Years back, Oliver James fell in Love with a young woman named Lilian Gomez, a half Mexican half Ame citizen.

They fell in love in their prime when they were full of naivety and carelessness.

They both loved each other immensely. Oliver went for a vacation with his family in Mexico where he met Lillian often called Lilly by her family. She was young, beautiful, careless and naive.

She is open minded and had enviable values. She has a blonde hair, tall and elegant body feature that is noticeable. When Oliver and his family arrived Mexico, they leased an apartment for the number of days they were to stay for the vacation.

Lilly's mother Gabriella was the one in charge of cooking their meals. Lilly's father separated from her mother and moved back to America when Lillian was still a six months old baby. Her mother singlehandedly and painstakingly raised her with so much love and values.

During Gabriella's visit to the James' apartment, Lilly always went along with her to cook for them. She was 17years of age as at then and Oliver was 19. The first time he saw her, she took his breath away when he watched her swinging her body as she dances with the Jarabe Tapatio steps.

Some of the locals were singing a melodious traditional Mexican music. Everyone was out on the streets to dance their hearts out Mexicans never fail with music and beautiful dance steps. She never noticed he was watching.

I can see you have the habit of bumping into people" Lilly said angrily. Oliver graciously glared with a big smile on his face. She could feel his eyes on her body as if she was naked He was impressed with her and couldn't stop looking at her.

Oliver said in an arrogant masculine voice "I see you are fond of me and that's why you can't help but follow me to wherever I go to. I guess I am too handsome and irresistible " he said as he pulled up the collar of his green beach wear which he paired with a short. "You are unbelievable !" Lilly said to him in anger.

"You are the ugliest boy I have ever met so far. Don't be too full of yourself. Handsome my foot" she said. She picked up the groceries she was asked to get by her mother and left for the apartment as it was getting late.

As she was walking down the house, a bicycle rider ran into her while running as if he was been chased by someone. She dropped the leather bag containing the groceries and almost fell to the ground while Oliver quickly caught her with his face close to her that they both can feel each other's breath.

They stared at each other for about two minutes until a passerby rudely said" what do you kids think you are doing? This kids of nowadays are so shameless ".

Oliver stood her up and helped her picked the groceries in his shirt. She was very quiet and embarrassed till they reached home. She collected the groceries at the entrance and left for the kitchen. He blushed and watched as she walked .

She got into the kitchen through the back door. She told her mother what happened when Gabriella asked her what took her long before returning home. But the mother wasn't convinced and told her to be careful around Oliver, she doesn't want any problem with the family.

"Rich people only use and dump people my dear. Be wise. Let the rich enjoy their riches and let us enjoin our lives too". Gabriella said to innocent Lilly who didn't pay attention to what her mum was saying.

The next morning Oliver was waiting outside the apartment scrolling through his smart phone. Lilly passed him by to run an errand at the nearest seafood market.

"Good morning Oliver and thank you for yesterday" she said with her head down as if she is still feeling shy from what happened yesterday. "

You don't need to thank me Lilly,you and your mother have been doing so much for us since we got here. Can I walk with you if you don't mind?" He asked while running his fingers through his dark curly hair

head. He was skeptical about her response. "No I don't". They walked down together to the seafood market and chatted along. She asked Oliver if he had been in any relationship before.

He told her that he has never fallen in love with anybody. " I am hoping that someday the right girl would come my way and I would fall in love definitely" He said with so much enthusiasm and brightness on his face.

As days become weeks, Oliver and Lilly became madly in love with one another without any of their families knowing. But however Rosalie who was Oliver's mother was paying close attention.

One day, Lilly said she was going to take Oliver

out for horse riding in a ranch which was in the outskirts of the city . They got to the ranch and rode horses for several hours and enjoined themselves.

While coming down the horse, Lilly fell down into a thick mud that was in the ranch. Oliver picked her up and took her to a tap in the ranch that supplies water.

He turned his back in order not to stare at her while bathing herself. After bathing she washed herself and her clothes too. She was left with no clothes to wear.

Oliver took off his jacket and handed it to her by closing his eyes. She smiled and wore the jacket.

"Well I am done. You can turn over now". She was careless as his presence never bothered her being half naked before him.

They sat together under a shade. The weather was very cold and chill. Oliver wrapped Lilly with his body to feel warmth. They were all having a high level of sensational feeling in their body. They were staring so deep into each other's eyes with so much intensity. He came closer to her face and tried to kiss her but wasn't sure. She was relaxed and lost staring at him.

As the chill of this feeling ran through her body, she summoned courage to ask him a question, " Do you really like me?How am I sure you won't betray me Oliver?" She asked with a husky voice. On hearing this, Oliver who was overwhelmed with an euphoric feeling of the moment snapped back to reality and he said, " I love you with all my heart Lilly. You are my first love and you are all I want." He said holding her warm hands and stroking her face with his finger. She moved closer to him and rubbed her nose with his that they can feel each other's breath. They begin to kiss slowly and softly, Oliver unzipped the jacket she was wearing and carressed her body with his hands. Lilly gave in to him and they got intimate. By the time they were done, her clothe was already dried up and they went back home separately to avoid any suspicion from their parents.

She got home and her mother was still up late waiting for her. Her motherly instinct made her realize Lilly was with Oliver that day but was not sure if something happened between them. As soon as she saw her mother she was shocked and never expected her to be awake at that time. "Lillian where are you coming from at this time of the night?" Gabriella asked with her eyes all red as if it were a pool of blood, deep and vast as if she could see through Lilly in that instant. The voice of her mother drove into her heart an uneven beat ."I went to Marietta's house mother." She answered as her heart was swelling and beating so fast as if it was going to pull out of her chest. "You can ask Marietta, we were together all night." " I just want to know I can trust you darling.

You are still young and naive. You really don't understand much about life dear." Gabriella said with so much annoyance. "I have been through this too and I wouldn't want you to get hurt. I am still hurt dear. I am yet to heal." Gabriella said while feeling pain from the flood of memories she had of Lilly's father. He abandoned her when Lilly was only six months old. She toiled herself and laboured so hard to take care of Lilly since she was a baby till now that she has grown into a young woman.

The day has come for Oliver and his family to leave for America since their vacation was over. Mr. James has to return home to continue to manage his multi million dollars oil corporation. Mr. James is one of the Elites and his family is one of the most highly respected families. They live in Beverly hills. Theirs is a life of luxury and nothing less. Luxurious mansion with topnotch decorations and designer interiors. Gabriella and her daughter went to bid the family farewell . Oliver dropped a note for Lilly while she was doing chores at the apartment at noon. " I want us to meet at Marrietta's place and say goodbye tonight". He drew a big heart in the middle of the note. Lilly had goosebumps all over her body after reading the letter and kissed it placing it on her chest.

A night before their return Lilly told her mom that Marietta was down with fever and she needed to check on her. Being best of friends, Gabriella couldn't say no and didn't suspect Lilly was up to a mischief . " Just be home before it gets dark" Gabriella said reluctantly. Lilly was so excited to meet Oliver. She was on her way to Marrietta's house when someone dragged her into the dark. She shouted and pushed the person against the wall in shock. Alas! It was Oliver who was playing a prank on her. As she turned she saw him and they both both bursted into a laughter." What are you doing ?" Lilly said with a sweet smile on her face. Oliver pushed her against the wall. Their hearts were both beating fast as she leaned on the wall feeling each other's breath. He kissed her softly on her forehead and went down to her lips and kissed her slowly and Lilly responded with so much intensity as her whole body was on fire. Oliver aggressively grabbed her to his chest caressing he neck and chest. Oliver said there is a beautiful cafè down the street. "Let's go and have dinner baby". Lilly smiled and nodded in approval.

They went down to the cafe and Lilly leaned on Oliver's arm as they chatted. They continued chatting over dinner. They both expressed their feelings and how much they loved each other. Outside the cafe there was a soft music playing. Oliver held Lilly's hand and said romantically, " Let's dance". While holding her hand and placing his forehead on hers, He promised Lilly never to leave her and that he would always be there for her. Lilly became very emotional as tears roll down her eyes. She was thinking about what her life would be like and what would become the fate of their love. She had gotten so used to having Oliver around her. Lilly loved Oliver with all her heart . But she had so much trust in Oliver and believed he would never betray her. They left the cafe after dinner.

They both held hands as they walked down the street. "It's getting late, I need to get going. Mom still thinks I am with Marietta". Lilly said reluctantly trying to hold back her tears from falling. Oliver quickly kissed her and hugged her so tight as if he wasn't going to let go. But he had no choice than to let go. They bid farewell to one another . "So I guess that's it . I am going back to my old life in America but your memories would be the light in my heart. See you tomorrow at the apartment Lilly". Oliver said in a husky voice.

He wasn't courageous enough to see her leave, so he turned around and left before she walked away. He had tears in his eyes but held them back .Lilly walked away and got home before it was too dark. " How is Marietta feeling now? Much better?" Gabriella asked as Lilly enters the house. " She is fine Mom" Lilly replied sadly. Even though they met the night before, Oliver wasn't able to say a proper good bye to Lilly in the presence of everyone as she looked on while they drove away to the airport.

Months after Oliver and his family left Mexico for America, Lilly begins to fall ill but was pretending so that her mother do not become suspicious of her. She always had perfume and soap bar with her to surpress her vomiting.

Whenever she feels the urge to vomit,she quickly sniffed the perfume or soap bar to stop her from vomiting.

She was gaining weight and her Breast became so tender, firm and bigger. Before Oliver left he gave Lilly his mobile number. They always chatted and spoke for long hours. And sometimes a video call.

Lilly just finished her college education while Oliver was still a University student. One day Lilly called her friend marietta to come over to their house.

"Good morning mom Gabriella" Marietta said with so much smile on her face. She was always happy whenever she visited Lilly because Gabriella had always treated her like a daughter.

Marietta lost her mother at the age of 3 in a ghastly train crash. She grew up in the same neighborhood as Lilly and they grew to become friends.

Gabriella was busy attended to customers outside to buy her edible tacos as she turned she saw Marietta by her side. She didn't see her became she was busy.

" Hello beautiful, how was your night Marietta ? You've come to see Lilly right. She had been inside the house all day. Come on go and bring her downstairs." Gabriella said with a happy voice. She was always happy and knew how well to mind her business.

Alot of people respected her in the area. Marietta went upstairs to meet Lilly, to her surprise she saw Lilly all cuddled up in her bed with her blanket.

" What's up Lilly? You don't look good to me. Does your mom know you are sick? " she asked. " No! No!! Don't tell my mom an sick please I beg you." She said worriedly.

"But your Mom should know you are sick before anyone. Wait a minute! Are you pregnant Lilly?" Marietta shouted. Lilly quickly got off the bed and wrapped Marietta's mouth before anyone could hear her."I don't know yet " Lilly said as her eyes were filled with tears.

" So tell me, when did this happen ? Was it with Oliver?" Marietta asked with an inquisitive expression. Lilly nodded in affirmative.

" Why would you do this Lilly, you should have been more careful. You just finished college." Marietta said with a worried face. "It was just once the day we went for horse riding." Lilly told Marietta.

Go have a shower, dress up and let's go to the pharmacy to buy some pregnancy test strips to confirm if you are actually pregnant. And keep a bold face so that Mom Gabriella don't suspect anything." Marietta was such a loyal friend to Lilly. She had her own share of problems but could go to any length to protect Lilly.

They both sneaked out of the house to buy the strips. As soon as they got back, Marietta told Lilly to pee in a plastic container and dip the strips into it.

Once it shows two coloured lines it means positive and once it shows just a line, it's negative. Lilly went into the toilet and did exactly as she was told.

She peed and dipped the strips one after the other until they completed five and she stood their to see the outcome.

They all turned out to be positive, a dark stormy cloud hoverred under Lilly's eyes as She froze like a statues and bursted into heavy tears. She fell on the toilet floor .

Marietta looked terrified as she heard Lilly's loud cry and rushed to get her out of the toilet so that she doesn't hurt herself. Marietta hugged her tightly and told her to keep calm as they cried together. Marietta sat Lilly on the bed and gave her water to drink.

"What are you going to do about the baby?" " I don't know ! I don't know!" Lilly cried bitterly until she could cry no more. She cried as if her whole world has stopped and everything stopped moving.

She was imagining the pain this would make her mother go through. " You have to call Oliver and tell him before anything else" Marietta insisted. She grabbed her phone and dialled Oliver's number .

It rang severally without response. Few minutes later Oliver called back and said " Hello! Lilly." She kept quiet with buckets of tears flowing from her eyes. " Lilly is that you? Talk to me, why aren't you saying anything to me?" Oliver now became worried on the phone.

" I am pregnant." Lilly said as she hung the phone. Fear, confusion and rage all ran through his body that made his face so red. Oliver almost fell on the ground but luckily for him standing right behind a pillar that was in the hallway. "

This can't be happening, this is not true" he said to himself. "She is joking right Oliver!" He said as he tries to pick up his phone.

The news of the pregnancy came as a waving shock to oliver. He wasn't prepared nor was he ready to be a father.

Besides this news won't go down well with Lady Rosalie his mother. He dialled Lilly's number and she immediately answered his call and said

"Hello! Oliver," " Are you serious about the pregnancy?" "Yes" she replied wiping her tears. " But how is that? It was just once. That's not possible right. We barely lasted Ten minutes." He said in confusion.

" I said I am pregnant and this is all you got to tell me. I thought you said you loved me. You said I was all you wanted. And that we would forever be together."

" Am afraid not like this Lilly, how am I sure I am responsible? I can't take this,I am sorry." He hung up on her. "Oliver! Oliver!! Oliver!!! She shouted on the phone.

She turned to Marietta and bursted into tears again as she said" He hung up the phone on me Marietta. Tell me I am not dreaming please tell me! I trusted him with my love and he chose to abandon me like this."

She was sobbing with mucus coming out of her nose and mouth. Marietta kept patting her on her back to calm down. " Your Mom needs to hear this now, she definitely won't be happy but cannot throw you out of her life.

Take this as part of growing up. Time heals Lilly. You sure would be fine." Marietta went downstairs and called on Gabriella to come upstairs to her daughter's room. She asked Marietta if everything was alright. Marietta nodded and said" Not totally".

Gabriella rushed upstairs with Marietta and met her daughter in a bad state of emotion. Lilly was already getting consumed by her emotional trauma she is going through.

Gabriella quickly hugged her daughter and was stroking her hair saying" I love you no matter what happens. You are still my baby girl. I am not going to allow any harm to come your way." She said as tears was flowing down her eyes. "

I am sorry mother,I brought shame to you, I shamed your upbringing and I disappointed you." Lilly said as she cries on profusely. " shhhh!" Her mother said.

"I am here now everything would be alright dear. Marietta your sister and friend is also here with you. Just give yourself time to heal." Gabriella added.

" I will never heal from this mother." Lilly said. As Marietta and Lilly's mother were consoling her, Lilly's phone rang . "Who could it be?" Marietta wondered.
