Prologue

All of Taylor's teen life she's been known as a bad girl. No one ever gives her a fair shot. Her family is even suffering because of it. They all believed the rumors and lies. Never giving her a chance to explain.

She was branded as trouble thanks to her very popular cheating ex Noah. He was the bad boy doing whatever he wanted and getting away with it too. No one treated him badly because his daddy ran this town.

All Taylor wanted to do was get through school and get into a college far away from Noah and this town. She tried to be invisible but that's a hard thing to do when your ex all of a sudden decides he can't live his life without you.

Will Taylor forgive Noah for all the pain he's caused her, or will she leave this town and the only boy she's ever loved behind? Will the town even let them be together or will she forever be known as T R O U B L E?

One thing's for sure Noah's going to have to prove himself because Taylor is hard to love and can hold a serious grudge. Will they, or won't they? Guess you will have to keep reading so you can find out.

Chapter 1

Taylor's pov

Taylor got up and got dressed for school. She hated that the summer was over. This was her senior year that's the only thing that kept her going is knowing that she would soon be gone.

Once she had enough credits to graduate, she was leaving this town and all the pain it caused her behind. The last two years were the worst of her life. It almost destroyed her and her family.

It was all because she fell for the mayor's son Noah. She thought he was sweet and that he loved her, but all he did was bring her down. He lied and cheated. When she broke up with him, he made her life a living hell. He even cost her family their company and home.

They had to move into a small house and basically start over. She hated Noah now and couldn't remember why she even loved him in the first place. Her mom knocked on the door and told her to hurry so she wouldn't be late.

She was dreading this day. She managed to go the whole summer without seeing Noah. There was no way she would be that lucky today. I got in my car and drove to the place I call hell my high school.

I parked in the back so that hopefully this year no one would mess with my car. I've had my tires slashed. My windows broken out, and my car painted with nasty things on it. No one did anything about it because I was trouble.

Noah did me so wrong, yet I was the towns bitch. The slut that cheated on him. No one would even let me explain so I just ignored everyone. I had no one. My friends didn't even talk to me in school anymore.

Then again, I didn't blame them because if they did Noah's fan club would go after them. I walked into the school holding my head up high. I never let them see how much they affected me. I didn't want to give them anymore power.

I got to my locker without anyone saying anything to me. They looked at me and just walked on by. What was going on? Why was everyone ignoring me? I was scared because this was something new. They never just ignored me.

I looked over and saw Noah standing by a locker just looking at me. Great what did he have planned now? I let myself look at him then put my head down and put my things in my locker. I grabbed the book I needed for my first period class and started to walk to it when Noah stopped me.

"Hey Taylor, can I talk to you."

"What do you want Noah?"

"Look I know the last two years has been well it hasn't been good. I just wanted to tell you I'm sorry."

"Are you high?"

"What no. Look I am in AA, and they have 12 steps one of them is asking forgiveness."

"Well save it for someone that gives a damn. You cost me and my family everything. If you are sorry then just forget I ever existed. Tell your flunkies to ignore me as well."

"I already did that. That's why everyone is ignoring you. Look Taylor I know sorry isn't enough, but I promise you I will spend every day making it up to you."

He leaned down and kissed me then walked away. I just stood there shocked. What the hell was this? I knew he was up to something, but I wouldn't fall for it this time around. No, I would never let Noah get close to me ever again.

All though feeling his lips on mine felt way too good, but I'd never admit it to anyone. As much pain as he caused me, I was still in love with the jerk. Maybe he really was sorry. Then again maybe this was another one of his games.

Either way I had to keep my guard up. Noah was far too dangerous for me to ever underestimate again. The last time I did that he cost me and my family everything. I know my family still hates me for what happened. We used to be so close, but now we never talk at all.

No, he took way too much from me for me to give him forgiveness. He could try all he wants he would never make things better. He could never give me back all I had lost. I hurried to my class and set down before the bell rung.

Everyone just looked at me. Some said hi and even smiled at me. Yes, this day was going to be a very long very weird one.

Chapter 2

Noah's pov

Seeing Taylor today was amazing she looked so beautiful. Now that I'm finally sober, I realized how much of a mistake I made. I have made her life a living hell, and no one deserves everything I have done to her.

The sad thing is I was out of my mind when I did all those things, but I know she would never believe that. I am going to try and give her back everything I have taken from her. I need to gain her trust back, but I know that's never going to be easy.

I had my father get her families company back for them so I hope that will be a start. I was sitting here in class, but I wasn't paying attention to anything. All I could think about was Taylor.

I know if I had told her back then how bad things had gotten, she would have helped me, but I didn't want to drag her into it. So instead, I cheated and broke her heart.

The bell finally rang, and I walked to my locker hoping I could catch a glimpse of Taylor. All of a sudden someone came out of nowhere and punched me. I was about to hit them back when I realized it was one very pissed of Taylor.

"What the hell is your deal, Noah? Do you get off on hurting people, and screwing with their heads?"

"Wait what are you talking about?"

By now we had gathered quit a crowd.

"That damn kiss for one. Don't you ever put your disease-ridden mouth on mine again or I will make sure you can never use them again."

"Look Taylor I'm sorry."

"Like hell you are and stay the hell away from my parents. Don't you think you have caused them enough pain? I mean missing with me is one thing but with them I will not stand by and allow you to do that."

"Wait I had my father give them back the company because I realized I fucked up."

"it's all about you isn't it pretty boy?"

"Why the hell are you so mad? Isn't that what you wanted?"

"What I wanted was to forget all about you. I am just glad I have enough credits to graduate now so I can get far away from you, and this screwed up town."

"Wait your leaving?"

"That is none of your concern. Just stay the hell away from my family."

She pushed me away from her and walked out of the school building. I had to do something there was no way in hell I could let her leave. I needed her back in my life, and if she left, I would never stand a chance. I walked out of the school and took off for home.

I needed to figure out where she was going so, I could enroll there. I know I sound like a stalker, but I needed to make everything I screwed up right. I had to get her to forgive me. I needed to come up with a plan and fast before it was too late.
