Anna's POV

My phone jarred me out of my sound sleep, I grumbled as I cover my ears with my fluffy pillow but it kept ringing

I gave the bed covers an irritated jerk and I checked the caller, I let out a sigh while I stretched and settle into my pillow

It was Roxanne,Eric kid sister

I just rolled my eyes wondering why she is calling me and how she even have my number in the first place. For a young girl like her she is awfully mean to everyone.

I sighs and answers it.

"About time you answered! I have been calling you, I tried your sister number but the stupid lame ass phone went straight to voicemail!" She yelled making me winced

"Oh I think her phone died. What do you want?, and why are you calling me early in the morning " I asked ungraciously

"Early in the morning?? this is 9:43am" She yelled

I shot up peering at the red numbers on the digital clock and I ran my hand through my head

"Ohh"

"I don't have time but I just want you to know that if anything happen to my brother then I will kill you " She yelled but I didn't say anything

Eric is my best buddy and I do like him a lot because he always keeps me company whenever I am down, even though after I drop out from school, he never fail to always stick next to me

"He is going to Los Angeles very soon " Roxanne yelled

"Why is he going there?

"Just know that if anything happen to him, I will kill you cos he is going to there for plastic surgery " She said and I hang up

" Eric?? Plastic surgery?? " I thought...Yes, I know Eric do feel insecure about his looks because so many students do bully him calling him names that he is ugly but is it true that he is going to Los Angeles for plastic surgery or is Roxanne trying to play some kind of prank

I got up and went out to meet my mom, I was really hungry. Just then I bumped into Mimi my sister .Mimi is three years younger than me and she can't speak, she has been mute from birth, even though many people do make fun of her, she did not care, I wonder how hard it must have been for her

She glared at me and walk away

"Hey, I am your elder sister, you shouldn't be glaring at me like that" I shouted, suddenly my mom approach me and grabbed my right earlobe and led me quickly into the store

"Haha, mom it hurt " I yelled and she released me

"Why did you wake up late?? Why are you not going to work?? My mom asked but I just kept mute while rubbing my ear

"Ohh, don't tell me they've fired you" My mom asked

"Mom, the manager was so cruel and mean to me, he makes me work for two hours non stop, so.. So.. So.. I quit" I said with a pout looking down at my feet

"Anna,this is going to be 13th job. You lazy asshole, can't you just be like your sister for once, she always help me in the restaurant but as for you, all you do is to press phone and eat " My mom yelled

"Mom, stop comparing me to Mimi.. " I yelled back

"Oh my goodness!! You're really useless to me, you can't cook, you can't work, due to your laziness, you dropped out of school, who is going to marry you?? Who?? You just get yourself a dumb rich guy, useless brat " My mom hissed and walk away

"Mom I am hungry " I yelled but she didn't answer

All what she said doesn't matter or mean anything to me, the only thing that caught my attention was "get yourself a dumb rich guy". I am a beautiful girl so who wouldn't like a girl like a me

I quickly brought out my phone and start looking at the latest trend, just then I went to Wechat , there are so many messages in the group I was..

256 messages??

"What are they all talking about?? I thought then I start checking the messages

... So C.J is a gay ..

.. Even if he is a gay, that doesn't stop him from being my idol ..

CJ was in his father's office, everywhere was silent and he was feeling quite uncomfortable.

"Dad, you called me?? Hope there is no problem?? He asked trying to break the silence that has engulfed them but his father didn't say anything

"Dad.. If it about the rumors spreading all around, you shouldn't take it serious because...

"Jaxon. " His father yelled in furious and stood up "so I should not take the rumor serious when it is affecting my company and your mother's business?? Huh??

"Dad it is also affecting the music industry and it is affecting me too " CJ said trying to defend himself

"You being a gay is the cause of everything "

'Dad I am not a gay, believe me.. I don't really know how the rumors circulate like that" CJ said

"How do you want me to believe you're not a gay?? Can you prove it?? Your mother and I should have take notice because since when you're young, you've been shy to talk to girls and during your middle school to high school, you never dated a girl and we've never seen you around a girl and how do want me not to believe you're gay?? His father said

"Dad, for God's sake, drop it, you're blowing this thing all out of proportion "

"Jaxon,I won't allow your dirty little secret ruin my business, my company and my reputation in the society.. I won't, that is why I and your mother finally agree to the conclusion of an arranged marriage " His father said and CJ shot him a glance

"Dad, you must be kidding.. An arranged marriage?? Like seriously?? I will never ever agree to your idea.. I am just 21 "

"That doesn't matter, you're our son and we want the best thing for you and no one is going to change our decision, the only thing you can do is to prove to everyone that you're not a gay or else within one month, you will be forced to Marry " His father said and CJ angrily stood up

"Dad, you're unbelievable " He said angrily and went out, he called his friend who was living some meters away that he is coming to see him

CJ was in his car driving recalling what his father had said, he was so angry that he clenched his hand hard on the steering and he was speeding, just then a girl crossed the road without looking at the road sign, she was too engrossed with her phone to even notice anything

CJ quickly hit the brakes, the wheels locked and the tires screamed,. he was scared as he started breathing heavily, he slowly looked up and could see the girl on the road, she didn't Even flinch as she was busy pressing her phone.

He tried to ignore her but can't, he has to teach her some lessons to always obey the traffic rules

He emerged from his car angrily and went to the girl

"Hello, is this how they thought you in school to cross the street anyhow " He yelled venting his anger on her and he was surprised that the girl didn't even answer as she was smiling at her phone.

He was so angry that he jerk the phone away from her making the girl quickly look at the stranger.

"Hey.. " She shouted

CJ looked at the girl, she has a sort of round, dimpled face with an upturned nose,sparkling dark brown eyes and cinnamon-brown hair worn loosely waved

"Who are you?? Are you nut?? Give me my phone now?? She yelled and CJ was surprised.. This is the first time of seeing someone that does not recognize him.

That is strange

"Is she new in this country?? He thought

"You, pressing phone on the road is a bad habit, what if I had hit you ot something?? CJ yelled

"Who the heck are you?? It seems you're new in this community, my Name is Anna, nobody messes with me.. Now give me my phone " She yelled back

CJ was beyond shocked, this girl did not even know him talkless of admiring him or something

"You want your phone right?? He said and she nodded

"Then take it" he said and smashed the phone hard on the floor, Anna jaw dropped and her eyes widened

"That should teach you a lesson never to be engrossed on your phone when you're on the road

" CJ said and was about leaving but Anna pulled him back.

"Compensate me for my phone now " Anna said while glaring at him but CJ jerk her hand off

"Don't touch my cloth with your filthy hand " he said and walked away.. Anna angrily picked a big stone on the floor and smashed it on the front glass of his car.

CJ gasped as he slowly drew back

" That is for you refusing to compensate me for my phone, there is no point in reporting me to the police because I am their regular customer, I have been to the police station countless of time, " Anna yelled and walked away leaving CJ in complete shock.

CJ's POV

I was left alone looking so devastated, I just sat down alone in the car, I can't drive the car like this

Who the hell was that girl??

Whoever she is, I must make sure she pay dearly for this .I quickly call my friend to come pick me up, he started asking me questions but I was not in the mood to answer him so I just tell him the location and hang up.

After some minutes of waiting for my friend, he finally showed up and he parked his car beside my car.

He emerged from the car and looked at my car carefully, I also came out

"Hey, what took you so long?? I yelled but he just kept looking at the front glass of my car.

"What really happened?? He asked looking surprised

"I will explain to you later, just let's get out of here before someone gets to know who I am " I said and went inside his car

Anna's POV

"What am I going to do now??" I said with a pout as I looked at my shattered phone, I tried hard not to cry but I can't hold it in any longer as I burst out crying

I recalled all the hot boys picture I saved on the phone, I recalled all my crush digit I saved on my phone and I cried the more.

I will never ever forget that jerk, if I should see him again, I promise to rip his heart apart.

I decided to go to Eric house maybe he could be of help

When I got to his house, I knock the door but there was no response so I decided to press the door bell

"Coming "

I heard Roxanne voice, she opened the door and on sighting me, she rolled her eyes and shut the door.

What was that all about??

"Hey, open the door for me " I yelled and the door opened, I was about to knock her on her head thinking it was her but it turns out to be Eric.

"Gosh, your sister is so rude " I said and he chuckled

"Hi Anna, what brings you here?? He said while smiling

"Wait.. I thought she said you're going to Los Angeles.. Aish, she's a big liar " I said

"Maybe I am " he replied with a shrug and I shot him a glance

"C'mon stop lying, you promise never to leave so what're you trying to say?? I said with a pout

"Uhm.. Anna, this is quite strange " he said while checking me out and I was confused

"What?? I asked "what is strange??

"You're not with your phone?? did something happen?? He asked and I looked at him sadly

"I met a psycho some hours ago and he smashed my phone " I said and I could tell that he was surprised

"A psycho?? He asked and I nodded

"Eric, how about we take a stroll out " I said

"Okay "... "Rox, I will soon be back, I am going out with Anna " He yelled but Roxanne didn't even bother to answer

"I don't know him but I heard in the group that he is a gay and I believe he is an artist " I replied

Eric dream is to become a singer, he do compose a lot of songs and his voice is really beautiful

"My first song will be dedicated to my first love " he said and I just rolled my eyes

"Ptchh.. So your first song will be dedicated to your first love?? That's unfair.. What about me your best friend?? I asked avoiding his face

"Fool.. you don't understand and you fail to even understand " he muttered and I looked at him

"What is it I don't understand?? I yelled " every time you will be telling me about your first love, you've never even mention her name, you always call her lots of beautiful names but you always end up calling me a fool and saying I don't understand " I said and hissed but he just kept smiling

"If only you know who she is then you won't be yelling at me " he said as he tuck his hand in his pocket

"I don't want to know who she is " I yelled and start walking faster

To be sincere, I was really jealous.. I have been his best friend since I was six and I hardly see him talking to any girl but the day he start talking about his first love, i was really angry

He always praise his first love but always insult me and now he is going to be dedicating his first song to her.

I looked back at him and shot him a glare

"So because you smashed her phone, she did that?? Alex asked as he was driving and CJ nodded

"Gawd!! The girl is really really crazy.. I don't even want to talk about her " CJ replied

"Well,.. It's so good to see you.. Look at you, you look thinner than a rake handle, don't they feed you in seoul?? Alex said jokingly making CJ to chuckle

"I came here to get fattened up" CJ replied

"Well, if that's the case, this is the right place for you " Alex said and they both started laughing "I know of a local restaurant, trust me.. The woman's food is one of the best in gwanju "

"No no.. You know I don't eat food like that and besides someone might know me and you should know I also have a lots of fans here " CJ said

"This place is a secret restaurant, she hardly have customers, trust me you're gonna like it " Alex said

No matter how hard CJ convinced him not to take him there, he only pay deaf ear and angled him a grin as he made a right hand turn.

After some minutes drive, they got to the restaurant, CJ emerged from the car and they both entered

Inside the restaurant, plastic wreaths decorated fake brick walls, plastic poinsettias in plastic bud vases, Alex directed CJ to seat and he slid in the opposite side and unsnapped his jacket all in one motion.

A buxom woman with coal black hair came over and thumbed down two thick white saucerless mugs, then splashed them full of coffee "it's a cold one out there this morning " She said leaving the thermal pot "you're gonna need this " She smile broadly "uhm.. What will you like to order?? The woman asked

"Omelette .. Pls " Alex asked and the woman looked at CJ who was trying to cover his face with the fear of being recognised

"Same " he said and the woman quickly left

"I told you this place is cool " Alex said picking up his mug for a first drink "so.. Your dad is getting you marry?? " He added

"Yes.. I don't know what to do, nobody believes me and I am looking for a way to prove to them all that I am not gay because it is really affecting me "

"Hey, do you think I also believe that you're not a gay... Like seriously, I hardly see you with a girl " Alex said

"What!!! CJ exclaimed

"Well, if you want prove, then it is simple " Alex said and the woman came as he served them their omelette, a delectable concoction filled with three kind of meats, two cheeses, potatoes, onions, green peppers, broccoli and cauliflower

"You just need to look for a girl to act like your bodyguard " He said while looking at the omelette before him

"Yes it is insane but What is the job of a bodyguard?? Isn't it too stick next to his boss, if you employ a girl as your bodyguard and she always stick next to you every time, trust me people will take back the rumours " He said and CJ thought for a second

"Wow, that's a good idea, but it is quite impossible, I need to look for a girl that barely know me, I can't just pick a girl that know me too well"

"Then get yourself a foreign lady "

"Ghbmm" The woman cleared her throat and they both looked at her "I am sorry to interrupt but I have a girl which I can sell to you, she's quite illiterate and barely know any celebrities"

"Wait, have you been eavesdropping?? Anyway I am not willing to buy any lady " CJ said shooking his head

"This is your chance CJ " He said as he started eating "yummm... This is delicious "

"Also she is my daughter " She said and they both glance at her

"I just want to teach her a lesson, she is quite useless to me, all she could do is to eat and press her phone, she never work and she also drop out of school, she is just too lazy.. Pls just take her along with you " The woman pleaded just then someone barged in

"Mooom" Anna yelled "you won't believe what happen today, a stupid psycho smashed my phone and...... "She stopped when she sighted CJ

CJ was also shocked to see her

"You stupid psycho " Anna yelled

"You crazy imbecile " CJ yelled back

"Wait, do you know her?? Anna mom asked but CJ kept glaring at her

Anna said as she smacked her hand on her forehead "ohh i know youre real motives, you are actually a pervert right?? She said and her mom angrily smack her on het shoulder

"Aww.. Mom " She winced

"The girl is really crazy " Alex muttered

"You are no useful to me so what is the reason of having you here, all you do is to just eat my food and press phone " Her mother yelled

"And who is crazy?? Anna glared and looked at her sister who was just sitting quietly looking at the whole show "Mimi.. Has mom being taking her drugs because I don't understand why she will think of selling her daughter off "Anna asked but Mimi only roll her eyes

Everywhere was silent, just then CJ stood up and smiled

"How much do you wanna sell her?? He said with a smirk and Anna was speechless

"Any amount you're willing to buy her " her mother replied

"What the fuck is going on?? Anna yelled "Mom you can't sell your daughter off to a psycho, who does that??

Anna's POV

I can't believe that mom sold me out in the twinkle of an eye and this stranger bought me, I tried not to cry as the guy keeps driving

Did Mom hate me that much for her to sell me??

Am I that useless to her??

Will I ever see her again??

What about Eric??

I kept thinking of so many things then I looked at the guy who focus on his driving, his friend gave him his car as he was ashamed to drive the one that I smashed

Why did he even decide to buy me in the first place??

Is he trying to take revenge??

Or is he trying to use me as a sex slave?? I was really getting scared because I don't know why he decided to buy me

Finally we got to the destination after hours of driving in total silence, everything was beautiful in but i really wanna go back home,

At first I thought it was a palace or even hotel, the gate opened itself and he drove in, I was shocked and surprised.. His house looks like a palace and it is damn beautiful

He emerged from the car and so do I, he swirled the car keys with his fingers and entered the house, I was baffled when I got inside, the interior is much better than the outside, almost everything was made of glass then suddenly I felt something sniffing my leg, I looked down to see a dog

"Awwwn... So cute" I said as I drop to a squat and wanted to caress him but then it started barking making me yelp "bad dog " I yelled

"The dog even know you're not a good girl " The stranger finally said

I make a pout then I glared at the dog but it continue barking

"Chim stop " he said and the dog stopped barking

"Hey what do you want with me?? Why did you take me away from my parents and family?? Why did you bring me here?? I yelled but he just ignore me as he walked directly to the dining and pour himself a drink

I followed him and shot him a glance

"Well, my name is CJ and I need you here to...

"Wait.. CJ?? I asked and he arched his brow

"Are you an artist?? I asked while pointing at him and he let out a sigh

"I thought you don't know me " he said looking disappointed

"Hey, I don't know you.. My best friend said he wants to be like you and also.. Err.. I heard you're a gay " I said and he shut his eyes then opened it

"Your own prove?? He asked then I smiled and start to unbutton my shirt "hey what.. Wh.. What do you.. you.. think you're doing??

"I am going to strip myself naked, if you're indeed a gay, you won't have an erection seeing me naked then I will stay here but if you have an erection then that means you're not a gay and I can't live here because I am 100% positive that you will rape me " I said while unbuttoning my shirt

"Wtf !! Are you crazy?? He yelled

"Well crazy is my nickname " I said with a smirk

I pulled off my shirt revealing my white inner "you must not have an erection or else I am not staying in this house " I said and to my surprise he was speechless and was sweating
