She thought he was her contractual husband, but when she woke up the next morning, she saw the man lying next to her was her brother-in-law, Hank. He had no interest in women in the past, but there was something about her to draw him in. How could the devil let go of his prey that easily? She had no way to run away now.

Chapter 1 I'm Your Brother's Wife

In front of the majestic and mysterious-looking castle, a Maybach pulled over in a hurry.

The flushed face and the tightly-clenched fists of a man in the back seat were proof of his rage at the moment.

His masculine jawline tightened as he gritted his teeth. In a cold voice, he asked, "Have you dealt with that person?"

The temperature inside the car seemed to drop to a freezing point, which made Alan Lin in the driver's seat shiver. He quickly replied, "Yes, Mr. Li. The drug is too strong for you. Would you like me to find a woman for you?"

"No need." The man opened the door and walked away without looking back.

As soon as he went up to the third floor, he saw Bella Su in a white wedding dress walking towards him. She was looking down, so she didn't notice that she was about to bump into him.

His eyes darkened in an instant. He rushed forward, held her slender waist, and took her into his room.

Inside the dark room, Bella Su was pressed against the wall. The man's thin lips then covered hers fiercely.

A sense of panic immediately overwhelmed her.

"No. No..."

When the man heard Bella Su's voice, he kissed her again savagely.

She struggled desperately, but the man's body was like a sculpture. No matter how hard she tried, she couldn't push him away.

Bella Su was then thrown onto the bed. She quickly crawled into the corner of the bed and curled up to hide. In a weak voice, she said, "Robert, we had an agreement before we got married. You have no right to touch me."

However, the man she called "Robert" just let out a hair-raising laugh. He quickly loosened his tie, took off his coat, and held her body tightly.

He then held her wrists, raised her hands above her head, and pressed them hard. "Be obedient, woman."

But Bella Su didn't intend to let him succeed in his dark intentions.

She didn't stop struggling and twisting her body without knowing that it would only make the man out of control.

"Robert, you are such a liar! You can't do this to me."

Tears streamed down her cheeks and wetted the pillow.

But upon realizing that she was too weak to stop him, Bella Su gradually gave up struggling. A trace of despair was in her helpless eyes.

Early in the morning, the golden sunlight that peeped through the curtains sprinkled on the European-style bed.

Bella Su's long black hair spread casually on the pillow. Her thick eyelashes fluttered slightly before her beautiful eyes finally opened.

"It hurts..." Those were the first two words that came out of her mouth.

When she was totally awake, she remembered what had happened last night.

"Are you awake?"

Bella Su heard a strange man's voice behind her. Although she and Robert Han were newlywed, they had met before and she knew his voice. She was sure that the voice behind her was not his.

Panic struck her. She turned her head stiffly and saw a strange, handsome face.

His upper body was naked, showing his rock-hard abs. All of a sudden, Bella Su felt dizzy. "Who are you? What are you doing in my room?"

"My name is Hank Li, and I'm your man."

The strange man on the bed was Hank Li. Although she had just married into the Han family, she had heard a lot of things about them. She knew that William Han, the head of the family, had an illegitimate son. Although that son didn't use the surname Han, William Han loved him the most. His name was Hank Li. And he was her brother-in-law now.

Bella Su couldn't believe the realization that dawned on her. She had sex with Robert Han's brother last night.

Rage flared up in her heart at once. "I'm your brother's wife. How dare you do this to me!"

But Hank Li seemed to have already anticipated her reaction. His sexy lips curved into a playful smile as he slowly bent over with one hand resting on her side.

Looking at Bella Su's angelic face, he was a little curious. He wondered how she had the courage to fake her marriage with Robert Han and deceived the whole Han family.

Bella Su subconsciously moved away from him, but he quickly grabbed her hand. In the past, he had no interest in women. But the woman in front of him was different.

Hank Li felt like he was in the mood to tease her. "So, you're my sister-in-law? But if my memory serves me right, it was you who ran into my arms last night."

Bella Su was stunned. Although she drank some wine last night, she was still sober. She knew that she didn't run into anyone at all.

"No. It was you who took advantage of me." Her face flushed in embarrassment as she remembered what happened last night again.

"Really? But you are on the third floor. As far as I know, this place belongs to me alone," Hank Li said with a mysterious smile on his face.

It was William Han's decision to give the whole third floor of the castle to Hank Li alone. No one was actually allowed to come up here. Before their wedding, Robert Han had already warned her to avoid causing trouble.

Bella Su was rendered speechless by Hank Li's words. Her beautiful face turned pale in an instant. She now realized, she was not in her room.

It turned out, she went to the wrong floor and delivered herself to a devil.

She was still at a loss when there was a sudden knock on the door. Bella Su was so scared that she shrank under the quilt in a hurry.

If anyone discovered what happened last night, she was doomed.

Hank Li looked at the bulge beside him with a smile. He then said, "Come here. Or else, you will be discovered that way."

Bella Su was so nervous that she lay prone on the man's body.

At this moment, she didn't care even if she was too close to him. Anyway, she had already seen everything that she shouldn't supposed to see last night.

Hank Li took advantage of the situation as his hands caressed her back. She cursed him in her heart, but she didn't dare to do anything.

"Come in," he then said.

Bella Su's heart skipped a beat when she heard his voice. She grabbed his waist subconsciously.

When Alan Lin entered the room, he was welcomed by the smile on Hank Li's face. He batted an eyelid in disbelief. It was the first time that he saw Hank Li smile this way.

"What's the matter?" The smile on Hank Li's face disappeared in an instant, and he returned to his usual indifference.

Alan Lin didn't dare to look into Hank Li's eyes, so he quickly lowered his head. But as soon as he looked down, his eyes caught sight of a woman's wedding dress on the floor. He felt like the hair on the back of his neck stood up. He stammered, "Mr. Li...you have an important meeting today."

Under the quilt, Bella Su felt that Hank Li was pinching her on the butt now. She couldn't hold back her anger anymore, so she opened her mouth and bit him.

Hank Li groaned, and his eyes turned gloomy.

Alan Lin felt worried, so he asked, "Mr. Li, is something wrong with you?"

"Get out!" Hank Li roared.

Alan Lin was so frightened that he immediately walked out of the room and closed the door.

As soon as Alan Lin shut the door, Hank Li turned to Bella Su and said, "Woman, you are playing with fire." He pressed her under his body and kissed her red lips.

The door suddenly opened again. "Mr. Li, today's schedule..."

"Fuck off!" Hank Li threw a pillow towards the door.

Chapter 2 Throwing Yourself At Me

As soon as Alan closed the door again, Hank continued with what he wanted to do to Bella. But all of a sudden, they heard William's voice outside the room. "Hank, are you awake?"

Hank didn't reply as he couldn't stop kissing Bella. She kept patting his back, urging him to stop. She was so scared now.

If William found out that she was in Hank's room, she would be dead for sure.

"Hank, let go of me," she said.

"Mr. Han, maybe Mr. Li is not yet awake." Alan, who was still outside the room, tried his best to stall for time.

"That's strange. Hank doesn't have the habit of waking up late. Never mind. I'll go straight in," William said. He hadn't seen Hank for a long time, and he missed him very much.

When Bella heard what he said, she had no time to care about anything else. She bit Hank on the shoulder, causing him to let go of her.

She picked up his shirt on the floor and put it on, kicked her wedding dress under the bed, and quickly rushed to the balcony.

"Wait for me here," Hank said to her. Actually, he wanted her to hide in the wardrobe, but she ran to the balcony instead.

William opened the door and came in. He then saw Hank standing by the window, wearing on a pair of trousers. His black hair shone under the sunlight.

"Hank, what are you doing?" he asked.

"It's none of your business," Hank replied coldly.

"I asked the servant to cook your favorite food," William said, ignoring Hank's cold treatment. No one would imagine that the domineering William would be so gentle at the moment.

As if he was afraid that Hank would refuse, he added in a hurry, "You rarely come back home. Robert got married yesterday. Why not join us for breakfast?"

Hank thought that he would see Bella downstairs, and a faint smile appeared on his face. "Okay."

William's eyes lit up in an instant. "I'll wait for you downstairs then." He went out of Hank's room happily. He always felt that he owed Hank the most. Now, he wanted to make up for it.

After William left, Hank walked to the balcony, but Bella wasn't there anymore.

He pursed his thin lips as a trace of danger flashed across his eyes. 'Woman, do you really think you can escape from me this way?' he thought to himself.

Bella was already back in her room on the second floor. She was panting, so she kept on patting her chest to relax. Until now, she still couldn't believe that such a thing happened last night.

When she finally calmed down, she quickly took a bathrobe from the wardrobe and went into the bathroom.

Dipping herself in the warm bath made her feel relieved. She felt like all the pain that she felt earlier had vanished in an instant.

While resting in the bathtub, she kept on praying that she wouldn't cross paths with Hank again. She didn't know how to face him when she saw him.

After taking a bath, Bella changed her clothes and put on light makeup. Suddenly, someone knocked on the door.

"Who's that?" she asked.

"It's me." It was Robert's voice. He had come back.

"Come in," she said in a polite but distant tone.

Robert was still wearing the same clothes as last night. But Bella smelled a strange scent of a woman's perfume on him. It was too strong that she wanted to throw up. Never in her life did she use any perfume.

Bella didn't need to ask. She already knew who he was with last night.

"Let's have breakfast together. You know what to do in front of my parents, do you?" Robert asked. His tone was calm, but she could feel a sense of threat in it.

"I know," she replied coldly.

When they met for the first time, Robert had already been frank to her. He had told her, "I like someone else. I only agreed to marry you because it's what my parents want. I know that the Su family's financial situation is pretty unstable right now. Here's a check for thirty million dollars. If you accept this, we will get married, but we won't get marriage licenses. Our wedding ceremony will not be made public either."

"No problem with me. I only have one request. You can't touch me," Bella had agreed.

Thinking of her parents, she couldn't find any reason to refuse.

Robert freshened up in the bathroom, and then they went downstairs arm in arm to have breakfast with the Han family.

As soon as they reached the ground floor, Bella felt that someone was staring at her. She looked around carefully and found Hank sitting at the dining table. This time, he was dressed neatly.

'Why is he here?'

She was stunned.

Robert noticed her strange reaction, so he asked in a low voice, "What's wrong with you?"

"Nothing. I'm fine." But when she held Robert's arm again, her trembling hand betrayed her.

Robert thought that she was nervous, so he raised his hand to caress her hair and comforted her, "Don't be afraid. My parents are easy to get along with."

The moment Robert touched her hair, Bella felt that Hank's stare turned very cold that she couldn't help shivering.

To hide her uneasiness, she lowered her head and walked behind Robert. She really wanted to run away from this place. But since she had already taken Robert's money, she must abide by their contract.

Bella noticed that there were two empty seats beside Hank, but she had no plan of sitting in any of them.

She let go of Robert's hand and was about to walk past Hank to sit far away from him. But unexpectedly, she stumbled. She closed her eyes and waited for her body to touch the floor.

But to her surprise, she felt a strong force that pulled her back, and she sat firmly on someone's lap.

"Huh? Throwing yourself at me?" Hank whispered in her ear.

Bella felt her scalp tingle. She quickly jumped off him and apologized, "I'm sorry. I didn't mean it."

"Sit down," Hank said coldly while cutting the steak elegantly.

"Huh? What?" Bella asked in confusion.

Fortunately, Robert was quick enough to control the situation. He stepped forward and said, "Relax, Bella. Sit down first."

He then supported her to sit next to Hank.

"Thank you," Bella said timidly as she sat down slowly. She felt too exhausted all of a sudden.

"Well, since Bella has just moved in here, she is not yet familiar with the house," William said. "Bella, from now on, consider this place like your own home. Don't be afraid to explore and familiarize yourself with the whole house."

"Okay," she replied shyly.

"Let's eat. The food is getting cold."

Bella picked up the knife and fork, put some bacon on her plate, and took a sandwich. Feeling the chill on her right, her hands holding the knife and fork became a little stiff.

"Do I look scary?" Hank asked coldly.

"No, you don't," Bella replied in a trembling voice.

"Then why are your hands shaking?" Hank leaned towards her and breathed heavily on her face. What he did reminded her of what happened last night.

The knife and fork in her hands fell on her plate with a loud sound.

Everyone at the table turned their head to her. They felt that the conversation between her and Hank was a little strange, but they couldn't exactly tell why.

For Robert, who didn't really care about Bella, it wasn't a big deal at all.

But since they all thought that she was his wife, he had to do something to protect her.

Chapter 3 I Want You

"Hank, don't scare Bella. She is a timid person," Robert said. He then cut the sandwich into smaller pieces and put on Bella's plate.

Hank didn't refute. Instead, he said, "Really? It's my fault. I'm so sorry."

He then put the steak he had cut on Bella's plate.

"Bella, you must eat it up. Otherwise, I will think that you are mad at me." His lips curved up into a smile, but his eyes were filled with coldness.

Since it was early in the morning, Bella didn't want to eat such greasy food. But after hearing his words, she quickly pricked the slice of steak with her fork and stuffed it into her mouth.

In an instant, the coldness in Hank's eyes vanished. He asked, "How does it taste?"

Bella didn't dare to look at him, but she answered, "It's delicious."

Robert didn't care about Hank's abnormal behavior. His mind was busy thinking about Jenny Chen.

He said, "Dad, Mom, I'll take Bella back to our place later."

"Okay. I'm glad to see that you two really love each other so much. I just hope that you can give me a grandchild as soon as possible."

Bella suddenly coughed when she heard the word "grandson." She choked on the glass of soymilk that she was drinking. She cleared her throat and drank up the glass of water in front of her.

Robert gently patted her on the back.

"Slow down," he said with a voice full of concern.

Hank just stared at Bella quietly. But his eyes became deeper and deeper.

After breakfast, Robert noticed that her shirt was also stained, so he said to her, "Go upstairs and change your shirt. I'll wait for you in the car."

"Okay." Bella stood up and ran upstairs with lowered head.

She was only able to breathe a sigh of relief when she was already in her room.

For her, the Han family was too dangerous. She wouldn't want to come here again in the future.

Bella looked at her stained shirt with a frown. She then unbuttoned her shirt quickly to change into a clean one.

All of a sudden, she heard that the door of her room was pushed open. She turned around in fright. And when she saw who it was, she felt her heart in her throat.

"Hank? How did you get in here?"

"Your door isn't locked," Hank replied indifferently while approaching her step by step.

"Hank, I'm your sister-in-law. Don't mess around. Robert is waiting for me downstairs. If I don't go there now, he will surely come here to look for me."

With a scornful smile at the corners of his mouth, Hank said, "Well, let him come here. Since your marriage is fake, I really want him to see us like this. There's no need for us to hide from him."

He then wrapped his arms around Bella, almost kissing the tip of her nose.

With her hands on his solid chest, she breathed unsteadily. "Hank, don't do this. Please let me go. I won't make a fuss about what happened last night. You have nothing to lose anyway. Let's just write it off, okay?"

"Write it off?" Hank chuckled. "It's not up to you."

"You are bullying your brother's wife. What will they say if they find out?" There was a hint of threat in Bella's words.

Although she and Robert were just pretending to be married, she didn't want to be misunderstood by other people. She wouldn't let them think that she seduced her husband's brother.

Hank raised his eyebrows and stared at her sharply. "If they find out, you should be the one to feel scared. Remember, you are pretending to be Robert's wife to deceive the Han family. What do you think will happen to you if they know about it?"

Bella suddenly froze and looked at Hank in disbelief.

She couldn't understand why he knew that her marriage with Robert was fake.

But still, she pretended to be brave. "Let go of me, you jerk!" Bella struggled to escape from his embrace.

She swore that she would never have any connection with him in her life.

But Hank just ignored her. As his eyes darkened, he held her chin and forced her to look him in the eye. "I assure you, my father will never let the Su family off if he finds out. He will definitely haunt your family in your lifetime. I wonder if you dare to let that happen."

Those threatening words just came out of his mouth casually.

Upon hearing him mention her family, a sense of unprecedented fear surged up in Bella's heart. She sold herself to Robert just to save her family. And now, Hank could just destroy all her plans so easily. It was as if the fate of the Su family was in his hands.

Bella was totally flabbergasted. She didn't know what to do.

Her eyes revealed that she was now overwhelmed by fear.

Looking at her frightened expression, Hank couldn't help touching her flushed face. His gesture was unexpectedly gentle as if he was afraid of hurting her accidentally.

But even so, Bella still felt nervous. She couldn't figure out what was Hank's real intention. He was so unpredictable.

Bella almost jumped up when she heard someone knock on the door.

"Bella?" Robert called out. Fortunately, it seemed that he had no plan of entering her room.

"What is it?" Bella asked, trying to hide the nervousness in her voice.

"Something happened to Jenny, so I have to see her first. I'll just let the driver send you to your place, okay?" "Okay,"

she answered immediately. A devilish smile appeared on Hank's face. He bent over and nibbled her sensitive earlobe.

"Mmph!" Bella covered her mouth in shock. She didn't expect what Hank did.

"Bella, is something wrong with you?" asked Robert, who was still outside the door.

"I...I'm fine. My throat just feels a little uncomfortable because of the wine I drank last night. Don't worry about me. Go to her now."

"Okay. Take care of yourself. I'll go ahead."

Finally, Bella heard Robert's receding footsteps. Somehow, her heart calmed down a little. But although her problem with Robert was solved, she had a much bigger problem in front of her now.

She knew that she had very little chance to escape from Hank this time, but she didn't want to give up just like that. After plucking up all her courage, she said, "Hank, with your identity and status in life, you can have any woman you want. Why do you want a married woman like me? Don't you care about your image? If news about us spread, it will ruin your reputation."

"I don't care!" Hank snapped.

"Hank, please let me go."

"No."

"What do you really want from me?"

"You."

Bella was speechless with his answers.

Hank held her delicate chin again and said, "I think you have forgotten who your man is. Do you want me to help you remember? Hmm?"

With what he said, the scene from last night flashed back in Bella's mind.

"No. I don't want to," she refused firmly. They had sex, but she was not in her right mind at that time. It was a big mistake. And they shouldn't let the same mistake happen again.

Hank noticed the embarrassment on Bella's face. He didn't mean to make things difficult for her, but she really caught his interest.

He had never lacked women around him. In fact, they were the ones chasing him. But for some reason, Bella was different. Just a glance at her could make him absentminded.

"Hank..." Bella held on to the last glimmer of hope.

But she didn't know that the way she talked and looked at the moment would only arouse Hank's desire to conquer her.

Finally, he decided not to force her.

"Go," he said in a charming voice.

Bella didn't waste any more time. She rushed out of the room without looking back.

As soon as she went downstairs, Robert's mother approached her and said kindly, "Bella, Robert has something to deal with in the company. I'll just ask the driver to send you back."

Bella smiled shyly. "Okay. Thank you, Aunt...oh... Mom." She immediately corrected herself. Since she had already accepted Robert's money, she should do her best to look and sound convincing in front of the Han family.

Hank also went downstairs. He walked up to them and said, "I'll drive you there. Anyway, we're heading the same way."

Tina Song didn't like Hank. But she didn't dare to provoke him because she knew how much William loved him.

Bella didn't dare to refute. She just straightened her back and froze in place, not knowing what to say.

"Why are you still standing there? Don't waste my time."

Despite her nervousness, Bella bade goodbye to Tina Song. "Mom, I'll just go with Hank."

Tina Song didn't object either. She just nodded and said, "Okay. But call me when you get home, so I'll know that you arrive safely."

"I will," Bella replied and followed Hank outside.

When she caught up with him, she said, "Well, you don't really have to drive me there. I'll take the bus."

"Do you think there is a bus here?"

It was only then that Bella realized that they were in a residential area where the nearest bus station was half a mile away.

"Get in the car," Hank ordered as he sat in the back seat.

"Okay." After thinking for a while, Bella walked over to the passenger seat and opened the door. She didn't want to be near him at all.

"Sit in the back seat," Hank ordered coldly.

But she just turned a deaf ear to him and pulled the passenger seat door. Unfortunately, she couldn't open it.

"The door is locked," Bella said and waved at Alan, motioning for him to open the door. However, he didn't even spare her a glance.

"Don't expect him to open the door for you." She heard Hank's domineering voice.

Bella pouted. She glared at Alan before she opened the back seat's door obediently.

As soon as she entered and closed the door, she squeezed herself in the corner, just to stay away from Hank.

"Why are you so far away from me?" Hank asked with a frown.

"Nothing. I just like sitting by the window, so I can have a good look at outside."

"Come here."

"No." Bella pressed herself to the door more.

"Come here. Don't make me say it for the third time."

"Promise me first that you won't touch me again." Hank didn't answer. Eventually, Bella gave in and moved closer to him little by little.

Much to her surprise, he held her in his arms and said, "Be good. Otherwise, I'll have you right here."

Bella wanted to cry. She didn't understand why Hank was interested in her.

After a while, the car pulled over in front of a shabby residential building.

"Has the Su family reached this low?" Hank was a little surprised.

But Bella countered, "No. This is where I'm renting." It was true that the Su family had been in an unfavorable condition. But Bella still tried to protect her parents' dignity.

The Su family had sold everything that they could sell. Right now, they only had their villa left. Most of their servants had been fired too. And since Bella didn't want to continue pretending that they still belonged to the higher class, she moved out and lived alone. She did some part-time jobs to support her life and her studies.

She only agreed to Robert's deal because her parents begged her to help the Su family get through the difficulties. If she had a choice, she wouldn't have involved herself in the Han family and met the devil-like Hank.

"My house is in a mess now, so I won't invite you in. Bye." Bella had expected that this was the last time she would see Hank.

Hank didn't stop her. But through the rearview mirror, Alan saw that he was still staring at her receding back, lost in thought. Alan couldn't help asking, "Mr. Li, do you really love her?"

Hank turned and looked at him coldly without saying anything.

Alan felt nervous, thinking that he must have said something wrong. However, Hank suddenly said, "I want to know everything about her."

"Yes, Mr. Li," Alan answered at once.
