Lara's pov:

panting as I managed to get free from his hard grip , just when I thought it was over he gripped my hair from behind and slammed my back to the wall behind me

"ahh, stop you're hurting me." I cried with the last strength I had

Holding me still and making his way with his hands towards my left breast ,my breathing became heavy.

" since when did the great Alpha start taking orders from a mere human"? He spoke with his voice low and dangerous

I know I wasn't supposed to feel that way ,but his voice had a way of drawing me into a pit I can't escape, his touches arouse feelings I never knew were there

Speaking with pleading eyes ,I raised my head to say" Please not today my stomach hurts ....th... The child " I tried to cover my belly with my free hand

Sniffing my hair he mumbled " mmmmhm sweet dinner " and with that he used just one hand to tear what I was wearing, revealing my pure white skin that already had few hickeys around .Taking one of my breasts into his mouth he touched the other and kept caressing it making me weak in the legs

He then moved his strong and firm knee and began rubbing it against my below

Few minutes into that he replaced his knee with his fingers , gently moving his hands upwards he suddenly put his hand inside me and started thrusting in and out..

FIVE MINUTES!? , just how did he expect me to do that when he ripped all my clothes to pieces ?

With tears still on my face I sat on the bare floor wailing, but I stopped wailing when I felt my baby kick a bit

Touching my belly I smiled sadly and spoke softly" I'm sorry baby, mummy is really weak compared to daddy and his subordinates, but trust me baby , we'll go through this alive that I promise "

Standing up with face full of new ambitions

I dragged my almost naked weak body to the washroom and cleaned up

Coming to the room I saw new arranged set of clothes on the bed , Chuckling with no emotions on my face I dressed up and walked out of the room

Coming into the main hall I saw Ella, the alpha's assistant walk up to me

With a not so happy look

she then spoke without respect or anything of the sort

" so weak, you've made us wait for 10 minutes already , now I had to stress and find you " she spat

" Now move towards the exit else we're leaving your ass out here and trust me you're gonna walk home , which you know how it felt the last time you did"

Ella spat as she spoke " now get going human" she said and didn't even wait to assist me a little bit which I knew she'd rather die than do

Raising my legs to move , I could still feel pain I my joints ,but I hid the pain and kept walking ahead , trying to keep up with her pace which I knew she deliberately walked that fast to stress me

Coming out of the 10 storey building at the gates I saw other cars including that of the Alpha speed off as She opened the door to one of the servants car for me

" get in!"

Without a choice I went in and 'slam' the shut it loudly

Adjusting and making myself comfortable I heard the driver ask " can we go now Luna"?

Closing my eyes I used my last breath to say " yes Peter, please "

And I closed my eyes as tears fell from the side

Car already moving I just kept thinking about my life in the past 1 month and a week

It has been hell for me

I just kept blaming myself for being so stupid and naive

Sniffing hard and almost every second ,Peter couldn't help but ask, bringing me out of my thoughts

" umm Luna , are you okay? , should I pull over and call doctor Jane?" Is it the baby or where does it hurt"? he asked in one breath

Smiling sadly I just asked " Peter "

Then I asked a question which I knew he had no answer to

A MONTH AGO...

CRANE'S POV:

Things had just gone from frying pan into fire , and it wasn't great for me because I was at the peak of on of my greatest ambitions.... Becoming Alpha king of all the realms .... being in that position would mean I get to be superior over the rest and I can also join in the heavenly 6

They were the council of all the supernatural beings present in our entity , these heads have each gone through trainings, hard missions to finally attain that seat at the top , the seat for Alpha King has been vacant for 2 weeks now , because the previous Alpha king lost his mate and it took a great toll on him

I'm guessing the pain is unbearable cause I saw it in his eyes when I visited , but I guess I'll never know since the goddess hasn't blessed me with one

And I don't think I need any because it makes one weak , look at how the previous Alpha Kings looks vulnerable

But my plans to become Alpha King is compromised now that Cassie and I got a divorce, I can't believe that child she carried wasn't even mine , she cheated!

And now I'm back to square one, need to get a new Luna who'd carry my pup .... That was number one requirements for the vacancy .. I needed a full family!

In my office I kept rubbing my temples lost in thought , I didn't even know when Yousef walked in

Speaking to me telepathically [boss I'm back with news, and I think you should know this]

Finally raising my head I spoke in a low tone" speak"

Clearing his throat Yousef started" Miles from Greyhem pack , and Azzez from Blackopra pack are on the move already boss, news reaching me that Miles has gotten a new pup but I'm not sure If it belongs to him. while Azzez has declared Anna his Luna....

Seeing he was done I clenched my fist and Chuckled " I see some people have been making moves , hehe, unfortunately I'm always ten steps ahead "

" Yousef , go now to Denmark hospital, make it known I need a surrogate mum , I'll be leaving my sperm at the lab , make sure to check whoever wants to try her luck

Giving a not so understanding look Yousef hesitated " bu.. but this.... you know , ladies out there want to be so close to you, this might reach the ears of our enemies and they might try to sabotage it, isn't there any better way boss"?

Shaking my head I spoke " they won't, it'll be a hidden selection, not random werewolves anyways , I already spoke with Dr Jane , this would be a smooth action "

"And what's in for the woman who carries your pup"?Yousef Began questioning, I knew that look on his face. He was trying to be sure , to think of the possibilities and impossibilities, and how everything will play out...

Smiling, I know I always have a back up plan, " I'll declare her as my Luna, while I pay her a huge fund for the stress and her cooperation.. how's that"?

I said as I smirked and looked at Yousef

Smiling , finally convinced he nodded sideways " I think we got a perfect plan there Alpha "

"Now pack up we're going to the hospital " I said as I stood up and went to the wardrobe to get my suit...

DR JANE'S POV:

Poor lady , I felt her pain,

" Come here my dear" I spoke as I opened my arms for a hug which she took immediately and started crying

" What do I do miss Jane ?, this.... I... oh gosh... it can't be " she sniffed as she tried to keep the tears inside

"Lara " I started " things are not as bad as they look, you still have a week to get things done.. and you have two options my dear " I said as I moved her long brown hair to the back to reveal her fair white skin...

" really? .. please do tell" She said as she came closer to me

Smiling I said" first ... you'd have to look for a donor who'd be willing to give his sperm and you'll be insemisnted , but it has a 50 50 possibility my dear.."

Biting her soft and pink lips she asked " and what's the second one miss Jane?"

Breathing hard i completed " or you'll go make mad love to your fiancee , with hopes of taking in in just few days "...

Seeing her thinking hard and making her decision she raised her head up and said

" I'll go for the second option miss Jane, I'll be getting married to James anyways so I want it directly from him "

I saw the bright smile on her face and It somehow made me feel better

" I've always wanted to carry my own child, I just hope it works doctor " she said and sighed

Getting up and holding her shoulders I said " well there's no way we're gonna find out if you can, If you keep staying here in the hospital, now go get changed and run home" I said and she raised her brows like she remembered something and then turned to go to the other room

Bur turned back and gave me a hug first

Without her saying a thing I knew how heavy her heart was , so I just tapped her back and held her close

" Alright wipe those tears and act fast " I said as I rubbed her head " I have a meeting with some creatures " I said and made a tiring face which she smiled at and walked to the other room..

Feeling my phone ring , I reached out to the left pocket of my jacket and took my phone out

" huh , Mr Crane calling ? that's weird , what does that man need"

Answering the call I heard that authoritative voice ring from the other side

" Hello Jane, I'll be arriving at the hospital in thirty minutes, I have something VERY VERY important to discuss with you"

Stressing that part I bite my lips

" I'm around sir, I'll be waiting then, oh okay Mr Crane "....

Putting my phone back I sighed , " I hope Lara dresses up fast and leaves this environment before Alpha Crane gets here, she dreads werewolves last time I checked "

Lara's pov:

I couldn't believe what I heard at all , no way it was possible, I'm just 26 how can my ovulation window close now?,

the whole test proves I'm totally fine so where is the complications coming from?

I was soo devastated

The only thing I could do was hug Dr Jane.. She has been a mother Figure to me right from time ,

I was lost, then she spoke up

Moving to the other room

I went to the table in the middle of the room to pick my pants to put on

" stupid hospital wear" I sighed as I always had hard time trying to change from it

Already pulling It up to my neck and couldn't see a thing no more , I heard the sound of the door open

" oh miss Jane I'll be done soon, just need to get that dress off me"

Not hearing response which was unlike here I brought my gown down only to see a tall huge and handsome man looking straight at me!

"ahhh , damn you pervert!"

I told my bag from the side and threw it at him, and that was a bad Idea, because I lost my balance and down I went ,

"oh noo" falling to the ground I waited for an impact but instead I felt a strong manly scent fill my nostrils

Damn this scent was .... I couldn't tell but there was something about it

"I see you're comfortable in my arm, should I bring coffee or maybe cookie so you'll relax more"? My eyes flew open when I heard his voice

Looking straight into his eyes and sharing the same breath my poor heart began beating too fast ,

" wow , what a really loud heartbeat " he said again and this time I pushed him away and regained balance

"you... you should mind what you Say" I said and frowned "besides this is a ladies room" pointing at the sign on the door he looked towards the direction of my hands and raised his brow

Feeling he didn't want to get shamed by a lady he cleared his throat and said

Looking at him with disgust , I immediately knew which animal he was, a werewolf! I said under my breath and began feeling dizzy

" I can't breath the same air with them " I muttered under my breath and picked my pants from the floor and walked as fast as possible to another room

Coming out of the building finally dressed up , I sighed internally and entered the car , " phew, James, here I come ... we have a lot of activities to do "

Thinking about the wolf I just had an encounter with, it sent shivers down my spine and I prayed to the heavens in hopes we'll never ever cross paths

Moving that aside I remembered my fiancee

I smirked as I dailed his number

" hmm , this Is usual " I raised a brow as I had already called three times without him answering the phone ... I know how much my fiancee cherishes me

Moving it to the back of my head I decided to get a strong wine then drive home and meet him

Parking at the front of our apartment, I didn't even wait a second, I left my documents in the car and picked just the wine, stepping in , the house reeked of strong liquor, and the sound of song playing at a very loud volume

Putting my hands on my waist I then said

Seeing she didn't have what to say

I laughed and crossed my hands

" guess this fiancee thing isn't really working out as well as it is "

"Lara , just leave right now , you're no longer welcomed here" James put his pants on as he said

"hello, I'm the owner of this , we already signed the papers last month remember? this is all mine , now you both should get out of my house and my life " I said and I pointed my finger at the door

Surprisingly they both laughed and Janis finally found her tongue

" oh sweetheart, you're so dumb , do you think I'll have my man sign those rubbish papers and let you handle it? no way, you foolishly handed all your assets to him,

so darling you're what I'll call ..... "

she put her hand on her chin then said " PENNILESS " hahaha

Hearing this , the last piece of my heart shattered and I bled internally

"James you can't do this to me, you know the main reason why we signed that paper, my heal...." I chocked on my tears..

"take the car with you, you have exactly 20 minutes to pack your things and leave Lara , this is how much I can tolerate you right now" James said as he threw a moving box at me

" or you're welcome to be our housemaid, don't worry you'll be placed on salary , and then you'll be sleeping in that dog's crib" Janis said and laughed

" that's enough Janis , get dressed we're stepping out ". James scolded and Janis hissed , kicked my hands and left the room.

In less then 20 minutes I packed my not so plenty belongings and walked out of the room.

Seeing James standing alone at the doorstep I kept my things in the car and tured to look at him, I then asked

" did you ever mean all the things you said to me that night"? tears finally rolled down my face and my eyes were red

Hands in his pocket James wanted to talk but at the split moment he held back and sniffed almost silently but I noticed

Turning without saying a word he went inside and shut the door violently

Smiling sadly and finally accepting defeat I entered the car and drove straight to the hospital
