"Oh, that feels so good..."
Annie White felt a tingling sensation in her entire body as she arched her back on the soft bed, giving in to temptation and desire. She couldn't see anything clearly, but she could feel a man planting sweet kisses all over her neck.
A pair of strong and firm hands explored the sensitive areas of her body. They slowly caressed her soft and plump breasts, traveling all the way to the inner sides of her snow-white thighs. She panted and groaned with pleasure under the man's tender touch.
Surrendering her whole self under the control of this dominant man, Annie trembled slightly in great anticipation. A surge of heat swept throughout her body.
She stretched out her hand feebly and felt the muscular arms of the man on top of her. He raised Annie's chin and touched her lips tenderly with his fingers. A sharp breath escaped her mouth as her eyes begged for more.
In one swift movement, the man lifted her by her waist and began sucking her pink nipples. A warm sensation surged over her in waves. The feeling was indescribable. She couldn't help but groan loudly in delight. "Oh..."
Once her legs were gently separated by the man, she suddenly woke up from her dream just when he was about to enter her.
Annie suddenly sat bolt upright, gasping for breath. When she came to her senses, she immediately rubbed her forehead due to the splitting headache she felt.
Why did she have this dream again? She was still a virgin, but she had been having such lustful dreams for the past several years.
Moreover, everything felt so real, as if she had experienced them personally.
Suddenly, the loud creak from the door's rusty hinges brought Annie back to reality.
Still grimacing from the headache, she looked at the person entering her room. It was Florrie White, her younger sister. She suddenly knelt in front of Annie with a pleading look on her face. Holding a piece of paper in her hand, she held back her tears and begged, "Annie, please help me! Grandfather had arranged my engagement to Addy Wilson from the Wilson family before, and now he's forcing me to marry that man. I don't know who else to turn to. There's something I need you to do for me. Can you marry him instead?"
This shocking request left Annie utterly speechless. She didn't expect that her sister would come to her with such a problem.
After all, the two knew little about each other. It was not until recently that Annie and Florrie met. Annie grew up in the countryside and lived with her mother, who died in a car accident when her daughter was just five years old. Soon after, she was adopted by a kind-hearted woman named Anika Wilde. A week ago, a man who introduced himself by the name of Herbert White suddenly showed up at their doorstep. After claiming himself to be Annie's biological father, he took her back to the White family residence. Only then did Annie discover that her father had become a famous and wealthy businessman in Ywood after he left her and her mother behind.
Her father claimed that he had never forgotten her and her mother. He had actually gone through a lot of trouble to finally locate Annie. After leaving Annie and her mother on their own, Herbert got married to another woman and had a child together. Now living under the same roof, Annie's stepmother and Florrie were both very kind to her. Annie thought she was very fortunate to have this chance at a better life. She used to be a poor village girl, but now she had a father and a lovely sister. It was the happy family Annie always dreamt of having.
Florrie handed the paper to her sister and said, "Annie, I have to be honest with you. I've already had a crush on someone else, and I'm secretly carrying his child. Our parents don't know about it yet. I'm scared, and I don't know what to do."
Annie took a closer look at the paper and saw that it was actually a pregnancy test report.
The frightened girl kneeling at her bedside was still crying. She grabbed Annie's arm tightly and didn't want to let go. "Annie, if you don't help me, I have no other choice but to end my life!"
Annie hurriedly said, "Nonsense. How can you die for such a thing? There must be another way to solve this dilemma."
She kept silent for a long time to assess the delicate situation. Annie truly felt sorry for Florrie and would do anything to help her. But she found it ridiculous to replace her sister to marry someone. Annie ran her hands through her long black hair and sighed. "Is there really no other way? How about discussing the matter with our parents? Maybe they'll understand."
Shaking her head in a panic, Florrie touched her belly and said, "Dad and Mom will surely beat me to death if they find out! I'd rather die now on my terms than come clean about it. In this way, I'll suffer less!"
As she spoke, the expression on Florrie's face suddenly turned grim. She rushed to the window and shouted, "I didn't expect that even my sister would be unwilling to help me. I'm left with no other choice. I must take my own life and end things this instant!"
Annie gasped in horror. She was a kind-hearted girl who would sacrifice anything for others in need. Moreover, she was unwilling to destroy the joy and warmth of her new family. Feeling sorry for her sister, Annie rushed forward and hugged her tightly. "Fine! I will marry Addy in your place. You have my word! Just don't do anything stupid, please!"
Hearing Annie's answer, Florrie stopped crying immediately. She leaned in Annie's arms and pretended to calm herself down with a complacent smile on her face.
Annie had been sitting on the bed in the dilapidated, tin-roof house for an inordinately long period. She couldn't help but nervously cast an uneasy glance at the bathroom door every now and then.
Her heart stirred when she heard the sound of flowing water coming from just behind the bathroom door.
She had made the trip to the village during the day in the shabby, battered wedding car. However, halfway through the journey, the car had broken down. While the car was being fixed, she patiently waited along the roadside, glancing around at the surroundings. Suddenly, she heard a woman passing by say that the man she was going to marry was not only dirt poor, but also terminally ill. According to the lady's account, the man practically had one foot in the grave, and also suffered from a sexual dysfunction.
When Annie thought about what the woman had just said, she felt anxiety creep up on her, threatening to overwhelm her. She wondered if her sister, who had positively begged her to marry Addy, knew about this.
Suddenly and quite abruptly, the sound of the flowing water stopped.
The man now walked out of the bathroom in a pair of shorts. He threw a cursory glance at Annie with his sharp amber eyes. She was overwhelmed by anxiety so she held her breath in an attempt to keep her wits about her. She quickly lowered her head to avert her attention and calm herself down.
"Why do you still have your wedding dress on?"
Out of reflex, she automatically raised her head at the sound of his voice. Her eyes happened to fall on the water droplets on his abs. Unconsciously, she stared at the droplets slowly sliding down his abs until they disappeared, one at a time, into his shorts which covered his nether regions.
"Have you taken a good look now?"
His voice terrified her and she lowered her head instinctively in fear once more.
She could clearly sense him moving closer to her, and she could feel his intense gaze resting on her one-pointedly.
Her sudden marriage to this stranger had caused her feelings of great consternation and embarrassment. He was also highly aggressive, which caused her fear to intensify tenfold.
"Take off your wedding dress and have a shower," he ordered.
He then grabbed a pack of cigarettes and left the room.
The solitude somewhat eased her embarrassment. She lifted her dress a little so that the hemline stayed clear from brushing against the floor as she walked. Then she made her way to the bathroom. When she closed the door behind her, she noticed that the door was made of simple, plain plank. It couldn't even be locked, such was the simple and unskilled design.
Fortunately for her, he had gone out and left her to herself.
After she finished taking a shower, she walked back into the room with just a towel wrapped around her body. She noticed that he hadn't come back and she was alone, so she sighed a heavy sigh of relief. However, before long, she heard the creaking sound of the door being opened.
Addy had returned.
"Since it is our wedding night, I'm sure I don't need to teach you what to do, right?" Addy said in a hoarse voice while he bent over slightly to lean towards her. He had a wicked smirk on his face.
Without waiting for her response, he grabbed her by the waist and lifted her onto his lap.
The longer she sat on his lap, the more her eyelashes trembled with nervousness and trepidation.
"Your bath towel has dropped," he said, unable to stop himself from teasing her.
"Liar! It hasn't fallen!" She was still utterly terrified so she just managed to complain in a soft, demure voice.
"Oh, so it turns out that you do have the ability to speak! I was under the impression I had married a mute.
Well, are you afraid of me? Do you perhaps dislike your own husband?" he raised his eyebrows and asked in a low, almost threatening, voice.
"I... I don't..." Annie was quick to refute his accusations without hesitation. She was, however, distracted by his eyes which were creased at the corners with the shadow of a smile.
"Look at me," Addy ordered as he raised her chin. The slight smile on his face immediately slipped off his face.
"Woo..." Tears filled her eyes to the brim because of the uneasiness she felt in that moment. Nonetheless, she obediently looked him in the eyes automatically.
Addy grabbed her firmly by the wrist with one hand, and pushed her against the bed with his other hand still wrapped around her waist.
The sudden change of position did nothing to relieve the stress this interaction was causing her. Her terror intensified when she felt his weight pressing down on her.
Somehow, however, she felt a strange sense of familiarity.
She looked at him as he pressed down against her. The intimate position made her feel shameful and reminded her of the scene she had seen in her dream...
Addy stared at the stunning woman in his arms, but did nothing. Instead, he just turned over and lay on one side of the bed.
"Sleep," he ordered.
Annie lay on the bed, absolutely confused by what had just happened. She blinked her eyes and then lay to face the other way, with her back facing him.
As she lay on the bed, she could feel his breath tickling her neck. She was quite uncomfortable. She was not accustomed to such a manner of closeness with a stranger while sleeping. However, she also couldn't help but ponder why he had suddenly stopped himself when he was on the cusp of having her.
Was it because Addy was a kind-hearted man that he had opted not to touch her tonight?
Or was it perhaps because... Because of the sexual dysfunction that woman in the village had mentioned?
As she was thinking about all of this and overcome by a mixed cocktail of emotions, her eyes dropped with exhaustion of the day. She closed her eyes and cast all her worries away. Whether he was unwilling to force her to be with him, or whether he was indeed suffering from disease, she thought that she was lucky that nothing had happened tonight.
After some time, he opened his eyes, only to find that she had curled herself into a ball. Her eyelashes were long and curled. Her snow-white, slightly pinkly tinged face was vibrant and radiating health. Her eyebrows were arched beautifully, and she was very attractive overall.
His subordinate had spoken about Florrie. He said that she was a shallow, self-absorbed and arrogant girl. Furthermore, she was a wild, promiscuous girl. This was completely different to the sweet, innocent Annie who lay before him.
Addy instantly realized that this bride was a substitute.
He sneered in his heart. The White family didn't even have the know-how to pick an appropriate substitute. Annie and Florrie were like chalk and cheese. It was so obvious to figure it out.
He couldn't care less if this was the right bride or not, because he wasn't Addy.
Besides, this woman was like a stubborn yet soft rabbit. It was more interesting to be with her than the egoistic, domineering Florrie.
Early the next morning, Annie opened her eyes in a daze. She found that Addy, who had been lying beside her, had now disappeared without a trace.
Suddenly, a loud noise came from outside.
Annie had no time to care about Addy's whereabouts. She hurriedly put on her clothes and went out of the house to see what had happened. To her surprise, the dilapidated door of the house was surrounded by unsavory characters. Several hooligans were about to rush into the yard. It was clear that they were up to no good.
"I wonder if the bride and groom are home? Let's search the area and bring them to us."
Someone in the crowd mentioned that Addy seemed to have left for some errands, and the hooligans laughed even more arrogantly. "Who cares if he is here or not? We came to see the bride!"
"Oh, there she is!"
someone from the crowd shouted. The villagers all looked at Annie with undisguised greed and lust in their eyes, which made her sick to her stomach.
"Who are you people? What are you all doing here?" Annie pretended to be calm and brave, glaring at them with her beautiful eyes.
A tall hooligan reached out his hand and touched Annie's arm. "We came here to celebrate your wedding. We weren't able to come last night, so we have to make it up today!"
Annie withdrew her hand in a fit of panic. These men made their intentions known. Fearing for her safety, she grabbed the door and tried to slam it shut. But how could she possibly fend off these strong and menacing hooligans? They burst into the house with little resistance.
Annie staggered a few steps backward and almost fell to the ground. A scrawny-looking gangster took this opportunity to feel her supple breasts.
"Fuck off! Get away from me!" Annie screamed in horror as she retreated with her hands covering her chest.
Holding back her tears, Annie willed herself to put up a brave face and fight back. She grabbed a wooden stick on the ground and brandished it at the hooligans. "Don't you dare come any closer! Or else I'll make you regret it!"
The hooligans surrounding Annie snickered in amusement. Seeing her waving the stick and defying their advances made them even more aroused and entertained.
"You're a feisty one, aren't you? I like women who put up a fight. It turns me on! Ha-ha!"
"What's the point of playing with that wooden stick when you can play with my big cock?"
Hearing this joke, both the hooligans and the villagers watching the entire scene burst into laughter.
"You bastard!" Publicly humiliated and threatened, Annie was red in the face with anger. She raised her stick high in the air, intending to hit the nearest hooligan.
But her small size and limited strength were no match for the rowdy brutes. A muscular hooligan wrested the stick from her grip with ease and threw it away fiercely. Then like a pack of hyenas, they surrounded their prey with devilish smiles.
"I'll fight you to the death!" Annie raised her fists and glared at the hooligans. She seemed like a woman who wouldn't back down at all costs.
"What a fierce bride! She's just our type!" The hooligans approached Annie step by step with evil intentions in mind. When they were about to touch her, they were immediately dispersed by a strong force behind them.
In the next second, the ear-splitting sound of a man's bones snapping pierced the air.
A gangster's arm was twisted broken, and his scream echoed in the old yard.
"How dare you lay a finger on my wife? Now suffer the consequence of your misdeed."
Addy grabbed the gangster by the shirt and stomped on his chest. Then he directed his icy gaze toward the other hooligans.
Seeing their companion was easily beaten up, the remaining hooligans became furious. Several men rushed forward to gang up on Addy. "Grab him and take him down! He can't possibly defeat all of us!"
Addy simply sneered as he waited for the incoming onslaught. After he delivered a series of deadly maneuvers, punches, and kicks, the hooligans' faces became bruised and covered in blood. In the end, they all scurried away like a pack of rodents seeking refuge from their oppressor.
"Don't be afraid. You're safe now." It was now quiet in the yard. Addy pulled Annie into his arms and smoothed her soft long hair to comfort her.
"Where had you been all this time? Why did you come so late?" Hearing Addy's deep voice somehow made Annie feel at ease. She buried her face in Addy's chest, and the tears she had been holding back finally streamed down her cheeks.
No matter how others thought of Addy, he didn't fail to protect her when she was in distress. However, something strange caught Annie's attention.
Was Addy really sick? Judging from the brute strength and agility he had shown from the fight, Annie doubted that he was a patient who needed treatment.
With a confused look, she said earnestly, "I heard from the others that you are not in good health. But you still seem to be in fit condition. Can you tell me what's really going on?"
Addy was speechless. He acted on instinct when he saw Annie being bullied, and didn't think things through. He didn't expect her to be so observant and inquisitive.
