"Let's get married when we grow up." A gust of summer wind tossed their hair, as if in response to the nine-year-old boy's words. He stared into the same irises of the girl before him, a girl with similar facial features.
"Um! Let's get married!" replied the girl with a cheerful smile. Her eyes sparkled brightly. The dandelions flew out into the air.
"Aw!" Margaret's reverie was broken when someone tapped her head with a notebook. Her eyes glanced irritably at the culprit sitting next to her.
"What's wrong?" she protested while stroking her head. "Are you studying or daydreaming? Your eyes aren't focused," a young man commented.
"Didn't you listen to my explanation?" She began to grumble like an old lady. Margaret's exasperated eye-rotation was rewarded.
"I accidentally recalled our old memories when I saw this photo," Margaret pointed at a small photo frame.
"It's a photo of us as children. So what?" guessed the young man named Morgan, blurting out.
"I just felt silly when you asked me to marry you. Haha!" A small laugh escaped Margaret's lips. But Morgan's expression was flat, looking at her meaningfully.
"What if that little boy meant what he said?" Morgan asked with a serious face. But Margaret did not realize that she was still laughing.
"Yes, we will walk down the aisle with our respective partners. But I'm not sure we'll get married together. One of us will definitely get married first," Margaret said. The most logical answer, but rest assured this was not what Morgan meant. Because her expression seemed a bit annoyed.
Morgan then turned to the window. "It's raining. You're not home yet, are you hungry?" He changed the subject.
"I'm hungry too. Do you want to make something?" Margaret asked.
"Yes. I'll make some food and you do the exercises, I'll check." Morgan got up from the chair. His departure was watched by Margaret's eyes who was secretly impressed by her brother's broad back.
Morgan's physical changes amazed Margaret. If her brother used to look cute with chubby cheeks, now his facial features changed as well as his voice became heavier, moreover his body grew taller faster.
Margaret felt that time had passed very quickly. Because when they were little, her brother was quite annoying, often teasing her. But now, her brother showed a mature side like a man. Morgan gave in more often, no, in fact they rarely fought over trivial things.
Margaret shook her head, trying to focus on the exercise book on the study table. Suddenly, the scent wafted seductively. Margaret turned her face to find Morgan walking in with a bowl.
"It smells so good. What are you making?" Margaret was getting hungry. The delicious aroma of the bowl almost made her drool. Then Morgan sat down beside her, stirring the instant noodles mixed with vegetables.
Margaret furrowed her brow, frowning slightly. "Why only make one? Where's mine?" Margaret protested.
"I made two instant noodles in one bowl to eat together, to save on dirty dishes," Morgan replied, stirring the noodles with a fork.
"Open your mouth." Morgan got ready with a roll of noodles on the fork. Then Margaret leaned forward to receive one.
"Umm delicious!" squealed Margaret happily. Her cheeks rounded as she praised the food. Morgan smiled sincerely and rubbed her head affectionately.
"Get on with your homework," Morgan said. Margaret had school homework that Morgan helped her with just because he was smart enough.
Every now and then Morgan would feed her sister who looked down focused on the book, while she stared at Margaret's face in silence for a while. There was only the sound of rain outside their bedroom window.
Morgan's attention lingered on Margaret's downcast face, even as she spooned food into her own mouth. Morgan tucked her sister's hair behind her ear. Her eyes seemed hypnotized.
When Margaret turned to her to ask for more food, they stared at each other. Morgan was still unmoved, while Margaret was silent in shock.
"Morgan?" said Margaret. She furrowed her brow in surprise that her sister was lost in thought.
It was only then that Morgan snapped out of it. She blinked calmly, not showing her surprise. "How did it go? Are we done?" asked Morgan.
"No, not yet. I want some more," Margaret said. Morgan understood, and fed the noodles back into her sister's eager mouth. She accidentally left a trail of food on the corner of Margaret's lips, causing Morgan to wipe it off with her thumb and eat it.
Margaret saw that rather surprised. "Ishh you should have used a tissue."
"I don't need a tissue if it's coming from you."
Margaret sighed, it was strange to hear her sister's story but she didn't bother to check the clock. "When are they coming home? They work overtime almost every day, I'm worried," Margaret worried, while it was already ten o'clock at night.
"Maybe they're on the road," Morgan said indifferently.
"After graduating from university, where will you work?"
"A company with a good salary and the possibility of promotion," Morgan replied.
"With your intelligence, it should be easy to get hired," Margaret said in a discouraged tone.
"You just need to do what you love, don't push yourself."
"How could I not, I need to have a good income when I grow up. There's no way I'm still asking my parents, let alone you, right? You'll be busy with your own life later on."
"Who said that? As long as you're not married to someone else, you're still my responsibility. I'll work harder to earn more money, not only for me but for you as well."
"Won't you be troubled later? How can you save up for marriage if a small portion of your salary is given to me?" Margaret asked critically.
Morgan smiled. "Who's bothered by their own sister? As for getting married, it won't happen with anyone else."
"So what, you don't plan to get married after you're successful?" said Margaret confused.
"Whether you get married or not depends on you." Morgan's words made the girl's expression wonder again.
"Oh I see, I have to get married before you. Is that what you mean?"
"I don't know, who knows about the future."

Margaret was brushing her teeth in the bathroom, when suddenly Morgan walked in without knocking. Margaret was startled and snorted in annoyance. She pulled out her teeth for a moment, and her forehead creased in preparation to speak.
"You should have knocked first! What if I'm naked! It's embarrassing!" she grumbled. But Morgan was tying Margaret's long hair from behind.
"Your own fault for not locking the door from the inside." Morgan replied casually, then grabbed Margaret's waist. She leaned over and whispered in her sister's ear.
"Haven't we seen each other before? Why be embarrassed?" Morgan's voice was low and deep, almost sounding sexy, while their eyes stared at each other in the large mirror of the sink.
Suddenly Margaret choked up with a blush. "When was the last time we were naked together huh? Ten years ago! We were kids," Margaret said showing her ten fingers.
"You're just surprised." Morgan straightened up again. She moved to Margaret's side.
"Next time lock the door, okay?" Morgan said softly, not wanting to prolong the matter. She then brushed her teeth quietly, though the sister beside her snorted sourly.
Just an excuse. Morgan knew that Margaret had gone into the bathroom. But she had no ill intentions towards her, other than wanting to go to the sink.
Then she washed her face until she finished, at the same time as Margaret coincidentally.
"Ah, Margaret, my towel is still being washed. Let me borrow yours," Morgan said, as the girl wiped her face with a small face towel.
"What if I refuse?" said Margaret.
"Come on... Look at my wet face."
"Yes."
Margaret finished first. She came out of the bathroom that was directly connected to their room. Margaret climbed onto the bed and lay down to sleep.
Suddenly the room lights went out, the switch was turned off by Morgan who had just come out. The man also returned to his bed opposite Margaret. It was a single bed.
"Margaret..." called Morgan.
"Hm?"
"I can't sleep..." The night was getting late, and the sound of rain had been replaced by drizzle. Morgan got up from her bed, taking two steps towards her sister's bed.
"I want to sleep with you." Without another word of approval, she lay down on Margaret's side.
"Duh big brother! My space is so tight..." whined Margaret who was facing the wall.
Morgan didn't answer, but she pulled Margaret's waist so that they were pressed together like stamps. Morgan hugged her tightly.

Morgan and Margaret went to school with a private driver, while their parents were busy working for the company. They got off in front of London's best neighborhood school. Several warm greetings greeted the sibling pair, attesting to their popularity at school.
Morgan and Margaret were like prima donnas.
If Morgan was considered the handsomest and sweetest in the school, and thus the favorite of the girls of his age, then Margaret's beauty was the most mesmerizing in the eyes of the boys in the school.
But the two of them have a rather striking difference, namely where Morgan is quite good at academics as evidenced by his name always ranking top, while Margaret is the opposite, mediocre with almost no achievements.
When they stopped at her locker and opened it, Morgan was stunned at the contents. It seemed to be filled with love letters. Morgan sighed patiently, while Margaret poked her head out from the side to look into her sister's locker.
"Wow, it seems like you always get love letters every Valentine's Day. How many letters are there this time?" Margaret poked her sister's cheek with a mischievous smile, then she waltzed away with some books to class.
Margaret sat in her seat in the back row, near the window. She was immediately approached by two girls who surrounded her with excitement in their expressions.
"Did you get a date today? I heard there's someone who likes you." The girl named Lua started gossiping. She was also a beautiful girl with shiny blonde hair and blue eyes, certainly no less popular than Margaret.
"Oh yeah, someone was looking for you earlier, looks like she's in our year." Ribella added. She was the only Russian student here. With her bushy black hair and blue eyes, she was related to Lua. Their close friendship made the three of them look like the most popular girl circle.
"Who?" Margaret asked somewhat surprised.
"I'll be here again later. Forget it. Did you check your desk drawer?" Ribella said.
"My drawer?" Margaret mumbled and checked her desk drawer, and she found some chocolate bars.
"Didn't you get any love letters from men other than chocolate?"
"I don't know, none I guess." Margaret was used to getting love confessions. She seemed indifferent to Valentine's Day.
"What about you guys? Did you get chocolates or maybe a boyfriend?" As close friends since first year, Margaret knew that the two girls, though beautiful, had no boyfriends at all.
"I'm not allowed by my brother," Ribella said in a sad tone.
"My uncle doesn't let me either." Lua was in the same boat.
"But you can do it without them knowing, right?" asked Margaret.
"I guess I'm just not in the mood to date anyone." Ribella shrugged her shoulders. "If I fall in love with someone here, it's certain that I can have a relationship without my brother knowing."
"That's right. So am I." Lua added with a nod of her head. Margaret sighed looking at the two of them.
"Well, do you want some of these chocolates?" she offered. But they politely refused, as they had already gotten chocolates too.
"Margaret, can you take a break later to meet me at the field?" A young man named Ronald approached the gang of girls. Margaret just nodded.
"Okay. What's wrong?" Ronald just smiled slightly.
"You'll find out later."
Study time began. A teacher entered with a pretty girl in tow. He introduced her as a new student named Jessica. Then told her to sit down immediately.
It just so happened that an empty desk was just beside Margaret. So the girl sat there and became a new friend to Margaret who greeted her kindly.

When it was time for recess, Margaret did not forget the invitation of Ronald, her classmate. She went alone to the field. There was Ronald waiting in the middle of the empty basketball court.
"Ronald, what's wrong?" Margaret asked.
Ronald scratched his head and looked awkward. Margaret looked at him suspiciously. Then the young man handed her a bouquet of roses from behind his back.
"These are for you. I like you. Do you want to be my girlfriend?" Ronald's confession of love was beyond Margaret's expectations. Instantly, they became the center of attention of the people around them.
"Ronald... I didn't expect you to be just like the other boys," Margaret said with an awkward grimace as well. In her two years here, there were already five boys who had confessed their feelings directly.
But most of them were from other classes, even seniors or juniors. Margaret had never gotten a confession of love from a classmate, especially since the young man was a classmate who she would see every day.
"I've been harboring these feelings for a long time, Margaret. I think this Valentine's Day is the right moment to express my feelings for you," Ronald said with a flushed face, holding back his embarrassment, but he was indifferent to the people watching them. Even among them were two of Margaret's friends who were also staring at their classmates.
"Wait..." Someone came and suddenly stood up to protect Margaret. So Ronald was no longer dealing with the girl, but with her brother. Morgan's haughty gaze seemed to intimidate Ronald.
"Aren't you in too much of a hurry, man?" Morgan shoved one hand into his pants pocket. His gesture was a show of defiance to Ronald, as well as a defense of Margaret.
"I'm sure not," Ronald said. He didn't flinch in Morgan's presence, even though he knew the man's track record as Margaret's handler. Ronald had also heard that any man who approached the girl would end up traumatized by Morgan.
"You're quite brave," Morgan complimented with a sneer. "But unfortunately, you won't be able to get Margaret from me." Ronald immediately disapproved. Then Morgan pulled Margaret's hand to leave this place.
"Wait! I haven't heard your answer yet, Margaret!" exclaimed Ronald. He still held a bouquet of roses in his right hand.
Margaret stopped, as did Morgan. They looked at Ronald. "Sorry, Ronald, we're just friends," Margaret said firmly.
Morgan smiled wryly, then they left hand in hand, while Ronald stood still with a feeling of disappointment that he had predicted would be rejected. Ronald took a patient breath.
"But it's not the end," he muttered as he unconsciously squeezed the bouquet of flowers.
Meanwhile, the sibling pair were on the rooftop of the school and it was quiet. Morgan handed his sister a lunch box.
"Eat here until the bell rings," Morgan said.
Margaret accepted and they sat side by side looking into the distance. "How many love confessions did you get today?" Margaret opened the topic.
"Nothing. It's not important," Morgan replied.
"Then what's important to you?"
"You."
"Me? Why me?"
"You are precious. You're the one I love," Morgan admitted as she sorted her food with a spoon. He separated the carrot from his food.
"Thank you, big brother." Margaret was flattered. She knew she was loved by her sister. "Since today is Valentine's Day, I want us to spend more time today."
"Why today? Can't you spend time with me anytime?" Morgan held her sister's cheek. Her eyes always softened as she looked at the girl.
"Margaret, I am yours."

Margaret smiled to herself reading the love letter while eating a chocolate bar at home. The night sky could be seen through the window, and Morgan had yet to return from his tutoring class. But suddenly she was startled by the appearance of another hand snatching her letter. Margaret looked up.
"Morgan?" She was a little surprised to see Morgan already home, without hearing the sound of the bedroom door being opened.
"What letter is this?" Morgan examined it, his face scrunched up in a frown.
"Love letters from several boys. Among them is a cute little brother," Margaret said. She didn't get many more love letters than her sister. Margaret only got a few that could be counted on her fingers, but what girl gets love letters more often than her who remained the most popular in school.
"And those chocolates?" Morgan glanced sarcastically at Margaret's innocent nod. Instantly Morgan crumpled the letter in her hand. She picked up all the love letters from Margaret's study table and carried them outside.
Margaret was surprised and followed her. "Morgan! Where are you taking those letters! I haven't finished reading them yet!" Margaret's exclamation stopped Morgan in the living room.
"I'm going to burn it with those chocolates!" Without hesitation she threw the love letter into the fireplace in the living room. In an instant the papers were melted by the fire.
"Why burn it? I want to know what's inside..." Margaret winced.
"What do you want to know? Intending to accept their love?" guessed Morgan. His voice was steady but his expression reflected obvious jealousy.
Margaret sighed. "No, I'm just bored from waiting for you to come home."
Morgan then stepped forward. She looked deeply into Margaret's eyes. "You should have sent me a message to hurry me home." Suddenly her voice turned soft with her deep voice intonation.
"I can't disturb you who is studying. Isn't there a university entrance exam coming up soon? I hope you'll just focus on studying."
"That's the easy part, Margaret." Morgan was smart, he didn't need extra studying. But because he was tutored by his parents, out of respect he attended extra classes after school.
"But if you want me to go home quickly, then I'll go home right away. Don't hesitate to tell me," Morgan said caressing Margaret's face, then her hand moved to the girl's lower lip and brushed away the traces of chocolate left behind.
Margaret's lips were rather thick, any man would be tempted when he saw them. This was also true for Morgan who was secretly holding back. Her thumb was still on Margaret's lips, feeling supple and soft, making Morgan curious about how it would feel if she kissed her sister's lips.
"Morgan... Did you receive any declarations of love from girls today?" Margaret broke her brother's reverie. Morgan blinked rapidly and returned to her normal, controlled consciousness.
"Some dared to confess to me." Morgan lowered her hands from Margaret's face. She walked into the room.
Margaret followed close behind. "So, did you accept?" asked Margaret, quite curious because in all her time living with her brother, she had never seen Morgan dating at school, where they had always gone to the same building since childhood.
"There's nothing more exciting," said Morgan as she walked into the room, Margaret close the door behind her.
"Really? I'm sure those who like you are pretty girls. Don't you want to date one of them?" Margaret continued to ask.
"I told you, there's nothing attractive about any of them," Morgan said with her back to Margaret.
"If not them, who is the most attractive girl to you? Do you have any crushes outside of school? Or maybe a tutor?" Margaret was exactly like a reporter. She liked to talk and ask a lot of questions.
Morgan turned around. "All I'm interested in is you," he said, silencing all the words on Margaret's tongue that were about to come out.
Margaret was confused by his words. "What?" Suddenly her body was lifted by Morgan. He laid her down on the bed.
"You're thinking too much. It's late, go to bed." Then she got up from on top of Margaret, walking into the bathroom. Meanwhile, Margaret was still dreamily staring at the ceiling, thinking about her brother's incomprehensible words just now.
"Sister..." called Margaret, when Morgan came out of the bathroom looking fresh from the shower and appearing to be wearing only boxers.
"Hm?" Morgan dried his hair with a small towel.
Margaret got up and sat on the single bed. "Is the reason you don't have a boyfriend because of me?" she asked.
"That's right. I need to take care of you as a big brother who protects his little sister from promiscuity." The man replied while sitting on the edge of Margaret's bed.
"Oh, brother... You shouldn't have to think about that. I'm an adult, even my friends my age often go out partying." Margaret defended herself. She felt a bit guilty for Morgan after knowing the reason from her sister's mouth. "I'll be fine---"
"With drinking with friends?" cut in Morgan. "No, dear. You're not meant to be in that world yet."
Margaret took over the small towel to dry her brother's hair without being asked.
"Does that include having a boyfriend?" continued Margaret.
"Yes. That's obvious." Morgan didn't argue.
"But I seem to like someone. He's very kind and considerate to me." Instantly Margaret's hand was gripped, bringing the movement of her hand on Morgan's head to a halt. A second later the girl was lying with Morgan on top of her.
The scent of soap on Morgan's shirtless body smelled good. Margaret loved the smell of Morgan's body after a shower. But this position felt rather embarrassing to Margaret. She could feel her heart beating fast.
"Who is he? I need to know." Morgan asked menacingly.
"He's your classmate."
Morgan's eyes narrowed. "Devon? No, he's not. He has a girlfriend now."
"Ah already have a boyfriend huh?" Her tone sounded sad. Morgan watched his sister's face with a displeased look.
"Forget about him." Morgan looked down into the crook of Margaret's neck.
"Just focus on studying to get good grades..." He sniffed Margaret's scent from her neck.
"Don't you want to go to the same university as me?"
"Which university are you looking at?" Margaret retorted. Although she seemed calm, Margaret actually felt tense because of this position with Morgan. Morgan's body was neither skinny nor fat, he was slightly muscular and was still in the process of building his muscles to become six-pack later.
"University is the best," Morgan said and then kissed Margaret's neck briefly.
Margaret was shocked. It was rare for Morgan to do this to her. Instantly Margaret felt her blood rushing, without knowing why.
"Why are your ears red?" Morgan grinned slightly. His eyes looked at her with a seductive look.
Margaret chuckled and then turned around and pulled the blanket up in annoyance. She silently tried to calm her racing heartbeat.
Morgan moved, she turned off the room light then returned to her sister's bed without wearing clothes. Lying on the same mattress then hugged her from behind. "I can't sleep without hugging you," Morgan whispered. Making Margaret's ears go red, fortunately their room was already dark.
