CHAPTER 1
Liza Smith was a young woman in her late 20s, ambitious woman with a heart of gold. She had lost her mother at a tender age, leaving her with her father, Oliver Smith, and younger brother, Jayden Smith. Despite the challenges they faced, Liza's father had worked tirelessly to provide for his family, running a small restaurant that served delicious food to the local community.
Liza had always been driven to succeed, and her father's sacrifices had not gone unnoticed. She had worked hard to excel in school, graduating with a degree in marketing. Her passion for sewing clothes was another creative outlet that brought her joy.
After completing her studies, Liza had been searching for a job to help support her family. Her brother, Jayden, was still in school, and her father's restaurant, although successful, struggled to make ends meet.
One day, Liza stumbled upon a job posting for Williams Fashion Home, one of the biggest and most reputable companies in the city. The company was owned by the influential and powerful Williams family, known for their wealth and business acumen. She had always wanted to work in Williams fashion home.
Tylor Williams, the first son of the Williams family, was a handsome and charming young man. He had two siblings, Sam and Daniella, and his parents, Cole and Anita Williams, were the chairman and CEO of the company, respectively. Tylor held the position of senior director, and his family's legacy weighed heavily on his shoulders.
The Williams family's matriarch, Vivian Williams, had founded the company and built it into the empire it was today. Although she had retired, she still maintained a keen interest in the company's affairs and would occasionally visit the office to offer guidance and wisdom.
Liza's eyes widened as she read through the job description. This was the opportunity she had been waiting for – a chance to work with a prestigious company and secure a brighter future for herself and her family. With a deep breath, she submitted her application, hoping against hope that she would be selected for an interview.

CHAPTER 2
Liza's small apartment was filled with the warm aroma of freshly brewed coffee as she waited for her best friend, Helena, to arrive. The two had been inseparable since their teenage years, sharing every secret, dream, and aspiration with each other.
As Helena walked in, her bright smile lit up the room, and Liza's face broke into a wide grin. They hugged each other tightly, exchanging warm greetings.
Helena dropped her bag on the couch and settled in, her eyes sparkling with curiosity. "So, what's new with you? You've been quiet lately."
Liza poured Helena a cup of coffee and sat down beside her. "I applied for a job at Williams Fashion Home," she announced, her voice trembling with excitement.
Helena's eyes widened in surprise. "That's amazing! You've always dreamed of working with a top fashion brand."
Liza nodded, her face aglow with determination. "I know it's a long shot, but I have to try. I need this job to secure a better future for my family."
Helena reached out and squeezed Liza's hand. "You'll get it, Liza. You're talented, smart, and deserving of every opportunity that comes your way."
The two friends chatted for hours, reminiscing about old times and making plans for the future. They had always been more than just friends – they were sisters at heart.
As they sipped their coffee, Liza's mind wandered back to her childhood. She and Helena had grown up together, exploring their neighborhood, sharing secrets, and supporting each other through thick and thin.
Their friendship had been a source of strength and comfort for Liza, especially after her mother's passing. Helena had been a rock, always there to lend a listening ear, a comforting hug, or a reassuring word.
As they grew older, their bond only deepened. They had worked part-time jobs together, gone on adventures, and even landed their first full-time jobs at the same company.
Liza's father, Oliver, had always been grateful for Helena's presence in Liza's life. He had watched the two girls grow into strong, independent women, and he knew that their friendship was a treasure to be cherished.
As the afternoon wore on, Helena glanced at her watch and stood up. "I should get going, Liza. But I'll be rooting for you all the way. You're going to nail that job and make your dreams come true."
Liza smiled, feeling a surge of gratitude and love for her dear friend. "Thanks, Helena. I couldn't have made it this far without you." As Helena left, Liza felt a sense of peace settle over her. She knew that no matter what lay ahead, she could face it with courage and confidence.

CHAPTER 3
The opulent mansion of the Williams family was ablaze with the warm glow of crystal chandeliers, casting a golden light on the family members gathered in the lavish living room. Cole Williams, the patriarch of the family, sat on a plush armchair, his eyes fixed intently on his son, Tylor. Anita Williams, Tylor's mother, stood beside her husband, a determined look etched on her face.
Tylor's siblings, Daniella and Sam, lounged on the couch, observing the conversation with interest. The atmosphere was tense, heavy with the weight of expectation.
"Tylor, we've discussed this before," Cole Williams began, his voice firm but measured. "It's time for you to settle down and marry someone suitable. Your mother has selected six potential suitors from reputable families. Let's take a look."
Anita Williams stepped forward, a sleek leather portfolio in her hands. She opened it, revealing a series of photographs. "This is Benita Travis," she said, holding up the first picture. "Her father owns six hotels in the city and a beverage company. She's just returned from studying overseas."
Anita Williams smiled, her eyes sparkling with enthusiasm. "And this is Maryam Martin," she continued, holding up the second picture. "She's a brilliant doctor from a family of medical professionals. Her family owns two standard hospitals, and they're highly respected in their field."
Anita Williams reached for the next picture, a smile still plastered on her face. "And then there's Sophia-"
But before she could continue, Tylor cut in, his voice firm. "Mother, I've told you before – I'm not interested in any blind dates or arranged marriages. I want to marry someone I love, someone who loves me for who I am."
Cole Williams intervened, his voice firm. "Tylor, this isn't about love. This is about securing the future of our company. These women come from influential families that can help us expand our business empire."
Tylor's face darkened, his eyes flashing with anger. "That's not what marriage is about, Father. It's about finding someone who shares your values, your passions, and your dreams."
Just as the argument was escalating, a gentle voice intervened. "What's all the commotion about?"
The family turned to see Vivian Williams, Tylor's grandmother, standing in the doorway. Her silver hair was styled elegantly, and her eyes twinkled with warmth.
"We're discussing Tylor's marriage prospects, Mother," Anita Williams explained.
Vivian Williams' gaze swept the room, her eyes lingering on each family member before settling on Tylor. "Let Tylor marry whoever he chooses," she said, her voice firm but gentle. "Love is the foundation of a happy marriage, not business arrangements or social status."
Daniella Williams, Tylor's sister, spoke up, her voice filled with conviction. "Grandma's right, Dad and Mom. The world is changing. People marry for love now, not just for social convenience. Let Tylor find someone who makes him happy."
The room fell silent, the family members absorbing Vivian's words. Tylor's face relaxed, a hint of a smile playing on his lips.
Cole Williams cleared his throat, his expression softening. "We'll discuss this further, Tylor. But for now, let's agree to disagree."
As the family members began to disperse, Vivian Williams beckoned Tylor to her side. "Remember, Tylor," she whispered, "follow your heart, and you'll find true happiness."
Tylor smiled, feeling a sense of gratitude toward his grandmother. He knew that he still had a long way to go, but with Vivian's support, he felt more confident than ever that he would find his true love.
