Chapter 1 Memories

Aurora's p.o.v

"Oh my God. Is that her? How shameless" I heard a student speak behind my back as I set foot into the grand hall. An open field for our ceremony.

"I know right. Such a shameless human thinking she could blend with wolf's. Pathetic!" Another replied giggling. I ignored their hateful comments and kept walking in but they were still staring at me. They all are. Those eyes that held nothing but hatred and loathe. I didn't choose to be the way I am. So why were they judging me?

"Ugh, such an ugly clothes. Where did she get it? From the dumpster" a guy said and Chuckled, alongside his fellow. My gaze shifted from the podium where the presenters will announce the graduates, to the boys. They had a sinister look on their faces. I scowled at them but couldn't find a voice to defend myself.

"Oh, look at that face. What are you going to do huh, Rory?" He asked with a smirk.

Nothing. Just nothing. My gaze lowered and I felt a gentle hand on my shoulders.

"Don't listen to them. You're beautiful, your clothes look amazing" Remi said beside me. I glanced at her and she gave me a weak smile before gesturing to an empty seat.

"They're saying the truth" I muttered under my breath, trying to hold the tears from falling. "I will never be a true wolf. I don't even have a wolf"

I felt Remi's face saddened and she retreated her hands.

Four years, four years and it'll be all over soon. I'll go back to my mom. And leave this hell of a college.

I am a human schooling in an all Werewolf's College. Wonder why I'm here?

Well, this is how it all began.

Flashback- four years ago, 18 years old Rory.

"Mom. I finally got the admission" I squealed in my room which echoed throughout our tiny apartment.

I dashed from my room to the kitchen where my mom was making Dinner.

"You did? That's great news" Mom said, turning from the pot she was stirring. She turned to me, her eyes didn't seem pleasing but she was happy.

"Yeah. I did. I finally made it. I'm going to Brooklyn university. The whole world will soon witness the greatest doctor" I said while running up to her and gave her the biggest hug. I was a lot bigger than her at eighteen years old. And I'm not talking about just height, but body size too.

When I was two years old, I was taller than most kids my age, and I have a very unique feature that made people run from me. I had crimson red eyes. My parents had blue eyes, with black hair colour and a fairer skin, while I have tan skin and curly brown hair. I was bullied for having such an odd eye colour and being a child giant while growing up but it never stopped me from having fun.

I pulled away from the hug and stared at my mom but she averted them. It was as if her eyes were trying to tell me something.

'Aren't you a happy mom?' I asked in a low whisper and she turned to me.

"I am happy. Why wouldn't I be? Your father will be the happiest if you ask me" she said as her face formed a small smile.

"Yeah. He would. I told him, I will be the best doctor in no time. Didn't I?" I asked in enthusiasm. Mom let out a small chuckle before turning to the kitchen.

"Aunty Lucy will be here in a minute. We have something important to discuss. But let's have a meal first shall we?" Mom's voice sounded serious but I was too ecstatic to care.

I dash back to my room to inform My best friend, Sadie, about my admission.

Immediately I got to the room, I searched for my phone then picked it to dial her number.

"Hello, what's up?" Sadie said immediately she picked up the phone.

"Guess what?" I asked anticipatedly while pacing up and down.

"What? You know I'm not good at guessing. Just tell me" Sadie replied.

"Ugh. Okay. I just checked and I found my name!" I squealed but she went quiet.

"What are you talking about Rory?" She asked, confused. Guess I'm Too excited that I left out the details.

I finally calmed down after Jumping and rolled my eyes "I got into the school dummy" I replied and I heard her squeal

"You did? Oh I'm so happy for you. I'll let the gang know about this and we'll have a night together" she informed, still ecstatic.

"Yeah, tomorrow. We'll celebrate.." before I could finish what I wanted to say, I heard Aunt Lucy's voice calling my name from the door.

"Aurora?" She said then paused at my door entrance. I glanced at her and all my excitement quickly drained. I know why she's here. To talk about that topic.

"I'll talk to you later" I said to Sadie before ending the call abruptly.

"Come to the living room. We need to talk" she said with a serious tone before walking away. Immediately she left and I followed her to the living room.

I met my mom sitting on the sofa while across from her was Her sister, Lucy.

The atmosphere was tense and I could pick a strange aura around, something inhumane but shrugged it off.

"Take a seat Rory," Aunt Lucy said.

I sat beside my mom and we all stared at each other quietly.

"I recently heard from your mother that you got accepted. Congratulations" Lucy started with a solemn tone. "But there's something more important now. By now you should have realised that you aren't like the other teenagers. You're unique and special. Everyone knows that" Lucy paused then stared at me.

"You're not attending Brooklyn university" she said in a cold brute voice, Which I protested immediately "how can you say that? I worked my ass off just to get to this school" I started, raising my voice. Mom tried to calm me down.

"Listen to her, Rory. We don't have the money. Ever since your father left us. We've been suffering for a long time, " she said.

I turned to mom in disbelief "are you supporting her. I told you mom, I'll look for work. I'll do a part time job to fund myself. Why don't you listen to me?"

"That's not what we're talking about" Lucy caught me off then I turned to her.

"We have a better option. You're going to Kasandre to study, it's a scholarship..." Before she could finish, I Interrupted her.

"I will not go any way far from my mother. You know her health and you suggest I leave her and go to Kasandre. Do you know the distance that is? It's almost out of this state" I said angrily.

The room fell quiet and it took several minutes before Lucy spoke up, breaking the silence.

"If you're done I would like to continue. It's a scholarship and you don't have a choice because you've been accepted into it" she said with no remorse.

My eyes widened. My fate has been decided for me even before I knew it "what? I can't go. I won't go" I refused blatantly.

"It's not up to you to decide" Lucy yelled angrily getting up " can't you see? You aren't like us. You need to be with your kind"

I stared perplexed. What is she talking about? My kind? What does that even mean?

"Lucy, take it easy on her"mom defended me...

"What are you talking about? I know you never liked me but that doesn't give you the right to be racist towards...".

"You're a werewolf, Aurora. You don't belong here. If they find out, they'll kill you for sure" Lucy yelled. My gaze softened as my eyes were locked into hers.

"I'm a werewolf?" I asked in utter disbelief.

"That doesn't even make sense. It's just a fairy tale. No such thing as a werewolf" I said. Mom's gentle hands reached for mine and I turned to her.

"Mom tell me she's joking," I said, chuckling. Mom's hands reached for my face and I saw tears running down her cheeks, her face redden and sullen.

"They'll kill you if they find out Aurora. You need to be with your kind and go to Kasandre to a school where you'll learn about wolves" her voice breaking as she spoke, her cold fingers on my face.

This is ridiculous. Propentrous.

I turned and ran to my room.

"Why do they want to send me away? Why won't everyone just accept that I'm different" I thought while running into my room. I shut the door behind me and climbed onto my bed.

That night, I cried my eyes out before I stopped. I faced the ceiling and thought about my life. The moon had risen and it penetrated into my room. Then I got up to stare at the moon. It was beautiful and almost seemed to be calling me in. Just then, I heard a growling side in the bush.

"Huh? What's that sound?" I asked rhetorically, while my eyes searched.

Then I saw it. Just down by the scrubs, its eyes are glowing and it's feng's snarling at me.

"A wolf?"

Chapter 2 The blood moon wolf

The present.

The MC'S voice Interrupted my line of thoughts. I hadn't noticed how far I've zoned out until now..

I looked up and stared at the night sky. The ceremony was under the moonlight, like the campus name. Moonlit college.

The background was filled with murmuring students and lectures. And a sweet and low music was also playing in the background.

"They'll be here soon. I know it" Rebecca's voice sounded beside me. She's one of the brightest students in our class also the prettiest.

"What are they talking about? Better not pry" I said to myself. But their conversation became loud enough for me to eavesdrop.

"The vice Chancellor said so himself. They're coming to find a mate" Lia replied.

My ears were on them as I tried to understand what they were talking about. "Who's coming to find a mate? Why is it tonight, on our graduation day they chose that? Not that I care or anything" I said to myself.

Everyone has found their mate's except me. Normally, when a teenager turns eighteen they're meant to find their soulmate but here I am. I haven't even done my first shift, talk more about mates at age twenty-two.

I let out a sigh. The girls carried on with their discussion and I focused on the MC as they began announcing the graduates.

Immediately I started feeling anxious and my belly knotted.

"I don't feel so good," I said to Remi.

"Are you okay? Do you need to use the restroom or something?" She asked, her hands on my back.

I felt nauseous and my stomach began aching and a scent filled me up. surprisingly, my wolf began acting up. For the first time in almost all my years of living.

My wolf was moving inside of me. It was a good and bad feeling at the same time.

"What is this strange feeling?" I muttered.

"Is it your cramps again?" I heard Remi's words.

I shook my head no.

The throbbing pain in my lower abdomen suddenly stopped abruptly .

I rose my head and sat straight then turned to Remi "it's stopped" I said sharply

, paused looking at her confused and she, perplexed.

"Are you sure? You can use the restroom before your name is announced" she suggested and I turned it off with a wave of hand.

" No. I'm fine. I can get through the night" I said to her with a smile.

The night dragged by slowly and everything seemed peaceful until the feeling and pain increased. I yelped in the quiet auditorium and everyone turned to my direction, I fell from my seat and was now kneeling on the ground with my dress.

"Everyone is staring at Rory." Remi said through gritted teeth, embarrassed.

The pain was excruciating and I could hardly hear what Remi was saying.

I groaned softly while trying to get up and that's when the murmuring started.

Again, like the first time I stepped foot into this school.

They all ran away from me once they heard I was a human. They called me names while some said I should be killed.

The school authorities came to my aid and told them I was just a wolf living with humans. I thought everything would go fine after that, but rumours began again when they heard I couldn't communicate or shift to my wolf. And it got worse, I became an outcast.

I was bullied by everyone, especially Ceilia who was sitting right in front of me.

"Are you pregnant? You haven't found a mate yet you go about sleeping with different men in the campus" I heard her say her voice dripping venom.

"Let her" Remi defended me but Celia who had the upper hand, glared down at her, intimidating Remi.

"If you ever run your mouth. I'll let everyone know how much of a hoe you actually are. You don't want that news going about, do you? Your reputation would die even before you graduate" Celia's voice low and menacing, a sly smile appeared on her face immediately Remi let go of me.

"I have to go" I announced getting up. I stumbled over a few times but managed to get up on my feet by using the plastic chairs as support.

As I began walking out of the event, I started hearing them again. Their eyes on me. Like I was dirt. A filth and unpleasant sight to behold, with the way their eyes lingered on me.

I must leave here immediately, I said internally while trying to exit.

My vision was blurry but I managed to push through. Suddenly, I collided with somebody in aisle way. The person caught me before I could fall and I raised my head to thank them.

"Thanks" I managed to say. It was a male and he had the most beautiful eyes I've ever met. Suddenly my heart began thumping in my chest but I shook it off. Because of my blurry vision, I couldn't tell who it was but after that I released myself and began walking out.

Immediately I was out of everyone's sight, I saw the open field. I wasn't totally alone because people were scattered all around.

I stared to my right and I saw my dorm building. "You can do this Rory. Just a little further" I motivated myself. As I walked further, I stopped at a corner where I saw two people burying their faces to each other. The sound of their kissing was irritating me so I decided to leave without them noticing me but immediately I moved my legs, I fell to the fall right beside them.

This act made them to separate and they turned to me

"Who's that?" I heard the girl say

"I don't know. I'll help her up, "the gentle man said.

The bent over to lift me up and I managed to stand up."thanks" I muttered

"Ew. It's the outcast" they girls say. Her voice laced in disgust.

"What do you mean?" The man asked.

"She's the human girl with no wolf. Everyone despises her. Don't mingle with her, "the girl explained. I was already feeling hurt so her words didn't count.

"Hey are you okay?" The man ignored her and directed his attention to me.

I nodded to him to thank him again when I saw his face. "Didn't I just meet him not long ago? I bumped into him. Or am I hallucinating?" I asked myself as I stared at his face. The resemblance was stricken, however the pain didn't let me comprehend.

Then I turned to proceed further. I Hadn't walked much further when I collapsed again, now this time something felt off.

My vision became more blurry than before and somehow the place was changing from Moonlit to crimson.

People behind me began gasping as the atmosphere began shifting colours. It was weird and strange.

"Is it the time of the year?" One said

"I haven't seen it before but my grandmother said it happened when she was just a kid," another replied.

"What are they talking about? I don't feel too good" I mumbled to myself. The moon had distracted everyone and nobody came to my aid, not that I needed it.

I grunted then decided to pull myself up.

"It's a blood moon," someone yelled, making everyone start running to view it.

"What's a blood moon...?" Before I could finish.

I started feeling dizzy inside. Then my bones started to crack.

"What's this?Am I shifting under the blood moon?"

"Hey. Look at Aurora. She transforming under moon"

Everyone Gasped and mumbled and they were all in awe.

My transformation finally stopped and I managed to shift under the whole school's eyes.

Before I blacked out, I heard someone said

"She's the blood moon wolf".

Chapter 3 Haven't you heard of wolf

Aurora's pov.

My eyes fluttered open and I found myself still lying on the ground. The moon had cleared and it returned to its normal colour. I sat up straight and noticed I was still in school but everyone had gone home.

Did they really leave me alone? I questioned myself.

I looked down at myself and noticed I was naked right in the middle of the school field, luckily nobody was around. My clothes had torn to pieces and I was left with rags.

"Oh, no. How will I get home now?" I exclaimed while picking up my clothes all around me. This was the best clothes I had, now it's ruined. I got up and wrapped the remaining of my clothes around my body.

"I need to go home. What Time is it? The ceremony is over?" These questions ran through my head as I began walking towards the direction of my dorm.

"Thank God it's my last semester and I'll be free to go home" I said with a sigh. Suddenly I heard something rufflin from the bushes. The field was very close to a thick forest with lots of creatures hiding in it.

I paused, trying to hear more of where the sound came from then out of nowhere, a guy walked out from the shadows.

"Aren't you a pretty girl?" he said, chuckling while biting his lower lips.

I became confused and fear gripped me as I tightened my clothes to myself. "Who are you?" I asked curiously as he began walking up to me. From where I stood, I could tell he was one hell of a fine man. Not much older than me but had the most beautiful eyes I've ever seen.

Then it suddenly struck me, like a de javu. I've said this before. That means..

"I guess you have a really short memory. Me amor" he said, faking an accent.

I backed away from the stranger but he kept walking close.

"What do you want from me? Why didn't you leave like the rest?" I asked, as I kept backing away.

He squinted his eyes then paused, looking down on my rag of clothes.

I tried to cover up my body more but it felt as if he could see right through it. All of a Sudden, the scent hit me again. It was strong and dominant. It smelled of an Alpha's pheromones but two times stronger. I fell to the ground on impact, my body doing some weird vibrations and my wolf howling for joy.

"You can't handle it. Just take it all in" the man towered over me said. He squatted beside me and his eyes began scanning my body. I felt even more dirty as his hands reached for my bare thighs.

"Please stop it" I said in a whisper, I bit my lips trying to suppress the moans the threatened to escape my lips. The pheromones were really strong and it was choking me. Clogging the words in my throat and he didn't stop caressing my thighs, till he slipped his hands under my clothes.

I heard him chuckle before saying "I'm not doing anything... yet. Your body calls for me and I don't know how to stop myself. I'm hard as hell right now just by looking at you and your sweet mosns" he said, as he smirk. He sounded like a hungry lion.

"Matter of fact, why not I just.." he was saying then grabbed my legs, yanking me closer to him, making me lose my clothes around my chest area. My boobs coming in contact with the chilly air. I reacted quickly by dragging them up but he had seen it and began laughing.

"You still don't understand what you're in," he said in amusement.

From my peripheral vision I saw something move from behind and another man walked out from the shadows.

"They were two of them?" I thought to myself as my pupils widened. The two men had similar features and looked incredibly alike.

.

"Let her be Kayden. You see she's scared of you" the one from behind said. Kayden's smiling face turned into anger and he slowly got up.

"I don't know what you're doing here. But it's not your business and so I'd like it if you leave brother" he said in a low gruff.

The other ignored him and walked up to me and stared at my face "is this her?" He asked but Kayden stayed quiet.

"Not what I'm expecting." He commented before leaning back and began walking away.

Their pheromones began reducing and I felt more comfortable and able to breathe again but my heart was still throbbing hard on my chest. I don't know the meaning of it but I don't like the feeling from my belly Also.

"Wait.. who are you guys?" I asked as they both turned their backs. They stopped on their tracks and said.

"Are you coming or not?" Kayden asked while the other, who still hasn't told me his name, began walking away.

I got up and held my clothes before deciding if I should follow them. "Kayden tried doing dirty things with me...". I was snapped out of my thoughts when Kayden yelled.

"Kael, what are we going to do with her? Because as far as I am concerned. She's out of it" Kayden spoke and Kael was quiet.

"What are they saying? Are they trying to kill me or something?" I thought to myself then began to panic Internally.

"Please don't kill me. I have done nothing wrong. I just want to give my mom a good life" I pleaded with them trying to be very honest so they can have mercy on me.

"I'll do anything you want," I added.

The two men stared at each other before Kayden scoffed. "Be careful of what you ask, young wolf. It might turn to your worst nightmare"

"Anything I promise. Don't kill me please" I pleaded some more but they weren't taking my plea seriously.

Then Kael walked up to me, dragging my hands "come on let's go" he said taking me further into the woods.

"Where are we going?" I asked as Kael kept pulling me into the forest.

"To fulfil your promise. We're not going to hurt but you'll have to do something for us" he said as we got to a stop behind a tree bark. My back against the tree while the two stood at my front

"And what's that?" I asked again, my breath shaking.

Kayden then shoved his face in mine "remember what I told you earlier but being hard?" He said and her eyes grew wild.

"What.. what do you mean?" I stammered

Kael let out a laugh before saying "she's a naive one I see. I can't believe she still hasn't figured out"

I stared at both men confused. They spoke in parables.

Kayden leaned closer to me, his weight pressed against mine, my back now against the tree hard. His legs in between mine and I felt his bulge.

I held my breath as I felt his breath on my neck, it sent shivers to my spine. Then he went up to my ears.

"Haven't you heard of mates?" He whispered in my ears, my clothes which I was holding tightly unto came loose.
