THE BILLIONAIRE'S TWINS WANTS A MUMMY

Victoria's heart beat could be heard as balls of Sweats form on her forehead.

In front of her on the desk was a paper and a pen she was holding.

Victoria was writing a Letter to her Boss, A resignation letter.

She was so tired of working for him. She couldn't do it anymore.

When she stepped inside that company for an interview, She needed a Job that would save her life from the debt she and her parents were in.

She didn't sign up to be a slave in that company.

Reynold Turner, The President of that company who never smiles subjected her to too much task.

Her Mind wasn't always at rest the first day she started working there.

Reynold was always giving her Countless of Papers to work on, Assignments to go supervise the other departments, and cleaning his office too even though there were Servants that supposed to do that.

She was so fed up. She never have the Change to take care of her self anymore since she started working there.

She couldn't even remember the last time she had a Good night sleep.

Apart from the papers at the Office that she has to sort out, There were Tons of papers to take home too.

" If you don't correct this mistake by tomorrow, You will be fired!"

That was her Boss's Voice anytime he found a mistake in one of the papers.

Even the mistakes that she thought he wouldn't see, Reynold always found a way to see it.

There were Times she got depressed because of Reynold. Yet, He never cared about that.

It was either she comes to the company or get fired. Reynold believed there were Massive numbers of People out there that needed that job.

And if he was to fire Her , he would get another secretary before the day runs out.

Victoria was once scared of losing her Job which was the only source of income sustaining her Parents and her, including her little sister who was still in high school.

But not anymore, She was tired. There are other jobs out there to look for.

And luckily for her, she has gathered a lot of money to start her own Business.

Back to the letter she was writing, Victoria didn't even know how to write the words so it wouldn't look offensive.

It was better she leave the company without having problem with Him.

He's a billionaire and the Man with power. If she dare do anything that would make him upset, then she wouldn't be happy for the rest of her life.

" Oh God!" She wiped off the sweats on her forehead and gasped.

Victoria folded the paper and threw it inside the trash can. That was the Tenth paper she was trashing in two hours of sitting there and writing.

Each of the letter she wrote looked like she was Insulting him so, she would trashed it and write another one.

She kept on checking the time, Praying Reynold would come the moment she finished writing.

She went to the company three hours earlier than the other days just to write the letter and to gather all the things that belongs to her.

She was leaving that company that day, nothing would stop her.

" Finally!" She heaved of relief after she wrote something which was better than the rest she trashed.

She folded the paper in to four and put it inside the envelope sitting on the table.

Victoria touched her chest which was still making that weird sound.

She didn't know why she was so scared for writing that letter.

No one would question her about it. There was no where it is written that you shouldn't quit when something doesn't go the way you want it.

Her mental and Emotional health matters to her a lot. Reynold has enslaved her and turned her in to another version of herself.

She picked up a box from The floor which she had taken from the storage room earlier on to organize her Things in.

She made sure everything that belonged to her on that desk and inside the drawer was put in that Box before sealing it.

Few minutes later, The glass door was opened by a Young lad dressed in black suit.

Victoria inhaled deeply and then stood on her feet.

Behind that young mind, Another Man who looked so responsible in his Deep blue Tuxedo stepped in.

His face was straight and shoulders high as he walked past Victoria's desk.

Victoria bowed her head to him but only the Young guy responded to her.

She was already used to that. She watched as they entered the office first before she sat down on the chair.

" This is it" She Clenched her fist and nodded her head.

" It's now or never" She picked up the envelope from the Desk and stood up from the Chair.

She knew he was going to call on her the moment he settle down just like other days but she wouldn't wait for that.

He would only give her more papers to go work on. Or send her to the Departments as that was the first day of work after weekend.

She knocked on the door but got No response. Victoria took in a deep breath, turned the silver handle and went inside the office.

Reynold Turner was standing in front of the large glass window , looking out of the office.

She stayed silent, waiting for him to turn around.

And when he did Turned around, He gestured to his Assistant to go get something outside.

After the Assistant left, Reynold kept on looking out of the Office.

When what he was staring at was out of sight, he turned around and returned back to his swivel chair.

" What do you want?" He asked her, Sending shivers down her spine.

She didn't like hearing that Commanding tone of his, it was always one of the things she didn't like about him.

Wouldn't he just speak to her the way he would speak to normal people?

Victoria held the Envelope tightly in between her fingers.

She didn't know how she was going to start speaking but she must speak if she want to leave that company.

" Mr. Turner, I..." Just when she found her voice to speak, she was interrupted by tiny voices Giggling behind her.

" Daddy! We are here!" Two Kids of Six ran inside the office and made their way to Reynold.

The girl wrapped her arms around his Neck while the boy started playing with the statue on the desk.

" We told you we would follow you to the company" The girl giggled.

That morning before he left the house, The twins wanted to follow him but he didn't listen to them.

They has their own driver so, he bought them to the company immediately Reynold left the house.

Victoria sighed inside. With those kids around , she knew Reynold wouldn't listen to her again.

She has never seen those twins but she has already heard a lot about them from her colleagues.

She bowed her head to Reynold and turned around to leave when suddenly, The girl turned her head to her and said something that made her paused.

" Daddy, who is she?" The girl asked and the Boy lifted up his head too.

They haven't seen Victoria's face but there mind was already giving them the same thing.

" Daddy, We want her to be Our Mummy" They chorused at the same time.

Victoria was shocked and when she turned around, even Reynold looked shocked.

Be their Mummy? That was impossible. How can she be their Mummy just like that? She and their Daddy has nothing in between them.

" Silly kids" Victoria chuckled under her breath.

She turned around to leave the Office again but the Boy ran to her and held her hand.

" Daddy, she's leaving. Mummy is leaving"

Victoria was much more shocked when the girl ran down from Reynold's leg and held her other hand too.

They were both saying the same thing, leaving her in confusion.

Those kids didn't know her until that day, She didn't know them too.

She has never seems then even for once, not even their faces.

She was only told that Reynold has Twins and they looked exactly like him. That means she only heard about them.

Reynold, shocked and confused too stared at the twins as they each dragged Victoria's hands.

Mummy? Why so sudden? They never said that before.

Reynold would have thought Victoria Pushed them in to doing that if that hadn't happened in front of him.

His twins never mention they need something unless that thing was so important to them.

But how could Victoria, his clumsy secretary be so important to them? Just how?

" Hey Sophia, Come back here. And you too, Mason" Reynold gestured to them with his hand but the kids didn't move.

Instead, They held on to Victoria's hands tightly.

" Daddy, make her our Mummy, Please." The kids pleaded.

" We want our own Mummy and she's the one we chose" Mason added.

" And if you don't make her our Mummy, Mason and I won't talk to you anymore"

Reynold glanced at Victoria who seemed to be in another world, thinking about something.

He wouldn't even believe it if it was another person that told him what those kids were doing.

But right in front of him? He didn't even know what to do.

Looking at Victoria, she wasn't the kind of a girl he wanted. No, not someone like her.

" Alright come back here, I'll think About it" Reynold said.

Think about it? He rather not because there's no use. She's resigning that day and nothing will stop her.

" Don't think about it, Daddy. Just make her yours, make her our Mummy before someone else take her away from us" Sophia pleaded.

Before anyone would even think of taking her away, Victoria would leave that city. She can even leave the country for them.

After Victoria was able to leave that office, she didn't stay at the Secretary's desk.

Those kids would come out and start dragging her again. So, she held on to her envelope and hurried down the stairs to another Department which was deep inside the Company.

As she stood there staring at everyone working on their computers, They thought she was there to supervise them as usual.

But Victoria's Mind wasn't even with them. She was thinking about what happened in Reynolds's office just some minutes ago.

How could they even think about that? She sighed deeply.

" Miss Victoria, Are you alright?" One of the ladies, whose attention was on Victoria asked her.

Victoria nodded her head, Smiled at her and continued what she was doing.

No, she shook her head in disagreement. No, way would she be their Mummy.

When Reynold and the kids came out from the office to leave the company, Victoria wasn't on her desk.

Reynold's Mind was at ease but the Twins looked confused as they started around.

" Daddy, didn't you said she's your Secretary?" Reynold remembered saying that so, He nodded his head and added a yes.

" But why isn't she here? Your secretaries always sits here" Mason pointed at The Secretary's desk.

They knew that because they've been to the company Countless times.

" Shouldn't we go find her?" Sophia suggested and Mason agreed with her.

But Reynold didn't like the idea. Those kids were going to embarrass him in front of his Employees.

They'll think he and Victoria has anything going on between them because she's his Secretary.

" No, come back here. We are going home" The kids stopped and started stamping their feet on the floor.

They didn't want to go with him, they wanted to go look for Victoria.

But Reynold wouldn't let them, Not when they were his kids.

He took them out of the company to the car and then, They were drove out of the company.

Immediately they left, Victoria came out from that Department and back to the Third floor.

Reynold's Office was Locked which indicated he was already away with the twins.

She heaved a sigh of relief, and patted her chest as she walked to her desk.

She looked at the envelope in her hand and sighed again. But this time, loudly.

" Oh Lord, I would have been out of here by now" she dropped the envelope on the desk.

" I wouldn't have come to this company tomorrow" She opened the zipper of her bag.

Reynold would have signed the paper and gave it to her already if not for the twins.

Those kids really did messed Things up for Her.

" I hate this Company!" She slapped the desk in anger.

But luckily for her, He didn't give her any work that day because of the interruption from the Twins.

Victoria picked up her bags hung it on her shoulder and left the Company.

She slowed down a taxi outside the company and hoped in.

It wasn't yet time for her to close. But because her Boss left earlier, She thought it was better she leave earlier too.

Who knows, Provoking him might trigger him to fire her.

As soon as the car came to a halt in the mansion, The kids got down by themselves and ran inside the house.

They were so upset with their Daddy for not allowing them to look for Victoria in the company.

They knew she was in the company, her Bag was on her desk.

" Mason, Sophia, You are back" Their Nanny welcomed them with a smile but the kids ignored her and ran on the stairs instead.

She was surprised. Those kids left the house happily an hour ago. Who made them angry?

Reynold came inside the apartment and she bowed her head to him.

Reynold didn't even look her way as he went after his Kids.

" Daddy, Go bring our Mummy to us or we won't speak to you anymore" Sophia threatened.

" Yes!" Mason added.

Reynold scoffed under his breath. Make Victoria their Mummy? That was impossible. He can't do that, She wasn't even from a Rich home.

People would only laugh at him for choosing to marry a Lady from a poor Home.

When Victoria arrived home, she didn't meet anyone in the house.

All of them were out which was so unlike them. The house hasn't been that silent before.

Victoria Unlocked the front door and went inside their Two bedroom apartment in which she and her sister shared a room while her parents shared the same room.

She threw her bag on the couch and collapsed on it.

Among her bad days since she started working in Reynold's company, that was the most bad day ever.

She, Their Mummy? She scoffed. That was impossible. She wasn't that desperate to work with Reynold.

She went inside the kitchen to get herself something to eat. Because she was so eager to go Submit the Resignation letter to Reynold, she didn't eat anything.

" Count me out of that. I won't return back to that company tomorrow and when he call me, I'll tell him to go find some one else" She scoffed.

While she was busy, fixing herself breakfast, she heard a noise in the living room. She already knew that was her Sister. No one in the world would shout while taking except her sister.

" Can you lower your voice? Someone's in here!" Victoria shouted at her from the kitchen.

Her sister didn't even know the door was opened, she thought she was the one that unlocked the door because she was so busy speaking on the phone.

And when she heard Victoria's Voice, she checked the time. That wasn't the normal time she closes from work.

" What are you doing at home right now?" Her sister asked her, Looking so surprised.

" I should ask you too, Ava. You should be in school now" Victoria raised a brow.

Her sister was in her school uniform and carrying her school bag too on her back.

" And who go to school with phone? Ava, I already told you to stop going to school with your phone"

Ava rolled her eyes. She was already tired of telling Victoria that School nowadays aren't like the time she went to school.

They can do whatever they like in school. Take make-up tools, and phones to school.

" Something came up in school and the principal wants us to go home" She explained.

" Hope it's nothing serious" Victoria sighed. During their days, it was either a student lost their parents or a vacation.

" And you? I'm listening" she folded her arms.

" Please don't tell Mum and Dad" She pleaded. Victoria already knew the kind of a person her sister was.

" I promise not to tell them" she crossed her chest.

Victoria sighed deeply , dropped the spatula she was holding on the table and shook her head.

" I'm so fed up working in that company" She said. " What!" Ava exclaimed.

She was tired of working in Reynold's company? What does that means? When she has been boasting to her friends that her sister is Reynold's secretary?

" You can't do this, sis" Ava shook her head continuously.

Victoria raised a brow. Wasn't she the one working with him? And the one that knows what she's going through?

" What's with you, Ava? Stop acting like that" Victoria turned to leave the living room.

" But you can't do this to me, Sis. Please don't resign from that job, I'm pleading with you" She begged.

But that confused Victoria. She knew her sister wouldn't even last a day in Reynold's company if she should become his Secretary.

" Ava, if I don't leave that company, things would only get worse for me. His Kids came to the Company today and..." Ava interrupted her.

" His kids? You mean the Twins?" She nodded her head. She wasn't surprised that Ava already know about the twins.

She was so obsessed with everything that has to do with Reynold. Victoria could even sweat her sister was worshiping Reynold because she'll always look at his picture before leaving the house every morning.

" Yes, his twins. And you can't believe what those kids did" Victoria loves talking to her sister about everything because she was the only one who's her friend.

She didn't have friends to talk to. Her Mum and Sister were the Only friends she had.

" Those kids grabbed my hands and told their Daddy to make me their Mummy. Can you believe that?" She gasped.

Ava was shocked that the phone she was holding dropped on the floor.

Her sister to become Reynold's wife? Then all her friends are going to respect her in school.

She would be like a celebrity that everyone would want to get close to.

But because she knew her sister so well, Ava pretended she didn't like the idea.

" He's too rich to be your husband, Sis. Just forget about him" She picked up her phone from the floor.

Victoria heaved a sigh of relief that her sister supported her.

" You can't become their Mum just like that, Kids are so weird" She shook her head.

" Thanks sis, I know you'll get my back" Victoria smiled.

" Of course, what are sisters for" She giggled.

" Besides, I can't allow my sister to go suffer in the hands of a man. You don't get peace while working for him and I'm sure it wouldn't be peaceful being his wife either"

Victoria nodded her head. She agreed with Ava. If she should become his wife, then her life wouldn't be like it has always been.

" I won't tell this to Mum and Dad and you too shouldn't let them know about this" Ava said to her before entering the room.

" Thank Goodness" She heaved a sigh of relief.

Victoria returned back to the kitchen smiling happily to herself.

She can resign in peace and start a business without their parents knowing anything about it.

Few minutes later, Their parents returned back from where they went to.

Seeing their faces, You would know they heard a very bad news.

" Where's Ava? What's going on in the house?" Their Mum asked Victoria who was so confused.

" Nothing" She shrugged her shoulders.

Unknown to her, Ava was the one that called their parents when she went inside the room.

Her voice wasn't loud when she was speaking on the phone with them so that Victoria wouldn't know what she was doing.

Ava ran out of the room almost falling down.

" You are back. Victoria is trying to resign from her Job" She announced to them.

Victoria's heart skipped a beat. She was so shocked that Ava would say that to their parents when she already promised her she wouldn't allow them to know.

" Ava?" She gasped but Ava ignored her.

" Resign from work? Why? What happened?" Their Mum asked, Looking so confused.

" Nothing, Mum. Just because Mr. Reynold wants her to be his wife, she wants to resign from work" Ava added.

" What!" Victoria exclaimed.

She couldn't believe Ava just said that to them. She promised her she wouldn't let them know.

" Wait, You are resigning because Mr. Reynold Turner proposed to you? Who does that, Victoria? How old do you think you are to do this?" Her Mum was surprised.

" Even Ava wouldn't do what you are trying to do. Tell me your age" Her Dad said.

Victoria glanced at Ava before she speaks.

" 24" She answered with her gaze lowered.
