"Good day, everyone. My name is Meggan Minx Foreister, and I'm the twin of the late head architect Meggay Minx Foreister. I am the new Head Architect." Her eyes met ours. "Meggay is dead, and all of you are the reason why she died." She smirked as Phoebe burst into tears. "Are you ready to face the consequences?" she said, still smirking. Secrets by secret and will come out soon. Who is Meggay's killer? Who is the real killer? It's been six years, but the case was never solved. Meggay's death did not appear on TV, and the police did not hear about what happened on the wedding day of Patricio and Grethel. Did everyone forget Meggay? What if one of the reasons for Meggay's death was the person you care about? Are they ready to face hell?

Chapter 1 Prologue

Six years later...

"Patricio's P.O.V"

I placed a sunflower on Meggay's grave. I always visit and leave flowers here. Her death still weighs me down, and I still blame myself for what happened six years ago.

"I'm sorry again and again," I whispered, looking at the sky, hoping she could hear me.

Over the years, I've dreamed about her often. Some dreams are beautiful, while others are terrifying. Last night, I dreamed she stood right on her grave.

It was horrible.

"Did you know my daughter prefers you over her own mother?" I said, remembering what my daughter told me.

She hates her mom and likes Meggay.

I was startled when the wind picked up, as if embracing me.

I looked around and saw a woman standing beside the tree! She was staring directly at me, which terrified me. My hair stood on end as I gazed at her.

She was wearing a black dress and black shades, covering her eyes. She smirked at me, seeming happy to see me terrified. The dark aura around her was dangerous, and in a snap, she was gone. I blinked, and she disappeared.

What the hell?!

I blinked several more times, thinking I had seen wrong.

"G-goodbye for now, Meggay. I'll be back tomorrow," I said, grabbing my shoulder bag and leaving the cemetery.

When I arrived at Foreister's company, where I still work, I headed straight to my office and sat down. I couldn't forget my dream from last night. I clearly saw Meggay stand up from her grave and glare at us. It wasn't just me; I saw her friends, Grethel, and my friends, as if we were the ones who murdered her.

She was angry in my dream.

I shook my head and massaged my temples. For six years, there has been no new Head Architect. Even though Meggay died, no one has replaced her. Her position remains a special place for her. I closed my eyes and opened them again. The door to my office opened.

"Bro, we're called to the conference room," Kyle said, catching my attention. Savannah and Kyle are married. All of Meggay's friends are married, except her.

"What's going on?" I asked, puzzled. We've never had a meeting with everyone present before. Is it important?

"I don't know, Bro. We're supposed to wait for the CEO there," he said before walking away, leaving me alone.

I stretched before leaving my office and heading to the conference room. I was sure Meggay's friends would look at me with disdain. They were all there when I entered.

For years, they've treated me the same way. They still hate me because of what happened. They can hate me all they want because I know it's my fault.

They were all drinking coffee. Caelum handed me a cup and patted my shoulder.

"I wonder what's going on today?" Olivia asked, bored. I was surprised when River whispered something to Olivia. She smiled widely, and I heard the word, "later."

They have one child, a boy, whom River dotes on. I also found out that Olivia used to be River's secretary.

Phoebe and Caelum still don't want children, nor do Savannah and Kyle. Kyle's innocence was only removed because of Savannah. Savannah is quite different.

We looked up as the CEO and her husband entered. She smiled broadly at us! What is happening?

"Good day, everyone!" the CEO greeted cheerfully. We all greeted her back, my heart pounding.

"I called you all here because I want you to meet the new Head Architect. It's been six years since my daughter died." She let out a heavy sigh. "And now, I want you to meet the new Head Architect."

She smiled again, making my stomach churn with nervousness.

My eyes widened as a beautiful woman entered. Her hair was long and curly at the ends, and she wore the company uniform. Her face was as beautiful as ever. We were all wide-eyed and frozen.

Her presence made us all freeze.

She removed her expensive shades and gave us a large smile. It looked fake, not the same genuine smile.

Her eyes were dark blue like Meggay's, and all her facial features were also the same as Meggay's. I couldn't believe my eyes as I looked at her.

Meggay is alive.

"M-meggay?!" Phoebe shouted in shock, her eyes welling with tears at the sight of her best friend.

"I'm sorry, I didn't know you, but anyway," she said, looking around the conference room and then fixing her gaze on me.

I shivered when she gave me a terrifying smile.

This is not Meggay because Meggay wasn't like this!

"Good day, everyone. My name is Meggan Minx Foreister, and I'm the twin of the late Head Architect Meggay Minx Foreister. I am the new Head Architect." Her eyes sharpened as she looked at us.

Our jaws dropped. Twin... she has a twin. Meggay had a twin without us knowing. We didn't even know she had a twin!

"No! You're Meggay!" Phoebe shouted, but Caelum tried to calm her. Phoebe seemed to be going crazy.

Olivia and Savannah's eyes were still wide with disbelief. Her eyes narrowed further as she looked at us.

"Meggay is fucking dead, and all of you are the reason she died." She smirked as Phoebe burst into tears.

She's indeed scary. She isn't like Meggay, who treated her friends well. This one is her twin.

"Are you ready to face the consequences?" she said and smirked dangerously.

Chapter 2 The beginning

Patricio P.O.V

"Dada!" my daughter called out in a furious tone.

"What is it?" I asked, confused, and looked at her with bright eyes. She looked absolutely adorable.

"My teacher told me that I got a perfect score on my test! I forgot to tell you yesterday!" she said happily, and I smiled.

"You did a great job, baby!" I said, ruffling her hair. She just giggled. She sat next to me and started eating cereal.

She's just five years old.

"Dada, when will Mama come home?"

"She has an interview in," I cleared my throat, "Japan, and maybe she'll be back later." She just nodded.

"I want a real mom." She pouted, so I looked at her.

"Your mama is your real mom, okay?"

"No, she's not! She doesn't take care of me like other moms do for their kids! She never takes me to school, she doesn't even prepare my meals-it's always you! I want a real mom." She shouted angrily, so I tried to calm her down.

"Baby, your mama had a hard time when you were born. She almost died because you were a big baby, but look how much she loves you. She may not show it, but she loves you." I said. She just nodded and ate, as if she understood what I said.

Her name is Hannah Marie Morgan.

"Good morning, Baby Hannah and my lovely husband!" Grethel said happily before approaching Hannah and kissing her. She hugged me, and I smiled before taking a sip of coffee. She's back; my wife is here.

"I have lots of gifts for you, Hannah!" Grethel said, putting down several paper bags. Hannah doesn't want expensive things; she hates them.

"Mama, I told you not to buy me expensive things," she said seriously.

"Hannah, this is the only thing Mommy can do for you. I can't even take care of you because of my busy schedule," she said softly. Hannah's face softened quickly. I smiled as I watched them.

"Honey, stop looking at me!" Grethel pouted, so I shook my head. They looked so adorable; I love them.

"I'll take these to my room, Mama. Then I'll head to school," Hannah said before walking to her room.

"I'll take Hannah to school," Grethel said softly to me, so I smiled happily. She's finally stepping up.

"I overheard your conversation earlier, and she's right." She smiled and sat beside me. She hugged me, so I hugged her back. I really missed her.

"You should take care of Hannah. She needs you, okay? She needs her mom," I said softly. She just nodded. So I kissed her forehead. "I should go, Grethel. I'm going to be late. Take care of Hannah."

"I love you!" I shouted to her, grabbing my shoulder bag.

Hannah came out, so I kissed her on the forehead before leaving. When I arrived at the company, I went straight to my office. I checked the papers on my desk that needed signing and reviewed the blueprint. I was examining the blueprint when my office door flew open.

It was Caelum with his coffee.

"What's up, bro?" he greeted and sat down. He acted like he had no work and just sat there.

"Sup," I replied. He gave me a coffee, which I took.

"How are you and Grethel?" he asked suddenly.

"We're fine," I answered shortly. Why is he asking about me and my wife?

"How's my Hannah?" he chuckled.

"Don't worry about my daughter! Just have your own kids!" I said irritably, and Caelum laughed.

"Phoebe watched something on Facebook about pregnancy, and now she's scared to have kids." He laughed, so I laughed too. It must have been funny.

"Tell her it's worth it," I said, laughing. Because it is worth it to have a child with someone you love.

"Yeah, I will."

We chatted for a while before he went to the site. I left my office and went to the parking lot, getting into my car. As I sat there, I felt like someone was watching me, so I looked around.

She was wearing red and a mask. There was a stain-like blood-on her mask, hiding her face. I blinked, but she was gone. I shook my head, thinking I was seeing things.

"Maybe it's just my imagination," I said and drove to the site, forgetting what had happened.

**Savannah P.O.V**

I smiled while pinching the cheeks of Olivia and River's baby boy. Their son, Oliver Axy Hanahaki, was sitting on a comforter on the floor.

"Have a baby already!" Olivia said.

"Kyle doesn't want to. He says he's innocent about those things." I laughed hard, remembering what he said. Besides, I'm not ready to have a baby yet.

"M-momma," Oliver mumbled.

"Want milk, baby?" Olivia asked. The boy just giggled.

The office door opened. It was Phoebe. She sat down and picked up Oliver as if he were her child.

"Hey, stop!" Olivia shouted at her. Phoebe just giggled and returned Oliver to Olivia, who was now feeding him milk.

"Is giving birth hard?" Phoebe asked. I know how much she wants to have a child, but she's scared. She watches all sorts of things.

"Yes, but it's worth it. Look at how cute my child is. It was hard work, but worth it," she smiled softly.

"Caelum asked me. He wants a son." She shook her head. "I miss Meggay." Phoebe suddenly said, stopping us. The topic changed so quickly.

"I guess, me too," I said in a monotone voice. I still can't forget her. When she died, we searched for the killer, but no matter how much Calvin hacked the systems, we couldn't find out who shot her. It was so clean, no trace of what happened.

Everything was clean. No evidence, no one knew, even the guests at Grethel's wedding didn't speak. It means the perpetrator was powerful.

After two weeks of investigating, we stopped looking for the killer. We have our own lives to continue. We forgot about Meggay's killer and moved on with our lives.

"We should find the killer," Phoebe said confidently. She looked like she wanted to reopen the case and find the killer.

"No! I have my Oliver! He can't be involved in this problem, and it's been six years since Meggay died! Let her rest in peace!" Olivia shouted at us; she didn't want to reopen it.

"What if she's still mad at us?" Phoebe mumbled, her face saddened. "We didn't apologize when she died."

"We did it again and again, Phoebe!" Olivia snapped. "Stop thinking about Meggay. She's dead!" Phoebe remained silent.

"Olivia is right, Phoebe. She's been dead for a long time," I sighed heavily. Because Olivia is right, we can't reopen that topic and dig into it. We have our own lives now.

"I dreamed of her last night, Savannah. She stood on her grave and said she would come back to take everything," she said, stopping me. I gasped at her words.

"Wait... what? I had the same dream last night," I said, just as a strong wind blew, raising the hairs on my arms.

"What the fuck?" Olivia exclaimed. "I had the same dream too. How can we all have the same dream?"

What the hell is happening?

**Unknown person P.O.V.**

I took off my shades as I returned from Japan. I smirked while looking at the place.

"Wow, finally back here in the Philippines!" I shouted as I got off my private jet.

I called Attorney Javier on my phone. After three rings, he answered. So fast to respond.

"[What's up, Madam?]" he greeted.

"Miss me?" I laughed, making him chuckle. "How's the task I gave you?"

"[My twin doctor has taken care of it. Should we start the game we planned?]" he said seriously.

"Calm down. I'm going to target their children first before them. It's going to be bloody." I laughed again before getting into the limousine. Excitement coursed through my veins; I wanted to see them scared of me.

"[I like the word bloody,]" I heard him chuckle again.

"So, have you talked to all the members?"

"[Yes, Madam. I've contacted them already. Don't worry about it; they're ready for your games,]" he replied.

"Good. See you later," I said and ended the call. My lips twitched into another scary smirk.

I'm your nightmare, and I'm back to kill all of you... the way you killed her.

Chapter 3 Revenge

Patricio P.O.V.

When I got home, I sat on the sofa, exhausted. I closed my eyes but felt someone climb onto me. I opened them to see Hannah sitting on my lap. I smiled immediately, hugging her as my fatigue vanished.

"How's your day, Baby?" I asked tiredly.

"I met a lot of people!"

"Who?" I asked, curious since it's been months since her classes started.

"She told me not to tell you her name, but she gave me a lollipop earlier!" she said happily. I frowned. Why couldn't she tell me?

"And?" I asked again, curiosity racing through my veins.

"She wasn't alone! I think one of them was a lawyer, Dada. And there were more! Mama was on the phone, so they talked to me!" She laughed and rubbed her eyes. "She's beautiful, Dada! Nice! Tall and looks like a model, just like Mama!"

"Next time, don't talk to strangers, Hannah, okay?" I said in a strict tone. She just nodded and went to her room.

"Hon, you're home!" Grethel said, hugging me. I hugged her back and gave her a simple kiss.

"Anyway, I cooked for us!" she said happily, making me smile.

"Good wife, huh?"

"Oh, c'mon! Ever since we were kids, I always cooked for you, though we got in trouble for it!" she laughed. I laughed too, remembering how she almost burned the kitchen.

Someone knocked on the door, and Grethel quickly got up.

"I think my dress for the fashion show is here!" She grinned and quickly went to the door.

When she opened it, the delivery boy was gone, leaving a large dress box. Grethel brought it in.

We sat on the floor together to look at it. She was clearly excited. She pulled the ribbon, and when the red ribbon was removed, she opened the box.

We backed away when we saw what was inside. I looked horrified at the contents. Grethel also looked shocked as she stared at the dress. The dress registered in my mind.

She pointed at it. "Isn't that what Meggay was wearing when she was shot?" she asked, stuttering.

I took the dress and was even more stunned to see it covered in blood-so much blood! I felt weak as I looked at the white dress.

It was Meggay's dress that she wore on our wedding day...

There was a paper inside the box, so I took it and read it.

From: T.O.

The game has now started. Good luck.

"Game? What game?!" I almost shouted. What game is this paper talking about? Why are we involved?

"H-Honey, Meggay is appearing to me!" Grethel screamed, clearly terrified.

"What?"

"She's going to take you from me!" She started to cry. My brows furrowed in confusion at her actions.

"Meggay is dead, Grethel."

"No! She's alive! She will kill me! She will kill my Hannah!" Her crying intensified, so I approached to hug her. I don't understand why she's acting like this. Meggay is already dead.

"Meggay has been dead for a long time, Grethel. Hon, calm down."

"I saw her! I saw her in Japan! I saw her here! She's in our house! She's following me!" She continued to cry, so I hugged her tightly.

"She can't take me. Stop overreacting, Grethel," I said, smiling, trying to calm her down.

"It's been six years since she died."

**Savannah P.O.V.**

We're in Olivia and River's penthouse, drinking and having fun. After drinking some beer, I sat on the sofa, while Phoebe remained quiet.

"What's the tea, Phoebe?" I asked, but she looked puzzled by my words.

"Huh? Tea? We're drinking beer, not tea," she said, making me scratch my head. She's really hard to talk to.

"What's the problem?" I asked again. She let out a heavy breath, like she had a big problem.

"I saw a woman. She was standing outside our house," she said, so I listened.

"She was Meggay's height, with hair like Meggay's. She smiled at me. Her aura was scary, like one wrong move and she would kill me. When I blinked, she was gone."

"But always remember that Meggay is already dead. Those are just your imaginations."

"What if she's not dead?" she asked again, stopping me. I bit my lower lip, thinking about her question.

"Then, why hasn't she shown herself to us if she's alive?"

"Because she hates us," Phoebe answered shortly, making me sigh.

"We had our reasons for using her," I raised my eyebrow. Meggay should understand that we have our own reasons. Olivia came out of the room, and it looked like Oliver was asleep.

"So, how's your drinking?" Olivia asked before grabbing a can of beer.

"We're fine," Phoebe replied shortly.

"I bought pizza!" Olivia said happily, so I nodded.

I used Meggay because of my revenge. I used her to make my-not real father-pay for everything. I hope she forgives me.

The doorbell rang, so Olivia quickly stood up to go out. When she came back, she looked puzzled because it was a shoe box, not a pizza box. I was puzzled too.

"The delivery boy was gone." Olivia pouted.

"Wasn't it supposed to be pizza?"

She nodded and sat in front of us, removing the red ribbon before opening the box. We all covered our noses while looking at the box.

My eyes went wide, horrified at the contents of the shoe box.

"What the fuck?!" Olivia shouted. Our husbands quickly came in.

It was a decaying rat with a lot of blood! Who would do this?!

"Who delivered that?" River asked while looking at the box. He didn't seem bothered at all.

"We don't even know." I shrugged at him and rolled my eyes. River called someone. Since we were in his hotel, he was in charge.

"Did any delivery boy come in?" River asked the person on the phone.

"What? None? Even on CCTV, there are no traces of anyone coming to the front of my penthouse?" River looked annoyed while talking to whoever it was.

"Seems like someone strong entered your hotel, River," Caelum said sarcastically.

"There's a note!" Phoebe said, taking the paper from the side of the rat. We all quickly went to her side to read it.

From: T.O.

Scared? The game just started. Good luck. I'm just getting started.

"T.O? What kind of name is that? Lame," Caelum said in annoyance.

"It means we need to prepare for this," Kyle sighed and stood beside me.

"This is the first time I've seen that name," I said.

"We need to prepare a plan. We don't know when they will attack," Phoebe said seriously.

She's right.

**Unknown Person P.O.V.**

I laughed so hard while looking at their faces, scared by my delivery. They looked so scared that everything was so clean.

"We're going to drive Grethel crazy!" I laughed hard, thinking about my plan.

"From what I see on Grethel's face, it seems like she has something to hide. That's why she's so scared of what you sent her," Ken said, clearly exhausted from his duty.

Ken and Kevin are twins; Ken is a doctor, and Kevin is a lawyer.

"I've known what she's hiding for a long time. I'll reveal it and destroy her life, just as she destroyed yours, right, Ken?" I asked. He just smirked. Grethel and he had a connection before, so I'm excited to trample her.

"Of course, Madam," he said, so I chuckled.

"Sean, put the camera in River and Olivia's penthouse," I ordered Sean, my best hacker.

"Yes, Madam," he said before quickly typing on the keyboard. The faces of Meggay's so-called friends appeared on the screen.

"I saw a woman. She was standing outside our house. She was Meggay's height, with hair like Meggay's. She smiled at me. Her aura was scary, like one wrong move and she would kill me. When I blinked, she was gone," Phoebe's voice echoed, making me laugh hard.

"So, I look scary?" I said, laughing. "I was just checking her."

It's good that she's scared of me because this is just the beginning.

I continued watching until the delivery I sent arrived. I saw the shock and fear on their faces.

"I'm just getting started. This isn't even halfway," I said, glaring at the screen. "No matter what plans you make, nothing will happen."
