'AAAKKKKKKK!!!'
Minatta screamed as she pulled the white blanket up to her neck, covering her naked body on the king-size bed with fluorescent lights behind the headboard, making the room dimly lit yellowish. At the same time, her eyes bulged to stare at a man who was fast asleep beside her.
'What? Wh-what the hell?' The man who woke up also looked shocked and was trying to recognise the situation. His face also looked shocked as to why he was shirtless in an unfamiliar room that appeared to be a hotel room.
Moreover, what shocked him the most was, who was this girl?
'Who are you?' shouted the man covering his chest by crossing his arms, inching backwards to the end of the bed with a puzzled look in his eyes.
'I should have asked!' Minatta pointed at the man with puddles in both corners of her eyes. His eyes were already red and hot. 'Why am I here!?' he shouted biting his lower lip and eyes bulging.
'Shit!' The man hit the mattress with his fist. 'I don't remember anything!'
'You're crazy! You must have brought me here, right!' Minatta didn't believe the man's excuses and denials. Clearly, the stinging between his groin was quite pronounced at the moment. He was absolutely certain that this man with the handsome face but cunning nature of a fox had set him up, somehow.
'I really don't remember!'
Minatta didn't want to believe it. He thought this man had indeed set him up, but was pretending to be innocent. 'You were the one who approached me at the club last night, right?'
'At the club?' The man frowned. 'I didn't go to the club at all.'
'Liar!'
'I'm sure that I didn't go there. Let alone drink,' the man argued.
'You expect me to believe you?' snarled Minatta, who was determined not to fall for the fox's tricks, whatever they might be.
'I don't want to argue with you. I told you that I don't remember anything.' The man shook off the blanket and got up. Minatta would have screamed if the man wasn't wearing anything, but luckily he was still wearing underwear.
'I asked you your name!' Minatta should at least know that name.
'What for?' The man picked up the clothes scattered on the floor and put on his boxer briefs quickly.
'For me to report to the police!'
'Haha!' The man chuckled in annoyance. 'On what grounds?'
'Harassment and rape.'
'Are you sure? Am I not the victim here?' The man, who had just finished putting on his khaki trousers, walked over to Minatta, who was still cornered at the head of the bed. 'This is just your trick, isn't it? You must be one of those unrighteous women who like to trap men and then sue or blackmail them. Fine, go ahead and report me, but I'll also report you with the same charges!'
'Bastard! Who's the victim here? Who's the loser here? Who is being framed here? Me, me, and I!' Minatta squeezed the chest-high blanket she was holding. Her tears wanted to spill over, but that would only make her position weak and dominated. 'I'm not the woman you say I am!'
The man pulled back the curtain the full length of the wall, allowing the morning light from behind it to pour through the glass and dazzle their vision for a moment. Now both of them could more clearly see each other's faces.
'It feels like... I've seen this face before,' Minatta thought, sweeping the man's face. 'Maybe... one of the kids at my college. But... who?'
'You... recognise me?' asked Raivin managing to catch and read the look on the girl's face.
Instead of answering, Minatta buried her face in her hands and knees. It looked like the girl was still in shock at her current condition. A one night stand with an unknown man is not something that can be accepted easily, especially when she has no idea why she is here.
'Crazy! What have you done, Raivin?' the man thought to himself. Still standing by the window, he looked back with frustrated eyes, staring at the girl still wrapped in the blanket on the bed.
'W-was I really... screwing someone's daughter?'

24 hours before the night of the incident.
'Hey! That one over there, hurry up and run! Hurry up and get in line! It's about to start, man! It's about to start!'
His name was Raivin Ryutsai, that morning he was in charge of the Discipline Team in the student ospek activities. So if there were new students who arrived late, dressed not according to instructions, or who violated other rules, then the Discipline Team would be the one to punish them.
The Vice Rector for Student Affairs and Alumni gives a speech at the opening of the ospek to welcome new students. The new students, who were high school freshmen, were now in their black and white uniforms lined up on the field according to their respective faculty groups.
As Raivin stood guard at the edge of the field near the parking lot, he saw a pink Vespa entering the two-wheeler parking lot quickly, the rider wearing a black and white uniform so it was clear that he must be a freshman.
'Someone's about to get their first taste of punishment, here!' muttered Raivin rubbing his palms together, preparing to arrest the latecomer. The girl hurriedly parked her Vespa, then ran towards the field.
Raivin had coded from afar that the girl didn't need to run anymore because she was already counted as late. Either not seeing or deliberately ignoring, the girl dodged and ran past Raivin's body towards the line.
Swiftly, Raivin caught the freshman's arm so that her body was pulled backwards. The girl stopped and looked back, her eyes wide with shock. Either shock at being caught or shock at seeing cogan. Her eyeballs couldn't escape Raivin's face.
'Oh my! Beautiful, oh my god! Looks like Ralin Syah... eh! Looks like Chelsea Island too!!' Failing to focus to the final level, Raivin even fell silent after seeing the girl's face. How could he not be misfocused if it wasn't because the face of the girl in front of him was like an angel who would soon become the belle of the campus.
'What the hell?' The girl frowned, even though her face was already panicked because she was late. 'Let go!'
'Calm down. You're late, so you're not allowed to enter the line anymore,' Raivin said firmly.
'I mean, let go of my hand!' The girl tried to pull her arm out of Raivin's grip.
'If I let go, you'll still run into the line. It'll only disturb the other guys.'
'I'm not going to run away!' insisted the girl looking fed up. She jerked her arm away from him with a single jerk.
Raivin cleared his throat to neutralise his focus. 'Why are you late?'
'There was bad traffic on the way. I was only a few minutes late anyway. Someone over there who was late wasn't detained, why is it my turn to be detained?' protested the girl pointing towards the edge of the field, far away.
'You were 20 minutes late, so there's no need to protest. The roads are usually congested, which means you have to leave early. If there's no traffic, why didn't you go that way earlier?' Raivin answered every sentence in the girl's defence. Now the girl just folded her arms in annoyance.
Raivin took out a small note and pen. 'Name?'
'You're just like a cop, taking out notes and pens. If you want to be a cop, why are you here, sir?'
Raivin felt silly after being satirised by the girl, he admitted he was being too formal and stiff. He hid the item he had taken out earlier and then repeated his question. 'Alright, what's your name, which department and faculty?'
The girl did not answer, again either not hearing or pretending not to hear, she looked at the row as if looking for someone. Once again Raivin repeated. 'Answer! You're not suddenly deaf, are you?' This time his intonation was louder.
The girl took a breath and let it out as if giving up. 'Minatta,' she said with a poker face looking the other way. 'It's a double T.'
'Faculty?'
'FACULTY OF SOCIAL SCIENCES.' The girl named Minatta replied with an annoying poker face.
'Major?'
'INTERNATIONAL RELATIONS.' HI, pronounced ha-i, stands for International Relations.
'After the welcoming ceremony, you can't disperse with the others until I give you permission!' Raivin then walked past Minatta.
'Being a senior! All you want! So powerful!' grumbled Minatta who almost stopped Raivin in his tracks.
Rather than turning around and getting into another fight with that strange girl, it was better for Raivin to ignore her.
Shaking his head, he continued his steps towards the edge of the field, holding back the other students if any were still late.
Hopefully no one else would be as annoying as that girl.

14 hours before the night of the incident.
'Damn! My early morning mood is already ruined because of that guy!'
'Patience, Natt. It must be his job.'
'Yeah, but why aren't the others arrested. Many are later than me but they still get in line. I'm really unlucky to be detained by that disciplinarian senior.' Minatta sipped her cold lemonade with a sour look on her face. She was taking her lunch break at the canteen of her faculty, FISIP.
Ziana, who was always patient with her emotional best friend, just shook her head, not knowing how to calm her down.
'Which person is it?' Ziana was still curious.
'Too bad I didn't get a chance to ask his name,' Minatta snorted, ruffling her hair. After the freshmen welcoming ceremony, she had been told to skot jump several times by that man. Especially under the increasingly scorching sun, the heat was unbearable and she was dripping with sweat.
'Are you sure he's a senior from our faculty? Maybe it's another faculty,' Ziana said, picking up the fries in the chilli sauce and popping them into her mouth.
'What the hell.' Minatta looked up at the faculty basketball court across the grassy field from the canteen. There was a group of people playing basketball and he recognised one of them.
Ziana also turned her head in the direction of Minatta's gaze. When she saw the same person, the girl remembered something. 'Oh, yes. Didn't you read the class group chat this morning?'
'What chat?' asked Minatta, turning her attention back to her best friend.
'There's an intimacy night tonight. All new students must attend.'
'Duh! It's only the first day as a new student. I already want to be exposed,' complained Minatta, who looked lazy.
In her opinion, the event tonight would definitely be a waste of time. It was completely unimportant and pointless. The seniors must just be nosy or lacking in work, they just couldn't wait to instil the concept of seniority.
'Pre-Ospect, to be precise.' Ziana narrowed her eyes in suspicion. 'I'm sure we'll have some weird talent show tonight.'
'Where's the event, anyway?'
'Let me see.' Ziana quickly opened her mobile phone to confirm the information she had read earlier that morning in their class group chat with the seniors. 'Coffee Poirot.'
'Coffee Poirot?' Minatta's forehead wrinkled subtly, this was the first time she had heard of the cafe.
'So, are you coming tonight?'
'Hmm... I'm not sure yet. Tonight is my scheduled call with mum.' Minatta shrugged. 'You know, Zi, this is my first time living alone. Mum's so scared that she has to call me every night. If I ask for permission to go to an event tonight, she won't let me.'
'You should be lucky that you still get calls. Me, my parents are too busy to call their children.' Zia let out a short breath. 'If you're going tonight, let me know.'
'Okay. But I don't think I'll be coming,' Minatta said confidently.

[Ziana Alvonsi]: 'Natt, it's bad!'
'What's wrong, Zi?' Minatta, who was lying on her bed, was surprised by the agitated voice of her friend.
[Ziana Alvonsi]: 'They're looking for you!'
'Who are they? Seniors?'
[Ziana Alvonsi]: 'Kak Bayu and his gang.'
'Oh my! Seriously?' Really, Minatta wasn't familiar with that name at all.
[Ziana Alvonsi]: 'Just come here. Right now!'
The call was immediately switched off by the caller. Now, Minatta quickly got up from her bed. It was a good thing he'd been on the phone with his mum, so it was a safe bet that she wouldn't call him again tonight. Minatta was free to go anywhere tonight.
'What madness, huh. It's ten o'clock at night and I'm still being told to come by those crazy seniors,' Minatta grumbled, wearing a long-sleeved t-shirt that fit snugly and pushing a sweater over her body.
Quickly, the girl grabbed the keys to her vespa motorbike hanging near the mading and ran out with a small bag containing her wallet and mobile phone.
The location of her boarding house was quite close to the cafe where her seniors were holding an event. So, it took Minatta less than twenty minutes to arrive at the location, of course by booting.
'You're finally here.'
Minatta was immediately pulled by Ziana to bring her best friend to face their seniors.
'Slow down, Zi.' Minatta just grumbled, not feeling very good about what had made him wanted by his seniors throughout the department.
'So this is Minatta Carollano?' One of his seniors greeted Minatta's presence in the midst of those sitting at the same table.
'Yes, brother. What's wrong?' Minatta asked in a low-key tone.
'Self-introspection! You've been called here because you've been causing trouble!' one of the other seniors exclaimed.
Minatta couldn't understand why she was suddenly being told to introspect in the midst of a group of seniors, most of whom she didn't know.
'Answer me!' snapped the senior who had been nagging him from the start.
'Hey, never mind. Pity the new kid.' The man Minatta knew as Bayu Rahardian, the leader of the senior circle, spoke up when he saw Minatta's intimidated face. 'During the ceremony, I got a report that you were late, right?' the man asked, looking at Minatta.
'I-yeah, Sis,' Minatta muttered under his breath. He was so angry when he heard that the reason he was called this was because he was late for the ceremony. He thought there was something more important than that that was why Minatta had come.
Besides, just because he was late, why were these seniors making such a fuss? After all, Minatta felt that he had made up for his tardiness this afternoon.
'You're giving our department a bad name, Dek!' Jeremy the nagging senior chimed in again. 'It's embarrassing to get a report from the faculty's BEM that one of the HI students was late. You're the only FISIP student who was late! At this rate, our department won't win the Best Department Awards!'
Minatta was silent and half bowed. She wanted to meet her senior's gaze, but because she didn't want to add to the problem, she didn't say much and put on a scared expression.
After that, a man who had been sitting at the end of the chair now stood up. When Minatta saw his face, she felt familiar.
'Oh my, this is the guy who tasered me this morning!' Minatta was shocked. 'He's my senior too?
'You can't be so intimidating in front of the freshmen,' the man said with a grin. He walked over to Minatta and tapped him on the shoulder. 'If I knew you were going to call him this, I'd rather not tell you. I already gave him his punishment this morning,' he chuckled.
That's right, it was Raivin Ryutsai who had caught Minatta being late that morning. He told the story of the annoying freshman this morning just for the context of joking and chatting, but it turned out that the seniors of this department took it seriously.
'It's okay, Bro. This freshman needs to be taught a lesson,' Jeremy chided. 'Dek, you have to join us for a drink after this!'
Bayu touched Jeremy's shoulder in disagreement with his friend. 'Are you sure, Jer?'
'Alaah! Go for it!' said the other seniors.
Bayu was forced to comply, while Raivin remained silent. The man had no intention of going out drinking with friends who weren't from his department. He wanted to go straight home tonight.
Hearing this, Minatta immediately panicked. Although he had refused many times and tried to go home, he was still forced to accompany them to drink, otherwise they would make his university life a nightmare.
That's how Minatta ended up getting dragged into one of the clubs in Jakarta.

C3
4 Hours before the incident.
It was a cloudy night but not yet raining. Outside, it was so windy that Minatta was now trapped in Georgia's Club, a well-known pub in the city centre.
Of course, he was trapped because he had to accompany his seniors because of a very trivial mistake this morning.
They were drunk and wrapped their arms around the women of the discotheque who had been called in to serve them and keep them drinking. Minatta, on the other hand, was sitting uncomfortably on her seniors' couch.
She did not take a single sip of her drink. Minatta simply did not want to lose consciousness in the midst of a beast that could pounce on her at any moment if she let her guard down.
The girl glanced at her watch. 'Bloody hell, it's already midnight,' she muttered to herself. 'Do you think I can go home already?
Not wanting to overstay her welcome, Minatta had the courage to say goodbye. 'Sis, I'm going home first.'
'Heh, I see you haven't had anything to drink.' Jeremy, the insolent senior, looked like he wanted to play a prank on Minatta. 'Here, have a drink first, Dek!' The man picked up an empty glass from the table, poured some amber liquid into it and then put some ice cubes in it.
'No, brother. I'm just going home,' Minatta shook his head, seeing that his other seniors were already quite drunk. This Jeremy senior must be drunk too and was taking his hangover out on Minatta.
'Drink, no!' Jeremy forced the glass into Minatta's mouth.
Minatta shook his head and looked away. Truly, this was an annoying moment that he could have predicted.
Without the girl realising it, Bayu, the leader of the group, put his arm around Minatta's waist, pulling the girl back to sit on his lap.
Without the girl realizing it, Bayu, who was the leader of the group, put his arm around Minatta's waist, pulled the girl back to sit and held her lap.
"Brother Bayu! What do you want!!" Minatta shouted in shock, she struggled to be released from Bayu's arms and wanted to get up from his lap.
"Ha ha ha!" Bayu just grinned with his cheeks red. It seemed that the man was really drunk and lost consciousness.
Jeremy, who saw that Minatta was trapped by Bayu, immediately took the opportunity. He grabbed Minatta's chin and poured the alcohol on him.
"Aarhhh!!" Minatta struggled not wanting to drink it.
"You don't have to be so pious, bro! DRINK!!" forced Jeremy in a drunken accent.
Bayu's hand which was still hugging him accidentally touched his groin, making Minatta scream so that the alcohol that Jeremy had poured was forced to drink and flow down his throat.
"Srrkhh!" Really, the taste of this alcohol is so unpleasant, it makes Minatta's throat burn, especially for people who have never tried liquor.
He was so shocked by the taste of alcohol and his body still being fondled by Bayu, Minatta was unable to control his mouth which was continuously being served alcohol.
Not knowing how many glasses Jeremy had drunk him, Minatta felt his body starting to sway and his sanity was difficult to control. This was the first time he had drunk alcohol, especially in large quantities.
His stomach turned, and he wanted to vomit.
