The Book Volume One

Sunday morning, a few friends were sitting out on the lawn and having brunch. "The woods are not an easy place to be," said Sam. Henry replied, "What a difficult thing it can be." "I used to be in the army, and we have gone through it." "Ron is going to meet his son Cavil on his birthday," said Peter. "What's new in that, he goes to meet his son every Sunday," replied Henry. Pamela entered and said, "Stop complaining, Henry." Henry said, "Will you let me talk?" "You are going to eat that, or I should clear the table," said Pamela. "We're all done," Henry and the others declared.

Pamela, take the plates. Henry and Peter were helping her with dishes in the kitchen. While cleaning the dishes, Peter said, "Do you know Ron is getting a divorce and he wants his son to be with him?" Meanwhile, Henry takes a beer out of the fridge and says, "I know he does not have to do so, but his wife is not so cool." Peter said, "Anyway, we should leave this to him, and I should be going." "Martha is waiting for me at home." After the brunch was over, everybody left the house. Henry and Pamela were by themselves. Henry said, "Ron is a poor guy." "He has gone through a lot of things, and now he is fighting for his son's custody." Pamela said, "Mikela was a good girl when we were in college, but things got worse when Ron and Mikela married." At first, Ron was not able to give her time because of his tight schedule. "Yes, you are right, and after his promotion, he became the CEO of his company, but that made differences between them," said Henry. "I think you have had a lot of beer." You should probably go to sleep. "I will do the rest," said Pamela.

Monday morning Henry called Ron and said, "Will you come to my place in the evening?" Ron said, "I am taking a cab to Mikela's house to meet my son Cavil, and I am caught up in that." I will meet you some other day." Henry said, "Okay, no issues; we will work it out." "You carry on," he says and cuts the call. On the other side, Ron was in a taxi to go to Mikala's house. On reaching the door, Ron rang the bell, and Cavil opened the door. "How are you, son?" Ron inquired. Cavil replied, "Hey dad, I am good." "Where is your mother?" asked Ron. Cavil said, "She is out with her friends, and I am all alone." Ron inquired, "How have you been this week?" Cavil said, "I do not like it here, dad." "Please take me with you." Ron said, "Son, it will be a few more days." "I have appointed an attorney for your custody." Cavil said, "Just do it fast; I cannot take it anymore." "She brings friends with her, and I do not like the sight of that." Ron said, "I know, son, but laws are laws, and I will take you with me in just a few more months." "Still a few months. What are you doing, dad?" "I hate you; you're not taking this whole ordeal seriously," Cavil responds. And he goes back into his room, slams the door, and says, "Go back; I do not want to talk to you; I will figure it out on my own." After this, Ron takes his leave, Cavil is all by himself in the house, and Mikela is out with her friends.

Cavil calls his friend Cris and asks him for his bike. Cris said, "Come to my house in the evening, and I will give you the keys." Cavil says "ok" and cuts the call. In the evening, Cavil packs his bag, takes some money that he saved, and goes to Cris's house. He called Cris, "I am outside of your house; come down and give me the keys." Cris says, "Wait, I am coming." Do you want to eat something?" he asked. Cavil says, "Just come down real quick." "I have to go someplace." Cris says, "Okay," and cuts the call. Cris came down, and they both shook hands, and Cris said, "Where are you going?" Cavil said, "Just going out with a few friends." I will return your bike in a few days if that is fine. What are you up to, asks Cris. "I am sensing something fishy here." Cavil replied, "There is nothing fishy." "I'm going to my brother's house in the country and need your bike; can you lend it to me or will you make me take the train?" Cris said, "I am just kidding here." "Have the keys and try not to harm yourself." Cavil said, "Do not be smart; I can take care of myself," and left.

After riding the bike for 20 miles in the south, Cavil's bike tire deflated, and he was on the road in the middle of a forest, where he was alone. He tried to call his friend Cris, but his connectivity was poor. He was standing near his bike when a car passed by; he asked for help, but the car didn't stop. As was obvious, in a stranded location, who would stop the car for a teenager? People have a negative perception of places like this. Cavil, all alone, took out his cell phone, switched on the flashlight, left the bike behind the bushes, and started to walk toward the nearest town.

On the other hand, Mikela returned home late at night. She looked for Cavil in the whole house. But he was not there, so she called Ron. Mikela on the phone started shouting at Ron. She said, "Where in hell is my son?" "You came in the morning; what did you do with him?" Ron said, "Calm down, Why are you shouting? " "I can listen to you without shouting." She said, "Where is my son?" He said, "I do not know; I left in the morning; he was a bit upset, and then I left." Mikela said, "You better get me my son or I am calling the cops." He said. "Wait, let me ask his friend Cris, and then I will call you as soon as I get to know his whereabouts." She says, "You better find my son," and cuts the call.

Ron called Cris, The phone rang, and Cris answered, " Cris answered, "Hello, uncle, how are you? " "How come you called me in the middle of the night?" "Son, do you know where Cavil is?" "He isn't at his mother's house," Ron said. "Does he accompany you?" Cris replied, "Uncle, he came in the evening and took my bike and said he was going to meet his brother in the countryside." Ron said, "Did he tell you which brother he was visiting?" "Uncle "He didn't say much, and he was in a hurry," Cris said. Ron says, "Okay," and cuts the call.

Ron calls Mikela again and tells her that Cavil took Cris's bike and has escaped from the house, and he blames her for everything. Ron says, "You have been careless towards him; this all happened because of you, and now my only son escaped because of you." and hangs up the phone. And after that, Ron goes to the police station to file a missing person report for his lost son. He took a photo of Cavil and took a cab to the police station. On reaching the station, he met Detective James. Ron took out his son's photo and showed it to James and said, "Please help me find my son." He has escaped from his mother's house. He was suffering with our separation and took this step; he is just a kid; help me. James said, "Do not worry; I will send the photo to all the police stations, and we will start a search for him in the morning."

Cavil, after walking a mile in the woods, was tired and sat down under a tree. He was feeling hungry, and he opened his bag; he had money but no shop. "What a coincidence! I am hungry and have money, but there is no shop here!" he exclaimed. He was about to stand up when a fruit fell from the tree. It looked like an apple, but it was neither red nor green. It was yellow. He first thought about whether to eat that fruit or not, but it was looking yummy, and on top of that, he was hungry, so he ate it. He ate the whole fruit and found that it had no seed. but it did not matter as it was yummy. After eating that fruit, he stood and was about to leave, but he fainted and fell unconscious there.

In the morning, when Cavil woke up, he was in a wooden cabin; his head was hurting, and he again fainted. A few hours later, when he woke up again, he saw a man in front of him and a girl right next to that man. He stood up and was about to say anything when the girl asked, "How are you?" He said, "I am good, but who are you?" The man said, "I am Bosco." She is my daughter, Skylar. I found you near a tree. You were unconscious, so I brought you here. "Do you feel okay?" Cavil said, "I ate a yellow apple, and then I fell unconscious, and now my whole head is hurting like it is going to explode." Skylar said, "Dad, our work is done; here, we have found the man." Bosco replied, "Yes, but he is so young. Will he be able to harness the energy the fruit will give him?" Cavil said, "What energy are you both talking about?" Bosco said, "Just lay down and sleep; we will wake you when the food is ready." Cavil then collapses and sleeps. When the dinner was ready, Skylar woke Cavil and said, "Wake up, the food is ready." Cavil said, "I am not feeling good; I do not want to eat anything." Bosco came in and said, "You have to eat some and then you can sleep again." Cavil asked, "What did he eat that made him fall unconscious?" Bosco said, "It was the god fruit. Not everybody can find that fruit. Till now, only two people have had it: my father Matt and his brother Ash." They both had the fruit, and now you've discovered it. Do not worry; eat something and sleep. Cavil had a few bites and went to sleep.

Cavil awoke the next morning, and Skylar arrived. "Good morning, Cavil, how are you feeling?" "Is your head alright now?" asked Skylar. "Good morning. I am fine now." "Where is your father?" asked Cavil. She said, "He has gone out to run some errands; he will be soon back." Do you want something to eat? I have made some sandwiches. He said, "I am alright." "Can you give me something to drink like lemonade?" She said, "Yes, I have some in the fridge." Get up, wash your face, and get fresh. I will get the juice for you." Cavil goes into the bathroom. while Skylar gets him some sandwiches and some lemonade. Both were sitting on the stairs outside the house. Skylar asked Cavil, "How come you came here and how did you find that god fruit?" Cavil said, "It's a long story, but I will shorten it: My parents are getting divorced and my mother is not cool. I wanted to be with my father, but he cannot be, as the court has ordered me to be with my mother. Finally, I took a step and escaped from the house. I was on the highway when my bike's tire deflated. I had to leave it there and come in search of a shop. I sat near a tree to take some rest, and a yellow apple fell right in front of me. I was so hungry that I ate it without thinking. Then I fell unconscious there, and later you and Bosco took me here, and the rest is all you know.

In the afternoon Cavil was sitting on the porch and Skylar was cooking food for them. Bosco came and asked Cavil "How is he feeling"? Cavil said, "I am fine." "Where were you?" Bosco said, "I went to get some supplies; come inside; I want to talk to you." Cavil said, "Okay," and followed him inside. Bosco said, "Son, take a seat and sit comfortably; I have something serious to tell you." Cavil sat down in the chair and gave full attention to him. Bosco said, "Son, I am happy that we have found you." "You are the chosen one." Cavil said, "What do you mean I am the chosen one?" Skylar said, "There are a lot of things you need to know." The fruit you ate is the god fruit; it is not available to everyone; my father and I had spent a long time looking for it, and you found it. Bosco said, "You are the savior of the world; you have to protect us all from the demon king, Ash."

Skylar was in the garden in the evening, and Bosco was out running errands. Cavil approached Skylar and inquired, "What kind of demons was your father talking about?" And who exactly is Ash? "And where do I fit into this?" "If you want to know everything about it, come sit beside me," Skylar said. I'll tell you about my grandfather Matt and his brother Ash. They both used to live in the same wooden cabin here. My grandfather was the older of the two, and his younger brother also lived with Uncle Max. They stayed until Ash took the other route, and my grandfather swore an oath to keep him from making the same mistakes.

Skylar begins the story...

Ash said, "Matt, wake up! Matt, you have to see this." Matt asked, "What's the big hurry? Can I take a nap? I'm tired, can't you see?" "I saw something really cool in the woods. You should see it right away "said Ash. Matt said, "Leave me alone, you go. I don't want to see you or your stupid things." "Okay, if that's what you want, I'll go by myself and check it out," Ash said. Matt says, "Wait, you idiot, let me get up and put something on first. I can't let you go alone in the crazy woods." Ash said, "Great, now get up and come with me." Matt wears a jacket and they both go into the woods.

"Hey Matt, are you watching what I'm seeing?" Ash inquired. "Yes, you idiot, I'm watching it as well. It's an apple "Matt stated. "Matt, the apple is yellow and the only one on the tree. I've never seen an apple like this before. I want to eat it because it looks so delicious" Ash stated. "Are you crazy or what, can't you see it's not an apple, it's some fruit that could be dangerous and you want to eat it?" Matt exclaimed. Ash approaches the tree, climbs it, plucks the apple, and begins to eat it. "You're an idiot," Matt said. Ash bites the apple and says, "Do you want a bite? It's so tasty and delicious. You should take a bite because it's so delicious ". Matt approaches Ash and takes the fruit from him, grasping, inspecting it, and smelling it to be certain. "Just eat it you idiot, it's just awesome you've never had an apple like this," Ash says. Matt takes a bite and says, "Yes, you're right, it's really tasty," before finishing the rest. He collapsed on the ground and became unconscious just as he was about to say something. Ash approaches and checks, and he, too, falls to the ground.

In the evening, Uncle Max became worried and went on a search for both. After a few hours of searching, he discovered both of them lying on the ground. He approached, checked, and awoke them. "Matt, Ash, wake up, what happened son?" said Uncle Max. Matt awoke, stood up, and asked, "Uncle, how did you know we were here?" So it's evening, and you both went out in the morning, and when I returned, I didn't see you, so I got worried and came here." said Uncle Max. Ash awoke and asked, "Who are you and why am I here?" Matt stated, "It's me, Matt, and this is uncle Max. Is everything okay with you? ". "I don't know you, and how am I your brother," Ash said. "Uncle, what happened to him? He has forgotten you and me both," Matt said to Uncle Max. He is so stupid that he saw a fruit, ate it, and then gave me half of it ". "Got you, you idiot, I'm just kidding," Ash begins to laugh. Uncle Max begins to laugh as well, and Matt smacks him on the head and says, "you idiot, you scared the hell out of me." According to Uncle Max, "Stop fooling around and let's go home. It is now dark here ". They all leave and walk to their house.

Uncle Max asked them during dinner, "what happened with both of you, and what did you have that made you unconscious?" "Uncle, it's nothing, leave it," Matt said. But the fruit was delicious, wasn't it, Matt?" said Ash. Matt smacks him on the head again and tells him to "stop acting like an idiot and grow up and eat your food and go to sleep." "I am done here and I am going to sleep," Uncle Max laughed, "and your punishment Ash is that you have to clean my dishes, and Matt you sleep after throwing out the garbage." "No uncle, not me, I'll only do my dishes," Ash replied. Matt hit him again on the head and said, "Go to bed, I'll do the dishes and throw out the garbage."

Ash and Uncle Max went to their compartments while Matt was doing the dishes. In the meantime, when Matt was doing the dishes, he had a headache, which grew worse as he was cleaning. He went near the first-aid box and was about to eat the medicine when the headache stopped. And a voice came in his head that said, "Son." Matt became terrified and went to Ash, attempting to awaken her. The voice started to grow louder, and he thought that waking up Ash would not be the solution. He thought that some fresh air would help, so he came out of the cabin and sat on the stairs. The voice in his head said, "If you want relief, follow my instructions." He first ignored it, but then the voice of Uncle Max came and said, "Son, follow the voice." Matt started to follow where the voice took him. The voice took him to the same place where he ate the fruit. The voice said, "Son, sit here and talk to me. I will ask you five questions." "If you give me correct answers, this headache will go, and it will give you powers that you cannot imagine, and if you fail, then I will let you go to your house." At first, he thought that he was dreaming, but then came the voice of Uncle Max, and it said, "Son, this voice will guide you to places you have not thought of and answer his questions." The voice said, "Are you ready, son?" Matt replied, "Yes." Voice asked him his first question, "What is the need for a son"? Matt replied, "A son is the successor of the father." The voice asked the next question, "Are you a son or a father?" Matt replied, "I am neither a son nor a father." The voice asked the third question, "If you are not a father nor a son, then what are you?" Matt replied, "I am a brother." The voice asked him the fourth question: "Why are you a brother but not a father or son?" Matt replied, "Because I do not have a father and not even a son, but I have a brother." The voice asked the last question, "How many questions have I asked you?" He thought for a few minutes and answered, "Sir, you have asked me six questions." The voice said, "Which was my first question?" Matt replied, "Are you ready? That was the first question." The voice said, "Answer my last question." Matt replied, "I already answered it." The voice stopped, and Matt's headache also stopped. At first, Matt thought he did not answer correctly. He was headed to his house, and Matt again started to have a headache, but this time he did not hear any voice, and he went straight to the cabin and lay on the bed with Ash, and fell asleep.

Matt and Ash were sleeping on the same bed at two a.m. when Matt yelled at Ash, waking him up. Ash also woke up and asked, "What happened-why did you shout?" Matt said, "I saw a dream in which you and I were fighting, and you killed me." Ash said, "What, how can that be possible?" Leave it and sleep. Matt again tried to sleep, and the voice came again, but this time he didn't have the headache. So he tried talking to the voice. He asked the voice, "Did I give the correct answers?" The voice said, "Son, if you had answered incorrectly, then I would have stopped talking, but your answers were all correct." "Come into the basement if you want to know what's going on." Matt went into the basement as the voice instructed. The voice said, "Look at any photo and look at it for a few seconds, then you will know what you have got." He took a photo of a girl and saw it for a few seconds, and then the voice of that girl came, and he was shocked at it. Then the voice told him to think of any person he loved. He thought of his brother Ash, and Ash's voice came into his head, and the moment he heard his brother's voice, he got scared and went upstairs to Ash, and he went near the bed, but Ash was not there. He looked for Ash in the room, but he didn't find him. Then the voice of Ash came, and Ash said, "Come in the lawn; I am there." He went out on the lawn, and Ash was sitting on the grass. He went near and said, "Ash, are you hearing me inside your brain?" Ash replied, "Yes, Matt, I can talk to you." Do you know what I saw in my dream? Matt asked, "What"? Ash said, "I saw an army of soul mongers that are hidden in the woods, and I can talk to them and control them." "What, how is that possible?" said Matt. "Matt, I am going to get them, and I will conquer the whole world with you," said Ash. Matt replied, "No, we will not do anything; I am waking up Uncle Max." Matt was about to go inside, but Ash said, "Uncle Max is not inside." "Then where is he?" asked Matt. "I do not know I am going to the woods to get my army; are you coming with me?" "Stop what you're thinking; we're brothers; we have to be together," Matt said. "I'm going and asking you one last time, are you coming?" Ash said. Matt said, "If that is the course you want to take, you can go, and for the sake of righteousness, I will be there to make sure that you will never succeed in your wrath upon humans." "If that is the case, then forget that you had a brother."

And like this, they both separated, and one took the road of good while the other took the road of evil," said Skylar. "So this is the story behind this whole ordeal," said Cavil. "No, it is just the beginning," said Skylar. Cavil asked, "What more is there?" "You told me almost everything." "My grandfather has chosen you, and now you will serve the truth," said Skylar. "Wait! What? I do not have time for that; I am just a normal boy, and I have my own life issues. I cannot live here in this cabin forever. "My life is mine," said Cavil. "So you are like him," said Skylar. "Like who?" asked Cavil. Skylar replied, "Like Ash." "You do not know me; I am an ordinary boy, and I have a lot of problems in my life," said Cavil. Skylar replied, "You are among those few people who have this power. You are a time warper "You can travel through the timelines," said Skylar. "What do you mean?" "I did not get it." While Skylar was about to say anything, Bosco returned and said, "Boy, you do not know what you have got." I am Matt's son and the father of this girl. I was searching for that fruit, and you got it. That means you are the chosen one after Matt. You are a time-warper. You will have a holdover of the time, its timelines, and its time zones. You cannot, however, change it. "You will be able to travel in timelines and time zones, but for that, you will need to go through what my father taught me." "That's a lot of it; I will not do anything; is there a chance I can undo all the changes and leave this place?" says Cavil. "Son, you have got a lot of responsibilities." You have to do this, as Ash has almost destroyed half of the timelines and time zones in his search for you. "You are the only possibility of saving the entire universe if you back out; we will all die soon." "But I am just a boy; how can I handle all this?" "I know I have powers, but I do not know how to use them." "Son, me and my daughter are here. "We will help you in this whole ordeal." "Do not worry, you have us now; let's go inside and have the food that I have prepared." The three of them went inside, and Bosco started watching TV, and Skylar went into the kitchen, while Cavil sat on the rocking chair and was thinking. After a few minutes, he fell asleep and had a dream, through which Matt tried to talk to him.

In the dream.....

Cavil was lying in a bed. He opened his eyes and looked everywhere; the whole room was white. There was a door on the right of the bed. He stood and walked towards that door, and the moment he opened that door, there were doors everywhere. It was like a puzzle; he was stuck, but a voice came into his head that said, "Come and open the door on your left." He walked towards the door on the left and opened it. Again, there were thousands of doors. He tried to go back, but the door through which he came in vanished. Then again, a voice came into his head that said, "Open the door on your left." He did as he was told, and every time he opened a gate, thousands of gates appeared, and every door he came through vanished. It happened a few times, and he got irritated. Then all the doors vanished and just one door was left, and Matt came and asked him to relax. "Who are you?" What is this place? "Can you get me out of here?" said Cavil. Matt said, "Son, you do not know me, but I know you." "I am Matt, and I want to talk to you. Relax and pay close attention to what I'm saying. "Do you know who you are?" Cavil replied, "Yes, I am Cavil." Matt said, "That is your name." My question is, "Who are you?" Cavil said, "I am a boy." Matt said, "This is your gender." My question is, "Who are you?" Cavil said, "I do not know." Matt said, "Find your destiny; that will tell you who you are." You said you wanted to go home when you were talking to Bosco. "Find your real home, because your home is your destiny." Cavil was about to ask where his home is, but he woke up, and Skylar was shaking him and waking him. He opened his eyes, and Skylar was shouting, "Wake up! Wake up, Cavil. He woke up and asked her, "What is wrong?" "Why is she shouting?" Skylar said, "We have to run; there are soul-mongers outside the cabin." Cavil asked, "Who are soul-mongers, and why do we have to run?" She said, "I will tell you that on the way; just come with me." He said, "What about Bosco?" Where is he? She said, "He's not at home; it's just us two; let's be fast." They both left the cabin and ran into the woods.

After running for a few hours, they took a rest and sat under a tree, where Cavil asked Skylar, "What is a soul monger, and why should we be afraid of them?" Skylar replied, "Didn't I tell you that Ash has an army of soul mongers, and they feed on the souls of living beings?" Ash has become aware that you are here. "What should we do?" said Cavil. Skylar said, "We should better look for my father." He will tell us what to do in this situation. "Then what are we waiting for?" "Let's go find him," said Cavil.

They both came back to the cabin. By then, the soul-mongers were gone. Near the cabin, Bosco was lying on the ground. Skylar saw him and shouted, "Dad, are you alright?" She went near and kept his head in her lap and asked, "What happened?" Bosco said, "When I returned, I saw the soul monger and had a dual with it." I killed it, but I got wounded while I was fighting, and he tried to capture my soul, but I killed it. I do not have much time left. Skylar, teach him what I taught you, as I will no longer be with you. Bosco took his last breath and passed away on Skylar's lap. Skylar cried a lot. Cavil said, "We must be cautious of these soul mongers, and let's go someplace safe, and then you can tell me all the things that he taught you." Skylar was still crying, and they both dug a grave for Bosco, buried him in the backyard, and left for the beginning of the new journey.

After the death of Bosco, both were on their own. Cavil and Skylar were both sitting in a coffee shop. A sound of a gunshot came, and Cavil came out to see what happened. Cavil and Skylar went toward the sound of a gunshot. Cavil went near the man who was shot. When he came near, he started to cry. Skylar asked him, "Why are you crying?" "Do you know this man"? Cavil replied, "He is my father's friend." Skylar asked, "What do you mean?" He said, "My father appointed an attorney for my custody." This is the attorney who was fighting for my custody. He has two little kids and a paralyzed wife. How could anyone do this? "What do you want me to do?" asked Skylar. Cavil said, "I am the time warper; I want to go back in time and redo this and save him." "Tell me how to do that." Skylar said, "You cannot do this." Cavil asked, "Why am I not a time warper?" Skylar said that is not the matter; you have not harnessed your powers, and to travel in timelines you need to train yourself. The powers are in your nerves, and time is connected to your brain. You have to train your brain; it has all the powers. He asked, "Tell me how to do that." She replied, "We need to find a quiet place to harness your powers." He said, "My father has a farmhouse on the outskirts of the city." "We can go there; it is safe, and no one goes there." "Ok, but we need to be careful because soul-mongers are on a hunt, and they are searching for you," said Skylar. He said, "Then what are we waiting for?" "Let's go there and harness my powers." They both went to the farmhouse.

At the farmhouse....

Cavil rang the doorbell. Pablo came and opened the door and said, "Hello! How are you, sir? Come inside, and I will get you something to drink. "By the way, ma'am, you are really beautiful." "You both look good together." "No, it is not like that; she is a good friend of mine, and yes, get us some water to drink; that will work," said Cavil. "Ok, sir, I will get you some water." Would you like to eat some sandwiches or toast? "I have prepared some," said Pablo. "No, just water," said Skylar. "Come sit down and tell me more about the powers," said Cavil. Pablo came with water and asked, "What kind of powers?" Skylar said, "Nothing; it's just about the movie we both saw last night." "Here's some water and chips for both of you." "Should I call your father now that you are here?" said Pablo. Cavil says, "No, don't call my father!" Pablo says, "Does your father know that you are here?" "I am not a kid." "Pablo, come here." "Take some money and go to your kids and meet your wife," said Cavil. "No, sir, I cannot leave you unattended," said Pablo. "We need some alone time," says Skylar. "Your friend is quite possessive; I like her." "I will go and take my leave; you both have fun," said Pablo. Pablo leaves, and now both Cavil and Skylar are alone at the farmhouse.

Skylar asked Cavil if there was a quiet room where we could do the procedure. Cavil says, "Yes, upstairs we have a room; it is all quiet there." Skylar says, "Ok, let's go there and grab some water." "You would be needing some water." Cavil does as she says. They both went upstairs and sat down. Skylar takes out a small pill and says, "Have this pill and concentrate on my voice, and you will feel a bit dizzy but you will get what you want." Cavil follows Skylar's instructions. While keeping his eyes shut, he started to concentrate on Skylar's voice. Skylar started to speak an unknown language, and Cavil went unconscious.

In Cavil's subconscious....

Cavil opened his eyes. At first, it was a dim light far away from him. He stood up and tried to go near the light. The light became brighter as he got closer. A man appeared in that light and said, "Welcome, son; you have reached the center of your brain." Turn back." Cavil looked back, and a million doors started to flow in front of him. He looked back and asked that old man, "What are these doors for?" The old man said, "Son, these are the doors of all the timelines that you can travel to and send people to." Cavil asked, "How do we form these doors?" The old man said, "You have to figure that out on your own." Cavil was about to question him, but the man disappeared, and Cavil was on his own. Cavil started to freak out, but a voice came and said, "Open any door and see for yourself." Cavil opened a door and saw that Skylar was sitting in the bedroom, Cavil's body was on the bed, and Pablo was there. He stepped into the timeline and tried to talk to Skylar. She was not able to hear; he touched her, and his hand went through her. He then approached his body and touched it, and then there was an explosion in the garden outside the house. He returned to the door, closed his eyes, and attempted to return to the present, but he couldn't. He thought he was stuck there, but all of a sudden he remembered what the old man said: "Focus on the timeline you have to go through and a door will open." He did that, and a door opened; he went in and came to consciousness in the present. Skylar said, "Did you meet him?" He said, "Yes, I met him, and I know what to do and how to do it." "Did you hear the explosion?" Skylar said, "We heard the explosion, and Pablo went to check." He said, "Let's go and check." They both went, and there was a soul monger in the front yard, and Pablo had a shotgun in his hand and tried to shoot the soul monger. The soul monger had already sucked Pablo's soul by the time Cavil and Skylar arrived. The soul monger attacked Skylar. Cavil opened a time door, and both Cavil and Skylar went inside the door.

Cavil and Skylar were in a different timeline. Skylar said, "So you have harnessed your powers." Cavil replied, "Yes, now all I have to do is fight Ash." Before we start the journey, I want you to tell me more about Matt and Ash. How did they separate? "But before I tell you anything, I have to tell you a few things," said Skylar. "What do you mean?" asked Cavil. She said, "neither Bosco is my father nor he is Matt's son. We all are here to serve a purpose." "What? Then who are you?" "I will tell you about Matt and Ash first, and then I will tell you about me," said Skylar. She starts telling Cavil the whole story.
