Xavier Pov:

'Xavier, i think you know why i called you here'' father said as i sat down in front of his desk

'No father, why have you called me here'i replied

'Well as you know you are 25 and the most feared Mafia boss in the world and you are still not married'' My father said

'I have no plans to get married father, how many times do i have to say it'' i exclaimed

'You have to get married!" he yelled, slamming his hands down on his desk, making me flinch

'Fine father, can i leave?'

'Yes you may leave, find a girl worth marrying within a week' i sighed as i get up to leave

As you can tell i always have to listen to my father, even when he is being ridiculous, i don't want to get married, i have no time for a wife, i don't believe in love either, but i have my father to blame for that he treated my mother like shit, he would beat her in front of me.

I was on my way to my office when my second in command Lorenzo "Enzo" Ferrari approached me

" we got him!''

'' About time!" i make my way to my basement where i keep prisoners, i walk into one of the rooms and see a middle aged man tied up in a chair.

''WAKE UP ASSHOLE!"" I shouted punching him in the jaw

''What, where am i?'' he slurred still half drunk

''Where;s the 50 mill you stole from me?'' i yelled. Making him cower in fear from my tone

''I just need more time, i swear i'll get it'' he cried

"Haha, you think I'll actually trust you, you've told me that twice already, I should just kill you" I laughed in his face

"No, wait!" He yelled

"I'll give you anything you want, please don't kill me" he begged

"What do you have that I would possibly want" I asked, raising my eyebrow

" I have a daughter" he said with disgust

"Oh?"

"I'll give you my daughter for the 5 million" he said

" fine, you have a deal. I want your daughter here first thing tomorrow" I walked out the room and into my office.

Sofia POV:

I woke up nice and early, ready to start my day. I got out of bed and headed to the bathroom to do my morning routine. I step in the shower and as I do I hiss as the water pours down on my fresh bruises. I took a deep breath and accepted that I had woken up to a new awful day. My mom died when I was 6 which lead to my dad drinking, he started beating me when I was 12.

I stepped out the shower and wrapped my towel around me, I quickly got changed and headed downstairs to find my dad beat up on the couch with bruises on his face.

"Dad what happened?" I asked

When I walked up to him, he grabbed me and started to drag me out the house.

"Wait, where are we going?"

"No questions, just come on"

We pulled up to a huge house, but I couldn't rejoice in the view

"Where are we?" Hoping to get an answer this time.

A tall blonde man answers the door and gestures us in

"Come on there already waiting for you"

Xavier Pov:

"Boss she's here" Enzo said

I look up to see the disgusting man holding onto the gripping the girls wrist, she has cuts ans bruises on her face, she looked so innocent, long blonde waves, the bluest eyes I've ever seen, I wasn't expecting her to look this beautiful.

"Dad where are we" the girl whimpered

"Shut the fuck up" her father screamed in her face

I glared at her father, I turned to the girl and put on my softest look I could

"Come here " I demanded

"Wait, what's going on, where am I" she panicked

"Shh, calm down I'm not going to hurt you" I replied as I lead her to my office.

Sofia pov:

What does this guy want with me, who is he, he looks dangerous, but hes low-key good looking tho, he has black short styled hair beautiful blue eyes and tattoos all over his arms, he looks mysterious.

"Who are you, what do you want" I asked him

"My name is Xavier, you probably know me, I am the most fears mafia boss in the world" i tremble hearing this information

" what's your name" he asked me, I hesitate to give him my information

" I don't know if I should tell you, why should I tell you?"

" I'm losing my patience, I'm being nice towards you, so speak" he yelled at me

"My name is Sofia, I'm 20" I stuttered out

He walked towards me trapping me between him and the door

"See that wasn't so hard was it"

"P-personal space" I stuttered attempting to push him away

"I just want to know why I'm here" I said

"You are here because we are getting married" he said

I stared at him in disbelief "what!" I yelled

"Problem" he asked

" I will not marry you" I shouted

"Why"

I couldn't tell him the real reason, that my father has broken me so much Im scared of love.

"Listen I don't want to marry you either, but I have to because I need an heir" he exclaimed

"An heir, I have to have a baby" I panicked, I'm not ready for a baby

"Yes, now you will be staying with me, sleeping in the same bed, if we are going to get married then we need to be comfortable around each other, and let me make something clear, you are not to leave without my permission, am I clear?"

"Y-yes" I took a deep breath as he left the room

How do you marry and give someone a baby that you just met, this is insane, I must be dreaming, can my life get any worse at the moment.

I walked out the room even though I'm not supposed to, I see my father about to leave, Xavier and the blonde guy was there to.

"I thought I told you not to leave without my permission" Xavier said

I looked at my father and yelled at him " I hate you"

My father marched over to me "shut up bitch" he slapped me across the face

After he slapped me, I saw Xavier punch my dad in the face

"Xavier!" A man yelled

"Leave or I'll fucking kill your right now" Xavier yelled, furiously

My father ran away with his tail between his legs

"Are you okay?" Xavier asked me

Xavier POV:

"Are you okay?" I asked

She had a red Hand print already starting to form, her tears streaming down her face, she just stared at me, she looked broken

"Sofia" I called out to her but got no reply, she just stared

"Sofia, your dad is away now, he can't hurt you, your safe here" I spoke softly trying not to spook her

I wanted her to feel safe around me, this is her home now to after all, I see myself in her so much, how broken she is, it reminds me of myself, I felt her wrap her arms around my kneck, she sobs quietly into my chest.

"Thank you" she said pulling back

I nodded to her, not really knowing how to reply

"You should get some sleep, you look exhausted" she just nodded in response

"Come on" I gently take her hand and walk her to my room, I put her to bed and she immediately fell asleep.

I walked out of my room I was met by Enzo

"Your father wants to talk to you" he said

"Great, what about now?" I asked annoyed

"I don't know, but I'm guessing it has something to do with earlier" he said

"I'll go talk to him"

I walked to my fathers office, I was ready for whatever he was going to throw my way, he could punch me in the face and I would be ready

I opened his office door and walked in

"You wanted to talk to me"

Xavier POV:

"You wanted to talk to me" I asked walking over to his desk

"Yeah I do Xavier" he said staring me down from behind his desk

"What about"

"I think you know that" he said raising his voice

"I don't actually" I said even though Enzo told me

"What were you thinking punching Sofias father" he yelled

His eyes staring into mine, his eyes showing pure rage

"You heard what he said to Sofia" I challenged

"So what? You had no reason to punch her father" he said looking at some papers on his desk

"He fucking slapped her" I screamed

" don't you raise your voice at me boy" he yelled slamming his hands down on his desk making it shake

" was I supposed to stand around and do nothing?" I said

"You already like her" he said writing on some paper

"What" I blinked not knowing what to say

" your never nice to people unless it's family or close friends, so what's going on?" He asked

"She's going to be my wife in a few months. I have to make her trust me!" I said.

"So, all you said there wasn't true? All you said to her was just an act to make her trust you?" he asked, staring at me.

"No, I meant every word of what I told her. Now if you'll excuse me, I have work to do!" I said.

"Fine, now leave Oh, and Bella is coming back from America tomorrow" he said, as I walked to the door. I probably heard him

wrong, so I kept walking and exited his office.

Why would Bella be coming back to Italy? She said she was staying in America for a year. I mean I didn't really care if she was coming back or not. I made my way to my office and get some work done, because I have some shipments with drugs and weapons coming in tomorrow morning. Fuck! I forgot to tell Lorenzo to get some men to go and get the shipments. I'll call him

"Hello?" he answered.

"Hey, can you get some men to go and get the shipments tomorrow morning, they're supposed to arrive at five in the morning" I said.

"Yeah, sure and I'll go with them to make sure they don't fuck anything up" he said.

"And this is exactly why you're my best and most trusted man and my consigliere" I said, with a chuckle.

"Hmm, well buona notte capo" he said, hanging up. (Good night, boss)

I got back to work so I could finish and go to sleep. My eyes feel so heavy, i decide to call it a night, i make my way to my room, i see Sofia lying sleeping peacefully, i walk into my closet, and do my night routine before falling into bed, and falling into a peaceful sleep.

Sofia Pov:

I woke up to warmth, i had almost forgot about yesterday's events. Looking around Xavier's room, i never realized how big it was yesterday looking around made flashbacks of yesterday replay, the marriage, my father slapping me, how Xavier protected me and his promise to me.

I get up and go to the bathroom, i walked into the shower, maybe a hot shower would make me forget everything that happened, i stood under the shower and just let the water cascade over me, the heat helping to relax my muscles.

After my long hot shower i went downstairs, it took me a while to find the way, this house is just to damn big, after walking down a long ass hall way i came to two big double doors, i slowly opened them, i gulped this didn't look like a kitchen, i have clearly walked into some sort of gym, when i walked in everyone's heads turned towards me and stared.

I immediately turned around on my heels and ran in the opposite direction finally finding the living room, stood in the living room is a beautiful busty blonde, she scowled at me

"Who are you" she asked

"I'm Sofia, who are you" I ask being curious

"I'm Bella, I'm looking for Xavier"

"What are you looking for Xavier for?"

"I need to speak to him, but why are you here" she asked

"I'm marrying Xavier" I said confidently

"WHAT!?" She Yelled at me

I wasn't expecting her to scream like that, I was really confused. She left her luggage sitting on the floor, and walked off, against

my better judgment I decided to follow her.

"XAVIER!" she yelled I blushed at the sight of Xavier with no shirt on, showing off his tattoos.

" what the fuck do you want" Xavier yelled

"How could you get engaged and not tell me" Bella yelled

"father made me do it" Xavier yelled making everyone go silent

"So you don't want to marry this girl"
