The Evil CEO Wants Me Back

Seated among the set of young ladies, that comes to audition as a new actress in Lonald Entertainment House.

Amara Davis, A fair in complexion 22 years old young lady sat in the ground floor and waiting to be audition, as she stretch her long, slender, and beautiful legs sitting in the hall.

Her dream is to become one of the best actress in her country. And she has heard that majority of the CEO in Actors Guild Association (A.G.A) in her county, normally sleeps with new, young and upcoming actress for a movie role, but that isn't her concern as she want to become an actress with them..

Amara remembers the last CEO of Alfred Entertainment House that she has gone to applied with...

The CEO, that was an elderly man had requested that Amara Davis must spent a night with him first, before she could be allowed, to be auditioned in his filming institute. And Amara didn't need to waste her precious time auditioning with them, that he would fix her into acting one of the movies that were available, giving her one or two roles.

Amara agreed to spent the night with the CEO. But when she got there to the hotel location sent to her, She meet with several other ladies lined up for the same reason as her.

Irritated at the thought of contracting sexually transmitted disease, Amara went back home to the house that she shared with her best friend turned sister, Emily Jackson.

As she and Emily has both refused going back home to their village, as they were from a poor family background, making them to become as best friends turned sisters in the city.

"Amara what happened?" - Emily asked, as Amara returned back home angrily, and slammed herself to the only white couch in the room that they share.

Amara shook her head in disgust and screamed out - "My goodness!."

Emily stood in front of Amara and waiting for Amara speak, as she's a light skinned beauty like Amara.

Amara fans herself with her fingers, as she's feeling too hot at that cold hour of the night.

"Emily you would not believe what I saw there at the hotel location sent to me today" - Amara blurted , As she shook her head in disgust and relax back on the single white couch in the room that was facing the bed.

"What did you saw?" - Emily asked, as she did not want to think that it was evil people or kidnappers that Amara saw. As they were from poor family homes, and determined to succeed in life after graduating from the University.

Amara shook her head and said - "Emily would you believe that I saw about fifteen other ladies lined up there for the same reason as me, and when I asked them why they were there? They said personal business with the CEO.. What other personal business, if not sleeping with the CEO?."

"What! Wait, You agreed to slept with the CEO of Alfred entertainment house just because of a movie role with them?" - Emily questioned out.

Amara shook her head in sadness and replied - "Yes Emily, What do you expect of me? I want to start acting films, I want the job."

"Calm down girlfriend, not because you want a job with them, You will now get into nonsense. What if the CEO recorded it or used it to blackmail you?" - Emily questioned out,

Amara eyes widened - "What do you mean by blackmail me?."

"Wait, So you don't know how cunning most of those CEO are, As they know that you're naive and enthusiastic about getting a job offer with them. So they can record it, to use it against you" - Emily said.

"What! If that's the case I can sue him to court" - Amara retort.

"Sue him to court?, Where will you get the money to sue him from?. Is better you wait until you find a genuine job that will pay you real cash without no strings attached, Than you jump into something that would give you sleepless nights" - Emily advised.

"Well, I have already returned back home, so automatically I am not going back there again, as the CEO said unless I agreed and slept with him first, before I can get a movie offer with them" - Amara sadly spoke.

"Wait, is the CEO even a young man?" - Emily asked, As she wasn't into anything entertainment. As after their graduation from the university, Emily went into tailoring, while Amara went into acting, As most of the graduate in their country hardly got a Job.

"He's no young man Emily. Someone's husband and father per say" - Amara replied, and shaking her head in disgust.

"And you agreed to slept with a married man, all because of a nonsense movie job with them?" Emily questions out in bewilderment and Amara replied - "Leave me alone Emily! Have already told you that I am no longer going back there, and I will look for another auditioning centres to try again."

Emily sighed and let Amara be, and Amara stood up from the couch, and walked up to the bed to rest.

"Miss is your turn now to go inside and see the Auditors" - A female receptionist said to Amara

Amara stood up from the guest seat and smiles to the receptionist, as she reply - "Thank you."

Amara turn and adjust her dress properly, and she see the previous lady before her stepped out with a frowned face.

Amara sigh and push the auditioning room door open, and she walks inside the auditioning hall and holding her breathing.

Amara stare to the stages and she sees the three auditors seated, Two women and a man.

"Good afternoon miss, You're Miss Amara Davis right?" - The male judge asked her first..

Amara stare at his face and recognise him to be William Jack, One of the best male veteran actors in their country.

"Yes sir.." - Amara nervously reply.

Amara smile faintly and she rubs her palms together to calm her nervousness.

"Okay. Feel free to show us what you have. What will you be acting as, to get enrolled into Lonald Entertainment House today?." - The second judge asked.

Amara stare to the second judge face and recognised her to be Stephanie Roland, A veteran actress too in their country.

Amara face lit in joy as she stares to the three top judges seated across to her that is standing on the stage.

She smile as she cannot tell if she can express her acting quality well by watching the three top judges examining her acting skill.

"Are you ready now?." - The last Judge asked.

Amara stares to the last judge face and she recognised her to be Fiona Wilfred.

"Yes ma'am." - Amara replied.

"Wait. What will you be acting as again?" - William Jack asked.

Amara respond - "A poor kind girl."

"Oh! That's what is written here already, and I can see that's probably your kind of person. Why not act something that you're not, As acting your daily lifestyle to us, doesn't show to us your real acting skills... As you act like a professional, and that's being someone that you're not. As you act with the pain and passion of the new character that you're taking."

Amara gulps.

"So what will you like to act as again, to top your points and to see if you can get enroll into Lonald Entertainment House here with us, and to become one of our new actresses?" - William Jack asked again.

Amara stares at William confusedly, and reply - "I don't know. What suggestion can you give to me?, As anything that you ask me to act, I will act it perfectly.."

Stephanie Roland suggest - "Okay. How about you act as a princess with class, or a female gangster, or a police officer arresting a suspect?."

Amara gulps in silence, but Fiona Wilfred yells at her - "Pick one and be quick! As we have other people waiting out there to be auditioned too."

Amara quickly reply - "Okay ma, I will act as a police officer arresting a suspect."

"Good. And at the count of three, Once you hear the buzzer sound, you start acting.. Are you ready now?" - William Jack asked.

"Yes Sir" - Amara reply.

"Okay... One, two, three and a go!" - William Jack commands, and Amara start acting as a police officer arresting a suspect..

"Heh! You! stop there!" - Amara commands, And she acts with a lot of seriousness on her face, while talking to an invisible suspect.

"If you move, I'll shoot. Now move, As you're under arrest for all the crimes that you've committed. And you have only the legal right to remain silent, as anything that you said shall be used against you in the court of law. Now move!' - Amara commands, and act like she's dragging the invisible suspect away.

She acts like she handcuffed the invisible suspect and she finally drags the invisible suspect away.

"Wow bravo!" - William Jack screams out, as he sat up properly on his seat.

Amara smiles and reply to him - "Thank you sir."

"That was a wonderful performance from you, And you got a yes from me" - William Jack saud.

"Thank you sir!" - Amara squeals out.

"You're welcome" - William Jack end.

Amara smiles and stare to Stephanie Roland, that is seated in the middle of the three judges.

Stephanie Roland smiles and said - "I can see your eagerness to show to the world your talent, and that was indeed a beautiful performance from you. So you got a yes from me too!."

"Thank you ma!" - Amara squeals again, but she quickly compose herself, as she stares to the final judge sitting.

Fiona Wilfred, that is non smiling Judge.

"Well, You tried with your acting skill, but there's still a need for you to up your acting quality, as being an actress is no joke, but you tried and I am also looking forward to working with you, and seeing more great effort from you. So you got a.... Yes from me too!" - Fiona Wilfred says, and Amara jumps up excitedly but she quickly compose herself and smiles to the three top judges, that are smiling at her.

"Thank you, thank you, thank you Judges!." - Amara says, as she bows her head lower.

"You're welcome. Check with the female receptionist outside before you leave, As she will inform you prior to the date that you will be resuming here with us, and other things that you need to know in signing a contract to work here with us, in Lonald Entertainment House. The female receptionist will let you know, Thank you, You can take your leave now, and you ask the next person on the queue to step in." - William Jack said.

"Okay sir, Thank you," - Amara respond, and she finally exited the auditioning room.

Amara steps out and she sees the next person waiting on the queue, and she smiles and says to the lady - "You can go inside now for your audition."

"Okay" - The young lady like Amara size reply, And she smiles in relief, as she sees the smile also spread across on Amara face, compared to the previous lady that stepped out, before Amara walks in.

Amara finally walked over to the huge receptionist desk to receive her contract letter of resumption, and the female receptionist on duty speaks to her - "You're Amara Davis right?."

"Yes" - Amara respond, as she stand in frontage of the huge receptionist desk nervously.

The female receptionist says - "Here's your contract letter of resumption with us on Monday. As you're to resume here on Monday, if you agree with to our term of payment and acting policy stated in this contract. As the amount that you will be paid as a new actress, has already been stated in this contract letter.. So once you resume here with us on Monday, it means that you have fully agreed to work with us. Here drop your email and contact address, so we can give you a call over by the weekend and to know how you're doing.."

"Okay," - Amara reply with a smile, and collect the pen from the female receptionist hand, and she write down her email address and phone number.

Just then, Two dark skinned men in black suit, white inner sleeves, and black shoes, walks into the grand floor of of the entertainment building.

As the Lonald Entertainment House is a mighty four-storey building.

The female receptionists working on the ground floor and behind the huge receptionist desk immediately stood up and greeted the two men - "Good afternoon boss."

Amara paused what she was writing and stared backward at two men in black suit. She sees a lot of security men guarding the two men, and her gaze meet with theirs.

The first man smiles at her and the female receptionists that greeted them, As he gave simple nod of his head and stared away. While the second man walking together with the first man stares at them coldly, like they were some piece of shit, and he didn't responded, as his eyes rather narrows at them and he finally looked away and walked into the elevator with the first man.

Amara gulps as she actually meet the second man cold gazed on her, and the way he had stared at her like she's a zombie, together with the female receptionists that had greeted him, As she saw his eyes turned colder at them, before he stared away and not even responding to their greeting.

Amara stares at the young ladies that were still waiting to be auditioned and she heard some of them gossiping.

"Don't you know who those two men are?" - One of the two young ladies seated on the long guest seat asked her second that sat beside her.

The second lady shook her head and reply - "No. I don't know them, who're they?."

Amara gulp as she's also eager to know who the two powerful men are.

"Well, You see the second man that didn't responded to the receptionists greeting him. He's the CEO and main owner of here, while the first one that smiled, He's the CEO younger brother and only brother from what I read from the gossips magazines. As the CEO doesn't have time for women, as he's still single and not in any relationship. Even as he's 30-years of age."

"Wow!" - Amara heard the second lady gasped, and she gulped while listening to first lady gossip as she had received her contract letter.

"Yes ma'am. We're through with you, or are you waiting for someone else?" - The female receptionist asked Amara, and startling Amara, as she has already given to Amara her contract letter of resumption.

"No.. I mean nothing. I'm not waiting for anyone" - Amara smile as she quickly responds.

"Okay, you can leave as our monitor cameras are everywhere, and more likely taking photos and videos of you, with what's going on in here. So thank you for auditioning here with us, and we look forward to seeing you resuming here with us on Monday" - The female receptionist said.

"Okay, Thank you " - Amara respond, and finally exited the entertainment building as she goes back home.

Amara would have love to listen to the full gossips of the two ladies discussing in the grand hall, but she couldn't, so she made her way outside of the premises as she went back home.

Emeka Lonald walks into the third floor with his younger brother, Arinze Lonald.

Arinze smiles and speaks to him - "Bro! Didn't you saw all those beauty young ladies downstairs, that came for the auditioned? My goodness!, If I am the one in charge of here, I will just be changing the ladies that I sleep with everyday like pants."

"Stop that Arinze, and know that there are a lot of sexual diseases out there. And I have no business with my female workers here, and that's the truth. As they're only here to act and nothing else. We have the music labels under us too, and even my singers and new signee doesn't dare to sexualize me." - Emeka replied as he shook his head and walk up to his office door.

"Why?. Are you a gay?." - Arinze asked.

"No, hahaha," - Emeka laughed out, as he pause in front of his office door.

He opens it and respond - "You must be joking Arinze. So because I choose to stay single that you now assume that I am a gay?."

Emeka shake his head and walks into his office to take his seat, As they've the music department on the top floor, and some other interviewing and broadcasting rooms on the second floor, and fourth floor above too.

"No, not that Emeka. Just that I am quite surprise to hear you say that.. Well I know that you haven't introduce any lady to me yet, but that doesn't mean that you don't sleep with any of the Actresses here, Or don't you?" - Arinze asked, as he walked into Emeka office.

Emeka reply - "No I don't, and that's the honest truth."

Emeka towards his executive office black seat and he sat on it, while Arinze laughed unbelievable and he stood in front of Emeka and reply to him - "You must be joking brother?."

Emeka only shake his head, as he stare at Arinze face in silence.

Arinze says - "So you mean with all the beauty ladies here, that you haven't slept with anyone of them yet?."

Emeka shakes his head in response and they both heard a knock on the office door.

Emeka respond to the knock - "Come in."

Emeka Ignores responding to Arinze question, as he knows that Arinze is a flirt, and his flirt records with a lot of pretty ladies in their country, are all over the news and front media magazine pages, As Arinze is in a dual relationship with two different ladies. Black and White. And stating that he loves all kind of women.

Emeka has advised Arinze - "You cannot love all kind of women, but you have to choose only one."

But Arinze won't listen.

Even their parent were tired of Arinze flirts with different ladies, As their father is a politician and contesting for the head of state seat, While their mother is a retired nurse, As they're both rich, and he owns one of the mega entertainment houses in their state, comprising of actors, musicians and telecasters, while Arinze owns a manufacturing company and also into real estate management.

Emeka shook his head in silence, and his office door push opened, while his secretary, Miss Silvia Matthew walks into his office to see him..

Emeka shifted his gaze from Arinze to Miss Silvia that steps into his office to see him.

Silvia greet - "Good afternoon boos."

She stood in front of Emeka, as she wore a black suit matching with inner white sleeve, and she is fair in complexion, and 25-years of age.

"Yes, What do you want?" - Emeka asked her causally, and he sees Arinze eyes scanning her from head-to-toe.

Silvia reply - "Boss, The CEO of Black Diamond Entertainment House, is here to see you."

"And you're here to inform me about it?. Why not place a call across to me or tell him, that I am not around?" - Emeka snapped coldly

Silvia respond - "I'm sorry boss."

Emeka tries to keep his cool, and he says - "Just tell him that I am not available to see him, and I am in a very important meeting now.. Now leave my office, and when next you repeat this silly mistake then you have yourself fired."

"I'm sorry boss" - Silvia apologised again, but Emeka curt her off - "Just leave, and you Instruct him to leave as well, As I'm not interested in seeing him."

"Okay boss" - Silvia says and she finally exited Emeka office.

Emeka stare away to Arinze that bursted out laughing after Silvia left.

Arinze asked - "Hahaha bro, Why're you being so harsh to her?."

Emeka doesn't respond to Arinze and he switch on his computer, to see what was ongoing in his entertainment company, from the first to fourth floor records above.

Arinze says - "You have a very beautiful secretary nonetheless brother."

"Stop that Arinze!, And note that here's an office!" - Emeka warns, as his fist clenched and he stop clicking on his computer.

"So what? Ain't I allowed to admired God given beauties, just because we meet in an office. So I shouldn't admire her again?" - Arinze question and Emeka's brows knot.

Emeka replied - "Enough Arinze!. Now leave my office as I've some important things to do for now."

Arinze stares at Emeka in shock and he asked - "Are you sending me out of your office brother?."

Emeka shakes his head and reply "Yes!, If you continue talking about beauties, then you leave, As I've some things to do for now."

Arinze finally stood up to leave, and he said - "You know that I cannot stop talking about God given beauties, as they're my interest as for now. See you at home tonight brother, As mother request that we should come home, and have dinner with her and father."

Arinze adjust his black suit and Emeka reply to him - "Fine "

Emeka watch as Arinze finally exited his office, and he sigh and shake his head, as he continues with his office work in checking on the work progress of his entertainment house, by using his computer on his office desk in front of him.

So far Emeka doesn't have any girlfriend, and he knows that his mother want to pressurised him about marriage again. As it wasn't in his interest, and he doesn't like the women in general.

As he believes they are flocking around him because of his money, and family wealth. Not necessarily because they love him or truly cares about him, or wanting to see him progress..

"They're only after my money and fame, and to answer my family's name, what else? As the Lonald family is one of the biggest in this state" - Emeka murmurs inside his office, as he shake his head in disgust and continues with his office work just after Arinze left him.

Emeka remembered the cute lady that he saw at the receptionist desk, when he arrived.

He remember how beautiful she looks as she only packed her natural long blonde hair in a bun, and her pretty yellow face was less of makeup, and he couldn't help but remember the look of admiration in her eyes, when their eyes meet.

Emeka knew that he glares at her, as he hate to see women admiring him, or gawking at him. But seeing her admiring him too, he feels somehow different about it, and he doesn't even know what she came to his entertainment house to do. But he certainly hopes to see her again and to get a closer view of her pretty face, As she doesn't look classy or sophisticated like those other ladies that he saw gawking at him too, and pretending to be classy, Just to entice him and wanting him to ask them out.

Emeka sighed and continued with his office works by clicking sharply on his keyboard to check his company report progress. And his musicians were trending in the number 1-10 spot on the trending songs of the week, while their movies has supercede millions of views and streams on all streaming platforms, As their broadcasting channels have lot of viewers too..

Emeka is happy and please with his achievement, as he work so hard to build his company's name, Even as his father is rich, and he have his father's full support and connections worldwide.

He still strives hard to ensure to put a better content out there to all their viewers and those whom loves to watch his entertainment videos.

Few hours later, Silvia knocks on his office door again, and she walks in and says - "Boss, The judges are through with the auditioning all the new applicants that came to audition for the new movie shoot."

"Okay. Send the list of their names to me, let me see their names" - Emeka reply..

"Okay boss" - Silvia finally walk out from Emeka office, and she walks to her transparent glass office and sent the file containing all the names of all the new selected actors and actresses to Emeka computer, using her own computer on her office desk.

A lot of people came to audition for their new movie tilted "Time of wind." As the auditioning was free and opened to anyone aspiring to be an actor or an actress and above the age of 18yrs.

The movies is centre on how one can grow from grass to grace, and how a poor girl from a humiliated poor family background, could suffer through hurt and betrayal, and still end up marrying the richest man in her state.

Emeka stares at the list of new selected Actresses and Actors on his computer.

And he sees only their names written on the attached document, with no photos attached to it..

"Well if am staring at these names, and hoping to seeing that beautiful lady name on it here, then I am probably joking, as I don't know her name, and no photos to show me who among these names is her." - Emeka frowns and finally click out from the list, and he realised that he had skipped his lunch, just to focus on his office work.

Signing out from his computer, Emeka switched it off and finally stood up from his office seat, As he walked out from his office to go home..

Just then, The CEO of Black Diamond Entertainment House, walks into the third floor again to see Emeka.

"Emeka, Emeka.. So you're really around, and you don't want to see me?" - CEO Henry Raymond asked, as he finally approached Emeka, that is non-smiling to him.

"Yes, What do you want here, As you can see that we're all busy?" - Emeka remarked as he question CEO Henry coldly.

CEO Henry smile and reply - "Of course, I know that you're all busy but I came here to partner with you, and you don't even want to give me a listening ear."

"Hmm" - Emeka sigh and stared at CEO Henry coldly.

He spoke - "Go straight to the point why you will like to partner with us. As I made it clear to you the last time that I don't want any partnership deal with you. And It as simple as that.. If you want, you can shoot your own movie and don't involve my company's name attached to yours.."

Emeka warns as he stood in front of CEO Henry..

CEO Henry frowned and he asked - "Why're you being so mean to me Emeka?. As Is just a business proposal to boost our companies. And most other entertainment houses do this too."

"Then go to them and stay away from my business. As I've been observing you and noticing that you literally copy everything that my company does and promote out there.. First, you copy my style of broadcasting, Secondly you copy how my artist shoot their music videos, and even getting a matching name for your own signed artist too, And thirdly you're now trying to copy how we shoot our movies too... Are you trying to partner with us, or you're literally wanting to steal our brand?" - Emeka question out in anger and embarrassing CEO Henry.

CEO Henry laughs out and reply - "Steal your brand?! Hahaha."

CEO Henry saw that Emeka isn't smiling with him, and he calms and explain - "I'm not trying to steal your company Emeka, as I'm only doing what the viewers want."

"What the viewers want, By copying us?" - Emeka asked out again.

"No, That's why I want us to partner to make it official... Honestly I like your brand and want to be like you" - CEO Henry admitted, but Emeka shook his head and spat - "You can never be like us, and don't come here next time to ask for my partnership deal, Else! I will sue you to court and your company, for copyright and theft. So kindly take your leave now and never show your face here again!."

Emeka warns in a cold stern voice and walks away from CEO Henry, As he entered into the elevator and went to the ground floor leaving CEO Henry speechless.

CEO Henry face darkened, and he stares at the few people that were staring at him on the third floor in silence...
