"Congratulations again to you children. Be careful. You Regulus, don't leave Vien. She's your wife now. And you, Vien. Call me if you have any problems, okay?" Regulus Vallega's mother said smiling.

The man did not say a word. He looked away for a moment because of the annoyance he was feeling. Vien only showed a small smile because of that. Regulus' Mommy and Daddy are here. As well as Vien's older sister. His father is not there because he is in another country.

Regulus looked at his Father. his Dad is a Filipino and half Italian. He photographed some of its features. Especially its green eyes which are also like hers.

"Don't do something to make me angry, Regulus. Don't you dare to go to your girlfriend. Stay away from him if you don't want me to ruin his life or much better if you just break up with him," his father said seriously.

He clenched his fist. This is what he didn't want to hear since he got married. "Dad, can you please stop saying those nonsense words? I won't do that to Eloiza. I'm just married to this girl," Regulus looked at Vien for a moment and pointed at her right next to him before looking back at his Father.

"But I don't love her. Eloiza is the one I love and want," Regulus emphasized every word he uttered. Vien just bowed while biting his upper lip. Regulus' father's jaw dropped. He was annoyed by what the son said.

"Regulus! You should be shy of Vien. Your wife is in front of you and---" what Regulus' Father was about to say was cut off because he immediately interjected. "I don't care, Dad. it's your fault anyway. You forced us. We're friends and then we'll be a couple? It's creepy!" Regulus hissed.

Regulus' father was even more annoyed. The parents of Vien and Regulus were dumbfounded because of his actions. They did not recover immediately.

"Regulus. . it's not you anymore. Why are you like that?" Vien's mother asked seriously. She knew Regulus. It wasn't like this before so she was surprised by his actions. Regulus didn't say a word and just pulled Vien into his car.

"Wow! Regulus!" only then did Regulus' mother recover. He screamed but the son ignored him and silently got into the passenger seat.

He put on his seat belt before driving the car away from there. Their gate was already open so they were able to leave easily. Vien closed his eyes. his heart was beating fast. He is scared and nervous at the same time. Apart from Regulus driving the car fast, the man's face was also terrifying.

He changed a lot. It was as if this wasn't the Regulus he knew before.

"C-Can you please slow down, Regulus? N-I'm scared," Vien said softly. He was clinging tightly to the edge of his chair. He noticed that the man's running slowed down a bit so he breathed a little easier.

This was the first day that he and Regulus would be together under the same roof. it's been two weeks since they got married privately in another country. That's what Regulus wants so that when he wants to break up with Vien, the process is easy.

except for the judge who married them, no one else knows but only their family and trusted friends. He knew that Regulus only forced them to marry because he was protecting his girlfriend.

Regulus didn't want to ruin his relationship with his girlfriend as well as her life so he was forced to marry Vien. Because the Father threatened him and he didn't want anything bad to happen to Elioza. just now Regulus felt as if his Father was holding him by the neck. His girlfriend also has no idea that he is married. He kept it as his greatest secret to his girlfriend.

Vien calmed herself down before looking out the window. since they got married two weeks ago, it disappeared like a bubble and only now did he see it again.

Force marriage happened between the two of them. Their fathers were friends and agreed on the matter. they are both heirs to the company and also the only children. They almost grew up together and were neighbors when they were little.

They only separated when they both went to college. Because Regulus went to another country with his parents to study there.

while Vien stayed in the Philippines. When Regulus returned with his parents, he had finished school and was training to manage a company. He will be the next owner of his father's company.

its arrival in the Philippines is in the news. Regulus' father is known as one of the successful business tycoons in the world. The public also knows that he has an only child.

Regulus didn't even know about his feelings. he didn't know if it was numb or if he really just looked at him like a brother. He even stalked her on her social media accounts. That's why when she found out that she was going to marry the young man, she was very happy. their parents met and agreed on that matter.

But, he was hurt by what he found out. When his parents sent him to Regulus' house to reconcile them in marriage, he was surprised to learn that he had a girlfriend. he didn't even know the name of his girlfriend.

Regulus didn't want to marry her, but his father threatened him that if he didn't agree to his father's wishes, his father would make his girlfriend's life miserable. It manipulated Regulus into agreeing.

Vien knew that Regulus was forced but he was still happy. Selfish if you think about it, he doesn't care anymore. They were married to the judge and they exchanged rings but Regulus didn't want to wear it so he was the only one wearing a ring out of the two of them. He noticed how he changed when he found out they were getting married. He already knows why.

Although hurt, Vien accepted that. She loves the man. Even if he doesn't love her back, at least he can be with her. they were together but that was then and now they are not very close. The man's distance from her is far.

Vien woke up when someone tapped him on the shoulder. He slowly opened his eyes. He fell asleep on the trip. he was greeted by his wife's handsome face and green eyes. He stared at her face for a moment and then smiled but it immediately disappeared when he spoke.

"Go down. You're not a princess for me to lift and open the door," he said coldly before exiting the car door. He was left dumbfounded. He was a little hurt by what he did but he had to get used to it.

He knows why the man is acting like this. it doesn't want him anymore.

He looked ahead. He saw the big house. It was beautifully made just like the picture his mother showed him. This was the gift to both of them from their parents when they got married to Regulus. your house in an exclusive village.

He just sighed and straightened up. He had only one idea in his mind as to what would happen next when he stepped inside that house. He felt a sudden pain in his chest.

he held that part and gently caressed it. "I need to face it. I can handle it," he whispered softly before getting out of the car to follow Regulus.

It's late and Regulus and Vien are currently eating. All they could hear was the sound of cutlery. Vien wasn't surprised why the things inside the house were ready. There are foods in the refrigerator and the surroundings and inside the house are clean.

plants can also be seen planted around the house. It is large and spacious inside and has many rooms. That is no longer surprising. Vien sipped and looked at Regulus who was serious about eating. He is already wearing pajamas unlike him who is still wearing a white t-shirt and pants.

he seemed to notice that Vien was looking at his behavior so he looked up. His thick eyebrows met as if wondering.

"What? Don't stare at me. Just focus on your food," he said gruffly. Vien snorted for a moment then spoke.

"S-Thank you, by the way. I'm also sorry if I don't know how to cook homemade food yet. I'm just used to having my food delivered." Vien bowed shyly after saying that. Regulus was the one who cooked their dinner. Vien would have been the one to cook because he told Regulus that he didn't know how. because he only knows simple dishes. Aside from cooking rice, he can only cook fried eggs, hotdogs and noddles.

"Just for now. Next time, you'll be the one to cook. You should know how to cook, Vien. You're not a princess when I'm in a puder. always remember that," he answered gruffly and drank water before standing up.

He was hurt a little because of what he said even though it was true. Vien went to see her husband. It was looking at him. "S-Alright, I'll study," Vien gave Regulus a forced smile. Regulus's jaw dropped and he gave Vien an evil look.

"You'll be the one to wash these dishes. Maybe that won't-" Vien cut him off.

"I know how to wash dishes. Besides, a little-"

"Good. After you wash that, go to the master's bedroom. We will talk," Regulus said and turned his back on him. He walked out of the kitchen and left Vien. Vien took another deep breath and blew it out.

He looked around. The house lights are on. the surroundings are beautiful but also sad. He looked at the long dining room and took what they were eating. He repaired it and carefully carried it to the sink.

While he was washing. Suddenly, what happened earlier came to his mind. he was arranging his things when Regulus spoke.

"All the rooms here are fine, so just choose where you want to sleep. I'll sleep in my mother's bedroom," he remembered his wife saying. From what he just said, he knew that he really didn't want to be by her side.

"Your lover is calling you," he was brought back to reality when he heard that voice coming from behind him. Vien faced Regulus with wide eyes. His face was serious as he held his cellphone with the screen facing him. he saw Lantsov's name flashed there.

How did he get my cellphone?!

"Regulus, he is not my lover. He is just my-" this cut off what Vien was about to say. "I don't care. Will you take your cellphone or will I destroy it?" it asked him.

Vien swallowed. "A-Ah, can you please answer first? Please say that he will be later-" what he was about to say was cut off again because he suddenly turned around with his cell phone. He walked up the stairs. Vien was suddenly nervous.

He might destroy it.

He just hurried to wash the dishes. when it was over, he immediately wiped his wet hand and turned off the light then he followed her. He didn't know which room it was but he thought his wife was in the master's bedroom.

When he saw that, he knocked before entering. he caught her talking on her cell phone.

"Yes, baby. Take care. I will. I love you too. Yeah, yeah. Okay, good night. Sweet dreams," he heard Regulus say. The joy can also be traced in the man's voice. Vien's chest suddenly tightened just because of that. maybe, that's his girlfriend. He's so sweet to her.

He is envious.

Vien smiled bitterly. The corners of his eyes were getting hot but he quickly brushed them away before the tears started to flow. The call ended and Regulus hung up his cellphone. he faced his behavior but his face was not surprised but his forehead just frowned. "Why are you here?" he asked her.

"R-Regulus, my cellphone.." Vien stammered. He felt hot water run down his cheek. Fuck! Regulus frowned even more and approached Vien's behavior. His heart beat faster because of that. "R-Regulus.. the-"

It stopped walking and went to the nightstand. He took something from there and approached him again. He handed Vien his cell phone. "He's your friend? but, he's not good for you so stay away from him or else I'll destroy his life," he said seriously.

Vien swallowed before she took her cellphone and turned away from the man. He walked out and down the stairs. He didn't even bother to close the master's bedroom door.

he is hurt again. It's just a simple thing, she cries. He can't control his emotions. He can easily cry even if the reason is small. He grew up in a rich family. He gets what he wants. He is followed. she is considered a princess even though she is old. But now that he is in his wife's custody, no more.

02 CONT.

When he reached the bottom of the stairs. he sat on the edge of the nun and there he poured out all his feelings since they left their parents' house. He even covered his mouth to stop the sobs that wanted to escape from his mouth.

The surroundings were too calm to be disturbed by her sobbing.

he opened his cellphone and immediately went straight to the contacts. She wants to call the two persons she's comfortable with. He searched for their name. He put Lantsov first but he couldn't see his name.

his heart beat faster and he suddenly remembered what Regulus had done.

Did he delete Lantsov's number?

He didn't put a password on it so it was easy to access the apps. Vien cried even more. He still doesn't know his friend's new number. what if I want to ask him for help?

He looked for Kat's name but before he could see it, a loud voice spoke from behind him.

"You didn't change, Vien. You are still the girl I knew back then. You're still sending your emotions," Vien looked behind him. Regulus folded his arms while looking at him.

He stood up from his seat and quickly wiped away his tears. "We're at the top. Shall we talk some more," he tried not to stutter as he spoke. he passed it and walked uphill first.

Vien knew that the man was just following behind him. He faced the man for a moment. "I'll just go to your room after I clean my body," said Vien. He silently walked into his room and closed it.

when he finished, he left his room and entered the master's bedroom. He caught Regulus leaning against the headboard of the bed while he was busy on his cellphone. Vien stared at Regulus for a few seconds until Regulus himself looked up.

The man looked at her seriously from head to toe before looking back at his cell phone again. Vien sighed before walking closer to the bed and sitting next to her.

He took the comb from the white robe he was wearing before gently combing his hair. he swallowed before looking at Regulus. The man was watching her. "What are we going to talk about?" Vien asked.

"About the set-up of this force marriage," answered Regulus. It's not as grumpy as it used to be. He stood up and left the bed. He sat on the single sofa that was on the side of the wardrobe and facing the bed.

Vien was a little relieved. His heart was beating fast because of nervousness. He combed his hair while he waited for the man to speak.

"We're legally married but we're not going to share the bed. I feel like, I'm cheating with Elioza when I do that. I hope you understand me, Vien." Regulus said seriously.

Vien didn't say a word. He only nodded his answer even though he felt a pain in his heart. she just listens to the man. He knew why he said those things.

"You also need to learn to cook, not just me. You are still my wife. You're not a princess while you are with me. Understood?" Vien nodded again.

"I will not hire even one helper so you must learn. I will also allow you to go out with your friends but, know your limits. You are free to do everything you want to do but also remember your limitations. We will live under the same roof but we're not going to get married.I can't even consider you my friend anymore because it feels weird for me." Regulus mumbled before crossing his arms.

"And lastly, do all the wife duties.. except," he stopped speaking for a moment. "- in bed," added Regulus while looking directly into Vien's eyes.

This is their first day as a husband and wife. Regulus woke up early to cook something for them to eat. He knows that he doesn't know how to cook a heavy breakfast yet, so he will make it first. He prefers a heavy breakfast so he has the energy to work.

he got up and went to the bathroom to do his morning routine. After he did it, he went straight out of the room. He went down the stairs and went straight to the kitchen but he was surprised to see Vien there.

He caught the woman cooking. it looked like it was still struggling and it didn't even notice his presence. He looked behind her.

"Not bad," he said in his mind.

Its body is beautiful. Vien has a firm butt and a curvy body. It also has long loose straight hair. He swallowed. he just noticed it now. It's been a long time since they last met. Vien is still thin and not in good shape. He just sighed. He couldn't blame Vien for their parents' wishes, that's just the case. he noticed that the woman who was about to get married didn't seem to care when they met to announce their marriage.

That's what Regulus was wondering about. He thought that Vien would not like what their parents wanted to happen but he just kept quiet. he didn't even hear an objection. Vien was just bowing while their parents were talking about the wedding that was going to happen while she was like a volcano about to explode with so much annoyance and anger.

"H-Hi?"

Regulus returned to reality after hearing Vien's voice not far away. he looked at her face. He grimaced when he saw her but later he gave her a smile. She's indeed gorgeous while smiling. She has a small mole under her right eye.

"D-Do you want u-uh coffee?" it stuttered to him. Regulus couldn't answer, he just looked at the woman's face. He didn't think that his friend who was thin and always had bangs would be such a beautiful man. It doesn't matter.

The woman lost her smile and came closer to him. "Hey!" Regulus was brought back to reality when Vien clapped in front of him. He didn't realize it was getting close.

"What happened to you?" its two eyebrows met.

"N-Nothing," he stammered now and looked away. he went to the kitchen and his eyes widened because the hot dog that was being cooked was about to catch fire.

Regulus quickly turned off the stove and put the pan aside. He frowned and faced Vien who was bowing. It is like a child who has committed a sin. "I.. I'm sorry," Vien said softly.

Regulus looked at Vien's hand that he was hiding behind his back. He frowned even more and came closer to Vien. He took his wife's hand and he seemed surprised by what he did but he ignored it. He saw the small wound on her index finger. it's still fresh because of the blood coming out of it. He looked up while still frowning.

"What happened to this?" asked Regulus.

"N-I just cut it," Vien answered with a bow.

"Because you weren't careful." the tone of Regulus' speech was hostile. he was about to pull Vien to treat his wound but he quickly grabbed Vien's hand.

"Don't mind me. It's just small. You still have school, eat first." said the woman before leaving and heading back to the kitchen.

"A-Ah, by the way Regulus. I'm going to the Mall later. I'm just going to buy something," said Vien. Regulus didn't answer. He's just staring at his wife. After a while he turned around again.

"I would like to take you in case you are coming in," Vien's voice weakened a bit when he said that.

"So I'll go with Lantsov. Kat can't because her schedule is busy this week," Vien added, which surprised Regulus. He put the rice he had cooked in the dining room.

"Is that okay with you?" Vien asked before sitting in front of her husband. "Yes, but know your limitations," Regulus answered gruffly before scooping up some rice. Vien didn't say anything but she was smiling. Regulus looked at what his wife had cooked. This is the hot dog that was just a little burnt. He secretly shook his head.

"Can't I disturb you and your wife?" Lantsov asked smiling as he sat in the backseat of Regulus' car. Vien looked at him and smiled.

"Not really. Right Regulus?" Vien turned to Regulus who glanced at Lantsov from the car mirror.

"No." Regulus answered briefly. Lantsov had just arrived and Regulus was about to leave for work. Vien wanted to go with Lantsov but Regulus insisted. So it happened, Vien and Lantsov will accompany Regulus. Lantsov didn't want to be left behind even though he had his own car.

"That's good. Isn't it Vienna?" Lantsov teased.

He is Vien's friend who is a strong tease but knows the word limit. The man knew that he and Regulus were married. because Lantsov was one of the witnesses at their wedding. Regulus' two eyebrows almost met because of what Lantsov said and Vien noticed that. He quickly grabbed Regulus' arm.

He still knows the man. Bend it and when bent it will be angry. Regulus turned to him. "What?" asked Regulus. Vien just smiled and looked back at Lantsov.

"Stop it. Are you crazy?" Vien asked annoyed. He heard Regulus tch but ignored it. Lantsov's grin widened. he kissed his own palm and touched it to Vien's cheek. The woman was surprised by what Lantsov did. He did not recover immediately. Suddenly, the vehicle they were riding in started moving fast.

"HEY! G-GO!" cried Lantsov. He looked at the traffic lights, it was a go sign. Vien swallowed several times while closing his eyes and tightly holding his pouch.

They only got to the Mall quickly because of Regulus' operation. Vien's knees were getting weak when they arrived. Even Lantsov's heart was still beating strong.

Vien went down without saying a word and Regulus and Lantsov noticed that. Lantsov looked at Regulus. Regulus' face was serious. "What do you think you did?" raised Lantsov's question to Regulus.

"What?" Regulus asked coldly. Lantsov took a deep breath.

"Bud, it's Vien. He doesn't like fast cars. He was traumatized when we were in college. He almost died because of that. Don't you know?" said Lantsov. Regulus looked away. He followed Vien's gaze. It is sitting on the mini bench outside the Mall. it is held by its heart.

"Now that you know, next time you should slow down. Take care, buddy. I hope we can be friends soon. Bye!" Lantsov said happily before finally leaving to follow Vien.

Regulus looked after Lantsov. He talked to Vien for a while before they went inside. Lantsov held Vien's elbow as they entered.

"Are they really friends?" Regulus asked out of nowhere. He couldn't believe what he saw earlier. He just shook his head before turning the steering wheel and leaving.

"Vienna, do you want chocolate?"

Vien turned to Lantsov and saw that he was looking at the chocolates on display. He approached the man holding the small paper bag.

"Okay, but you're free..." he said to Lantsov with a smile. Lantsov laughed softly before looking at Vien. "Sure, no!" Lantsov replied with a smile. It noticed what Vien was carrying.

"Is that all you bought?" asked Lantsov. Vien looked at what she was holding for a moment before looking back at the man.

"Yes.I just lack my essentials," Vien said while smiling. Lantsov just nodded. He took three chocolate bars and different brands before putting them in the cart. "Wait, are you serious?" asked in shock Vien here.Lantsov nodded while raising both eyebrows. Vien just shook his head.

They are here inside the Mall. He first went to Watsons before he went to Lantsov who was inside a stall full of sweets. He is feeling quite well. he didn't say goodbye to Regulus because of the annoyance and fear he felt. He hates and is afraid when the car is going fast. He didn't want to because that was the reason why he almost died when they were in college on a field trip. It gave her trauma.

they are almost finished shopping. Lantsov was holding a basket with only sweets. Kat would have been with her because that friend of hers was busy. They say they have a family gathering so they can't be with Vien.

"Come on. Let's pay for it.?" Lantsov said before looking back at Vien. Vien just nodded and walked first. Lantsov was just behind him while still looking at the displays. When they reached the counter. It's also quick because there aren't too many people.

after putting everything they bought in a paper bag, they went out immediately. Just as they were about to leave, Vien's cell phone rang. He took it and frowned because it was an unregistered number but eventually he answered anyway.

"Hello?" frowned when he asked.

"Vien," he was surprised to hear Regulus' familiar voice. He looked at the caller again but it was actually an unregistered number. He wondered how he got her number.

"H-Hey, Regulus. How are you? P-How did you get my number?" Vien asked his wife. The other was silent for a few seconds.

"Don't mind it. Can you go here at my company?"

Vien frowned even more. he suddenly remembered that he was upset with this man earlier but he didn't know how to hold a grudge so he just didn't have it. "And why? Did you need or forget something at home?" Vien asked calmly.

The other line went silent again. He was about to speak again but was cut off. "Hey, Vien. Why did you leave me?" he looked at Lantsov with a snort as he held up a rather small paper bag with just a few purchases. Vien laughed because of its appearance. before he could return his attention to his cellphone, the call was lost.

He looked at his wife's number before shrugging.
