"I am dickless" Javier muttered, avoiding eye contact with Natalie, who was stunned by his revelation. "You mean you have nothing down there?" she pointed to his lower region, finding it hard to believe. She shook her head, "No, I don't believe you," she disagreed. Javier sighed softly, "Then read the paper you're holding." He weakly slumped on his bed, prepared for whatever decision she would make - to either stay with him or leave him. Natalie's eyes shifted from him to the paper she was holding, and her jaw dropped. **** Javier Reyes, a multi-billionaire in New York, is widely recognized for his fame and fortune. Chapter 1 His report.

Javier stared at his doctor with a dropped jaw as if he had grown two horns on his head when he heard the news that he couldn't produce sperm to bear his own child. Confusion washed over him, evident in his facial expression.

The sofa he was sitting on suddenly became uncomfortable, prompting him to stand up and pace around the room, his hands buried in his hair as he tried to process and digest the information calmly yet he was anxious.

Turning towards his doctor, Javier sighed and asked, "What do you mean, Ronnie?" His voice was slow and strained, as he fought to hold back his emotions because he was on the verge of breaking down already.

After a long silence, Ronnie began, "Javier, you know we've been friends since college and I can't lie to...."

"Get to the point," Javier snapped impatiently, glaring at him.

Ronnie blurted out, "You are suffering from Erectile dysfunction. Your dick is lifeless. I-I mean you're infertile." He quickly looked away, realizing his bluntness. Javier furrowed his eyebrows, trying to comprehend what he had just heard.

Ronnie met his gaze again and explained, "What I meant was that your dick won't react to sexual pleasure ever again. Because your dick is dead." He muttered the last part in a low tune because he didn't want to make it sound offensive.

Tears welled up in Javier's eyes as he tried to digest the disheartened information, but he quickly wiped them away. "Is there any hope? Like any chances to be cured?" he asked, his voice trembling.

Ronnie remained silent for a moment before slowly shaking his head.

"I asked a damn question!" Javier growled, frustration evident in his voice. He pulled at his hair and slowly sank to the floor.

In concerned, Ronnie rushed towards him and knelt beside him. "It's not the end of the world, Javier. Don't be too hard on yourself. Make sure you take your medication. Maybe, just maybe, there might be some changes." He tried to comfort him with his words.

"I've been taking these same medications for a whole five years but still nothing changed." Javier voiced out in frustration. "What caused this?" Javier asked, his eyes blinking away tears, as he spoke.

Ronnie stood up and walked towards his briefcase, pulling out a white envelope. He returned to Javier and said, "Based on the general scan we conducted, we noticed something-"

Javier's phone vibrated loudly, interrupting Ronnie. He waved his hand, signaling Ronnie to stop talking, and Ronnie understood, leaving the envelope behind as he quickly exited the office.

Thirty minutes later, Javier sped into his father's mansion, nearly running over one of the clumsy servants. Fortunately, she managed to get out of the way in time "You are fired. Get your stinking self out of this mansion." He angrily yelled out from his car window, and the female servants burst into tears and ran off.

Ignoring the garage, he parked his car in the middle of the compound, too angry to care. He stormed into the building and angrily slammed the main door shut, catching his mother's attention. She had been engrossed in whatever she was watching on the TV. Startled, she turned to face him, with her hand on her chest.

"Javier, you scared me!" she snapped.

He glared at her for a moment before heading up the stairs to his room. "You never told me about your date with Olivia. Did everything go well?" she asked, "But why are you home....." her voice trailing off as he walked away.

He abruptly stopped on the fourth step, clenching and unclenching his fists in anger. He turned around to face her, his anger evident in his expression, as he sent her murderous glare.

When she saw how angrily he looked, she quickly covered her mouth with her palm and muttered, "Just as I thought. What was I even thinking?" She probably hadn't expected him to hear it, but he did. Ignoring her, he turned back around and continued up the stairs until he reached his room.

Once inside, he stood still with his gaze wandering around as he searched for something to take his anger out on. He was angry at everything happening in his life. Everything was a total mess.

After graduating from college years back, he finally understood the reasons for his sudden change in behavior towards women, which stemmed from an event seven years prior. Just the thought of it made him develop cold feet, as Ronnie's words kept repeating in his head.

His gaze finally landed on the mirror, and without a second thought, he strode across the room, lifted his fist, and threw a powerful punch, shattering the glass on the floor. Blood dripped from his hand, "Ahh...!" causing him to groan in pain as he cradled his injured hand.

He wondered when all the pains he felt inside his heart would end. It was seriously eating him up, not after hearing Ronnie's report which literally worsened everything.

"Why won't Dad leave you alone? You're old enough to make your own decisions," his little sister's voice broke through his thoughts.

He turned to see her walking into his room, her doll in her lap. Her eyes widened when she saw his bleeding fist. "Javier, stop hurting yourself when you're angry. You need to see a doctor before your wound gets infected," Fabby said, concern evident in her voice as she moved closer to him.

"What are you doing in my room, Fabby?" he demanded, stopping her in her tracks. He glared down at her, but she simply shrugged her shoulders.

Fabby was one hell of a spoilt kid, who always find it fun to get on the family's nerves, but then Javier is always there to defend her no matter what. "Dad is back and he's demanding your presence downstairs. I came to inform you! So don't think too high of yourself!" Fabby yelled rudely, glaring back at him as she clenched her Barbie doll to her chest.

"Did you just raise your voice at me, Fabby?" he asked, stepping closer to her to pull her ears.

"Here's a little secret, Javier. Olivia's Dad was here, and from the look of things, he seemed very angry before he left. I think it's related to why Dad is demanding your presence," Fabby explained smartly, trying to ignore his previous question-and succeeding-before turning her back and walking out of his room.

Fabby's words made him pause. He quickly wiped the blood from his hands and made his way downstairs to see his father.

As Javier reached the bottom of the stairs, but before he could process what was happening, a strong palm landed on his face, " Ow...!" Causing him to let out a moan of pain. He stared angrily at his father, still holding his hurting cheek. His gaze then shifted to his mother, who had a shocked expression on her face before she quickly looked away.

She was helpless and couldn't stand up against her husband's demands, forcing her son to marry an indecent woman solely for their social status. She was so ashamed of her husband's actions, but yet she had no say.

"Have you not brought enough shame upon me, Javier?!" his father exclaimed furiously, pacing around the large sitting area with his hand on his waist. "Your pictures are all over the news, Javier! Rumors are spreading that the multi-billion dollar player is now gay because of how you humiliated Olivia in front of the whole world. My own son is gay!" he exclaimed, finding it hard to believe.

"Well... they can think whatever they want, do I look like I care?" Javier scoffed, feeling undisturbed about the whole thing.

His Dad turned to him, moving closer, but Javier stood his ground, refusing to retreat. "What happened on the date you and Olivia went for?" His Father demanded, "And if you dare lie to me, Javier, I will slap you again." He threatened.

Javier chuckled softly and defiantly exclaimed, "Go ahead, Father! Give it your best shot!"

Chapter 2 Refusing offer

Javier smirked at his father, and after some minutes he asked, "You mean the date you forced me to go ? Well...she deserved everything I said and did to her," he stated firmly, clasping his hands behind his back.

Mr. Reyes's hand moved swiftly through the air to slap Javier once again, but he anticipated it and quickly caught hold of his father's hand and pushed it away.

"What do you want from me, Dad? Haven't you used me enough? Answer me, haven't you?" Javier erupted, throwing his hands up in the air angrily, as his chest kept rising and falling in rage.

Javier had always been disappointed in his father since he was a child. He couldn't comprehend how a man who claimed to be his biological father would sacrifice his son's lifelong happiness for the sake of his company's partnership with Mr. Alverdo. He was disgusted by his father's selfishness, which led him to refuse his father's demands. He might as well do his worst because he was not ready to change his mind.

Mr. Reyes suddenly became calm as he walked towards the nearest couch and sat down, massaging his temple in frustration as he spoke again. "Javier, what has happened to you? Back when you were in college, I distinctly remember receiving reports from the authorities about how you spent time with women, went clubbing, and engaged in reckless sex, regardless of your surroundings. But since you turned twenty-five, I've noticed that I haven't seen you with a woman. It's almost as if you find them repulsive." He sighed, "Javier, what is the problem? If I had to choose, I would say you should return to your previous lifestyle. This new version of yourself is tarnishing our reputation." He muttered softly.

"Even if I ever consider getting married, I will never marry that woman called Olivia." Javier stated.

"I can't believe you want Javier to marry that woman. I don't even like her." Fabby interjected with a scowl on her face.

"You're only five, Fabby, you wouldn't understand anything." Mr. Reyes said to her, then he turned to Javier. "It's Olivia I want. No one else." He declared, with a finality in his voice.

"Sorry to disappoint you, but I'm not getting married to anyone!" Javier fearlessly fired back. He was deeply disappointed in his father for considering pairing him with the city whore.

"Yes, I support Javier!" Fabby chimed in again, throwing her doll in the air before abruptly turning to glare at her dad. "Daddy, you better be ready to take Olivia as your second wife, because it seems like Javier isn't interested in that woman." She concluded, rolling her eyes.

"Will you close your mouth before I do it for you?" Mr. Reyes lashed out at Fabby. Looking frustrated, he turned to face Mrs. Helen, who had remained calm throughout the argument between father and son. "Woman, talk some sense into your son-"

"Please Reyes... leave me out of this. He's your son too, not just mine." Helen snapped, rolling her eyes.

Mr. Reyes turned and glared at Javier in furious, "If you choose not to marry Olivia, then forget about my properties and companies because I would rather give them away than give them to you, Javier!" He threatened, pointing his index finger at his son, who seemed undisturbed.

Javier let out a dry chuckle, "Well, you can go to hell with your companies, properties, and whatever else because I don't need them. Have you forgotten so soon that I'm a billionaire? New York's sweetheart?" Javier snapped. "Whatever you have right now, I have three times as much, so find something else to threaten me with." He declared. "Do you have anything else to say? I have somewhere to be." Javier continued flicking his car keys in the air, not waiting for his father's reply before making his way out the door.

"Over my dead body will you marry anyone other than Olivia," Reyes yelled after him.

"Then you'd better be prepared to die. Because I will never marry her!" Javier yelled back, before walking out and slamming the door shut behind him.

****

When Javier stepped outside, he saw his best friend, Elvis, already waiting for him by his car, who lifted his head when he heard the door slam. "Hey, dude. You kept me waiting."

"Can we just leave here? It's already suffocating me." Javier mumbled, as soon as he got closer. Without waiting for Elvis's reply, he got into the car and Elvis followed suit. In less than ten seconds, they were pulling out of the building.

As soon as Javier left the house, Reyes paced restlessly around the sitting area, wondering why Javier would reject his demand now of all times. He was so disturbed because Javier had never dared to disobey his orders. But today he was stunned when he saw how firm Javier stood on his words and that actions troubled him more.

He really had to get Javier married to Olivia, just like he promised his friend, Alverdo. Otherwise, hell would break loose. Because Alverdo doesn't take no for an answer.

Reyes had always believed that the love in a marriage was all about wealth and facial handsomeness, and he believed Javier was up to the task because he was every woman's dream.

Reyes quickly turned and faced Helen, anger evident on his face. "You know we have to convince Javier to marry Olivia, for the business partnership and to prove to the world that he's not gay." He whispered, but Fabby still heard him.

Helen shook her head in disagreement, "Javier will never marry that girl. Just forget about that idea." She advised. "I won't sit back and watch you ruin my son's life because of your selfishness," Helen stated.

Reyes, scoffed, "Woman, do your job as a mother! Or I will teach you." He angrily erupted, while Helen remained calm, refusing to engage in a fight with him. There was no point, as he was as stubborn as Javier.

Immediately, Fabby stood up, laughing loudly and clapping her hands. "Then be prepared to die, because you know your son very well. Well, enough to know how stubborn he is and that he will never agree to what you're saying." Then, with an evil smirk on her face, she said, "I wish you good luck."

Reyes glared at her. "Make sure you don't say a word about what you just heard to your brother." He threatened.

She laughed even harder as she mimicked her brother's voice. "Then you'd better be prepared to die."

"You little brat-"

"A father of a brat." She interrupted him and ran upstairs before things escalated further. Knowing that this time, Javier wouldn't be here to save her. She entered her room and quickly called Javier on her cell phone and disclosed everything to him.

Chapter 3 The Encounter

During the ride, Elvis decided to strike up a conversation, thinking carefully about what he wanted to say. However, Javier was still on the phone with Fabby, who was reporting something to him. Elvis noticed that Javier's face was scrunched up in anger and he was clutching his right hand into a fist.

"Alright, Fabby," Javier said, ending the call and gnashing his teeth.

"Javier, is everything okay?" Elvis asked, turning to Javier.

Javier shook his head. "Daddy always wants to have his way all the time," he complained.

Elvis sighed. "Then you should involve grandpa in this before it gets out of hand," he suggested.

Javier nodded in agreement. "I think..."

Suddenly, Elvis screamed and slammed on the brakes. "Holy fuck!" he cursed, fear visible in his eyes, as he breathed heavily.

Javier turned to him, wondering why he was freaking out; Like he saw a ghost. "What happened?" Javier asked, knowing something big must have scared him.

"Javier, I accidentally splashed mud on those ladies behind us when I sped past a pothole," Elvis explained, feeling guilty.

"And so?" Javier scoffed, not understanding why it was such a big deal.

"I splashed mud on those ladies, and all you can say is 'And so?'" Elvis mimicked him, wondering why Javier always thinks differently.

"Do I look like I care? Obviously, they were blind and couldn't see a car coming," Javier shrugged, indifferent, rolling his eyes.

Elvis stared at his best friend while unbuckling his seatbelt already making up his mind to apologize for his wrongs. He was about to step out of the car when Javier stopped him with a hand on his arm.

"Were they dead or something?" Javier couldn't help but ask, not understanding why Elvis couldn't just give them some money to sort it out themselves.

"I want to apologize to those ladies," Elvis said, looking at Javier pointedly, trying to make him see the reasons.

Javier gazed at him in disbelief. "You wouldn't dare," he shook his head, glaring at him to stop him.

"Can't you see their clothes are already messed up because of me? So---" Elvis began.

Someone knocked on the window, interrupting Elvis. He turned and looked at Javier one last time before stepping out of the car, leaving him behind.

Javier shook his head, "If he thinks I'm going with him, he's mistaken. I don't care. He should have just given them some money and left," Javier thought, leaning back in his seat.

After waiting for Elvis for thirty minutes, Javier decided to go out and see what was taking so long. As he stepped out of the car, he saw Elvis in a heated argument. Walking towards them, he realized Elvis was apologizing endlessly, but the lady seemed determined not to let it go. She kept nagging.

Her clothes were indeed messed up, but Javier didn't really care about that, all he wanted was to leave instantly but all thanks to Elvis for always acting like a good Samaritan, and that always piss him off.

"Javier Reyes!" the lady beside the nagging one shouted his name, excited and surprised to see him.

Javier was a well-known business tycoon, both in and outside of New York. His company ranked among the top five most successful and wealthiest in the entire city. In addition to his attractive appearance, his unpleasant demeanor always made headlines in every magazine. However, Javier remained true to himself and effortlessly provided the media with plenty of stunts to talk about.

Thanks to Elvis, she would never have had the chance to see him, even in her next life because he was often seen only on TV, Magazine. Too bad he wasn't here to have a chat with anyone.

"Can we leave?" Javier asked Elvis in a cold deep voice, the moment he got closer. He tucked his hands into his pockets, avoiding meeting the ladies' gazes.

Elvis veered to him, "Javier, can you help me explain that it wasn't intentional?" He pleaded.

Javier turned to the nagging lady. Her friend was still giggling, while she seemed uninterested in his presence.

After a moment, Javier took out a wad of cash from his suit jacket and threw it at her before dragging Elvis towards the car. Shocking the ladies.

Natalie stood there, stunned, her legs refusing to move. She looked down at her already messed-up dress and the scattered dollar notes on the ground. Only the thought of her disappointing her client, fueled her anger the more because her gown was already in a mess. After all, she wouldn't be able to make it to the location. " The guts that man had," she sneered angrily.

She had heard so much about Javier Reyes and how rude he was. He was her long-time crush since high school, but what he did just now filled her heart with hatred.

Natalie turned to her friend, Kate, only to see her picking up the money from the ground, giggling endlessly like a child. It pissed her off to see Kate reacting in such a way. So, she yanked the money from her hand and quickly ran towards Javier and Elvis.

Stopping them before they could enter the car, she stood on her toes and grabbed Javier by his suit collar, landing a brain-resettable slap on his face before throwing the money back at his face.

"Natalia?!" Kate shouted in horror. "What have you done? We're in so much trouble now!" Her voice was filled with fear, and Natalie could see the panic in her eyes, but scoffed loudly rolling her eyes.

Natalie turned her gaze back to Javier, who glared at her with bloodshot eyes. If looks could kill, she would be six feet under the ground.

"How dare you?" Javier growled, his voice cold with anger, as he felt humiliated by what she did. His fingers clenched into fists.

"Instead of you apologizing for your wrongs, it's so disgusting to think your money can pay for your mistakes?" Natalie fired back at him with a scowl on her face with so much bravery. "What do you think---"

"You are just a lunatic chasing clout," he interrupted, stepping closer to her. Before Natalie could reply back, his strong hand grabbed her neck as he lifted her off the ground.

She gasped for air, struggling to breathe under his tight grip.

"I'm going to destroy you. I promise to make your life miserable. You'll beg for mercy, but you won't find any. You started this game but I will decide its end." he growled in a deep, terrifying voice.

Kate fell to her knees, pleading. "Oh, God. Please, My Javier, let her go."

"Your Javier? Seriously?" Natalie thought, almost wanting to laugh at Kate's outburst, but the tight grip on her neck prevented her from moving.

After numerous pleas from Kate and Elvis, Javier roughing let go of Natalie's neck. She fell to the ground, scraping her ankles. "Ouch!" she screamed in pain, shutting her eyes.

Javier glared at her one last time before getting into his car with Elvis and driving away. Kate had to help her up from the ground as they walked back home.

"I hate you, Javier Reyes," Natalie kept mumbling under her breath. Suddenly, Kate stopped and ran back. Natalie stared after her, wondering why.

Kate ran back to pick up the scattered dollar notes from the ground before returning to Natalie.

"You're unbelievable," Natalie began. "Instead of supporting me, you took that idiot's side. And you even called him 'Your Javier.' Are you for real?" she lamented bitterly as they arrived at her mother's small apartment.

"Instead of collecting that huge amount of money for compensation and walking away, you chose to mess things up for yourself by trying to act like a superhero," Kate continued. "And the worst part is that you've gotten yourself into deep trouble. Do you think you can win over Javier? Do you think you can escape his wrath? The answer is no. I suggest you apologize to him---"

"I will do no such thing," Natalie interrupted stubbornly. "You and I both know they were wrong, so stop supporting Javier just because he's your crush," she finished, rolling her eyes.

"Can you hear yourself? Have you ever seen or heard of Javier apologizing or being nice to anyone? You know how rude and cruel he is, and yet you took the risk. Look where it got you," Kate scolded her.

"Well, I know I won't cross paths with him again. Not anytime soon," Natalie mumbled, already regretting her actions. She really hoped she would never see him again, or cross paths with him.

Kate sighed, "At least you should've thought about your sick Mom before doing anything drastic. Well, Keep hoping, okay?" She said. "By the way, make sure you call Mr. Khan and tell him we won't make it to the location today, I hope that heartless boss of ours won't deduct our salary because of our absence today." She added.

Natalie sighed, ignoring her, as she walked into her bathroom to change her clothes, but Javier kept reflecting in her head which she tried as much as possible to shrug off.
