Tales of Moonlight (Zero's Identity)

Inside of our school bus was quiet, no one spoke to us, our eyes were straight and my companions had no emotion.

On our way home to Moonlight, the Leviticus students stayed in the arena because they were still preaching and talking. None of my companions had greeted them before except me.

Dark was immediately rushed to the hospital near the Arena, that's all I know. His companions said that he felt better immediately, something that made me feel better.

I still can't thank him for blocking himself so that Red won't stab me.

I knew they were disappointed and angry because we weren't the winners, especially Red who was really emotionless and only looked in one direction.

I bent down and took a deep breath, I could feel Red's anger from here in my seat.

Even though I was ready for what would happen, I was still nervous. I knew this was going to happen with the plan Dark and I made.

"Damn it." Star said stunned so I looked at him and so did those with us except Red as if no one else had heard.

"What happened?" When Ice asked softly and looked at me. "Moon?" She added as she looked at me, I could see the disappointment in her eyes.

I didn't know what to say, what to explain, I wanted to speak and apologize but I didn't have the strength to move my mouth.

"We talk about it, isn't it?" Star asked weakly and looked at me.

"You said, you won't repeat what you did. You promised me Moon." His voice was full of regret, I bowed down, my tears immediately flowed.

"You're a Moonlight student but you chose to side with the Leviticus. You're a traitor." I was even more discouraged by what Shadow said.

I chose to remain silent rather than speak, I also feel useless if I explain my side but they will not listen.

Their minds are still closed.

I immediately closed my eyes when Red suddenly rushed at me and choked me up to my seat, Cloud immediately calmed down but Red was still stronger so he just jumped.

"SINCE YOU HAVE BEEN WITH US, NOTHING ELSE GOOD HAS HAPPENED TO US BUT SOMETHING!" Red shouted and put more pressure on strangling me, I could only struggle.

Her tears flowed.

"WE TRUSTED YOU MOON! WE TRUSTED YOU THEN WHAT DID YOU DO ?!"

"Stop!" Rain shouted and restrained Red and this time Shadow and Star also restrained, they pulled Red away from me while Rain pulled me away from Red and supported me.

"Is it okay, that's right. It's over, there's nothing we can do to change what happened." Rain said while supporting me, I caught my breath and looked at Red who looked at Rain and me badly.

"You, you're to blame for this Rain." Red said and Rain looked at us alternately.

"If you hadn't included her name in RFE she probably wouldn't have been drawn and she's not here right now!" Full of anger Red says.

"Why do you want to win? To make you Famous? To make your parents proud of you? It's just a game!" Annoyed Rain said.

"YOU DO NOT UNDERSTAND!" Shadow shouted at Rain, I immediately touched Rain so she looked at me, I shook my head to tell her not to speak but she didn't listen.

"If it's just a game for you, it's more than just a game for us!" Shadow said angrily while looking at Rain.

"My grandfather's life is at stake here." Full of resentment Red said while crying and looking at me.

"That game is my hope for the recovery of my grandfather Moon, Fuck. But it's easy for you to lose the game!" Red's shout caused me to stop.

"Because, you're used to losing Moon, because you only think about yourself. You didn't even think about those with you, Moon, that's my grandfather's life." When welding Red said and sat up in extreme pain he was feeling.

Immediately my tears flowed.

"Red .."

"Don't come near me!" She shouted, Ice immediately comforted her.

"Two years ago my youngest brother died." Shadow said coldly as he looked at me.

"The prize that we see Hasreffa is a great honor to bring back the life of my brother Moon." He said and his eye was full of pain.

"But you chose to side with the Leviticus more than our friends of yours." He added that it made me feel even more guilty.

I don't know what they said, I don't know why they want to win is because they have things they want to ask Hasreffa.

"That's enough, sorry you can't bring everything back Moon." Cloud said coldly so I cried even more.

I thought, when we lose it's okay with me, but because of what they said I'm sorry, I didn't even know that they also needed to win.

I thought more of Zero than them, but Dark said, when we win there is something they will ask Mr and Mrs Steler to come back, that's why I don't want to win.

I helped Zero, I'm sure he'll help me explain to Red why I chose to lose the game.

"Believe me, Zero showed up to me twice in the game and--"

"Moon that's enough." Rain stopped me so I shook.

"I'm telling the truth Rain, that's my reason and I'm sure he'll explain that to you." I said I saw Rain's tears dripping then hugged me tightly.

"That's enough Moon, that's enough." She said crying as she hugged me.

"Why don't you believe me, yes I'm the reason why we lost but I'm telling the truth." I said, Rain let go of the hug then looked at me while crying.

"Who would believe in a madman like you Moon?" Star asked so I looked at him.

"You're using Zero's name to make us believe you, do you think we'll believe you?" Ice said as she hugged Red.

"It's true--"

"ZERO HAS BEEN DEAD FOR A LONG TIME! HOW CAN WE BELIEVE YOU IF THE NAME YOU SAY HAS BEEN BURIED IN THE PIT FOR A LONG TIME ?!"

Moon's First day at Moonlight

Star POV

I'm happy because we have someone new to be with, because the faces of my friends are also boring. Fortunately, Moon and Cloud were added to us.

I looked at Moon who was looking around outside the history room, she was cute but Rain was cuter.

"Where is Zero's room?" I was stopped by Moon's sudden question, isn't she Inform?

"Why are you looking for the room of the son of the owner of Moonlight?" Cloud asked, Damn. Aren't they supposed to be Inform?

Zero has been dead for a long time, two years ago when he died in the MLA game, Dark, Red and Shadow were with him to play in the MLA but unfortunately Dark killed him. Former Moonlight student who moved to another school.

That's what Shadow told us, they saw Dark behind Zero and stabbed Zero in the back.

I was immediately startled ah, Moon's creepy.

"Let's go." I said when the door of our room opened, I immediately sat down in my chair where Rain and Shadow were next to me.

"Moon's creepy." I whispered to Shadow, I don't want Rain to hear that because I know Moon is her friend.

"Why?" Shadow asked me, I looked at Moon who was outside and looking at the Stelers building.

"She's looking for Zero's room." I said so Shadow looked at me.

"Oh? Maybe the Admiral didn't say anything about Zero." Shadow said.

"It looks like a new classmate of yours is going crazy." Said our teacher while looking at Moon waving at the Stelers building.

"See, she has a bamboo, no one there." I said to Shadow.

Shadow didn't say a word, we watched Moon enter and introduce herself in front, our classmates shut her up but our teacher immediately calmed down.

She sat at the end where there was an empty seat, I was even more terrified because that was where Zero's seat was when he was still alive.

Our teacher started teaching, I couldn't focus because I was looking at Moon, she was just weird.

Until the bell rang, Rain invited her to come with us.

"I'll go first, I'm just going somewhere." Moon said so I looked at her.

"Have you memorized the roundabout in Moonlight?" Cloud asked.

"Not yet, as long as I'm just going somewhere, I'll wait for you here later." She said and ran away from us. I immediately looked at my companions.

"I'm just hoing to the restroom ah I'll be next." I said goodbye, they nodded so I immediately followed Moon.

I was stunned when she stopped in a hallway. What is she doing there?

"Hey, I thought you left me." My eyes widened as she spoke as I looked in front of her.

"Who is she talking to?" I whispered to myself, there was no one in front of her and she was also alone.

I saw her walk away from me so I immediately followed her, I slowly frowned when I saw Moon going to Canteen 3.

What will he do in Canteen 3? There are no people and no one is eating. Since Zero's death, Canteen 3 has been closed because Zero always eats there.

"Can you read my mind?" Moon asked whoever she was talking to.

"We're the same, I can also read the minds of a creature." She said, I hugged myself because I was so terrified.

"Don't you hate me?" "By the way, where is your room?" I stopped walking and hid behind an old chair.

I looked again at Moon who entered the dark Canteen 3. Holy cow, is she possessed?

I slowly peeked out the window and saw her sitting at the table where Zero always eats, does she see Zero? Does she have a third eye? The creepy.

I was even more terrified when I saw Moon trying to eat, I peeked at what she was eating but nothing, she was not eating anything. I immediately ran away from canteen 3 and went to the canteen where we were eating.

"Oh? what happened to you?" Rain asked, I swallowed and caught my breath.

"M-Moon!" I said, their foreheads immediately wrinkled.

"She's popossess!" I said so Rain stopped and laughed.

"Did you say that?" Rain asked while laughing.

"I saw her in canteen 3 because I followed her and then she was talking to someone I can't see." I said so Rain, Ice and Cloud laughed.

"You're the one who's crazy." Rain said and the food slammed into my mouth.

"Oh, eat it, it's just hunger." She said while laughing.

"It is true!" I said.

"Just eat." Ice said while laughing, I turned around and swallowed the food that Rain threw at me.

Why don't they believe?

Star POV

I woke up early, I didn't realize that we had fallen asleep in the living room. I smiled when I remembered how we were scared last night, we watched a very scary show so here in the living room we all slept.

I was the only one awake. I took the blanket next to me and gently hugged Rain, I smiled when I saw she was sound asleep.

I was about to walk out of the Facility when I stopped because I heard a noise in the kitchen, I frowned and walked to the kitchen where I heard the noise but when I arrived there was no one.

Only piles of wash were there, I looked around and saw the dirt of the whole Facility.

I walked out of the facility again when I could see Admiral coming here so I immediately ran to my companions who were asleep.

"Guys wake up!" I shouted but they just moved and fell asleep.

"Damn it!" I said and took two pot lids in the kitchen then sounded them.

"What ?!" Red asked annoyed.

"Get up quickly, admiral and admin is coming!" I shouted for them to get up in no time.

"The kitchen! Hoi Star, clean up!" Ice shouted at me.

"I can handle it." Moon groaned so I nodded and helped Rain put away our bed, Red wiped the table and Shadow picked up the clutter and Ice swept.

I peeked out the window and saw that they were close Admiral.

"They're coming!" I shouted, the door suddenly opened and just as my companions approached me, they were done. Remembering Moon swallowed me, she is washing the dishes and I know that it will takes a time for her to wash all the plates

"Good morning students." Said Admin.

The Admiral frowned.

"Someone is missing, where's Moon?" Admiral asked, causing us all to look at each other.

"She's in the kitchen." I stammered, Admiral's eyes narrowed at us and then walked to the kitchen. We almost lost our breath as we approached the kitchen but we also immediately breathed a sigh of relief when we saw that the kitchen was clean, something I wondered.

It was so messy before, it was impossible for him to clean the kitchen right away.

When the admiral saw Moon, he told us to get dressed because our training was about to begin.

I still can't believe it because when I saw the kitchen it was messy and cluttered, but now no one can trace that mess.

When we got to the Training room we were given time to get a weapon, I immediately took the lead in getting the weapon, I immediately picked up a Gold Stick with a taper at each end of it. I looked at Moon holding Zero's bow.

My forehead furrowed, as she took the arrow and released it. The arrow turned into Five, I swallowed. She was able to hold Zero's bow.

I immediately approached Shadow.

"Shadow." I called so he looked at me.

"Look at Moon." I said so he looked at Moon.

"What's up?" He asked.

"She's holding Zero's arrow." I said so he looked at Moon again and looked at me.

"Isn't it true that none of us can hold that bow so we can't get a shot." I said. He looked at me.

"Maybe it's a coincidence that the arrow chose her." He said, shaking my head.

"Only Zero chooses the bow. The bow and arrow have their own minds." I said.

"Zero is the only one holding that bow, that's why the day the fire died, it took ten more people to lift it." I said Shadow looked at me and patted my shoulder.

"You're getting paranoid again, come on." He said so I was stunned.

"I'm not paranoid okay, I'm just saying maybe Moon is possessed." I said. He laughed and looked at me.

"If she is possessed there must be things she is doing that will hurt us." Shadow said then turned his back on me.

I just frowned and looked again at Moon who was looking at the arrow.
