The Alpha Witch

Author: : Daisy Sparks
Genre: Werewolf
"I don't understand what is happening here, I know that I've always been strange but I never expected to be that strange." Alessia has always been queer, she was born half Alpha werewolf and half Dokar witch. Ever since she was born, she has been told that she has a higher calling, she lives a normal life until she turns eighteen and her powers manifest. Her powers are not the only strange thing to manifest in her life as she finds out that she is mated to four males, and that too not ordinary males. She's mated to one wizard, one Alpha, one hybrid like herself, and one human. How do you think she will be able to handle all four of them and how do you think they would be able to handle sharing her, seeing that and Alpha can get really possessive.

Chapter 1 Prologue

The cry of a child slices through the air and her mother smiles and heaves a sigh of relief as her child is handed over to her, she has just battled a very long, painful, and complicated childbirth but none of that matters anymore as she holds her bundle of joy in her arms.

She is in exile from her people because she fell in love with a forbidden creature, a werewolf. Destiny works in strange ways, the witches and the wolves have been enemies for a long time, neither cross each other's boundaries and it is highly forbidden to ever mate with each other.

Over the years, witches have been mated to wolves, but once the council finds out, they cast a spell to sever the bond immediately. The spell works, but the victim's life changes completely and he or she becomes an outcast, the spell also weakens his or her original powers causing such a person to become weak.

It is indeed a dreadful thing, every year once the mating season comes, those that are mated to wolves accept the spell and become almost useless as the coven will look to them as defects and no one will ever mate with them again, while others try to escape their terrible fate by ending their life.

Ava, the mother of the newborn child, was no different, when she found out that she was mated to a wolf, her wolf came to find her but she had run from him with the intent of escaping her terrible fate. She had jumped off a cliff but her wolf had been faster and stronger and that was when she realized that he was not an ordinary wolf, she had been mated to an Alpha, the leader of the wolves.

He had taken her back to his pack and though she had endured a lot of insults, she had eventually fallen in love with her mate and it was the most wonderful feeling ever.

She felt sad at times when she thought of her home, she could never return to whence she came because the witches would never accept her back, they would probably kill her, even her own mother would kill her for mating with a wolf and even having his cub.

She hugs her child tightly to herself and she wonders what the child would turn out to be, it was not a new thing that witches and wolves mate and have cubs but she knew very little about their offsprings because the children were considered more of an abomination than the wolves among the witches.

She wonders if her child whom she soon finds out is a girl will inherit her powers and become a witch or will inherit her father's powers and become a wolf, it also comes to her mind that her child may combine those powers and become something entirely different, something scarcely heard of, an hybrid.

Her's would be much more complicated than a simple hybrid because her father is an Alpha and her mother comes from the lineage of the Dokars, the strongest coven of witches.

A growl slices through the air and the new mother smiles as her mate walks into the room. He smiles at her and pecks her head before lifting his child off her arms. His smile widens as his daughter opens her eyes. She had one of the most curious eyes ever, one of her eyes was green like her mother's and the other was blue like his.

The child yawns in her hands and her eyes flutter close, they open again and he marvels as her eyes change color to black and then change to blue and then green. He smiles as he hands her over to her mother, his child is definitely a very special one and maybe she would be the one to fulfill the prophecy.

The prophecy states that a child would be born out of the darkness, out of the forbidden and out of the light, she would have very special abilities, unlike ever seen before and it is her destiny to rewrite the world's book, it is her destiny to change the world and rewrite history.

Just like every other prophecy, this one is vague and does not contain much information, the witches are scared of the child and that is why they hunt down and kill every hybrid child that is born.

They do not understand the prophecy and they do not know what change the child is to bring, but they have deemed her as evil and they would try to end her before she can fulfill the prophecy.

Fortunately, this child was born deep in the forest, in the glade of the fairies.

The fairies have long been friends of peace and so they do all they can to help both wolves and witches alike, the magic they have cast on the child would make it impossible for anyone to know her true heritage, thus keeping her safe until she turns eighteen.

When she turns eighteen and her powers have been fully activated, there is almost no spell that can keep her bound, but the fairies expect her to be strong enough to defend herself by then. That is not an issue because her father intends to start her training right away and her mother hopes that her daughter would be able to learn witchcraft.

The Alpha moves closer to his mate and daughter, his mate makes room for him on the bed and he lies beside her taking her gently into his arms, he pulls her in for a deep kiss and she smiles when he releases her mouth.

What name have you thought of for our child? Her voice drifts to him through a mind link and he smiles as he looks at his daughter.

His name is Declan and he is the Alpha of the blue moon pack, his mate is Avalon and she is a Dokar witch, both are strong names so it is only befitting that their daughter gets an equally strong one.

Alessia.

Chapter 2 Growing up

{Alessia}

My name is Alessia and am I not just the queerest person ever.

"Alessia, get back here!" My nana shouted.

I'm always inside the house and I don't think that's fair, I turned sixteen yesterday and I think that I am grown, shouldn't I be allowed to roam outside the four walls of the packhouse.

"I'm not going beyond the walls nana," I shouted back and took to the winds. She could never catch even if she tried, there are few people that can keep up with me.

My father can because he's an almighty Alpha, my mother wouldn't even try, she'll just magic herself in front of me or she'll just magic me back.

Boy, do I sometimes wish I could do that.

I don't even go to school, I am homeschooled though, homeschooling is something that I never really complained about since it's actually fun and I get to do a lot of training.

My father is the Alpha of the Blue moon pack and my mother is a Dokar witch, though she had since been excommunicated from her coven, the cause, her mating with a wolf.

My nana is a wolf, she is my grandmother, my grandfather died during the twilight wars.

The twilight wars were the greatest war ever, it was a great war between all the night creatures, a peace treaty was never signed and when no one came out victorious from the war, it just stopped, but it didn't stop other people from trying to restart the war, so an agreement was reached and mating between different creatures was banned.

But it so happened that the moon goddess had other plans and many witches were mated to wolves, most of them who accepted the mating had to live a life of exile if they weren't even killed or made docile by their packs or coven.

My father had not given up on my mother because he had longed for a mate before he was given one. My mother had tried to kill herself when she found out that she was mated to a wolf, but my father had saved her and taken her away with him.

They had stayed together in the glade of the fairies until she healed and then he claimed her and soon after that she fell pregnant with me and they couldn't leave because they didn't know how to handle the child, not to mention the dangers that surrounded a hybrid child.

The fairies had been nice to them and they shelter them till I was born and then my father returned to his pack with his Luna and his child, I always wondered why my mother never had any other children, but when I asked she said it was because they had loved me too much to want another child.

But I think it was just the troubles of having and keeping me safe that prevented them from having other children.

My nana used to talk about the war, I didn't know what caused the war, but she always said it was greed for power, the creatures wanted to dominate and take over the world, their greed for power ate so deep into their heart, they began to fight one another.

She never did tell me who was at fault though, or who started the war.

Our pack is located on the outskirts of a human town. Talking about humans, they are the strangest of creatures, they are day creatures for one and I can't seem to understand them, they speak the same languages we do, but they are just so queer, much queerer than myself, and that is saying much.

"Alessia Dokar Moore." The only person that ever uses my full name is my mother.

Immediately I heard her voice, my feet screeched to a halt.

I couldn't run from her, not even if I tried.

"Listen to your nana and come back here at once." She said and my feet immediately turned back towards the packhouse. I glared at my nana menacingly.

Damn snitch.

She must have mind-linked my mom or something when I took off, I couldn't wait to turn eighteen, then they would not be able to hide things from me in their mind.

"Ma, I was just going for a run," I said and gave her a short hug.

I knew that I was no longer a little girl, but believe me, my mom loved it when I was being like this, it had helped me escape punishment a lot of times.

"You know that you have to stay around where we can always watch you right?" Her voice softened.

My hug worked again, Yay! for me.

"Yeah ma, I was just, when did you say I can leave again?" I asked, staring at her with puppy eyes.

"When you turn eighteen baby." She said and touched the band on my wrist.

It had been there since I was born and there was no way it could come off, believe me, I have tried. It was a gift from the fairies and it would come off when I turned eighteen, it was not a bit loose or too tight, it was a perfect size and it seemed to always fit me, even when I grew up from a little toddler to the young adult I am today.

"You say you're a young adult, then I'm going to need you to be more responsible." She said and cleared me off my feet with one swipe of her leg.

"Mom." I helped as my butt hit the ground. "No fair." I huffed out.

"You always have to be ready Lisa, there are people in this world that will try to hurt you, you have to make sure to be stronger and faster than them all." She said and picked me up from the floor.

"Yes, ma," I said and cleaned the dust from my derriere.

My mother is a very beautiful woman, I can totally see where I got my good looks anytime I look at her, she has brown skin and green curly hair, she also has brown eyes, but they turn fiery whenever she's in power mode, I mean when she's using her powers.

My father has lighter skin than my mother, he has blue eyes and black hair that he keeps tied to the back of his head in a ponytail. He is also a very handsome man and between the two of them, they gave birth to one of the most beautiful girls in the world.

When strangers from different packs visit, I am passed off as a fairy and they buy it, the fairies are the only creatures that didn't have any part in the war, they are loyal friends of good and truth.

"Allie heads up." My father yelled as we neared the packhouse and he threw a sword at me.

Fortunately, I raised my head in time and I caught the sword.

"Dad," I yelled and raced towards him.

He was like a god to me.

With the sword in my hand, I jumped into his arms and he caught me smiling.

"You're home," I said and hugged him.

He had been gone for almost a week on business.

"Yes dearest, I'm home." He said and set me down.

"Hi." My mom blushed as she spoke when she caught up to us.

I couldn't believe how she could still bush like a shy school girl after being mated for close to twenty years.

"Hi." He replied and closed the distance between them. "I missed you." He said and spun my mother around.

"I missed you too." She said giggling like a schoolgirl.

I loved seeing them like this, I wanted this kind of love and I could only hope that my dream would come true when I turn eighteen. I hoped that I would find my mate immediately, I didn't want to be like some wolves that were stuck for years without finding their mates.

"I made you all some snacks." Nana came out with a tray of cookies.

"Yay snacks." I clapped my hand and retrieved the tray.

Since I was the youngest wolf present, it was my duty to serve everyone present.

After my parents took a piece, I dropped the tray on a desk and took a piece. It was so tasty.

That's the thing about nana's cookies, they're cookies but with beef, It may look like a weird food combination, but I assure you that it's not, it's the right amount of crunchy and savory.

We wolves love our meat, so we welcome anything with meat in it.

"That good hun?" My mother smiled at me.

"Yeah so good," I said with my mouth full and I almost bit my tongue.

"Young lady." Nana reprimanded in a strict voice.

"You know nana makes the best snacks," I said after I swallowed and I smiled at nana.

She couldn't stay mad at me for too long, she loved when I complimented her.

"Take a walk with me." My father said after we finished the snacks.

My mother and nana cleared the tray and they went into the house.

"What is going on?" I asked my father, he looked bothered somehow.

He did not reply and I did not bother him again, we kept walking until we got to the forest glade, there was a log on the floor and he sat on it, I propped down and sat beside him quietly.

"There's danger coming Allie." He said, breaking the silence.

My father was not one to beat around the bush and he was the only one who didn't treat me like a child anymore, he didn't hide anything from me, no matter how gruesome or morbid it was.

He taught me to be fearless.

"What type of danger?" I asked, trying to sound brave.

"The kind of danger that means you have to hide." He said and I understood immediately.

"Can't I fight?" I asked but he shook his head.

"You will fight when the time comes, but for now you have to hide my child." He said and he touched my hair softly.

Did I fail to describe myself? forgive me.

I have dark hair like my dad's and I have the same skin tone as his, I'm quite tall at about five foot five, I have plump pink lips, lovely round eyes that are hazel colored. I don't think anyone exactly can tell the true color of my eyes cause it changes constantly, sometimes.

Right now my eye is a pale green color, but two years ago it was a pale blue color, all my eye colors are always blue.

"Where will I go," I said my voice was shaking, I did not want to leave my family.

"To the fairies glade, they'll keep you safe until I send for you." He said.

"When do I leave," I asked tears brimming in my eyes.

"Tomorrow." He said and just like that, the tears poured out of my eyes.

"Tomorrow, Dad, that's too-" I tried to protest.

"You'll be fine, child, it's for the best, I have to make sure that you are safe." He said and he got up from the log.

He took off his shirt and I gasped when I saw his back, his flesh had been torn and there were scratch marks all over his back.

"These will heal, I just need to shift." He said and then he turned to me. " You can't shift yet, your wounds won't heal" he added and walked deeper into the forest to shift.

I heard a loud growl and feet stomping on the ground when he shifted.

My heart was heavy, I could not believe that I was going away from my family, from Sam.

Sam.

I stood up and started running wildly, I had to see my best friend.

Sam was a hybrid like me, his parents had been killed, but Dad had managed to rescue him, we were both around the same age and we lived together in the same pack house.

"Sam, where is Sam," I yelled panting from the long run when I got to the pack house.

"He's packing, he's also in danger, so he's going with you." My mother answered. "Child, your eyes are red." She said and I turned to look at my reflection on the glass doors.

She was right, my eyes had turned red.

Chapter 3 Leaving Home

{Alessia}

Just as dawn broke, I felt a hand tap me softly, I woke up immediately since I was a light sleeper.

It was nana.

"Time to go hun." She said and handed me a bag.

I knew my way, my parents had taught me the path to the fairies glade as soon as I could talk, they told me to head there straight if trouble ever broke out.

Fortunately, for all sixteen years of my life, never once did I have to go there. Trouble had come, but it had always been trouble that we could handle.

I sensed that this trouble was bigger than any we had faced before and that was why my parents were sending me away.

I was going to be a big girl and handle leaving my parents real mature, but I did not want to leave without seeing them, I did not know when next I would see them again.

"Can I say goodbye?" I asked, I was determined not to cry though my heart was breaking.

"No," Nana said, I tried to hug her, but she didn't let me touch her. "We don't want your scent to linger here." She explained.

I couldn't even get a goodbye hug.

"Goodbye, Nana," I said and turned to follow the back path.

"Cole is already in the basement." She said and I turned to go, hiding the tears that were already falling from my eyes. "Be safe." Her voice broke and I knew that I was not the only one crying.

It was a very sad day indeed.

I walked as fast as my legs could carry me and I opened the latch on the basement door, it was very dark when I entered the basement and I couldn't see, thankfully the bracelet the fairies gifted me was a glow in the dark kind.

I made my way towards the underground caller with the help of the light for my bracelet.

"Cole," I called out softly when I had almost gotten to the door.

"I'm here." He answered.

He was sitting on the floor hugging his back to his chest, he cleaned his eyes and stood up immediately he saw me coming.

He must have also been crying as well.

"We have to go," I said trying to sound strong.

"I know." He said and he pushed the door open.

He didn't need a light, he could see in the dark since he was a hybrid but since my powers were still blocked by the bracelet, I was like a common human.

Oh, how I loathe that title.

I grabbed his hands and the both of us made it through the tunnel to the other side.

By the time we got out, it was light outside, the sun was not yet visible, but it was already bright outside, I was the last to come out of the tunnel and as I held on to the latch, I couldn't resist turning back one last time.

I would miss my home.

I slammed the latch close as soon as I heard voices from inside.

There was screaming and the sounds of many feet coming towards us.

Danger had come for me.

Cole and I ran and ran, we did not look back.

We traveled for many days and soon we became tired and hungry, we had exhausted both the supplies that Nana had packed for us. My bag felt light without the food and water, but it was still heavy to me because my body was becoming weak.

We kept walking though and I wondered if we had not lost our way, since we didn't seem to be getting anywhere, we were just crossing from forest to forest and glade to glade.

"Water." I smiled in relief as we came across a small stream.

"We're almost there, it says when we cross a small stream, we are to take the path beneath the trees and we would find the fairies' glade." Cole smiled weakly and announced.

"Great," I said. "But I meant water, for drinking smartass."

"Right." He smiled again. "Race you to the stream." He added and took off.

"No fair." I huffed and walked slowly to the stream

He would beat me anyway, he was stronger and faster than me right now.

"Why do I feel woozy," I asked as soon as I had two handfuls of water.

"I feel woozy too." He said and tried to get up.

We both passed out on the sand.

{Avalon}

"My child." I cried and tried to get out of his strong grip, but it was impossible.

"I just want to hug her goodbye." I pleaded but he was not budging.

"Dec please, I'll just only watch her leave, I promise not to touch her." Tears streamed down my face.

Declan had heard the news of a congregation of wolves and a coven of Witches joining forces to find our daughter, they did not know her, but the person they had described was exactly my daughter.

A Witch had seen a vision, something about the prophecy and those that were against would do anything to prevent it from being fulfilled. I did not understand it, but somehow my daughter was in the middle of it all and her life was in danger.

I sensed everything that happened the moment he touched me yesterday and I knew that this day would come, but it did not make it any easier.

I couldn't even hug her goodbye.

"Ava, please." He begged me but he didn't loosen his grip. "We have to keep her safe." He said and buried his nose in my hair, inhaling my scent.

"Let go of me," I demanded angrily and pushed him away from me, my eyes had turned fiery and my hair and started to glow.

"No." He shouted and caught my wrist before I could chant a spell.

The sparks distracted me and I could not complete the spell.

"I just wanted to see her." I crashed on his chest and my tears soaked his shirt.

"I know, I also wanted to." He said and hugged me tighter.

"Alpha, there's been a perimeter breach." A guard barged in and announced hurriedly.

"Get the men immediately," Declan ordered with a loud growl.

"S-sir, t-there's a Witch." He said shakily and I stood up immediately.

"I'm coming with you," I said and he nodded his head.

These were the people that wanted to hurt my baby, they were the reason why my baby was away from home and why she was not with me right now.

I couldn't have been more angrier.

I took to the skies immediately we got out, my eyes were fierce and fiery and my green hair was glowing.

I was in power mode, like my daughter, my Alessia used to call it.

The intruders were many and their scents were masked so I could barely tell who they were or where they came from.

A huge fight had broken out, but the intruders were gaining the upper hand, I caught sight of a group of witches chanting a spell to weaken our wolves and I flew towards them immediately.

Not many witches can fly and since they were still on the ground, I was sure that they were not witches of higher rank.

Meaning they were no match for me.

I secured our pack house to protect the Omegas and the children who couldn't fight then I removed their spell from the wolves.

They had already caused us to lose a lot of men and they seemed to be growing in number.

I attacked with all my strength defeating four of the witches but they were still coming, I had to descend from the sky when I began to grow weak.

I was using too much of my power as it was.

I picked up a spear and continued my attack when I reached the ground, I watched as Declan was tearing people limb by limb and snapping them in two like twigs.

I lost concentration for a second and as soon as I turned back, I was blasted away by a Witch.

I screamed in horror as I flew back and hit my body against a wall.

I tried to get up, my head was bleeding and my mouth as well.

"Ava," Declan yelled and started running towards me.

"Zeeda lelonia." I chanted and blew a green smoke towards him.

I had never had to use my magic on him before but I had to do it now. He turned back immediately, his eyes color green.

He still had to fight, he couldn't leave the battle for me, his people would be killed.

"Nana!" I yelled as I watched her get hit by a magic spark. She fell to the ground immediately and her eyes closed instantly.

I dragged myself to where she was and I held her in my arms, her mouth was bleeding but she was still alive.

"Nana!" I yelled again and a lot of power left me and cleared half of the intruder, they turned to ashes immediately.

Nana tried to talk, but no sound came out from her mouth, she spat out blood, and then she fell silent.

"No," I screamed and tears poured down my face.

Nana was dead.
