Edward's P.O.V

I never know that life could be so cruel;uhm;I think I should start with that,.... How can life be so cruel,good, ambitious, sad and amazing.

It all started when I was in my early teens,...I am Edward Collins by name,we are four in number in my family;My parents,my sister and I.

I was looking outside the window from the car, staring at the people at the bus station, enjoying everything I see on my way to school, my sister was busy with her project,not minding me;I sigh and whine down the car window,the breeze hit my face making my body to feel at ease and I smiled.

The car halted at the school gate and I and my sister alighted from the car and the my driver drive to the parking lot to wait for us till we close from school.

In short,I am from a rich family,I was born with a silver spoon, but I always act cozy, people never really know my background those who are closer to me.

"Hey,xup bro?, How are you doing?". Liam greeted me stylishly, and I roll my eyes and pushed him aside and I cat walked into the class while Liam trail behind me,........ dragging his feet.

I have this thing,i mean the good looks,a resounding voice,a well shaped lips,a bronze eyes;I looked like a demigod,every girls drool at me but I was too holy,too holy,to be in such a relationship.

I never think of having any girlfriend, just focusing on my studies and aiming one thing,.......to become the best music composer and the best musician in the whole city of Barcelona.

"Bro, why are you like that?,you are not like that or is it mood swing"Liam asked me.

"Nothing, I'm just not doing good, just feeling a little tired". I replied.

"But at least you should have tell me when I greeted you minutes ago ". Liam harangue and looking a bit upset.

"Ok, I'm sorry,I'm sure that's what you want to hear, right ". I answered Liam back, but with guilt that I've offended my best friend.

Liam Drey is my friend,my best friend rather,he is a brother to me,he always think of me first before anything even before himself. He is also from a rich family. He is my brother.

Liam is always after anything that is under skirt. He is an handsome guy and I really love Liam because I can't afford to lose a friend like him. He has always been in support of me, with everything I laid my hands on.

I was at the amusement park, sitting alone on the dark ride,..... reading alone,then suddenly a stone flew past my ear and fell on the ground in front of me,I looked back but I did not see anyone.

I concentrated on my book again,then the next stone that came towards me,gave me a slight cut on my cheek , making me to whince in pain.

I stood up, packed my books and placed it gently in my bag and zipped it up ,then placed it on my back and strode hurriedly away from the place and bump into some group of boys,......... around my age. I looked up and receive an heavy punch on my face,my eyes rolled, another guy slapped me across the face,I start to convulse and they all started giving me a beating;I am someone who doesn't like stress,I am a weakling.

My dad has always tell me to join the judo and the athletic club, but I always turned him down. Another guy try to kick me in the face when Liam came into view and punch one in the face,the guy was about to fall when Liam grabbed his hands dragging him forward with force swaying him to one side and give another guy kick in the stomach in the same process.

The rest of them flinched,I could see fear written all over their face.

Then I stood up and grab a stone and fired it at all of them, they all took to their heels without looking back..

I sighed,"Thank you".I said to Liam stretching my hand for an handshake.

"It's my pleasure". Liam replied claiming my hand,."I am LIAM DREY by name and you're?". Liam asked .

"EDWARD COLLINS ".I said smiling but suddenly I see a smile on Liam's face.

"Wait,are you.........?,you a-r-e.......?um ,I mean you're Mr. Eduardo's son". Liam stuttered, looking amazed.

"Yes,I am?". I replied.

"I can't believe I saved the billionaire son's today, with this I can get a brand new G-wagon, and also a gold for the help,... I really can't believe it?". Liam said, dancing in a funny way.

I only smiled at his joke,ever since then Liam and I have been best of friends.

Back to present;

I went toward Liam when the class is already out for a break.

"Let's go have lunch,I'm hungry". Edward said and tapped the table gently.

"Sure, just about to tell you the same thing". Liam said and stood up and dipped his hands into his pocket,..............then both of us drag our feet to the cafeteria, that's what we both like doing,........... dragging our feet like morons..

COLLINS CASTLE

During dinner,at the dining,we were all eating silently, the cutleries were the only things making sounds. My dad broke the silence by clearing his throat.

"Uhm ,Eddy, Emmy". My dad called.

"Sir, Sir"Emily and I answered chorously .

"I want to tell you both that your mom and I are going for a business in the states tomorrow, and it's going to be for two months, and I want you to take care of Emily". My dad said to me and glanced at Emily,..... You guys must not fight,we take too long, immediately everything is taken care of ,we are coming back to you both right away". My dad said to my sister and I.

"The guards have been on ground to make the security more tight, and you have to go to school or anywhere with guards to school everyday.". My mum chipped in.

" But isn't this too early,you should perhaps stay for some days ". Emily said looking tensed.

" So that means that you won't be here till August, there's nothing I have to say to all you've said than, both of us will be good and okay, after all it would help us to be more matured and knowledgeable "..............l paused, dropping the fork and knife and grab the Glass of water and take a sip and continue speaking,...."Erhm, you have me,I would protect my sister no matter the circumstances, and both of us will stay strong to welcome you back from your trip. I assure you that?". I smiled at Emily and sigh and then stood up and turned to leave for my room.

SAME NIGHT

I was lying on my bed, just rolling from the left to the right, not able to get a single sleep,I grabbed my phone which was lying on the shelf beside my king-sized bed and switch it on and my phone buzzed – a message just popped on almost immediately.

"EDWARD COLLINS, welcome to K.L.E.M.T ,you are enlisted to be at K.L.E.M.T on 18-07-2025,you must be early because you are part of the masters". The message says.

"Hun- where is this message from...........?" Edward asked no one;

"When did I make any appointments with anyone to open a group? and what is K.L.E.M.T.....? and.......?".

The sound of my door jolted me back to reality after some minutes of being in another world of thoughts,then I saw my mother walking towards me,I quickly switch off my phone and dropped it on the shelf then placed the duvet on my body and face the left side of my room.

Then I feel the bed pressed gently which signify that my mom has sir on the bed.

"Eddy baby,I know you will be upset because of this sudden business trip, but it's for the benefit of E.E.E.L CORPORATE, the company was signed with the one in the states but the company was going through a sudden bankruptcy,so we need to find out the cause so that's it.....,am sorry for leaving both of you alone in Barcelona,so I've decided to always come and check on you guys twice a week in each month........? She paused and hiccup on her tears which makes me to turn around and give her a tight hug.

"I've cuddle your sister to sleep,so you guys should be a good children, okay?". She said and leave my room to her room to prepare for the trip.

Had it been,I was a fortune teller or a soothsayer?,I would have change both past, present and future or had it been I have know that, that would be the day my life would take a new turn or when my cruelty life would start or the good, ambitious and amazing, sweet life would start,I will have done something about it.

Edward P.O.V.

I wake up the next day, yawning and stretching my body then pull the duvet down my body and walk up straight to the bathroom and grab my toothbrush and add some toothpaste and wash my mouth and.......... after I have finished doing my thing,I stroll to my wardrobe and open it, the setting of the clothes in my wardrobe is screaming money,the jacket were placed on a hanger,hanged one side,the blazer were also at one side,my trousers was well folded one side,my tie was in their respectively case.

I grabbed a white trousers and put it on with a white T-shirts and finished it with my dark blue blazer and a shinning silky black shoes and step out,...............I'm going to see my parents off at the airport ,I grabbed my phone on the couch and dial Liam's number,he answered it on the second ring.

"Xup, Eddy". Liam says.

"I'm good, Liam, I'm going to see my parents off to the states now,so help me fill in at school,I am not coming to school today,I really need to meditate".Edward replied on the phone call.

"No problem, bro,I'm right there with you,then that means I'll take another route back to school". Liam said and end the call.

Edward sighed and walked out of his room and found his parents and his sister in the sitting room waiting for him,his mom smiled, when she sees how her eighteen years old son look.

At the airport

My mom just keep on hugging and placing kisses on me and my sister forehead, until the announcement is made that travellers to the states should be on board. I watch my parents go into the plane,then my sister hug me.

Back in the house,I heard a knock on my room door;

"Young master, dinner is ready downstairs,you should come and have it before it gets cold". Garcia, my maid said calmly from outside.

"Okay, I'll be there, just a sec?".

I replied then stood up from the reading table,I grabbed my phone and walk, when I reach the door post as I grabbed the door knob to open the door,then the unknown message just came again too ,I quickly switch on my phone and click on the message app and couldn't find the message,I just bluff it up and went downstairs to have dinner.

On my bed,as I'm about to doze off, my phone vibrate which signify that a message has been dropped,I quickly grab my phone and it was the same message,I quickly click on it, and screenshot it this time, but the message says I should be there tomorrow,. I drop my phone back on the shelf have a good night..

The next day, at school,as I stepped into the class I ran towards Liam desk.

"Bro, wassup?". Liam greeted me.

"I'm good, bro you have to check this out". Edward bought out his phone and show Liam the screenshot message.

"This is the second time I'm seeing it ,I really don't know what it is?, and It's really bothering me and I really don't understand it, the first one says I've been enlisted and I'm also the master,I'm totally confused". Edward muttered and sigh.

Liam had a little smirk on his face and quickly hid it unknown to Edward.

"Well,um- did you really tell me everything or there is something you still have to say to me?". Liam asked.

"Um...... There.....is..... this abbreviation name d K.L.E.M.T.,I don't know if it's a company's name or a group or a music band or a............"

"Forget about it for now and let's study". Liam cut in. "And again,I have to take you somewhere tomorrow after school,you have to know somethings". Liam utter and start jotting down the first lesson.

Edward was walking down the aisle and dragging his feet; Suddenly he felt the air chilly around his body,the weather was cold then he suddenly feel a presence and look back and saw no one.

"Maybe i was hallucinating". He mumbled and continue his journey.

Then he noticed he was the only one on the aisle and he felt the presence again as he was about to look back when a figure sped fast through him with great force and Edward jolted back to life –He has been dreaming, there were bead of sweat formed on his forehead due to the tension he was in, and he quickly switched on his bedroom lamp.

He went into the bathroom to wash his face with the warm water he looked up to the mirror and see himself with a silky long horn and fangs with claws dragging out of his hands and his eyes turned blue,..... out of fear he staggered back and his eyes became blurry and he slumped.

Edward opened his eyes and found himself in a spacious place which was void with no single object,he tried to stand up and found out that he was floating.

"Where am I?" Edward stuttered, looking disturbed." Am I dead?" He asked no one, his voice was just echoing back to him.

He moved to nowhere, the chilling aura came again,he felt the presence again and he turn back and sees the creature he saw in the mirror again.

"Who are you?, and wh--a-a-a---t are you?. Edward stammered.

"Are you supposed to be asking me that type of question? I am you , can't you see the resemblance " the creature asked.

" I don't look anyway like you,you have a fangs ,a horn and even a claws,so we are different,I am an human being and you are something else,so cut the crap"Edward harangue.

"The crap you say?,I can really see that you are dumb, can't you see it,it's your life in front of you ,this it who you are, there are others out there,you have to work together, because a great chaos is about to struck the world and you guys are the hope; so you really have to know somethings "the creature said.

"I think Liam said I have to know somethings, wait,.... Did you say? Wait,--- no way ----"Edward said in puzzlement.

"Yeah,he knows about everything, and he's about to show you the new life of what things are" The creature says and sigh.

" So about the message" Edward disclose.

"I think I should explain that to you, it says that you've been enlisted and also the head committee; Being enlisted means you need some training,you have to be able to control your powers, and being the head committee you must be strong and I believe you are strong and agile " The creature replied.

"So I should say you are my powers " Edward retorted.

" Hmmnmn- yes - I am" immediately the creature said that a bright light emitted from Edward's body and it shown very bright to the extent that Edward has to close his eyes, but a great force pulled the creature into Edward and Edward sprang up from the ground in the bathroom.

Edward held his head as a sharp pain ran through his head.

The next day, outside the class, Edward was walking towards the school premises and he look at his body and sees his skin looking pale, Liam was about to enter the class when he noticed his friend and run to him and helped him into the class.

"Thanks, Liam?" Edward said and walk in a fast pace towards his seat and Liam rush towards him and sit beside him.

"What's wrong?" Liam discuss while looking around Edward's body.

"Hey!, What's with the look?" Edward frown. " And again,why didn't you tell me about the institute". Edward expatiate.

"Oops, thought you will discover about everything today, but it looks like you find out sooner not later,... I'm just happy and worried that things will be getting more hectic". Liam muttered and sigh.

"So - um--- where is the K.L.E.M.T institute located?. Edward asked.

"I'm sorry I can't tell you right now, when we're done in school, you'll get to know everything yourself,hmmm". Liam plead.

"Okay,no worries". Edward replied.

K.L.E.M.T. Institute

The car halted at the front of a large tall wooden gate,on the gate was written Mount Montserrat , Edward and Liam walked towards the gate and

Liam placed his palm on the transparent red glass which was placed at the left side of the gate and the red glass scanned his palm then the gate open widely then Liam and Edward strode in and the gate close by itself., inside the Mountain was written K.L.E.M.T. institute.

"Yuri ,do you think Liam would be able to do a good job?, after being assigned to look the First Mystic Demon Lord"Master Edge asked Master Yuri.

"Edge, I trained Liam myself and I make sure he mastered all his powers before setting him for a mission". Master Yuri boasted."So he said he would be here today,he called me and said he.....".

A whirlwind of a fulfilling presence filled the room and they both smiled.

"He is here " Both of them chorused in exclamation and stood up and walked to savage hall, which is the main hall and found Liam and Edward waiting in the main hall .
