THE CAMPUS LOVE LIFE

CHAPTER ONE:

I remember it was this day during the second semester, that day I decided not to attend the church service because the previous day was tiring , I had spent it doing a casual job at a certain factory. I decided to go and relax at the lower pavilion and read a certain novel "After". I used to like Anna toad's novels because they used to carry me away. At the pavilion i found a group of ladies dancing, I planned to go back to the hostel and read it on my bed due to the noises made by those girls at the pavilion. As I was turning around, I heard a voice calling me from far behind. On responding the girl who called me came running and hugged me tightly, "Trevor I didn't think I could ever meet you, we are in the same school and I have never seen you?" She said it as she was still hugging me.

I recalled her face, we used to be desk mates back in our rural primary school. Her name was terry. Back then she was a very dangerous lady since she could fight boys, I used to fear her and so we were not free to each other even I wonder what made her miss me. I recall that day when i fell asleep and my hands fell on her tiny breasts back then, my friend what I saw that day made me hate her and did not ever think of being around her.

I went to mess where we used to take our food but i just went there to enjoy the cool atmosphere outside. As I sat there I connected my phone to the mess Wi-Fi and since it was so strong I was able to watch football match which was between my two favorite team. My best team was Chelsea which was playing vs man u. I had placed a bet on Chelsea which upon I could win Ten Thousand Ksh. Unfortunately my team was beaten 1:0 at the end of the game. I felt so annoyed for losing my bet and made me take my supper too early that day. After taking "chapatti beans" which was the cheapest meal, I went back to the hostel. On arrival I found Emmanuel whom we used to call "Manu" my roommate had arrived with her girlfriend. I felt annoyed and I couldn't withstand there and see this two dates being around me and so I took my sweater and went outside. I went outside the school for walk, that's when the idea of texting terry stuck my mind. I texted her a simple 'hi' and in response she called and to my surprise she called me by my name. How did she know my contact?? How did she know it's me?? She told me that she was waiting for my text and invited me over to her place.

I told her I was busy, she insisted that she had a surprise for me. And so because I had nowhere to go, I told her to come for me outside classic hotel which was some yards from the schools and also where she lived. I pretended not to know the place so that she could come for me. I waited for a while then I saw her coming. I could tell it's her from far because of its figure and walking style. She came hugged me tightly and told me to lead the way since I was a gentleman. The lady was on her pajamas since it was at night. She had a buggy sweatpants which made her ass swing freely from right to left. By the look of the chest I could tell she had not worn a bra since i could see nipples pointing on the crop top since the road was full of lights After a short walk I found myself on a big black gate leading to a big smart apartment. She told me that visitors leaves their national identity cards with the watchman for security purposes, I gave out my id and then followed her through the corridor which led to the stairs at the right. He house was on the second floor of the apartment and so it did not take us long to arrive. I was welcomed by a very sweet aroma of food of which I l regretted so much for wasting my twenty five shillings on chapo beans. Inside I found two girls who looked younger and sweeter than her. She introduced me to them. 'Welcome Trevor, this is my sister Mercy and my friend Sheila.' she said. I sat down on the flaxy pinkish couch. To break the monotony I asked,"hey terry, where does mercy and Sheila pursue their studies?" She told me that we were on the same school but they were fresher's. After a little chat with the three, I was served meat and rice.

CHAPTER 2

The food looked yummy that I could not recall I had supper. After supper mercy and Sheila decided to leave but Terry stopped them from leaving. She suggested that she had alcohol general makings and that we had to take some tots... I felt so happy since I liked the brand. She suggested that we should pray chess and whoever's team loses, they had to take two tots each... We grouped ourselves into two, me and mercy second group, Sheila and Terry. We won the first five games but. From the sixth one what I remember is that I blacked out before the game ended

I woke up the following morning and found myself on top of a huge bed. It was made of springs, I noted this as I turned, it made some movements which made me feel relaxed. The walls of the rooms was full of paintings. Its then one painting that made me remember i was at Terry's room since she liked to draw in primary. Since it was daytime and the room was filled with light I could now explore the house. It was a one bedroomed house which was beautifully painted in shiny pink color. I slowly opened the door and saw a door which I guessed it led to the bathroom. I felt so tired and a little pain on the right side of my head i saw it better if I took a shower. I was still tipsy and so I didn't mind calling anyone. I followed the corridor to the bathroom, I opened it slowly since it was not locked. Once in the bathroom I was so shocked and nearly fainted on seeing a naked woman in front of me having a bath in the bath tab. Though I was so free with ladies, I was still a virgin. I had never seen a naked woman before. I froze out and wondered whether to go or stay. Her words made me become more worried to an extent of shaking as I dialed 711. "Can't you come and give your girlfriend a kiss of life? Your work is just stand there and look at us instead of assisting your lover?" Mercies said. I quickly bent down and kissed terry so deeply. I did it severally and as I was to give up I saw Terry's arms moved a little bit. 'Thanks to God', mercy said. After the deep kiss the ambulance came and took terry, to our luck there were doctors who gave terry a first aid.

CHAPTER 3

We all walked towards the hospital without speaking to each other. On arrival we were told that she is fine and we had to wait for her outside for few minutes. "Terry in love with me?? What is love really? I have never fallen in love the whole of my twenty two years... I used to read about love in novels like 'After' where Hardin and Tessa fell in love in a mysterious way ..."pride of prejudice"...and "Romeo and Juliet "who made me hate love since love made them die. Tessa hated harden, but no way, I had hated love" I sat there thinking about love and its consequences...Betrayal and all thing. yes i was a fuck boy but I have never thought of love or settling with someone...my thoughts were disrupted by mercy who was telling me it's time to home. On our way, terry was staring at me in a weird, hatred, warning look. I excused myself and left since I didn't want to discuss any matter with them. Back to my cube i found Manu on the floor lying helplessly. Nothing mattered since I was used to his behavior, not once or twice had i warned him for overdrinking and all he could do is promise me that tomorrow he will limit himself of which promises he did not fulfil. I planned to revise prior to principles cats which were to be done the following week. Sincerely speaking, I wasted my two hours reading nothing, my mind had been carried away by the thoughts of love. I laughed at terry who believed there was love .After that i slept since I had nowhere to go. Later Manu woke me so that we could prepare and go for supper. I waited for him since i saw no need to take a shower since I had one with Sheila. After he was done I told him I needed a drink one or two since my mind was not right and I had many thoughts. He asked me if we can buy and come with them to the cube which I saw as a good idea because i needed a moment to think. We bought some bottles of beer since I was not in the mood of heavy drinks and parked food. After we were done we were all carried away by the beers and we started dancing. That was our behavior whenever we were drunk. We would switch on the radio to the highest volume and start dancing. We would later be called by the dean of students and be warned against disturbing other students who needed to study and all we could do is say sorry and promise never to repeat again. This time the moment was interrupted by a text which made me come back to my senses. It was a text from terry.

It was a call from terry. This made the alcohol inside my mind to drain. "Yoh bro what's up?" Manu asked me because i was shaking and sweating all over my body. I rejected the first three calls but terry was reluctant. The forth call Manu decided to pick of which I could not object.

"Hello love, am sorry about today's behavior and the trouble i caused you, I shall pay you back," Terry said but before she could proceed Manu told her that I wasn't feeling well and I was unable to pick the call. Terry in panic started asking what happened to me and I winked to Manu and he understood what meant, he hanged up the call. "Why am i even fearing?? Am I also in love? What's up with me? Why am I acting so weird about a call?? I think I should try love this girl for once! "I said to myself and agreed to give it a trial. Then a message dodged on my phone only to find its terry asking Manu to take me outside and that she is coming with a van to rush me to the hospital. Before I could reply, she had already called. Manu had dozed off due to the bear and so i gathered courage and accepted the call. By lack she did not realize the voice and what she said was bring him to the gate of which i wondered if I should go or not. I switched off my phone and retired to bed. On waking up, I saw terry sited next on my bed. (No, who the hell did bring her here?? How and what Happened to bring her here) "Trevor, yesterday i was told you were so sick and on arrival your phone went off and so I asked around if anyone knew you only to find that you were so drank and you told me some words of which I couldn't understand

.I stayed here with you all night and didn't sleep just admiring you. Have you ever been told you look cute when drunk??" Terry asked in admiration. I was all long quiet as i gazed at her. "Trevor I love you" those were the words that made me wake up. I Donna what was special in those words since I was used to hearing them not once. Terry came closer and gave me a peck. I took her left arm and placed it on my chest. "Can you feel how my heart is cascading?" I asked her. My heart was beating so rapidly and that's when I realized I was sweating. The rate of heartbeat was directly proportional to the rate of sweat. Terry stared at me in shock. She came closer and hugged me. "Terry I love you too"... I hugged her tight, I felt her breath and heartbeat which felt like a lyric.. I had FALLEN IN LOVE
