Sudden Princess

"Get away!" A guy pushed a Middle aged woman walking down on the cold, dark alley. The woman fell on her butt and curse under her breath. Almost immediately, a feminine figure jumped fast and past her too.

"Psychos" The woman glared, wondering why the chasing at five O'clock in the morning.

The guy Increased his pace noticing the girl chasing him was already close. How the fuck is she that fast? Distracted, the guy took a sharp corner which led him to a dead end. He turn to leave but the she-devil was standing before already.

"Hey, cocksucker" The girl raised her head high. She was dressed in a black joggers with a big white top. Her face cap was placed backward covering her short hair, she had three Peirce on each of her ear and one on her lower lip. Her name, Alice.

"Just go away!" The guy trembled fearfully.

"Tssk! Asshole do you really think you can go scott free after stealing my purse a week ago?" She raised her brow.

"I don't know what you are talking about, I have never seen your face before" the guy denied causing Alice to rolled her eyes, he's obviously lying. Her wristwatch beeped indicating it was time to prepare for her school. She needs to get home before Laura wakes up.

"Okay let's get over with this" Alice muttered before punching the guy on the face.

Sneaking in, Alice pulled down her clothes and head towards the bathroom, her eyes were red and heavy. The truth is, ever since two years she had been having this nightmare that somehow scares her.

She dream of her death. It came once in a month and now it's every single day. So Instead of sleeping, she drinks coffee and stroll out of the house.. she is a lonely type anyway.

After freshening up, Alice head downstairs wearing a red hoodie with her highschool uniform underneath. She was expecting to see her mom but found a letter on the table instead.

She sighed then tore the paper afterward. "Fuck you mom" she muttered.

Mrs Laura saw this and quickly serve her breakfast on the table.

"Good morning miss" Laura greeted.

"I'm not hungry and tell mom I hate her" Alice said grabbing her school bag before heading out of the house.

Mrs Laura could only sighed. When is the mother and daughter ever going to get along?

Alice place her headphone playing a rap pop music as she slowly danced on the street. She is good with dancing and she doesn't care if people stare at her.

She have a personal driver from her mom but she prefers walking to school, it makes her feel alive.

"I'm not afraid.. take a..stand!" She sang along with her bad voice making her moves, but didn't notice she was at the road and an oncoming vehicle was heading her direction.

Alice luckily spot the vehicle and she quickly dodge it. Her eyes widened as the vehicle moved pass her with speed.

If she had noticed the vehicle a second late then she might have been dead by now.

The vehicle stopped and the driver came down.

Her breath stopped as she watch the most beautiful man she had ever seen come down from the car.

She isn't the type of person who drool over a guy but this guy definitely caught her attention. Well chiseled jaw and built body. Though he was wearing a shade, one could roughly guess how handsome he is. His height and built body is just too attractive. Judging from his outfit, he seems to be a rich family.

The guy removed his sunglasses revealing those blue charming eyes causing her heart to skip a beat.

"Were you planning to kill yourself? You could have died" The guy said but the lady before him didn't reply. She stared at him like a status.

He reached out for the earphone in her ear and removed it.

Alice snapped out of her trance when he did that.

"I asked you a question young lady!" He snapped at her. She frowned at his words.

"Don't snap at me, you didn't honk!" She yelled back too.

"Oh, says the girl who was putting on a pretty headphone!" He yelled.

She knew she was at fault but didn't want to admit defeated.

"Uhm.. screw you!!" She yelled not knowing what to say again, and then walk pass him.

The guy kept his hands into his pocket. "Crazy" muttered before entering his expensive car and drove away.

After making sure the guy was out of her sight, Alice stopped and exhaled deeply. She almost lost her life back there.

If the guy hadn't been so rude, then maybe she would have asked him out.

A car passed by her and splash some dirt in her shoes. That was what she hated the most.. Dirt.

"Hey!!!" She yelled shifted away from her spot.

But then, a huge vase fell on that spot she just left. She jerk just at it. If that vase had landed on her then it'll definitely hurt her so much.

"Oh my Gawd! I'm so sorry!" An old woman apologized from above.

"Holy crap" she muttered looking down at the shattered vase on the floor.

(WESTVEIW HIGHSCHOOL)

"You don't sleep well because of the dream?" Samantha; Alice close and shy friend asked when she noticed Alice tired eyes.

"Yes, and it's still the same dream. It felt so real. I feel like I'm in it" Alice said taking a bite of her food.

"You need to consult someone. This dream is getting serious. You had it once in a month, then once in a week and now it's everyday. I think the dream is trying to leave a message and you need to find out as soon as possible" Samantha said.

"It's just a dream" Alice rolled her eyes.

"You should tell someone. Maybe the church or your mom"

Immediately Samantha said those word, Alice stopped eating immediately.

"C'mon Alice, don't tell me you're still mad at your mom" Samantha sighed.

"She literally said I'm not important, right to my face. She is rich and gives me whatever I want but that doesn't mean she shouldn't have the time for me okay? So don't talk about her or I might walk out on you" Alice said then continue eating.

"Fine" Samantha gave in.

"Guess what Sam, I almost died twice today" Alice said and the food in Samantha's mouth fell back to the plates.

"What?"

"A car almost hit me though I met an Incredibly handsome guy but he's rude and then a huge flower vase almost crack my head open" She said smiling.

"And you aren't scared?"

"Why should I? Those are coincidental and I was just lucky. You should see this guy I'm talking about. He's so fucking handsome.."

"Alice, don't you think this is serious? You should try consulting someone. I'm having a bad feeling about this" Samantha said.

"Here you go with your supernatural stuff mother Mary, nothing is going to happen. By the way have you read for Mr Drew class.. I have no Idea on that subject" Alice said.

"I'm not teaching you anything. The last time I did I almost got caught. I can teach you before the test and not during the test"

"Sam!"

While preparing for her next class Samantha spot her crush Vincent, one of the handsome guy in school.

She composed herself when she spot him walking her direction.

"Hey Sam" Vincent came to talk to her.

"Hey, you look great.. I mean.. you are kind.. I sorry.. I'm just nervous around you"

"uhm. I heard you are one of the most brilliant girl in school and I've got this problem in mathematics. I don't know if you can help me?"

"Help, sure. I'll love to.. why not" she said nervously not believing she's actually talking to her crush.

"Cool. I'll see around babe" He said before leaving her there.

Samantha cheek turn red hearing him call her babe. This is probably the most happiest day of her whole life.

Unknown to her, Maxine, who turns out to be the most feared girl in school saw the scene. Unfortunately, she was Vincent girlfriend and despise any girl who talk to him.

She hated Samantha before and seeing her talk with Vincent provoked her hatred the more.

It's been 20 minutes and Alice haven't seen Samantha. They actually planned to meet here so they could study before the test.

"Where is she? What's taking her so long?" Alice stood. She stretch her body and yawn.

"Gosh I'm tired and hungry" she muttered.

"Alice!!" A student came rushing to her.

"Zero?" She frowned. Zero is one her minions since she is quite famous in school.

"Samantha is been bullied at the rooftop!" Zero informed breathlessly.

Alice's eyes widened hearing this. She quickly made her way up to the rooftop with the Zero following her.

Getting there, she found the rooftop locked.

"I stole an extra key from the teachers office" Zero said bringing out a key.

Alice snatched it and opened the door storming in. The scene before her made her blood boiled like never before.

Maxine just sent a punch on Samantha's face. Her face was bloody and swollen already.

"Bitch!!!!!!!" Alice yelled insanely.

"Awwn, look who's here. Your savior, the one and only Alice in Westview high. I don't mind teaching you a lesson too" Maxine licked her lips as her seven minions stood before her ready to attack Alice.

Maxine and Alice despise themselves ever since they got into the school. They are both from a rich family but Alice isn't rude as Maxine.

"Assholes" Alice muttered before charging towards them. She jumped and kicked the first one hard on her face, turn and gave the other one a punch.

The third girl threw a punch at Alice but she duck, made a turn and gave her a kick on the head causing her jaw to dislocate.

She grab a stick from the floor and hit two of them face at once then face. Then throw brutal punches on the remaining two.

She then face Maxine.

Maxine was already panicking seeing her girls on the floor but she smirked later on. One of her minions stood up already with a large stick.

She hit the stick hard on Alice's head.

"No" Samantha muttered trying to get up but fell back because of her weak body.

Zero ran back to get some help. Why the hell did he not call a teacher? He had thought Alice would handle this but he was wrong.

Alice's head spin insanely as she walked aimlessly but she shook her head trying to gain her composure.

She turn back and then punch the one who hit her on the face, she return her gaze to Maxine again not realizing her head was already bleeding from the hit.

"How dare you hurt my friend?" Alice muttered trying her best to shake off the dizziness creeping into her.

The thunder roared as if it was going to rain soon. Maxine clench her fist ready to defend herself.

Alice came running after her. She throw a punch at Maxine but she dodge.

Forgetting the fact they are still at the rooftop and also at the edge, Maxine pushed her.

"Alice!!!!!!!" Samantha exclaimed as her eyes widened as fuck!

Alice's leg wiggled as she lost her balance at the balcony. Her eye widened when she found herself falling, her mind went shut as fear grip her whole body.

"No!!" she screamed. Is she going to die?

Her back and head collided with the floor and everything went blank instantly. Blood came out of her head, lips and nose. The sky roared on its own.

A loud gasps escape Alice's lips as her eyes flew opened. The whole place was dark and she found herself floating. It was as if she was in a dark realm with nowhere else to go.

Is she dead? She couldn't help but wonder. Just then, she found a bright light coming her way.

Like a huge force, she found herself been pulled out of somewhere.

"Argh!!" She gasped again but this time, her gaze fell on the bright sky. She look sideways and all she could see was grasses and flowers. She could hear the chirping sounds of the birds and crickets.

Sitting up, she look around. "Where am I?" She muttered.

Her gaze fell on her dress and she frowned. The dress was like that of those in the 1700s movies. It was a long thick old fabric. Off shoulder and her cleavage was slightly exposed.

"What the fuck" she muttered standing up to her feet. She checked her hair only to find it long and curly. Her piercing was gone too.

"Oh shit" she squeeze her face wondering the actual fuck that is going on. The whole place was forest filled with flowers and grasses.

"Am I dead? Is this heaven?" She looked around, freaking out a little.

Isn't she supposed to see an angel or something?

"No, I don't think I can make heaven. Maybe this is hell?" She muttered before standing up to her feet. "Did I run mad or something?" She tried to find her last memory but she couldn't.

Getting frustrated, she walked aimlessly around the forest. The place was quiet and empty, the only thing she could hear was her barefoot meeting the dry grasses.

Soon, a place came to veiw and her eyes widened.

"Oh my fuck" she muttered as her lingered on the place before her. The houses were small, and made of stone with thatched roofs. There was no cars or modern building in sight. Alice felt like she had stumbled into another world.

The Kingdom of Ammon..

"This is a dream" Alice muttered, nodding her head slowly. There's no way all this is possibly true. She is probably having her crazy dreams again and there is only one way to find out. Her eyes land on a huge stick laying on the floor, she picked it up and stared at it.

"Okay, here goes nothing" she said to herself and raised the stick to the air.

Bringing the stick down, Alice hit it hard on her head. Her eyes widened as the intense pain spread throught her scalp.

"Ahhhhh!!!!!!!... My head!! Fuck!!!"

Alice held on the tree for support, she had hit her head pretty hard. If it hurts, that means it's not a dream?

"Elizabeth!!!" Someone yelled from a distance, Alice could hear fast footsteps approaching her. A guy sudden appeared, he was dressed an old cloth.

Alice recognized him immediately. Zero?!

He rushed towards her. "Are you alright?" He asked in a thick britch accent, holding her hand.

"Zero? Why are you dressed like that? Are we here for a movie?" She asked looking around again.

"Huh? Who's Zero?" He asked.

"Tssk.. that's your name dumbass" Alice replied hitting his head.

"That's not my name. Did you forget who am I? It's me.. Galen" He tapped his chest, he then noticed a shadow behind her.

A feminine figure came out of a hiding place, she was dressed a black cloak, her face was covered too. She raised a bow and shot a fast deadly arrow towards Alice.

"Look out!" Galen exclaimed. Alice eye widened when she saw the arrow coming towards her, but Galen was fast enough to catch the arrow. It was so close on hitting her face.

The figure immediately bought out another arrow and made shoot again.

"Run!" Galen exclaimed, dragging Alice with him in to the forest.

"Can you tell me what's going?!" Alice exclaimed.

"Just follow me!" Galen yelled, wondering why the girl is acting strange. It was getting dark already since the night is drawing close.

Alice could hear the fast footsteps of the assassin approaching them.

Soon, they got to the cliff where there was nowhere for them to go. Alice swallowed seeing the river far below them.

Galen looked back, and saw the assassin raising another arrow at them. He stood before Alice, determination burning in his gaze.

"Why is she trying to kill me?" Alice panicked.

A strong wind suddenly hit the assassin, throwing her to the nearest tree behind her. Her back hit the tree hard and she fell on the floor.

Alice eyes widened when a strange girl appeared in the middle. She was wearing a black cloak, her long black hair blows behind her. It was as if she came out of the air, how the hell is that possible? She couldn't see her face since her back was facing them

She watch the strange girl draw out a sword, the assassin did the same and the both lauched forward at once. Their sword clashed on each other other emitting sparks, their eyes were fierce as the swing their sword viciously.

Alice stood on her spot staring in awe. Their moves were fast and deadly. She had only seen these moves in movies.

Soon, the strange girl succeeded on hitting the assassin's sword away using hers. She then swing her sword to the assassin's face, but she flip herself backward, dodging the attack.

Knowing the fight won't favour her anymore, the assassin hurriedly cast a spell and disappeared into thin air.

"Saverina" Galen called at the girl who just saved them. She slowly turn to face them and Alice was stunned.

The girl have the face of her best friend.. Samantha!!

Not able to take the shock, Alice eyes went back to its socket and she collapse on the floor.

The sun ray coming from the small window in the room settled on Alice's face. She shifted from the Sackcloths bed and opened her eyes slowly. Realizing she was still in the crazy world, she huffed in frustration.

"I'm sure, she'll be fine once she wakes up" Alice heard a voice from a distance. It was the girl with Samantha's face.. she stood up and found them sitting on the doorstep while staring into space.

'Are they into each other? Yuck!' Alice thought to herself.

"What were you two doing out there anyway?" Saverina asked.

"It was Elizabeth, she wished to see her mother in the palace. I wanted to stop her but she didn't listen. She was almost caught by the Crow sorcerers, sorry I couldn't protect her as I promised, Saverina" Galen muttered, looking guilty.

"I shouldn't have left too, but I'm glad I came back before things got messy" Saverina said.

Her mother? Alice scoffed inwardly. She won't be surprise if anything get weirder. Galen has the face of her minion, Saverina has the face of her best friend whom she protect at school. Everything creeps her out.

Moving away from the door, she look around the room, they are all ancient. Did she travel back in time? There's only one way to find out... Escaping!

After chatting for a while. Saverina spoke. "We should make breakfast, Elizabeth will be up soon" Galen nodded.

They both stood up and went in, only to be shocked.

The girl they left, was no more on the bed.

Alice use her hand to block the sun from her face as she walk among the crowd in the town. Walking was hard for her because of the damn long old dress, she wish she can just tore it and make it into a trouser.

Most of the villagers has a petty business outside their place, making all of them busy. She bumped into a man, who look so ugly with his huge beard on his face.

"Watch your steps, young lady" The man glared before walking away.

Alice stuck her tongue out, the man's breath was terrible. "Geez". Her face squeeze with confusion. Nothing make sense to her.

If this is was movie, then is everyone in the city acting?

Her eyes land on a huge bowl of water in which a young girl kept outside before going back into her small hut. Maybe water can wake her up from the dream.

Not thinking twice, Alice went over there and crouched. Taking a deep breath, she dipped her face into the water.

The young girl who kept the water there, came out and gasp. "Oh goodness!" she exclaimed with her eyes widened.

Alice heard her but didn't remove her head from the water. 'Wake up Alice! Wake up Alice!' she screamed in head, but her lungs were begging for air already.

"Mother!" The girl screamed. "Someone is trying to kill herself here!"

An old woman came out and gasp too, she rushed towards Alice and forcefully try to remove Alice's head from the water. Not able to take the torture, Alice finally remove her head and gasps hard.

The old woman bent to look at Alice face. "Why are you trying to kill yourself young lady?!! Are you planning to put me into trouble!" The woman glared.

Seeing she is still in the damn village, Alice lips slowly parted as a cry left her lips. She was sitting on the floor.

"Aha.. ah.. what am I.. doing...here ..ahh.. I wanna home... Ahhhh"

Some villiager began to look at her.

The old woman began to Panic. "Oh dear, you're a lost sheep. Tell me where you come from, so I take you there" The woman suggested politely.

"California" Alice replied in between her cries.

"Cali.. morta?" The old woman repeated wrongly.

"CA-LI-FOR-NIA!" Alice broke the word.

"Oh, I have never heard of that here in kingdom Ammon. You should probably report to the guards. So they can take you back home" The old woman said.

Alice immediately stop crying as she remembered something. She stood and face the woman.

"Right, Do you have a phone?" Alice asked.

The old woman's face squeeze with confusion. "A what?"

"A phone.. Do you have a phone?"

"A phone? I don't know what that is" The old woman began to think this lady is weird.

"What? Fine.. is there anyone you think might have a phone?" Alice asked.

"What's a phone?" The old woman asked.

"A phone.. it's a device I can use to reach someone from afar"

"Is that some kind of a magic?" The old woman asked.

Alice jaw dropped in disbelief. "No it's not.."

"I know where you can get a phone" The old woman cut in and Alice face brighten immediately. "You can get it from a witch. They'll cast a spell and you can talk to someone from a far distance"

Alice jaw dropped again. "Oh.. Gawd"

"Elizabeth!!!" A voice came from behind and Alice eyes widened. She spot, Galen and Saverina marching towards her.

Alice lifted her skirt up and started running, she can't be around those weird people.

"Stop!" Saverina yelled and they both run after her.

Alice is so good at running, she jumped over goods and dodge the villagers. Her eyes spot a group of people dressed in armor. That must be the guards! They might help her.

Saverina eyes widened. Those are the palace guard. "Elizabeth no!!" She yelled. If they were alone, she would have just vanished with Alice but she didn't want to use her power among the people.

Saverina and Galen hide.

"What is she doing?" Galen asked.

"I don't think she is her right senses" Saverina muttered.

Alice gave Saverina a fuck you sign, 'So long suckers' she thought to herself and went to meet the guards.

"Please you need to help me. This is not my place and I need to go home. I'm from California, San Jose. I just found myself here here all of a sudden. Can you help me talk to your president or something" Alice spoke.

The palace guards gave each other a look not understanding what she is saying.

The leader who has a small scar on his left eyes, observe the girl's familiar face. He lifted the paper in his hand. It was a drawing of a girl wanted in the Palace.

Alice wondered what the guard was looking at so she took a peek and saw the drawing of herself.

"Wow! You drew this?" Alice snatched the paper from the guard and smile widely. "Gosh, it looks a lot like me. You have such a good talent.."

The guards were shocked.. is this girl alright?

"You did a little mistake though, my nose isn't that big but don't worry. It look perfect. With time you're going to be better than Chuck Close. He is a famous artist in California" She giggled but her eyes settled on the word 'Wanted' at the top of the drawing, her smile dropped. She slowly turn her head to the guards, whose face was hard the whole time she was talking.

"Take her" The leader spoke and Alice eyes widened.

She made to run but bump into one who stood before her. They grab her and began to tie her hand.

"What are you doing? Let me go!" She yelled but they didn't stop.

The other villagers could only watch.

Saverina who saw this has a worried look on her face. "No" she muttered.

The guard lift Alice up and put her into the carriage, all tied up. "Where are you taking me?!" She yelled but the door was shut.

The carriage lauched forward and they began to move.

"Hey!!!!!!!!!!"

(SOMEWHERE IN AMMON)

The maids carefully walked into a room, with a tray of wine. Before them, was a large marble bathtub enough to fit in seven grown men. And inside the tube, lounging the steamy water, was a man whose eyes were close.

"Your highness" The maids bowed a little, she couldn't help but took a peak at the man's beauty. Thus, scared of him.

He is the third prince in the kingdom, Zameil. There are rumors that he has a demon trapped inside of him and the fact that he is not the king's biological son and was adopted.

Even with his strange image, maids drool over his beauty ignoring the rumors.

I wish I can just warm his bed for just a night...

The maids will whisper among each other but Zameil ignore them. His like a shadow and hardly talk to anyone.. he wasn't treated the way he wants and mostly get control by the king. The reason why he is here in the palace was to keep an eyes on him, the demon in him is powerful enough to wipe the whole kingdom..

The king's personal sorcerer foresee that a girl is going to change everything, and this girl shall be his bride. But on the day, they were supposed to get married, she ran away from the palace.. and now he was in search of her..

Raising his finger, Zameil gave them a cue to the maid to drop the wine and leave. They bow after obeying and left.

He got out of the tub slowly, the large tattoo on his back was revealed, as water dripped down from them. That is the mark of the demon in him.

His guard helped him with his robe. Zameil reached the glass of wine on the table and took a gentle sip.

A gentle knock, discontinued his thought. He already knew who it was, he have a sharp sense. The truth is, he could feel the demon, Baal merging with him, he had inherited some of its power and that scares him a little. He asked the person to come in.

A guard walked into the room and gave Zameil a deep bow. "Your highness, we found the girl, she's in the garden"

Zameil turn his head to look at him. Without a word, he stride out of the room.

"Let go off me! Do you know who I am? I swear I'm going to sue y'all to court. How could you grab a lady like that!!"

Zameil could hear the girls loud complains.

Alice scoffed, when the guard didn't even reply her. It was as if her words fell on deaf ears. "Hey! I'm talking to you asshole!!"

Alice stop her talking when the large door slammed open, revealing a figure. He was surrounded by an aura she couldn't describe.

Her lips parted as she got another shock.. she recognized his face. He was the blue-eyed handsome face that almost hit her with his car...

Zameil's face remain calm. "Let her go" he ordered the guard and Alice was released. He faced her.

"You're behind this?" She asked glaring at him. Did he kidnap her and make everything weird around her?

Zameil was taken back by her word, he gave his guard a questioning look before returning his gaze back to the girl. He replied.

"Yes I am"

Alice nose flared up in anger and she marched fast towards him. Zameil frowned with confusion but in the next moment, the girl grabbed him hard by the collar and jerk him close.

The guards made to drag her but Zameil lift a finger and they stop.

Her face inches from him as she warned in a cold voice.

"Send me back! Or I'm gonna destroy your balls!"
