Tears escaped her eyes as she kept running more and more. If someone told her that she will wake up to a day like this, then she'll call the person a liar.

It all started like a joke and now just with a blink of an eye she's in a mess with no way out.

••HOW IT ALL BEGAN» ONE WEEK AGO••

A bright smile was on Amour's face as she walked out of her small house with her carriage.

She's an ice cream vendor. She makes and sells ice cream for a living. Amour depends on nobody, since day one she only depends on herself for food and other.

"Good morning madam Margo!" Amour waved at a woman who was her neighbor

"Oh Amour! How are you?" She asked with her hand on her waist, supporting her protruding belly

"I'm fine.. I can see the baby is growing healthy, please stay safe. Don't worry I'll pass over and help you out with laundry" Amour said

"Awwn you're such a sweetheart" The woman smiled.

Amour smiled widely "Have a nice day!" She waved before leaving with her carriage.

22 years Amour Lopez is known to be the kindest soul in her neighborhood. She helps whoever is in need and that makes her loved by everyone.

Though she isn't really the prettiest girl there can be, but her character just makes her inner beauty radiate

Immediately Amour got to the spot she sells, kids immediately swoon around her to buy ice cream from her before they head to school

She served the kids one after the other, unknown to her that a black car suddenly parked at the opposite side of the road she sells.

"Why did you ask me to stop? Didn't you hear that the clan was waiting for us, looks like someone stole money... Huge money" A man who was sitting on the driver's seat said.

He held a cold look on his face as he gazed at the man beside him who was smoking.

The man beside him brought his cigarette to his lips and puffed out smoke before his lips curved in a slight smirk with his gaze not leaving Amour

He stared at Amour for a short while before looking front.

"Nothing, let's go" He muttered and Viper looked at him for a short while before looking front

The window rolled up and the car drove off instantly.

Just in 20 minutes, Amour finished selling out her ice cream.

"What is happening?" Amour wondered, blinking her eyes as she watched 6 cars pass at the same time in front of her

Even some men dressed in black were seen patrolling the area, asking questions to people.

👥 It's THE DARK BULLS!!

👥 I heard that someone stole from Godfather so they're looking for the thief

Amour gasped at what she heard. The Dark Bulls is a very big mafia clan established beside their town.

They bought the law so the police is on their side, nobody the gravity of their crime they'll still go free.

Rumors has it that the young ladies who disappear from their small town are actually taken there where they are forced to work as harlots.

Cold chills immediately ran through Amour and she immediately began packing her stuffs to leave. The last thing she'll ever want is to run into them.

She began packing her things hurriedly when her gaze to went to a big black bag beside her stand.

"It wasn't here before" She thought and crouched down then opened the bag.

Her eyes widened when she saw the bag was loaded with heavy bundles of money.

"What is it doing here? Why is it with me?" She thought and immediately froze when she heard a voice behind her

"We're looking for something so we need to search your bag" A female voice said.

Amour immediately began trembling. Could this be the money they're looking for? Why is it with her? Who kept it here?

"I... I..."

"Boss lady! That's the bag we're looking for!" One of the mobster said, looking at Amour

"What!!" The owner of the female voice (Cheetah) pushed Amour aside and opened the bag. Truthfully, the money was there.

"She's the thief!" Cheetah smirked and faced Amour

"The bag isn't mine! I swear, I don't know how I ended up with the bag! I just saw it laying over there and-"

Cheetah didn't waste time to punch Amour on her face and she went down.

"You even have the guts to lie!" Cheetah sneered and kicked her tummy twice.

"Argh!" Amour held her tummy, rolling down on the floor

The people around just looked at the scene before them with wide eyes.

"Shut up!" Cheetah kicked her face with her leather boots and Amour to spit out blood as she fell on the ground again

She began feeling dizzy and the next thing she knew, her eyes automatically shut down

"Take her... Let's get her to Aurelio" Cheetah said, carrying the bag.

The men carried Amour and entered a van before driving off immediately.

••AURELIO'S SUITE••

Inside the suite's room, smoke was what filled the air of the room. When the smoke dissipated, the figure of a tall man seated on a couch was seen

He had his leg crossed gallantly on top of the other as he smoked, occasionally puffing out smoke from his mouth.

The aura surrounding him was as deadly as he is. With inky black hair, thin eyes, pointy nose, tall and muscular figure, this man was a perfect definition of a Greek God.

The whole of his right arm was covered with tattoos, making him look even more dangerous.

A knock came up on his door

"Come in" His voice resonated.

The door to his room opened and Viper walked in with the usual cold look on his face.

"Aurelio, the mission you gave Cheetah was successful. The thief has been caught, turns out to be a girl" Viper said, walking to Aurelio.

Viper is Aurelio's closest ally. He's the coldest in the clan, you'll never see him smile or laugh. The only person he has long conversation with is Aurelio.

"God father is still on his trip to Spain, so you're in charge. What should we do to her?" Viper asked.

Aurelio smirked and puffed out smoke from his lips.

"She'll be fed to the tigers by noon" Aurelio spoke and Viper nodded

Amour's eyes slowly opened and she squinted her eyes when the sun hit her eyes.

Her eyes slowly adapted to the light and her eyes widened when she saw she was in an arena with a big cage before her.

A groan escaped her lips and she made to move her hands but couldn't because she was chained up.

The noise coming from the men sitting with their eyes on her caught her attention and her eyes widened when she saw how much they were.

She wasn't chanced to process everything when a whip landed on her back

"Argh!!" She cried out and Cheetah chuckled, walking to stand in front of her.

Cheetah is the strongest female mobster in the clan and also the closest female to Aurelio, they were both trained at the same period by Godfather and that earned her the name "Boss Lady"

Only her and Viper calls Aurelio by his name.

"You'll regret ever doing that.. You ugly thing" Cheetah said and gave her one lash.

The lash was so hard that it tore her white dress, wounding her.

Cheetah smiled and grabbed her hair harshly before lashing the whip out on her cave, it gave her a long and ugly cut on her cheek.

Tears escaped Amour's eyes.

"I swéar, I'm not a thief. I didn't steal from you, please spare me" Amour cried but a punch was what blessed her face.

A girl hummed as she walked in the arena and her eyes scanned around till she spotted her twin brother so she went to sit with him.

"I thought I was late for the execution" She said

That's Indigo, she's just 19 but is a human computer. She's the leader of the clan's hackers, you'll never see her frowning coz she's always smiling and that that makes her look cute with her dimples

"The thief turns out to be a girl" Indigo's twin brother, Saint said. He's more specialized in the use of snipers.

"That's so sad.. She's too pretty to díe young" Indigo pouted and Saint looked at her then rolled his eyes.

"No mercy, the penalty of every crime committed is déad" Saint said and smirked.

She looked front and that's when she noticed two hungry tigers, walking around in the cage while waiting impatiently for the cage to be opened

Amour began crying even more. What mess did she get herself into? Is this really the end for her??

"Boss has arrived!!" A mobster announced and everyone immediately stood up as Aurelio made his entry with Viper beside him.

Aurelio's eyes scanned all over them with a boring look on his face, looking unto everyone like they were little flies he could crush anytime.

He took his time as he walked till he got to his seat and then sat down. His gaze fell on Amour

Aurelio's brows raised a bit as he gazed at her. His mind went to the ice cream girl he saw earlier.

"It's her.." He thought

"It's noon. Release the tigers" Cheetah announced and the man began opening the tigers' cage. Amour closed her eyes, awaiting for the worst to befall on her

Out of the blues a gun shot was fired at the man who was about to open the cage, cutting off his index finger

"Aaaarrrgghh!!!" The man screamed out, holding his hand in pain

All eyes turned to Aurelio who just fired the gun. He stood up and slowly began walking towards Amour, all the gazes following him.

"Aurelio..." Cheetah whispered but he didn't even cast her a glance as he walked till he stopped in front of Amour.

Aurelio crouched down in front of her and raised up her bloody face with his finger.

Amour couldn't help but tremble, the aura coming from him was so intimidating and scary to her

Aurelio stared at her with a slight smirk on his face. He doesn't know why but something about her intrigues him, makes him want her.

"I will spare your life but under one condition" He muttered.

Amour stared at him with wide eyes. Could this be her savior? The one who will save her from this calamity? Did God finally answer her prayers?

A glint of hope appeared in her eyes but that ray of hope was immediately crushed by his next words.

"You will become my property, my possession. I'll do whatever I want with you, anytime, anywhere..." Aurelio said and her eyes widened

"Your life, or your freedom?"

"No.. No please, let me go!! I didn't do it, I'm innocent!" Amour cried out as two men dragged her towards the tigers' cage.

Cheetah stood beside the cage with a devilish smile on her lips as she looked down on Amour.

"No, please.." Amour cried out, struggling with the men but just one punch from Cheetah was enough to quieten her down.

Her body felt weak so she stopped struggling. The guards immediately threw her in the cage and then locked the cage.

"No... Please" Amour raised her hand to Cheetah who just laughed and walked away.

"Argh!!!" A agonizing cry escaped her lips when one of the tigers gnawed his claws in her her thigh, tearing off her flesh.

"No... Arrggghh!!! Help!! Help!!!"

Amour's eyes immediately flew open and she spranged up. Sweats and traces of tears beaded her face as she breathed heavily.

"It.. It was all just a dream" She thought and began praying that all what happened to her today was also just a dream but got disappointed when she felt pains all over her body

"Ouch.." She groaned painfully then looked at her side to see a girl. Her big round eyes were so wide as she stared at Amour in surprise

"I.. I was treating your wound when you suddenly jump up. That startled me, are you okay?" She asked slowly.

Amour groaned as she slowly laid back down.

"Where I'm I.." She muttered slowly.

"In the maid's room. You passed out earlier at the arena so boss asked me to treat your wound" The girl replied.

Amour nodded slowly, staring at the ceiling.

"And you, who are you?" Amour turned to her.

"I'm a cook here, I help out my grandma in cooking and serving the mobsters. My name is Coralyn but you can call me CoCo and you?" Coralyn smiled widely

Amour looked at her waringly, not knowing if to trust her or not.

"Amour" She replied

"That means " Love" in French. Sounds cute" Coralyn smiled before standing up.

"I've already treated all your wounds, the clan's doctor will soon arrive to check if you have internal injuries but for the main while let me grab you something to eat" Coralyn stood up and left the room.

Amour sighed as she stared at the ceilings. Thousand of questions running through her mind

How did her life come to this just with a blink of an eye? Who is that man?

The aura coming from him and the respect the people gave him shows he has control over them but what does he want with her? How does he know her?

All those questions just gave her headache so she shrug them off and closed her eyes. It didn't take minutes for her to drift to sleep.

"Are you crazy or are you dúmb... What was the stunt you pulled earlier." Viper asked, leaning on the wall.

Aurelio who was sitting on a king sized couch just smirked as he sipped his glass of whiskey.

"Watch your tongue, you know I hate what you just said and besides whatever decision I take is no one's business" Aurelio said.

"Well it will become Godfather's business when he hears what you just did." Viper said, bringing out a stick of cigarette from it's pack before lighting it up.

"Rexton, Patra and Flame still hasn't yet returned from their mission to France? Do you think they're déad?" Aurelio asked.

"Rexton is-"

"Aurelio!!" Cheetah barged in his room loudly with two guards running after her.

"I'm sorry boss, we tried to stop her" The guards immediately bowed their heads.

"You can leave" Aurelio said and the guards nodded before leaving.

Cheetah marched angrily till she stopped in front of Aurelio.

"Aurelio, what was the meaning of what you did earlier!! How can you claim a thief as your possession!!" Cheetah shouted but Aurelio didn't look at her.

That even made her madder.

"F**king answer me Aurelio!!" Cheetah shouted and Aurelio swiftly looked at her.

Cold chills ran through her body with the cold look he casted her. She immediately went mute, slowly regretting what she said.

Aurelio stood up and looked down at her, his height towering above hers.

"I'll repeat myself again. Whatever I do, is no one's business" Aurelio said.

"I'll let this one be a mistake because we're close but never again in your lifetime raise your voice at me" Aurelio sneered and she immediately nodded.

"Get out" Aurelio said before going in the bathroom.

Cheetah folded her fists tightly in anger. She glanced at Viper who held a scornful grin on his face.

"Looks like the title 'Boss Lady' was getting in your head" He said, bringing his cigarette to his lips.

"F**k you!" Cheetah spatted before storming out of the room in fury

••PARIS»DON TONIO'S VILLA••

Outside of the big and luxurious villa, guards were all positioned at various angles everyone of them heavily armed with guns.

The villa was so magnificent and glamorous with a beautiful scenery and beautiful garden. The view switched from the exterior to the interior of the villa, precisely inside a room.

A man sat down on his king sized chair as he spoke on the phone. A thick roll of weed was on his left hand with golden rings adorning the hand.

"I'm glad your delivery arrived safely" He said and let out a short gruffy laugh, his sole golden tooth came to view.

He smoked from his weed and puffed out the smoke. Few seconds later, he hung up.

Almost immediately a knock came up on his door and a man walked in.

"Don, the lady you ordered has arrived." He said and a smirked formed on Tonio's lips.

"Bring her over" He muttered.

A red haired lady was shown, implanting a bomb at another corner of the house. She was dressed as a maid, and it was through her disguise that she was able to enter Tonio's room and placed the gun under the pillow

Flame stood up right and pressed on her earbud.

"Last bomb, successfully planted" She muttered.

"Good, Patra get out of there immediately" Rexton said and Cleopatra rolled her eyes.

"He's always in a hurry" She muttered and smirked afterwards.

"That makes me wanna f**k him even more" She thought and looked at déad Tonio.

"You were really sweet down there, too bad you were so foolish thinking you could deceive Godfather. Now we're taking your life, and your wealth" She giggled and dipped her hands in her p**sy, digging out some of his c*m then she licked it.

A guard made to shoot at her but was immediately gunned down by someone else. He fell down and Flame came to view.

She tied her red hair up in a ponytail and began dribbling them all with bullet with her M16 riffle.

"Over here!" Rexton said from behind and Cleopatra followed him.

They began shooting at the men while they advanced to the exit with Flame followed, backing them up.

Their helicopter was ready so they immediately hopped in and Rexton sat down on the pilot's seat and turned on the engine. Slowly the helicopter began taking off.

Flame hopped in too and threw and threw down the riffle she was having, picking up the Bazuka.

Just with one shot, it blew up all the guards who were aiming for them.

Rexton waited till the helicopter was at a farther distance before pressing on a button, activating the timer on the bomb

"3..2..1"

At the count of "1", the whole villa immediately blew up at once.

"Task done. LA, here we come" Rexton smiled.

"F**k, be quick I'm losing too much blood" Cleopatra hissed, tying a bandage round her arm.

"Congratulations Flame on your first mission" Rexton said to Flame who just nodded with a poker look on her face.

Cleopatra looked at Flame then hissed and rolled her eyes.

••THE DARK BULL CLAN••

Amour walked around, observing the places around her. The mobster were all walking around. Some were seen discussing while some were at the firing range, exercising their shooting skills.

Amour looked down as she felt uncomfortable with all the gazes she was receiving, most of them were unfriendly looks.

Relief washed through her when she finally saw the kitchen so she went in. 3 maids were cooking while 4 were carrying the dishes heading to the main dining hall to set the table.

"Hurry up! Be quick! We have less than 15 minutes left for lunch" The head cook said..

"Amour!" Someone called her and she turned to see it was Coralyn.

"CoCo" Amour rushed to her.

"You're now walking, I can see you're healing pretty fast." Coralyn smiled.

"That's my mom.. The chief cook" Coralyn pointed at the woman who kept scolding the other cooks.

"Isn't this the thief?" A girl came to stand beside Coralyn

Coralyn immediately noticed the nervous look on Amour's face

"Don't mind my nosy friend. Meet Amour, Amour meet Ruby, my friend" Coralyn said.

"Hi" Amour waved slowly

Ruby looked at Amour from head to toe.

"CoCo, we need to dress the dinner table" Ruby ignored Amour and left

"Don't mind my friend.. She's just being a little judgemental with the rumors about you" Coralyn said and Amour nodded.

"Here, that's the boss's meal. He hates tardiness so you should hurry and serve him in his suite" Coralyn said.

"Me? Why me!" Amour said without thinking.

"Boss gave us strict orders. From now on, you'll be the on in charge of everything he eats.. You're now his personal maid" Coralyn said

"Gotta go!" Coralyn smiled and left.

Amour looked at food and sighed out, she felt like crying at the moment.

"Why me? I don't want to see that monster" She thought.

Aurelio could be seen sitting on his couch in the living room, smoking as he looked at the picture on his phone.

A soft knock came up.

Aurelio didn't look at her so she took it as a go-ahead to walk in. She pushed in the cart and began dressing the dining room.

The cold and weird aura surrounding him made her feel so uncomfortable that she just prayed to leave as soon as possible.

"Undress yourself and get on the bed before I loose it" Aurelio sneered and she immediately looked up with wide eyes.

"W-What?" She stuttered but the look on Aurelio's face indicated that he was slowly loosing his patience with her.

Amour bit her lips as she began trembling. She looked down at her body and brought her hand to her back with shaky hands and she zipped down her gown.

Tears welled up in her eyes as she pulled down the sleeves of her gown. What was he going to do to her? Is this how she was going to loose her first time?

Aurelio suddenly stood up and walked to her. His foot steps were what resonated in the room.

He stopped in front of her and raised up her chin with his fingers.

"Next time I talk, you do it without hesitation" Aurelio said.

Amour just gazed in his dark eyes and she swallowed hard then nodded immediately.

Aurelio walked to stand behind her and he pulled down the sleeves of her left arm. He lowered his head then sucked on that area.

A gasp escaped her lips when his lips met with her shoulder. He kissed his way up to her ear and Amour bit her lips, trying to suppress the silly sound about to come out of her mouth.

"You're lucky I'm not really in the mood. I'd have made you regret wasting my time" He whispered and pulled away.

Amour still had her eyes closed tightly with her hands clutching onto the hem of her gown. She slowly opened her eyes when she heard the sound of clutleries.

Her gaze went to the dining table only to see him having his lunch.

"Out" He said and Amour immediately dashed of his suite.

She placed her hand on her chest, trying to calm down her heart that was pounding out of nervousness and fear.

"What was that? What did he make me feel?" She thought, touching her neck.

She looked down to see half of her upper body was bare so she quickly pulled up her gown and began zipping up her body while walking off.

There are several dining hall in the clan but amongst them,this dining hall was the one where Aurelio's unit dine.

Aurelio's unit is the most powerful unit in the clan and that makes them the most respected.

"Man, I'm starving!" Indigo stretched her arms as she walked in with Scythe and Vitto

Those are the hackers of the unit with Indigo being their leader. Scythe is the introvert, he rarely speaks while Vitto is the crack head, always making jokes when it isn't necessary.

They took their seat in the dining table. Cleopatra and Cheetah came in next.

"Can't believe that idiot shot me" Cleopatra hissed, looking at her bandage arm.

"Well you got to be with Rexton... So did you two f**k?" Cheetah asked.

Next who came in was Flame with Cisco behind her.

Saint, Viper and Rexton came in last. They sat down and almost immediately the maids came in and began serving them.

"As usual, boss isn't joining us" Saint said

Coralyn and Amour walked in and began serving them. Cheetah's countenance changed when her gaze landed on Amour.

Amour served them wine one after the other, trying her best not to look at their faces.

She got to Cheetah and when Amour made to take another step, she tripped on someone's leg and that caused her to pour out the content on Cheetah's body.

"B*tch!" Cheetah gasped and stood up, looking at her stained dress.

A slap landed on Amour's cheek before Cheetah grabbed her hair.

"Are you nuts!! Do you know how much this dress count? Even if you work your entire life, you won't even be able to afford it" Cheetah spatted.

"I'm sorry" Tears escaped Amour's eyes.

Cheetah's gaze went to her neck to see a hickey there. Fury consumed her and she raised her fisted hand up but someone caught it from behind.

"Enough, she already apologized" Flame muttered.

"Stay out of this!!" Cheetah slapped Flame immediately but Flame immediately returned the slap.

Everyone in the dining table gasped.

"You.. You slapped me!!" Cheetah held her cheek.

"Yeah.. So? My only superior here is Boss, so who are you?" Flame raised a brow.

Cheetah immediately brought out her gun and aimed it at Flame, ready to shoot her.

"It's okay guys." Rexton stood up, bringing down Cheetah's hand.

"Let's stop it here... She tripped on my leg so it's my mistake not the maid's fault" Rexton said.

Flame looked at Cheetah like she was nothing before leaving the room.

"I'll kill her!! How dares she!!" Cheetah screamed.

Amour stood on her own corner, crying her eyes out in silence.

More than 20 people occupied the various computers there. The only sound that was heard in the lab was fingers tapping on the keyboards.

Indigo was seen sitting at the front, a smile danced on her lips. To her hacking is like a hide and seek game, where she gets to be the seeker and that makes it even more fun.

"Yes!!" She exclaimed loudly and the other turned to her.

"What? Have you found out the location of those two church rats?" Vitto asked with a lollipop in his mouth.

"Yes! They're currently heading to New York, to exchange the bags of marijuana they ambushed from us" Indigo said.

"That's our leader!" Vitto smiled and raised his hand for a high five but she hugged him.

Vitto's eyes widened but he smiled and slowly hugged her back. Scythe who was sitting at his own corner, looked at them then tore his gaze away with a not so happy look on his face.

"Let's go and report it to Boss, we need to get them before they have their way out" Indigo released Vitto then walked out of the lab.

Vitto's gaze followed her till she was out of sight. He looked at Scythe to see he was also staring at her.

Viper could be seen sitting inside the bathtub with his head facing the ceiling. He had his eyes closed as he allowed the warm water to sooth him.

"So after hours, I've successfully tracked down the location of Bonnie and Clyde. They're two mobsters from the clan of our rivals." Indigo said

"That's my sis. I knew you could catch them" Saint smiled.

"The red dot on the map indicate their current location and from it we can see they're currently heading to exchange the good they ambushed from our men so to get them we need to act fast" Indigo said.

"The distance from here to there will take a full day but I actually know a shortcut we could use to get there in 6 hours" Cisco muttered.

"We're moving tonight by 8. Get ready" Aurelio said.

"Does that mean you'll join us?" Cheetah asked and Aurelio nodded.

She smiled.

••NIGHT»MAID'S HEADQUARTER••

Amour walked in her room tiredly. She fell on her bed and stared at the ceiling.

She didn't know how tiring it was to be a maid especially Aurelio's. His mood swings was top notch, serving him was like skating on a weak ice, one never knows when danger will come.

Amour sat up and stared out of her small window, gazing at the half moon.

"I miss home" Amour muttered as a drop of tear fell from her eyes.

Is this really how her life will now be? Will she be forever stuck in this place?

More tears poured of her eyes as she thought about it.

"I want to be free.. I want to be a normal person, do things young adults of my age do" She cried.

A knock came up on her door and she quickly wiped off her tears.

"Come in" She muttered and Coralyn walked in with Ruby.

"We were hearing noises here. Why's your eyes so red? Were you crying?" Coralyn asked and Amour shook her head.

"Oh no.. Something entered my eyes" Amour smiled.

"Girls you won't believe it. I saw Viper's d*ck, gosh!!" Ruby exclaimed and Coralyn sighed

"So you're still obsessed with him" Coralyn muttered

"Obsession? That's love!" Ruby scoffed

Amour smiled and then looked at them. They rested discussing till midnight where Ruby felt sleepy so her and Coralyn both left the room.

Amour locked the door of her room and then looked around. She looked out of the window and scanned around the area.

"It's now or never" She thought

She can't just watch her life pass through like this. She can't continue living a life of a prisoner. Even if they catch her and then kill her, it's preferable than living a life of a criminal.

Amour pulled out the sheets of her bed and tied it up to make a long rope. Thankfully, no guards were stationed around her room so she threw out the rope.

Since her room was on the first floor of the building the rope landed on the ground.

She tied the rope around her tummy and jumped out of the window. With the help of the rope, she slowly descended till she got to the ground.

She looked around with her heart pounding in fear. As of luck was on her side she saw a truck driving out of the clan so she quickly ran and hoped in the back of the truck that was filled with dirt.

The truck slowly drove out of the clan with her behind.

"Even if it means déad, I must escape" Amour thought with determination in her eyes
