ANNA'S POV

"Why are you so cold hearted?" Anita asked.

"Because they turned me into what I am today" I fired.

" They? Who are they?" She inquired, perplexed.

I closed my eyes as I remembered that fateful day.

It was a Monday morning!

I woke up feeling different and happy.

I'm plus one today!

"Today is my birthday! Today is my birthday!!" I jumped on my bed in excitement.

The thought of getting my sport car which I had always wanted, added to my happiness.

On my birthdays,dad always grant one of my wishes and I am definitely gonna request for a pink sports car today.

I jumped down from the bed and got out of my night gown.

I had my shower, wore my underwears and slipped into one of my designer black short gowns..I wore a light make up and tied my hair in a ponytail.

When I looked into the mirror, I was satisfied with what I saw..

I slipped into my pink heels before heading downstairs..

Dad was on his special couch reading his news paper while mum was receiving a leg massage from one of the helpers..

"Good morning mum and dad" I greeted,giving each of them a peck.

"Good morning baby and how's my princess doing?" Dad asked.

"I'm cool dad" I replied, giggling.

Why haven't they wished me a happy birthday?

"Why are you all dressed up?" Mum asked..

"I'm going out with my friends"

"Aww..Go catch some fun but get back home early" Mum said with a pat on my back.

"Okay..but..." I stuttered..

"What's wrong?" Mum asked..

"Aren't you guys forgetting something?" I blinked my eyes.

"Something like what?" Dad arched his brows.

"About someone's special day" I winked.

"Someone's special day?" Mum repeated. "Who?"

Seriously? How could they forget the birthday of their only daughter?

"Forget it!" I snapped and turned back to leave.

"Aren't you eating? Breakfast is served" mum called out.

" I'm not hungry" I scowled, heading to the door..

"Goodbye baby! Take care of yourself"

"Whatever"

I Grumpily walked outside but ran into my elder brother, Williams..

He had just got back from his morning jog.

"And where's my annoying little sister heading to?" He asked.

"That's none of your business" I fired.

"Oh! Sorry miss" he shrugged,heading inside..

"Wait a minute"

"What's it?" He replied a bit curtly as he turned to face me.

"You remember that today is a special day for me, right?" I asked, pouting my lip.

"A special day for you? Are you getting married today" he asked with his eyes almost bugging from their sockets.

"Huh? Marriage?" I repeated in disbelief. "You've lost your mind"

I walked to my car, pissed off.

I got home tired..

Today's party was fun.My friends had surprised me with a lot of birthday gifts,unlike my family who had forgotten about my birthday.

I packed my car in the garage and walked to the door but it was locked..

I input the password and the door cracked open..

I stepped into the house and locked the door-but to my amazement, the house was dark.

I am sure they're all busy sleeping.

"Looks like nobody cares about me again"l muttered.

I was about climbing the stairs to my room, when the lights suddenly turned on .

I was shocked to see my family members and the helpers..They all stood there beaming with smiles.

The house was heavily decorated with balloon and flowers and the popular birthday song played in the background.

"Happy birthday!!" They all chorused..

My joy knew no bound as I jumped on each of them,giving them a tight hug.

We partied all night..

I slept that night praying that no harm befalls my family.

"So what do you want for your birthday gift?" Dad had asked me during our breakfast, the next day.

"I want one of the latest sport car, red precisely" I giggled.

"Jeez! That'll cost a lot of money." Mum interrupted.

I raised my eyebrows.

"Come on mum! Dad isn't complaining.." I whined..

"Exactly honey! I'm not complaining..I have just paid for the car online..so all you have to do is to go drive it home"

" Thanks Dad" I leaped in happiness and plastered a peck on his cheek.

"I have to go guys" I added briskly

"But where are you going to?" Mum asked.

"To get my car of course" I laughed,running out.

I got my car and happily drove home but the door to the house wasn't locked.

"Strange!!" I muttered..

I entered into the house and to my chagrin,my parents and only brother lay on the floor - they were all bleeding..

My heart missed a beat as I quickly ran to them..

"Mum! Mum!!" I cried shaking her, but there was no reply..

Is..is..she dead?

I ran to my brother..

"Wi..William" I quivered, violently shaking him..

But he didn't even bulge..

"Wi..William..please wake up..you're my super hero,please don't leave me" I cried..

What happened to my family?

But they were all healthy and happy before I left..

"A..Anna" I heard a whisper..

I turned back..

"Dad!!" I ran to him..

"Dad..what..what happened?" I cried..

"You..you..have to run faraway" dad forced himself to say.

"But...but..why? Who ..did..this.?" I wailed.

He didn't say anything rather he just tore part of his white shirt and used his blood to write names of some people..

"Take..take this" he said while coughing out blood..

I took it from him still confused.

"Daddy!! What's happening?"

"Stay away from those people, you have to run some where faraway..Those people are bad they're gonna hurt you if they ever find you" dad stuttered, breathing heavily..

"But..who'll I run to? Why should I leave you guys here? I..I..can't live without you guys" I cried..

"I love you baby but you'll have to Leave now" Dad insisted, he coughed out blood.

"No! No daddy!!" I cried, shaking my head.

"I have always given you all you ever asked from me my child but today your father wants something from you" dad said and took my hands in his..

"What..what is it dad?"

"Promise me that you'll live..promise me that you'll fight death and keep my lineage from coming to an end"

"But..why are you speaking this way?"

"Just promise me! Promise your father"

"I promise you dad. But give me some minutes, I'll go call for help"

"It's too late.. you'll have to leave now"

"No dad! I'm not leaving without you" I cried..

"Please just leave" he slowly said and closed his eyes.

His body became pale.

"No! No!" I cried.

"Daddy!!!"

Just then I heard some footsteps coming towards the house..

"I'll have to leave! But I'll avenge your deaths! I'll make them pay!!" I vowed through gritted teeth before running out through the back door, to an unknown destination..

Episode 2

Anna's POV

( Back to present)

"Omg!! You have really been through a lot but how long will you keep on killing people?" Anita asked..

Anita was an assassin when I met her..

I met her six years ago when I was still living in the streets as a beggar..

She saw how dirty I look, took pity on me and took me in. She took care of me like a family would and I will be forever grateful to her.

Anita introduced me into the world of the assassins. But later she retired and is now married to a retired assassin named Philip Tyson..

She is just like an elder sister and the only special person in my life. Whoever hurts her is bound to get killed by me.

"I am not just killing people..I'm killing murderers! Those fuckin' people snatched my family from me! They took everything from me. They made me an orphan in a day" I growled as tears clouds my eyes. "I'm gonna take every godamn thing from them. I'll snatch away everything they cherish from them, including their miserable lives" I vowed through a gritted teeth..

"But for how long will you keep on killing them? Come on dear, you have your own life to live" Anita said..

"Life? I don't have a life to live..My life is only centered on revenge. If I don't do that, then there's no need of being alive"

" No.. don't do this to yourself! Please just stop" She sadly said and took my hand in hers but I jerked off her hand..

"I'm not gonna stop until every last one of them is wiped out from the surface of the earth and I will be very glad if you don't try to stand on my way. " I yelled and walked out..

I got to my secret room.. No one knows about this secret room. It is where I plan my mission.

I took a look at the wall which was covered with the pictures and names of my enemies..

I brought out the piece of cloth which dad had given to me..There were five names on the cloth..

The top on the list was Mr Philip Thompson..

His pictures has already been pasted on the wall by me..

I did some online research about him and was able to find out about his company,house,and some personal details which can help me plan my mission..

I brought a lighter from my pocket and set one of his pictures on fire..

"Get ready Mr.Philip! I am coming for you" I said and burst out laughing as I watch the picture burn to ashes...

Mr Philips POV

I and my body guards were driving down to my company when the car suddenly starts moving zig- zag..

"What's wrong?" I asked..

"I'm sorry sir but the brake has failed" the driver said struggling to control the car..

"Failed? But I instructed you to always check the car properly every morning" I yelled..

"I did that sir! When I checked it this morning,it was working..I don't know what happened"

"You bloody fool! If I survive this accident,I'm gonna make your life miserable" I groaned...

"Arrghhhhh"

We screamed as the car dived into a nearby bush and collides with a tree..

My head banged on the car as my visions became blurry..

I saw a lady's face..

"Sir! Sir!!" I heard her say..

"Help me!!" I muttered before I became unconscious..

I opened my eyes..

My environment looks strange. I'm in the hospital.

Some drips were connected to my hands although I wasn't really feeling deep pains.

"Thank God you're awake" my wife who was seated in one of the chairs close to my bed said, smiling..

"What happened? And what am I doing here?" I slowly said as I struggled to sit up on the bed.

"Careful honey" She said, assisting me. "You had an accident but was saved by a lady"

"A lady? Where's she?"

"She's in the waiting room,I will go bring her" She replied and dashed out..

Just then,the doctor came in..

"How're you feeling now?"

"I'm fine doctor!"

"You should be grateful to that kind lady that saved you. If she didn't bring you here on time,you would have bled to death..Anyway,you didn't sustain much injury so you'll be discharged tomorrow" the doctor said..

"Oh! Thanks doctor"

"My pleasure"...

After a while,my wife came in with a pretty young lady..

She was shabbily dressed, must be a low life..

"She's the lady" my wife said..

" Good afternoon sir"

" Good afternoon..what's your name?"

" My name is Tina henry"

" I heard that you saved my life, thanks..So what do you want in return?"

"I'm okay sir..I don't want anything"

"Oh..Anyways thanks.I'll be forever grateful to you for saving my life" I said..

Just then her phone beeped..

"Excuse me sir"

She brought out her phone and after going through it, she started crying..

"What's wrong?" I asked..

"My..my landlord has sent me packing..I don't have anywhere to go to" she cried..

"That's not a problem! How much is your rent? I'll pay it"

"No sir! I can't take any money from you..I'm not a beggar"

"Okay! But you can stay at my house right?"

" No thanks.. I'll think of another way" she said.

" Come on dear! You've just saved my husband and this is the only way we can repay you. Please don't say No" My wife interrupted.

"Okay ma! But only for three days.."

"No problem! You can stay as long as you want" I smiled.

"Thank you sir! But three days is enough for me to accomplish my mission"

"Mission? What do you mean by that?"

"Huh? What I meant is that, getting a new house is now my mission..so three days is enough for me to accomplish that" She chuckled.

" Oh I see.."

Phillip's POV

I was going through my wardrobe to pick a dress which I would wear to work, when i heard a knock on the door.

"Come in"

The door cracked open to reveal Tina.

"Good morning sir" Tina greeted as she walked into my room with her cleaning bucket and mop stick.

It's been three days since she started living in my house..

She helps the maids with cleaning of the house and preparation of meals.

"Good morning" I replied with a pleased beam.

Just then my eyes caught something, her body.

Her gown was transparent and I could see her curved ass and succulent boobs..

As she bent down to sweep the floor,her short gown flipped up revealing her fair laps..

I felt the little man standing strong in between my legs.

Shit! This lady is killing me.

She kept on swaying those ass of hers as she swept the room..

I can't take this anymore..

I stood up and suddenly hugged her from behind..

"S..sir..what..are you doing?" She quivered and broke from my embrace.

"Aren't you seducing me?" I raised my eyebrows.

"I..I.. don't know what you're saying"

"Really? Then why are you cleaning my room now. I thought you only clean when I'm out of the room" I furrowed my brows.

" I only cleaned your room now because I'll be leaving the house today" She muttered.

I wasn't really paying attention to all she was saying. She has waked up my hormones and she has to pay for it.

"I want you Tina.." I blurted..

"W..what?" She raised her eyebrows. "I..I..can't do that"

"Why?"

"Because you're married ! What if your wife sees us?" She whispered.

"Don't worry about that! I have already booked a hotel room for us"

"What? Us?" She exclaimed.

"Yeah! Since the day I met you,I have been dying to go under those legs of yours" I smirked.

"Disgusting! I can't do that sir" She fired.

What??

I gave her a hard slap as she slumped to the floor..

"How dare you? How dare you say No to me?" I roared, charging angrily at her..

"Please don't hurt me.." She whimpered.

"I won't hurt you because you saved my life but next time you try this,I'm gonna make your fuckin' life more miserable"

"I.I'm sorry sir."

"You better be! I know you saved my life but that doesn't mean you should go against my wish..Meet me at the popular George's hotel"

"Okay sir" she cried.

"And one more thing- Always remember that lowlifes like you has no say in the society. You should always know your "

"Yes sir"

"Now get out!!" I roared as she ran out crying..

"Yeep !! This is gonna be fun" I licked my lip.

I sat on the hotel bed eagerly waiting for Tina..

Why isn't that bitch here?

I hope she hasn't run away?

I was still lost in my thoughts when the intercom went off.

"Yes, who is it?" I asked a bit curtly.

"It's me" I heard a familiar voice say.

Tina's!

"Come in"

"Why are you late?" I fired as soon as she stepped into the room.

"I..I'm sorry sir" she muttered..

I looked at her from head to toes.

She was dressed in a black trouser and jacket coupled with a black boot.

"Hey why are you dressed like that? Do you think you're here for some kind of combat or what?" I yelled but she burst out laughing.

" What's funny about what I just said?" I asked, surprised.

"Easy dude! You're too loud" She softly said and sat on the bed with her legs crossed..

What?

"How dare you speak to me in such manner?" I yelled and raised my hand to slap her but she caught my hand and flinged me up..

"Arrrghhh!!" I screamed as I landed on the floor and broke my right hand.

Jeez! What just happened?

"Sorry sir! Did I hurt you?" She pouted her lip.

"Of course you did!" I yelled,groaning in pain..

"Oh sorry! I didn't intend to hurt you,I only wanted to kill you"

"What? "

"Yeah, I'm here to end your fvckin' life" She let out a loud laugh.

I struggled to stand up, still wondering if I am dreaming.

An ordinary low born is threatening me?

"You wanted to rape me right? Tsh..i can't believe this!" She scoffed. " I wonder how many girls out there you've molested all because you're wealthy"

"Don't you..

I tried to say but she cut me off..

"Shut up! Don't talk when I'm talking" she yelled and slapped me...

What the hell!

This lowlife just slapped me!!

"Just because you're wealthy doesn't mean you should treat the poor as nothing! People like you is the reason why the world isn't a better place" she said through a gritted teeth..

"Enough of your nonsense!!" I yelled..

I angrily charged towards her and gave her a kick but she dodged it and gave me a hard blow on my stomach which sent me sprawling to the floor again.

How could she have such fighting skills?

Is she an assassin?

No! But she's just an ordinary maid..

"W..who are you?" I asked..

And she burst out into a loud laugh.
