~ Lady Altaegracia pov ~

I Stood at the top of the building ,looking around at the bubbling city of Mexico.

I'm kind of like this city,imposing,harsh ,unsettled. I'm made of steep,mostly ,covered in concrete with walls that silence scream for help.

so many women hide their sorrows behind these walls,they're trapped with violence.

No one can hear these women,people refuse to listen but yet ,these women survive. They work as a means of escaping the abuse.

They hide their scars and bruises

they're victims of misogynist men, men who think they own them

And it doesn't matter how old these women are ,even if they're practically little girls.

They stalk them,torture them and destroy their lives.

How do I know?? ,I was one of them.

braulio pov

I stood waiting patiently as she had her back to me.

She gave up a dominating aura that sent thrills down my spine, yes I was scared of these woman and with the news I had it wasn't going to end well.

"lady..lady altergracia" I called ,she turned facing me with those red dark colored eyes.

"Braulio.." Her voice came out laced with vemon.

"I'm here for you.....as I've always been" i moved closer starting off calm.

"You are my attorney,can you tell me why that neighbourhood still stands??"Her gaze was hardened, to read her expression was like finding a needle in a hay..

......impossible.....

"That's where the shopping mall parking lot is supposed to be why are these people getting evicted??" She uttered.

"Do I have to tick them out myself?!" She snapped.

Before I could speak she walked past me going down ,I rushed following behind her.

"we're here to talk to Ms altargracia sandavol!!" The people from the neighbourhood kept shouting at the gate.

"Get back!!" Her personal body guard, Kevin pushed them back bringing out his gun.

"Can't you see he's an elderly person,...he has a gun oh my!!" They stopped shifting back.

"You can't threaten us with guns!!" The head of the neighbourhood shouted stepping forward.

"yes he can!" Altaegracia said walking to them.

~Altaegracia pov~

"Oh yes ,yes he can!" I said.

"You're trying to badge into private property ,my property " I had to remove my glass to see the man well.

"That's precisely why I'm here,I trying to defend my property ,I know you've been using your influence to demolish the neighbourhood, you can't take what's mine and leave my tenants on the street!" The owner kept bladdering ...not like I cared.

"my husband tried speaking to you countless times but he was never allowed to meet with you,he tried doing things the right way" The wife of the owner pointed her finger at me.

"The building was found unlivable after a thorough inspection by the government!" braulio spoke .

"You forged the inspection report just as you forged the property deeds and had it registered under my name!" The man challenged.

"what do you want? money?!" I said straight.

"You're defaming and extorting me,you want to make a fortune out of me on a property that's in ruin and isn't even yours" I stated the obvious .

"I didn't say that don't put words in my mouth!!" This man still shouted .

"let's go braulio,i don't do business with swindlers!" I wore my glasses back walking to my jeep.

" You're Swindlers, you coward!!", they kept shouting but what do i care ,I entered my jeep and my driver got the signal driving away.

"My construction company is losing millions and its all because we haven't being able to evict those people!", I said to my three partners over the conference call.

"I'm sorry altargracia going against the law isn't easy" Valerie my judge stated.

"oh Valerie please,in thus country dismmising justice is easier than demanding it!" I scoffed at her words.

"I want you to file a warrant against the man who claims to be the owner of the neighbourhood!" I gave the order and hearing no wasn't what I wanted.

"Jaime aguire??" She said his name.

"Acusse him of exortion" I told her immediately.

"latercia when you show the reports to the news,make sure you show him in an incriminating light!" I said to my other partner latercia a popular and influencial journalist.

"You can count on me altergracia!" just what I wanted to here

I ended the call after that resting my head as my driver drove straight to my mansion.

~ SANDAVOL MANSION ~

"How's everything in my house?" I asked my maid as I entered the house.

"Excellent as always ma'am!" She bowed just as I liked it ,they bowed to my feet.

"where's my family?!" I threw my bag on the couch.

"Your husband is waiting for you in the bedroom maam" thus stupid woman.

"my family I mean my sister and my niece stupid!!" Yes I am married, if marrying a man old enough to be my father meant me getting all his wealth I did it.

"Aunty!!" I turned seeing my most beautiful niece isadora run to me.

"hi sweetie!" I hugged her smiling.

of course I smile only to the ones dear to me which are my elder sister Regina the only family I have left and my niece.

I only love this two people apart from them I love no other being in this world.

"welcome home sister!" Regina smiled at me.

"Why are you dressed in an apron sister were you the one in the kitchen?" I frowned, after all my constant talk she still liked to work..I have the money I can buy a whole agency of chefs.

"I spend a lot of time alone here soo..." She said.

"Don't exaggerate Regina, you almost sound like a prisoner here" I scoffed at her.

"okay all I ask is that you never leave without bodyguards, people know we're well off and we need to watch out for them!" I had to make them understand that.

"especially you isadora, you're so young and oblivious to the dangers lurking outside" I was just her age when I met with those devils.

They called them the monkeys,four cowards,a rapist gang 15 years ago...but I called them demons,and those demon created me ,they made the lady I am today...

They killed the old altergracia who used to love, care and support creating this feared woman whose name drills fear into many hearts.

and oh no...i don't mind at all..I love this new me..... feared,vicious, ruthless and cold hearted me basked with the power of money which is the king of the present and oh wow....I'm the QUEEN.

Key notes from the large piano from the hall could be heard from where I was

My eyes were closed as i felt the brush and powder touch her cheeks.

"Not too much!" i muttered.

The makeup artist nodded,dropping the brush,she moved to my back arranging the beautiful hair waves i had.

She added clips making a circular bun on my head.

"What dress my lady?!" my designer asked me,i stood facing them.

"the blue one!" I pointed at the dinner gown they held.

The moment I stepped into it,how it just took my shape..ha I loved it.

"Now I'm ready!" I smiled, everything I wore smelled money my perfume cost 1 million so why won't I smell money.

I took my phone to see multiple messages from BBC news.

*Mr jaime aguire has been detained for his opposition towards the exiction of a building that is actually owned by sandavol industries, that makes this man a trespasser* Latercia did a superb job.

I played the video clip under ,the cops took that man out of his home dragged him like the pig he was.

"Just perfect!"

TUXPAN;VERACRUZ

~ Donovan pov~

"Hmm,do...no!!" Lydia moans blasted my ears, I can't blame her she's too sweet to resist .

"Hold on for me baby!" I held her hair thrusting fast into her honey pot.

My buzzing phone interupted my sweet moment,I pulled out of her laying on the bed.

"My mom?!" I mumbled seeing her initials .

Lydia snuggled close to me kissing my chest.

"Hey mom ..." I stopped hearing her sniff.

"Donovan....your father ...he's been arrested!!" I jolted up hearing her.

"You have to come back to Mexico Don!" her tears made my heart squeeze.

I ended the call getting out of the bed instantly.

"what's wrong love.!" Lydia asked.

"I have to head back to Mexico Lydia, come with me if you want " I don't have time for talks weather she followed me out I didn't know All I is know is that I'm heading back to Mexico now.

~2 HOURS LATER ~

I rushed into the police station like a mad man "where's my dad!!" I shouted .

"who are you young man?!" who I am,who am I?!!!!

"I am Donovan aguire,top best and youngest lawyer in all of veracruz let's make it world wide check the Internet you fool!!" I barked at them.

"I...I'm.. sorry sir...i didn't.. " the idiot gibbered.

"Why would you recognise, blind battilom!" I don't have his time.

"Jaime aguire where is he?!" The only thing I was after.

"Come with me" Oh now his voice was calm.

I scoffed following him.

"Dad!!" He was smugged in dirt ,I had never ever imagined my own father would be behind bars.

"Donovan you?" dad starred at me.

"Mom called me dad who did this to you?!"

"I made it my sole responsibility to see you through law school, but I never imagined my own son would have to be my lawyer!" dad muttered

"Just tell me who did this dad ,ill make sure they pay for this you're the most generous man I know what's with the allegations?" When I heard mom explain to me I was dumbfounded.

"It's that woman altargracia she's the one doing this!" now I got the name

Without wasting anytime i stormed out of the place.

I took out my phone searching on this lady a little.

"She has a party tonight,Donovan invited himself already!" I threw my phone into my pocket.

I'm going to that party!.

I stepped into hall only too see 1980's designs.

"altargracia has a wide taste though!" Valerie my wife muttered beside me.

"I'll go find isadora dad!" my son Diego said walking away.

such a lame kid!.

"ladies and gentlemen ,presenting Felipe valenzuela, our birthday guest of honor and the beautiful altargracia , 'Lady altargracia' Sandavol!!" latercia announced, just then Felipe came in alongside altargracia looking so elegant and stunning as f*ck!.

Her ravishing smile illuminating her face,oh yes this lady was beautiful to look away.

After all the waving and condescending smile she was giving with with husband she finally came to us.

"Altargracia I did as you said the qeezers in jail!" Valerie opened her mouth to fast.

"would you shut up Valerie?!" Altargracia uttered immediately.

"Braulio control your woman,what was the point of appointing her as a judge if she keeps gossiping like a cheap hair dresser?!" Altargracia threw her words right to Valerie face.

I would be lying if I didn't see a tear almost drop from her eyes.

"Excuse me!" she rushed out of there.

Altergracia just hissed walking out on me..what did I do?!"

"What is it aunty?!" I frowned as my aunty kept pulling me.

"Why aren't you with Diego, I told you I wanted you and him together?!" aunty altargracia said.

"What aunt,Diego is only my friend nothing else he's to wide and weak to even date me please!!" I wasn't joking Diego is like sponge squeezed at the slightest touch.

"That's exactly what I want weak men are the best so we can control they won't be able to control us!!" my aunt vomited right in my face.

"altargracia!!!" I heard my mom shout from my back.

"Leave us honey!" I left immediately, when my mom was angry I didn't want to even witness it.

"How dare you tell my daughter we are supposed to control men??!" Regina shouted at me.

"None of your business Regina,I'm only trying to protect isa!" I wasn't lying I control men and I don't care.

"Just because of what happened to us doesn't mean it will happen to isa too!" she lied ,All of them her the same wicked and heartless.

"I Dont want to talk about this anymore,tell everyone I'll be back!" I need air ,I just took the other stair way heading to the back.

~ donovan pov~

I watched around, damn the security was tight it was only based on invitees so no way in for me.

But hope came as I sighted Valerie padias coming out.

time to act Donovan!.

"Oh hi judge Valerie!" I rushed to her

"Excuse do i know you?" She asked her face looked pale but that wasn't my business.

"Well we met once in veracruz,I was too shy to meet a prestigious and beautiful judge like you,well here i am!" i sweet talked her.

"uhmm....okay how may I help you?" just the question I needed.

"I'm actually looking for altargracia do you know where I can find her?!" I just had to try my luck.

"Oh,come with me then!" isn't she gullible.

I followed her in but then a bodyguard stopped me.

"He's with me kelvin!" my pone paced a clear path.

I smiled as the kelvin guy moved away, Before little muss Valerie looked back I vanished.

"where's she??!" I took the stairs i didn't even know where it led.

I saw a lady hugging herself,she had her back to me but even at that ,her curves were just perfect.

"hey!!" I called out she turned and now I'm taking back my words.

"Who are you and what are you doing here?!"she said so rudely.

~ Altargracia pov~

"I imagined you differently?!" this guy starred at me so annoyingly..

"I ask again who might yoi be?" I didn't have time for crap.

"Donovan aguire,son of jaime aguire!" Ohhh

"The man who you and your thugs arrested knowing fully well he was innocent!" This guy raised his voice to me.

"How dare you address me informally, there isn't a man alive who's..." my face was squeezing in anger.

"....put you in your place?!" did he just cut me off...no did he raised his voice again!!!.

"You probably haven't met him yet but hello he's right in front of you!!!"

"Any idea where my wife is?!" I asked Regina seeing her come forth.

"I've been looking for her!" she left with isadora not quite long but isadora is right In front of me but altargracia wasnt

"She's at the back come on!" Regina said.

I nodded following her to where she was.

"How about i send you to jail as well?!!" I tried to calm my voice .

"You're beautiful but all I see right now is rage!" This Donovan guy opened his mouth again.

"You know what I Think?' i Think someone hurt you and you're just getting even!" He gibbered .

"You don't know me!" my eyes were burning n anger ,how dare he?!..

"Sooner or later you'll pay!" He raised his voice again..

"What's going on altargracia, why are you arguing with this man?!" Felipe came out of nowhere with Regina and isadora..

"it's nothing,his father is a squatter who doesn't want to leave my property!" I heard him scoff.

"unless I paid him!" well that is why he's here,money!.

"That's not true!" He pointed his finger at me.

"Altargracia stop trying to reason to this man,I'm calling security!" Felipe said holding my hand.

"I don't want any scene felipe" oh now he didn't raise his voice.

"I'll warn you one last time,don't make things worse yourself and leave!" I still tried reasoning with him.

"or do you want your father to be worse off than he already is?!" if I didn't threaten him he wouldn't leave

~Isadora pov~

Who was this guy battling words with aunt,I've never seen anyone raise their voice at her...wait they did but they were either dead or locked up.

I walked out quickly rushing to call kelvin,i don't want any blood tonight.

"Kelvin" I called out to him.

"yes ma'am isa?!"

"There's a guy arguing with my aunt ,and she's getting upset you know what happens when she's upset !" I was too loud everyone around us heard.

"Come on!" i only wanted kelvin but these people followed me too.

Kelvin immediately rushed to them,he grabbed the guy by the arm.

"Don't touch him!" aunt stopped kelvin.

"I don't want this man to ruin our party" she said.

Honestly yes I didn't want him to ruin the party.....

"please leave my dad alone,my dad is a good man,you want to fight someone fight me,keep your promise and kill me but don't kill my father"

It came back to me, those worlds from this guy were exactly the same as the love of my life but those bastards killed him still.

"I don't want you here leave!!!!" I couldn't contain the anger remembering that night.

"altargracia please calm down" that was the last word I wanted to here,but it came from my sister so I backed down.

"You let him in so get him out now!" If I kept seeing his face I can just kill him.

",This man was brought in by Ms. Valerie!" kelvin pointed.

"He lied to me,he told me he was altargracia guest!!" She gibbered .

"I don't know him!" Valerie pointed at his face.

"You don't know my father also but because she told you so you sent him to jail!!" He still opened his mouth...

Angrily I dragged out the gun fom kelvin cracking it up..

"That's enough!!, you all are idiots,I'll say this one last time,get out otherwise....I will kill you!" and I wasn't kidding

I could see the fear in everyone's faces but I still held the gun up.

"altargracia pleaae calm down!" Felipe tried touching me.

"I am calm, because I am willing to kill this guy and till go back to the party!" I wasn't kidding.

"Are you really going to shoot me ?!" This guy stepped forward

Okay now i know this lady is psychotic ,she's holding a gun at me .

"An eye for eye until we're all blind is that it?!!" no really that was what she wanted.

"Don't test me!" she pushed the gun to my chest.

"don't worry I'll leave,however don't forget I tried to make this easy for you ....and you chose to point a gun at me!" now she was My enemy ,forget the face I'm going to bring this lady down.

"so be it..two can play these game!" I dashed out of the place in anger.

"Braulio since when can Valerie make decisions without my consent as far as I know she was merely another guest" That woman caused everything.

"maybe she liked him or his smile, so she was just impressed by his courage!" well what other reasons where there?.

"I don't want any excuses I need a full report on Donovan aguire first thing tomorrow morning!" That guy was the first to ever stand up to me like that and he's just going to have to pay.

"did I make myself clear?!" I ended the call immediately..

NEXT MORNING;BRAULIO'S HOUSE

I kept hitting the punching bag in anger ,my stupid wife caused something but I was the one getting the blame.

"I want the entire report on Donovan aguire in an hour I told you last night don't make me wait !!" everything was messed up all thanks to Valerie and she still had the nerve to come to me holding a bottle in her hand.

she wasn't looking at me ,just held the bottle up..

The moment I took it she walked away "I haven't forgotten about your idiotic behavior last night " she stopped as I said.

"I can't believe you let that crash man into the party?!" I raged out..

"You embarrassed me again Valerie!" she did .

"I embarrass you?!" she scoffed.

"How about you,instead of standing up for me,you choose to stay in lady altergracia good grace as usual!" she went on,I scoffed looking away she was talking rubbish.

Of course he would think I was saying rubbish but I only stated the truth

"You've been obsessed with her your whole life, you lied to me braulio,when I met you I was so naive I had so many dreams" I wasn't going to hold back.

"I just wanted a career in law,but you married be because I was useful and because lady altargracia ordered you to of course !" my words hung in the air as braulio grabbed my jaw .

"let me go!" I struggled.

"Valerie we're married because you're stupid but useful and I can still make a lot out of you" he added force to his hold..

"You really think youre a judge because you earned it?!" He was mocking me now.

"Altargracia and I knew you would be a useful pawn and that's what we turned you to!" He pushed he away.

I sniffed In trying not to cry but they betrayed me.
