me.

Maximus took his place on the throne, and the room fell silent.

"As you all know, we have been expanding our territory," he began. "But there have been some complications."

I listened intently, trying to pick up any clues about what was going on. I didn't like feeling left out of the loop.

"We've come into contact with some rival packs," Maximus continued, "And they're not willing to back down."

The room erupted into murmurs, and I could feel the tension mounting. I didn't know much about the politics of the pack, but I knew that this wasn't good.

"What do we do?" one of the pack members asked.

"We fight," Maximus said firmly. "We show them that we are the strongest pack and that we will not be intimidated."

I tried to shrink back even further, feeling like I was in over my head. This was not what I had signed up for.

As the meeting ended, I made my way back to my chambers. I needed to clear my head and think about my options.

But as soon as I entered my room, I was met with a surprise.

Maximus was waiting for me.

I couldn't hide the surprise on my face as I saw Maximus waiting for me in my chambers.

"Your Highness, what are you doing here?" I asked, trying to keep my voice steady. U try to keep the surprise out of my voice.

"I wanted to speak with you in private," he said, his expression serious.

I felt a knot form in my stomach. What could he want to talk to me about? Was it about the rival packs he had mentioned earlier?

Maximus took a step closer to me, and I could feel his breath on my skin. My heart was pounding in my chest.

"I know this is not what you expected when you entered into this marriage," he said, his voice softening. "But I need you to trust me. We are facing some difficult times, and I need you by my side."

I felt a pang of guilt at my earlier thoughts. Maybe Maximus wasn't as bad as I had thought.

"I appreciate that, Your Highness," I replied, trying to sound grateful.

I tried to keep my emotions in check, but I couldn't help feeling a little relieved. Maybe he wasn't going to ask me to do something dangerous after all.

"I do trust you, Your Highness," I replied, trying to sound convincing.

"Good," he said, his hand reaching out to brush a strand of hair away from my face. "Because we have a lot of work to do."

As he leaned in to kiss me, I couldn't help but feel a sense of dread. I knew there was more to this than just a simple conversation.

Just then, I felt a wave of nausea wash over me. I stumbled back, my hand going to my stomach.

"Are you okay?" Maximus asked, his face etched with concern.

"I don't know," I replied, feeling more confused than ever.

As I made my way to the bathroom, I felt a sense of dread wash over me. Could it be possible that I was pregnant?

I waited anxiously for the results of the test, my mind racing with possibilities. What would happen if Maximus found out? Would he be happy or angry?

As the minutes ticked by, I felt my anxiety mounting. Finally, the test was ready.

Positive.

I stared at the test in disbelief. I was pregnant. I was going to have a baby.

But the news was bittersweet. Maximus didn't know, and I didn't know how he would react.

I tried to keep my emotions in check, but I couldn't help feeling a sense of panic. What would happen to me and my baby if Maximus found out?

As I made my way back to my chambers, I couldn't help but feel like I was living in a nightmare. I had no idea what the future held, but I knew that I had to protect my unborn child at all costs.

The end... or is it?
