It was a pleasant day for the Villvix pack, as it was the grand day where their alpha prince Kyle, was to choose his bride who was going to be the first non lycan Luna of the entire lycan world. Such an honourable post it was and the pack could only find 2 best suitors for that position and the prince.

The girls were Zara, a true warrior by skills and with a pure heart. Also, she was a normal human and the other was Ava, a true princess by all means and belonged to the fae realm.

Zara is the only daughter of Williams, the mightiest warrior and left hand of the alpha of Villvix pack, alpha Charlie, and it wasn't a coincidence that his daughter also lived up to the name of her father. Williams was a human and had once risked his life to save Alpha Charlie, whom, to save his, from the clutches of his debtors took him into his pack and trained him to be his wingman which he accepted whole heartedly.

Zara was well known for her down to earth nature even when she was the only female warrior who was undefeated till today and a childhood friend of prince Kyle with whom she spends most of her time with.

And Ava was the princess of Hillvana kingdom of the fae realm and the elder daughter of King Valentine. She was a free spirited and high profiled princess who only had one dream in her life, to marry prince Kyle, who was madly in love with her and rule over both lycan world and the fae realm with him as both worlds would be united if they were married to each other.

"Are you ready my child?" Williams came to Zara's room to see if everything was good and Zara was just tightening up her battle armour.

"Like always" she gave him a confident smile and Williams held his daughters hand.

"Remember that the position for which you are fighting is going to be the honour of us both and don't fail me here" Williams was a man of honour and only that mattered to him most.

"But father, I have already confessed to you that I don't want to marry Kyle. Ava and him are in love with each other and how can I come in between them?" Zara never hid anything from her father and he knew very well that she never wanted to be in any sort of position other than the Luna, who wished to unite the lycan world with the rest of the world in peace.

"Though we can do nothing about it, why not let him choose his love over whoever the winner is? You know what I mean right? Win the fight and declare your decision my child. I believe that alpha will take the best decision for you" though he wanted her to get that honour, he never wanted to oppose her happiness and gave her an idea.

She never thought that her father would choose his daughter's happiness over the honour he was obsessed on!!!

"Wow, really? I can't believe you are saying it. I'll talk with them about it" Zara was impressed and delighted by his idea and hugged him. After getting ready, she went to meet Kyle.

"Look who's here, the mighty warrior Zara" the moment she stepped into the room, Kyle welcomes her teasingly and she threw and apple at him from the table besides her.

"We need to talk" She was serious and Kyle took the apple and laid on his bed munching it.

"You don't want to marry me but want to win the fight. So, if you win the fight, you'll talk to my father about it" Kyle looked at her with a smirk and Zara was surprised by how he knew it.

"What to do, I was the one who proposed that idea to your father" he winked at her and a huge relief spread across her.

"Seriously? But did Ava agree to it?" Zara was still in disbelief and then came Ava to meet her beloved.

"Someone's waiting for me I guess" she greeted Zara with a hug and went to Kyle.

He took her in his arms and both had a moment of passionate kiss seeing which Zara turned away from them.

"You look spicy" Kyle complimented Zara who had never actually worn a battle armour other than her princess gowns and she let out a sigh.

"By the way, what is this meeting for?" Ava asked them and Zara had no idea what she was talking about. Did Kyle had called her to talk about the marriage scene??

"Well, it about the fight and the future of us 3" Kyle now got serious about the matter and Ava listened to him carefully.

"Ava, you know that there is no way you can win the battle against Zara and Zara had no interest in being my Luna which I would only have you to be so...." Kyle told Ava and she went silent.

"So?" Ava asked in a worried tone and Kyle held her shoulder.

"We are thinking about me taking to Alpha Charlie if I'm the one wins. If its the other way around, there nothing to worry about" Zara revealed their plan to her and Ava was numb hearing that.

She looked at Kyle in silence and caressed his face with an expressionless face that did make Zara feel worried.

"Is that what you both want?" Ava asked Zara in a toneless voice and she nodded.

Zara felt a nervousness fill her up as she saw Ava's face turn into a smile after a minute and somewhere she felt that smile to have a wicked touch to it. Was she overthinking? Or was there really something bad going to happen during the battle??

"Great. See Zara, I told you she'll understand" Kyle hugged Ava for her understanding and Zara brushed off all the negative thoughts and the bells rang welcoming all the people to the great battle and everyone cheered for the alpha Charlie, to address the gathering.

"It's time" Kyle smiled profoundly as the time had come and he was about to hurry down before it popped to his mind.

"By the way, Zara, if you win or lose, you'll be having a great surprise waiting for you and it will change your life for sure" Kyle turned back to her and winked wickedly as Zara gazed at him in wonder. Now what was that about??

"Ready?" after he left, Zara brushed it of his mind and asked Ava and she nodded. They together walked to their respective seats in the ceremony.

"I welcome all the Villvix pack members and also the faes to this grand day that is going to be written with golden letters in our history" the King announced it and the people clapped and cheered for it with utter excitement.

"Without dragging the welcome ceremony any longer, I would like to welcome the 2 mighty warriors chosen as the suitors for the crown alpha, Zara and Ava" their names were called and both girls came and stood at the centre of the battle ground.

"May the best of us win" Ava wished Zara and she smiled at her and in no time, the battle commenced and their swords met, spreading chills around the people gathered to witness the historical moment.

Zara attacked Ava with full force and on the first attack itself, Ava lost her balance and slide back making the whole gathering cheer Zara's name.

Zara again took her position and raged another attack on Ava and she was not planning to be a victim of Zara's mightiness and rather than defending herself, she began to attack back at Zara. The war went on in a tight pace and there both the girls had that fire to win in their eyes.

"This is going great. You have a great potential Ava" Zara was really impressed to see Ava's skills and Zara had a sinister smile.

"You haven't yet seen my real skills Zara" Ava led a striking attack on Zara as she defended it magnificently.

"And I haven't yet shown you my real strength" Zara gave her a befitting reply and upon seeking the right time she made an ancestral attack that she had learned from her father and seeing his daughter fight with a good presence of mind, Williams was overwhelmed with proud for his daughter.

Ava wasn't that level of a warrior who had ever seen or heard of such an attack and that was her biggest downfall. Zara was successful in confusing Ava and her mighty attack was so fast and powerful that Ava had no idea what was happening and in no time, she was slammed to the ground by Zara's swords that made her win the battle majestically!!!!

The crowd jumped from their seat and screamed and cheered for Zara who had brought honour to her father and she looked at Kyle first and he congratulated her for the victory. Zara then turned back and gave Ava a hand and helped her get up but when Ava held her hands, she muttered something into Zara's ears and she was terrified of her act.

Ava then snapped her fingers and the time reversed back to the moment where Zara was about to make that attack on her and Ava gracefully dodged the attack and until Zara realized what was happening, Ava attacked Zara from behind and that ambush was non-defendable by her that she fell straight on the ground and Ava made another attack that made it impossible for Zara to defend and that made her raise to victory in the battle.

Zara was petrified on what had happened and was still confused. But the first thing she saw was her father weight down his head in shame and the crowd go silent. Ava was announced the first non lycan Luna of Vilvix pack and also the lycan world and the would be of alpha prince Kyle. Ava was euphoric on what had happened and looked at Zara to give the same sinister smile to Zara once again and only Zara knew what Ava did was absolute betrayal and that too in the cost of Zara's honour which was now shattered to hell. Thus started the tale of vengeance between 2 souls which were going to be soul bounded for the rest of their lives......

"Wake up sleepy head" a sudden kick on her ass made Ava fall down on the ground with a thud.

"What the fuck is wrong with you Jammy?" she rubbed her ass which was paining like hell and Jammy laughed to death seeing her bird nest like messy hair that too with her drooling mouth.

"School's opening today and you don't wanna be late for your senior year and me, my sophomore year" Jammy was dead excited for high school and the reason was quite imaginable one, the juniors were coming!!!!

"As if every junior is going to die hard on a dick like you" Ava scratched her head coming back to senses and walked to the bathroom to get ready.

"Excuse me, you are the one telling me that?" Jammy jumped on to the bed and taunted her.

"Yes I'm "she filled her brush with a lot of toothpaste and started brushing her teeth while Jammy looked at her with sympathy.

"And what gives you the stand to say that?? A girl who had never dated a man in her life nor had any sugar crushes is giving me relationship advices" Jammy used the opportunity to remind her what kind of a girl she was.

Men died on Ava, who was more like a tomboy type but was a really down to earth girl. Family and friends were the only priority on her list and nothing else seemed to matter to her.

"I have high standards baby bro" Ava showered her attitude on her younger brother who was the world's most innocent boy yet with a free-spirited attitude that had the power to attract girls but he just played a playboy to them because he still believed in true love and soulmates. Where will anyone find a man who still believes in fantasies????

"Oh yeah. I bet you'll die alone and that too a 'virgin' if you go on like this" Jammy gave her an advice in return while she was done with his morning tantrums and ousted him out of the room.

She was all alone in the room and back into the bathroom, she caressed her face with a dead expression. She was in pain; she was in regret but above all she was burning in vengeance that had never for once subdued inside her because the body never belonged to her.

Yes, she was Zara's soul in Ava's body and for the past 500 years, she had been living the same life. Why?? Because that was the best revenge, she could take from Ava who had destroyed her life in just a snap of time.

5 centuries ago, in the battle field, Zara had defeated Ava but Ava had used her boon, which was blessed to both her and Ava by the Fae queen and mother of Ava, Celina, when Zara and Ava had impressed her with their compassion towards the nature. With the boon, Ava had reversed time to defeat Zara in the fight and earn the win against her only to fulfil her dreams of marrying alpha prince Kyle and become the Luna but while Zara had lost her everything. Then also, Zara never knew why Ava had done such a big betrayal to her!!!

As a result of losing the battle, Zara was disowned by her own father who later died suffering a heart attack that happened due to the shame he felt after his daughter lost the battle and how could Zara ever live a life of death??? Ava was successful in being the first supernatural Luna and the wife of Kyle and seeing her live a happy life after her snatching everything from Zara was not something she could see with her eyes!!!

Pure vengeance took over Zara and on Ava's wedding night, Zara decided to give Ava the answer of her sins and she sinisterly used her boon to live in Ava's body with her soul just to bust everything that made her happy. And her boon was fulfilled. That night itself, she sacrificed her body to the fae queen and her soul entered Ava's body and Ava's body started to live with 2 souls in it.

From that night onwards Zara and Ava's souls were reborn like that in the mortal realm rathe rthan the supernatural realm and they lived in a single body with 2 souls. It took Zara more than 2 centuries to bury Ava's soul deep inside her body while Zara manipulated her mind and took full control of the body. With that, she never let Ava gain any happiness for which she had given her such a big betrayal and the pain for a lifetime!!!

Back in the bathroom, Zara's soul inside Ava's body remembered how she had to unwillingly accept Ava's identity and let out a huge sigh and was ready to live yet another senior life for the time and by this time, she had fallen in love with the lives she got to live with such beautiful families and their love and care for her was what made her strong enough to bury Ava's soul in the body. For the past 2 ages, never for once had Ava's soul resurfaced and yet her soul was able to live a life of imprisonment in her own body.

Ava got ready and came down to have breakfast and was greeted by her parents James and Lela who were architects and that too the best in the town.

"You look stunning" her father complimented her and Jammy rolled his eyes as he was still not happy about his sister being just a dream of every guys.

"Dad, I must say, you'll never be able to see her married" Jammy again began to tease Ava on the dining table and Ava gave him a stamp on his foot and he hissed in pain.

"Shut up dude" Ava gave him a narrow eye while they were eager to know why he said that.

"Your daughter has high standards and I don't think any men is alive on this planet to match her standards" Jammy deliberately broke her secret to their parents and they laughed their tummy out.

"She has gone on her father himself. Gosh, how much had I struggled to gain his attention" Lela blurted out some of her own love life memories and the morning went quite good as usual for them.

"You drive" Ava tossed the car keys to Jammy and he gave her a contempt smile for making him her driver.

They reached the high school and it was all set to welcome the new batch of juniors for the academic year and when they got down the car, Ava was met by her best buddies Janel and Giselle.

"Ooh you look diva as always" they hugged her and we happy to meet back at the high-school after the vacations.

"Hey ladies" Jammy greeted them biting his lips and flirted with them just for fun to tease and I gave him my card to run off before he ate our brains.

"So, any plans this year to make a boyfriend" like her family, her buddies were also hell bound on making her find her man and Ava ran for her life from them.

She made her way to the lockers and in no time the girls also joined them. The corridor was crowded with students and chattering and also there was a huge rush so they had to be careful to not hit anyone.

But fate was so cute on Ava that even though she saved herself from the crowd, a boy fell right onto her slamming her to the locker door.

"What the fuck" when her elbows hut right on the locker, she cursed the moment but was able to save the boy from hitting his head on the locker.

"Dude, are you fine?" their eyes met and that was the first think she asked him.

"Yeah, thanks" he didn't move his eyes from hers and thanked her for the save.

"Careful or else you'll scar your handsome face" Ava smiled at him and he was mesmerized by her attitude.

"Is that a compliment or" he tried his chance on her and she understood what he was trying to do.

"Just a piece of advice" she answered him and he really wanted to roll down the rock.

"Hi, I'm Ava" to snap him out of the embarrassment he felt, he introduced herself and he was very much impressed by her.

"Liam. I'm new here" he introduced himself and both shook hands while her friends like their sudden bond.

Little did she know that all her standards were going to fly away when this boy came into her life like an uninvited guest who ended up playing the lead role....

"Have you got your classes?" to lend a helping hand to the new kid, Ava asked him his schedule and he showed the paper he had snugged into his back pocket.

"Aha great. We have first class together" Ava pleasantly told him and he smiled at her.

"Oh, meet my best buddies Janel and Giselle" Ava introduced the girl to him and they shook hands.

"Shall we. I feel too bad around crowd" Ava made an unpleased face and Liam nodded to that.

They proceeded to their classes and the whole class was eagerly waiting for Ava to enter the class to pop the poopers.

"Happyyyyyy birthdayyyyyy" they screamed and Ava with the others stood at the doors shell shocked.

"Happy birthday my love" a man came forward from the crowd of student and hugged her tightly wishing her a birthday and the other 3 stepped back from them.

"Uhm...is he her boyfriend" Liam whisperingly asked Giselle and she gave him a disgusted look.

"She's hasn't had a single boyfriend and this creep is obsessed with being her first" Giselle told him and he was surprised by hearing that. Obviously no would believe the fact that Ava didn't have a boyfriend till now!!!

"Leave me Harry" Ava immediately pushed him back feeling disgusted and the whole class went silent.

"And for your kind information, today's not my birthday, creep" the one thing Ava hated was such sudden gestures that was pure actions of stupidity.

"What? Last year, this same day you had celebrated it" Harry was taken aback by her word and tried to explain himself.

"Idiot, that was the orphan's she has been sponsoring" Janel slammed the fact on him and Harry melted into dead embarrassment leaving everyone laughing on him.

"Guys shut it off. And you, stop being a creep" Ava viciously answered him and he left the classroom as everyone got back to their seats.

"I thought she was a good girl?" seeing her bold character, Liam again whisperingly asked to Giselle and she smiled at him.

"she's all in one. A sassy, bold, badass nerdy down to earth girl" she defined Ava's true character and Liam was impressed. A total package in a single piece it was, such a rare beauty!!

"And that doesn't mean that I deal with creeps" Giselle and Liam were appalled when Ava replied to then when she heard what they were murmuring.

"Wow, that's sixth sense" Liam was dumbfounded by Ava's personality and she laughed at that compliment. Diehard fans!!!

"All right class, ready for your sophomore year?" their head teacher Mrs. Fiona entered the class in excitement and was happy seeing her class back.

"Morning Mrs. Fiona" the class greeted her back and began the sophomore year of Ava and her friends.

"In the first class itself we have 2 great news" she announced to all and ignited the eagerness of all.

"We have 2 new students and" Mrs. Fiona stretched the excitement and the girls died on the news of new arrivals.

"And our Ava's parents have contributed a big sum to the carnival of this year which gives us enough to make it a celebration" she broke the big news to the class and the students went crazy hearing about the carnival.

"Before you ask what the carnival is, I'll tell you" Giselle leaned to Liam's seat before he whispered to her.

"Carnival is a much like a mini festive day fir the high school that's celebrated in place of its annual day celebrations" she told him everything about the carnival and he liked that idea.

In the place of tedious and quaky programs, a full day allotted to the students to take care of the celebrations was a very attractive idea from the side of the high school and this was also a promotional event if the high school.

"Wow, tactics" Liam very much liked the new high school and its events but most importantly, he was secretly attracted to Ava herself. Her character, personality, beauty, everything was so pure and there was a high competition for her in the high school. Hence, the chances of him getting her was null but he was not going to be the creeps she despised by going crazy for gaining her attention like what Harry did. That was way too much creepy!!!

"Ma'am what about the new ones?" when the excitement settled down, a girl screamed at Mrs. Fiona for that news and again her smile widened filling her whole face.

"Well, I don't know much about one as he hasn't joined yet, but the one I know is Liam Smith, right there" she pointed out to Liam as every eye and the spot light fell on him and that was the actual time Ava also saw him in that angle and mommy, she was hit right on heart.

Liam had blue eyes that matched perfectly with his hero hair that was a shade of brownish black. His hero hair was brushed down to his face in such a way that it covered the whole of his forehead and those blue yes high lighted that hairstyle magnificent. And those blue eyes mesmerized Ava in such a way that when he smiled unwantedly to the class, she drowned in his angelic eyes.

"Get us and introduce yourself bunny head" Giselle gave him a head start and Liam turned to the students' side and took a deep breath before introducing himself.

"Hi, I'm Liam Smith" he introduced himself to the class and the rest of the girl went 'awww' on him. Typical town girl who waited for their prom prince!!!

"And?" Ava was staring at Liam as if she could drool on him any moment and he noticed that just to give back a sinister smirk.

"And I love to drink. Hope we can get well on that" his smirk again made her gulp down and realizing what she just did, she turned away and tried to hid her awkwardness from him.

Her heart was racing for no reason and she herself had no idea what was happening to her. It was something she had never felt ever in her life and such a sudden rush of emotions made her uneasy especially his blue eyes. It was pulling her own towards it!!!

"Wow that was a unique intro line Liam" Mrs. Fiona appreciated Liam and they got back to the class and Liam glanced at Ava with the smirk before sitting down.

"Excuse me" Janel saw Ava disturbed and shushed her.

"Ava....girl.... what happened?" she clearly saw Ava trying hard to get breaths and a wicked smile also bloomed on her face.

"Nothing" Ava ignored her to get a control on herself and Janel was not so good girl to let it go so easily.

"Oho....then why do I smell something fishy??" she teased Ava who upon hearing that woke up from her uneasiness and gave her a pussy face of fierceness.

"Tell me... what going on??" Janel again teased her and then for the first time in her life, Ava bit her lips and her cheeks blushed and Janel couldn't believe what she saw.

"What the fuck?? Did you just.... blush" Janel couldn't control her euphoria and squeaked getting the attention of the whole class and Mrs. Fiona looked at her.

"What's going on there?" she questioned them and immediately Janel made an excuse.

"Uhm sorry Mrs. Fiona, I accidentally hit a nail" she narrowly escaped being caught and Ava hung her head down in embarrassment.

Giselle signed to Janel asking what happened and when Giselle also saw Ava's pink cheeks, she also was blown in excitement.

Seeing both the girls beside him act weirdly, Liam also looked where their eyes went and he noticed Ava's pink cheeks. His heart skipped a beat and when she looked her tiny eyes that were hiding from him, he got cent percent sure that he had made his mark on her.....
