Rejected, Rescued and Returned

The bright moonlight was shinning on the lake, where I saw my human side again. I have been living as a wolf for weeks. During this time, I hunted deer and rabbits for living. And I ran freely every day. The moon heard my howling every night. Don't judge me, that's how Lana live.

In my pack, the Full Moon Pack.There are main two parts. One lived in the forest, like me, who live as a traditional way. Most of the time, we shift to our wolf form. We run, hunt, growl like a real wolf. We think this form of life will lead us approach our Moon Goddess.

On the other hand, there is another part who lived in the city. Most of the time, they lived as a human. Some of them even have a career in the human society. They rarely turn into wolves. Most of the time, they wear suits and ties and have fancy parties. In their words, werewolves are just a part of who they are. The closer you get to humans, the more advanced you get.

Our life doesn't have many connection. I really like my lifestyle, being a werewolf, I like to run freely. But I am also longing for human life. I've always wanted to see another part of the pack. But I'm sure they'd despise me for being a little wolf from the woods.

So, for the first time in weeks, I turned to human again because my best friend told me that there is a big party in that part and they need many waitresses. So my best friend Sandy and I decided to give it a shot.

"Hey, Lana. You're here. God, put some clothes on." Sandy found me beside the lake and covered her eye when she saw me naked.

Actually, as a werewolf, the time we turned to wolf, our clothes are torn apart. So most of the time, I don't wear anything when I shift.

"Sandy, hey! I didn't carry any clothes with me. Do you have any extra?" I asked.

"How am I supposed to have extra? Just wait in here. I will bring you some." she said and rushed to her house.

But for decades, ever since the pack split into two parts, most people have found mates in their own part. So I don't think it's possible. But how do I explain the amazing feeling I had when I saw Sebastian?
