My Revenge Goddess

Despite the rain that night, Charm could hear the heavy breathing of Scott against her own. She wondered why he was so angry with her, She had only asked for space...it took her a while to realize that he had become tired of her....

She moved towards him, Holding his right cold arm, wondering if his heart was as cold as this, She looked at his brown eyes, the eyes that held her once spell bond to him, the eyes that lured her..Those beautiful eyes remained beautiful even that night, She slowly realized what she would lose "Scott.." He glared at her, taking his hands off her. "Don't call my name..." Tears welled in "I Love you.. Scott.." He gave a short mocking laugh" oh really now?...I said don't call my name!" Charm hugged him forcefully and tightly like her life depended on it.."I lost Myself..I am yours...you are my all...Scott, this is something you know...I mean you should" She said them crying at the same time..."We are Forever Scott...we.."Scott pulled her off.."I think you had better leave...." He showed no emotion as he took her to the door...She tried to speak up.."Charm .. Don't you get it!..Our forever ends here!"

That was one week ago..Now Trisha her best friend visited her once in awhile...Charm was the definition of Depression..she locked herself indoors.

"How can a Forever end.. Trish" she asked her best friend who sat on the edge of her bed comforting her.."I would have known the answer to that question 3million times ago when you asked me...but guess what I don't" Trish frowned "I hate Scott for doing this to you....How could he Be So inconsiderate" Charm buried her face in her pillow." Trish slapped her back a little"would you get up and behave like a human being already? Am tired of you looking like the former shadow of yourself, c'mon let's go outside, the sun hasn't seen you in awhile"

"I don't need to" charm replied coldly

"Well Charming....The summer is almost over and am not gonna let my daughter ruin her life over some boy that became a temporary part of her life" Charm and Trish turned to where the voice was and saw Charm's mum walking in with snacks in a tray ."Mum do you seriously have to baby sit me?...ain't you supposed to be at work?" Charm scoffed and rolled her eyes.

"Well I went online and saw something about teenage depression and all that...I didn't want you to do those things those kids horribly did to themselves"

Charm sighed " you are being over dramatic mentally and physically"

Trish laughed " Thanks Mrs Wilson for being caring...but I think this is the job for a best friend"

Charm looked at both of them and sighed, when Mrs Smith was gone, Trish smiled mischievously..."give me your phone?" She moved and dragged Charm's phone, from the table.

"What do you need it for?"

"I am getting you a revenge Goddess"

"Huh?"

"You will need her.....trust me"

"I told you I don't believe in those kind of magic stuffs....they ain't real...Trish"

Trish laughed" And yet you are best friends with a magic lover and weirdo"

Charm gave up and laid down

Charm looked at her with no emotion" Am still wondering why am not a mad person just hanging out with you".

That night she stared at the revenge Goddess icon and laughed. She didn't Click on it and she forgot all about it. The Next day.

That Monday morning, When classes had resumed, Charm got herself together and prepared for school, getting everything ready she felt prepared but alittle unprepared to meet Scott. "Good morning Mr Freeman" she greeted the security guard who looked quite unhappy that morning"miss Smith, it is just me or does this summer for some reason seem to have been shorter than usual" Charm gave a little smile "The feeling is mutual Mr Freeman, she swung her backpack on her right shoulder and moved in, For some reason she smiled When she saw the class hall, moving to her locker she picked out her history book. "Am not gonna look defeated especially in front of you Scott"..She muttered to herself .on entering the classroom she met a few other classmates of hers, who seemed surprised to see her but she ignored their expressions and sat behind her desk. Freda was the first to make a move, Charm hadn't seen her approaching because her eyes was on Scott's desk which was a sit role behind hers but close to the window which was far from hers which was close to the wall.

"Hi baby girl.." Freda greeted while sitting on Trisha's desk which was in front of Charm's. Charm replied looking at her" what's up?"

Freda smiled"well alot..."She was about to keep talking but Trisha came in at the last minute and cut her short "Freda, this is the first day for the term and you are already unleashing your bad habits on my poor friend" Freda scoffed" I just wanted to ask a question...."Trisha gave a short mocking laugh"it sure, looked like a question, Now if you wouldn't mind get of my desk"

Freda stood up and moved out angrily, muttering.

"What was that?" Charm asked Freda. Trish tried to intervene"No Trish she seemed eager to tell or ask me something....so let her"

Freda smiled and turned around"I thought you and Scott were in a relationship?" Charm swallowed hard and tried to look as normal as possible"we..um ended things this summer" Freda acted shocked but ofcourse it was very easy to identify that most of her emotions were mainly to criticize or mock ."That soon...he really Moved on quickly.." Charm became confused "Moved on?, What do you mean" Trish finally got Mad and stood up "Freda....You have Overstayed your welcome can you please leave now!" Freda frowned "Fine...I don't know what makes you so irritable all the time"

Trish replied "A lot of things babe, but you sure are on the list."

When Freda left. Charm looked at Trisha Quizzically"Trish start talking..." Trish sighed" Scott's dating someone else"

Charm stared at her in astonishment, "He's dating..." The door to the entrance of the classroom got opened before she could continue, Everyone turned their eyes to the door as Scott moved in Holding hands with Samantha, Everything went still and for a moment Charm felt like she couldn't breathe, She had to leave the class, she couldn't stand it. Trisha Followed suit as she raced to the females bathroom.

"How could he do this to me!"

Trish tried consoling her...."Charm am sorry, you had to see that.."

Charm began to cry, she felt so sad, the burden was Soo heavy, that she started to breath awkwardly. Trisha helped her wash her face and after awhile they moved back to the class.

It was David's one of Charm's classmates, house party that Friday night. Trish somehow managed to Make Charm join her.

Everywhere seemed pretty lit and Fun, but Charm could only find solace in the wine, She felt the need to step outside and grab some air, so she told Trish and moved, Somewhere around the corner close to some trees stood Scott, He seemed to be alone, He was leaning on one of the trees and staring at the Moon, Charm tried to Go to him but stopped when she saw Samantha Move close to him with drinks in her hand. Being Close enough to hear their discussion, Charm could hear Scott Calling Samantha Names that he Never called Her.

"You are the best thing that's ever happened to me Sam..."She heard him say and immediately she fumed and rushed to where he was "You Bastard!" She grabbed his shirt Pushing Samantha away.

"You are Nothing but a user!, I HATE YOU!" Scott looking surprised tried to push her away from him."Charm?" He mentioned her name like an acquaintance would "Are you drunk?"

It took awhile before Charm's little drama caught the attention of others at the party and Trish rushed to intervene "Charm!, What is wrong with you?"

Samantha seemingly out of breath shouted "You should probably cage her or something...You friend doesn't understand the concept of Moving on" Charm stared at Scott, She wasn't hurt at all at the things Samantha said to her, She was hurt that Scott couldn't defend her.

She watched as Samantha and Scott Moved away, Trish took Her Home and when the pulled up in front of her house she looked down and began to cry"What came over you?"Trish asked concerned.

Charm sobbed "Trish....Has anyone ever made you hate yourself...For no reason...Has anyone Ever Left Such a wound inside you that seemed so hard to heal, I wanna just wake up one morning and stop feeling hopeless, I wanna quit feeling miserable but it hurts!" She shouted hitting the car

Dashboard "It hurts so bad... Why Trish? Why?...Doesn't he feel this way...how could he move on so soon?"

Trish felt Soo sorry for Her, she just didn't know what to tell Charm, it took awhile before she could take her to her room, Charm's parents were not around. So Trish wanted to sleep over, but on Charm's refusal she went home.

She slept with her clothes on that night, her pain shut within, The silence in the room recharging her, she didn't think about anything else... slowly sleep crept in. Taken away her fatigue, Her dried tears obviously forgotten on her cheeks.

"Charm..."

She had heard her name, "Charm..it's me.."

Slowly opening her eyes...She saw Scott facing her on the bed.."Tears welled in, as he moved his face closer to hers...Brushing her hair with his lips..He bit her lip slowly, She inhaled him, His Scent filling her insides, He was her drug and only she knew that, Sniffing him literally she kissed his arms, her wondering hands touching his face and chest, She closed her eyes to kiss him, "Stay...Scott...Stay.." slowly she heard a Sigh " Charm...Our forever ends here.."

This made her Open her eyes and out of shock...she realized that it was only a dream, She screamed "I hate you!"

She didn't go to school the next day, After reporting to be sick."I have to pick myself up" she told her mum who tried to understand her."just please...let me be for once.. please" She knew that she hurt her mum, most of the times but she couldn't help it, besides hurt people hurt people. She checked her feed online and saw posts of Samantha and Scott, Jealousy churned, Anger burned and her heart was slowly turning.

She was about to drop her phone when she heard a beeping sound coming from it. Picking it up, She saw that it was the revenge app Trish had sent to her, Charm felt stupid for even thinking about tapping it. She dropped her phone and after a while she picked it up again..."let me prove Trish wrong"..she said and tapped it open "Magic ain't real.."

She heard her name, waking up from her nap, She realized that she was in a completely weird environment, a large Room with golden walls and antiques, a bed with golden bedsheets, a wine and glass cup all in Gold. The weird thing was that the room had no doors, and it seemed like a Round hall or something, "You Could help yourself with some drinks" She heard a voice behind her say, turning to see who it was, She screamed, "I get that reaction all the time" the figure said and flew down from one of the pillars she was on, After her dramatic landing she extended her right hand to Charm, "Hi am Rache" Charm looked at her in fear, it felt like she was standing in front of a demon and an angel more like a being. Although her clothes were all red, she had this intense black wings behind her, her nails all painted in black, her fingers filled with rings..Gold rings that seemed too heavy for any finger. Apart from all this Rache was beautiful, extremely beautiful that it was easy to see that she had a face of a being not found on earth especially with those killer eyes a guy could literally die for, Rache was a little close to Charm's definition of perfect.Although Her left eye was red and her right was blue, it didn't matter to Charm.Rache had a short wavy hair that fit her perfectly. Her attire was something Charm had never seen on earth, not even in the movies. It looked like it came along with her skin, well fitted, She wore killer boots and looked a lot hotter if you viewed her from a normal perspective.

Charm finally spoke "Are you....My revenge Goddess?"

Rache smiled and let her wings lift her up to the opposite direction, Making Charm turn around." I am a revenge Goddess, I don't really belong to anyone...want a drink" she handed Charm one of the golden cups and poured a liquid into it. "Try this...it's something you have never tasted before"

Charm, took the cup and drank the wine, it had this soothing taste and wonderful smell, Feeling this sensation, the type she hadn't felt in a long time, She closed her eyes as it made her feel so free and light, All her burdens seemed to be washed away in just one cup,words couldn't describe what the wine was doing to her" It has this wonderful taste...what's the name?" Rache smiled "you don't need to ask...it's a nameless wine, you give it a name when you taste it."

Charm thought for awhile.."Okay this is my...Enchanter vin.... Enchanted wine"

Rache smiled "let's go out for a walk"

"Well you keep hovering around me like a fly....How do you expect us to walk together if you don't use your feet" Charm asked,Smiling.

Rache looking a bit embarrassed smiled "Sorry" Finally letting her feet touch the ground...her wings disappeared.

"There are no Doors in this room?"

Rache smiled" Well if you see a door, There would be a door, you just don't see it...now"

Charm replied bluntly"that's stupid.."

Immediately Rache Passed through the walls right in front of her eyes, leaving Charm in Unexplainable Awe "Did...she just.." After a few seconds Rache stuck her head out of the wall, Startling Charm."Why are you wasting your time...Be quick" She asked for Charm's hand and immediately dragged her along. they both passed through the wall, while Charm's eyes was closed the whole time.

"You can Open your eyes now.." She heard Rache say and when she did she realized that they were standing on the sky. Screaming she rushed and hugged Rache tightly, "What's wrong Miss Charming?"Rache asked innocently, "This is the First stage of our celestial sphere"

It's beautiful have you ever stood on one. Charm screamed"OF COURSE NOT!....Am Afraid of Heights you know....And How the hell am I able to survive here,Rache let's get the hell out of here"

Rache laughed and said to her"Do you trust me?"

Trust was the last thing on Charm's mind but after looking at her eyes she felt a sudden peace so she replied"I do.." immediately the sky cleared and She found herself in her room once again. "Why do you want a Revenge?" Rache asked now looking more serious. Charm sat on her bed, suddenly remembering her anger and the reason behind her anger, so she told Rache everything.

Rache after pacing around for a while, turned to ask her.

"So what do you want to do?"

Without thinking Charm replied"I want him to feel this exact hurt and pain"

"Ok...let's make the girl his with break his heart?"

Rache smiled.

But charm feeling a bit sad replied "I want to be the one that hurts him, just like he hurt me"

Sitting beside her Rache said

"Look Charm..your relationship with Scott was bound to be like this, if it wasn't it wouldn't happen...Look at it as a glass, if it falls off and breaks, it can't be fixed again the only remedy is to save it before it breaks...but you and Scott didn't do that.. instead...."

Charm Muttered "save it before it breaks..."suddenly she shouted "I have an idea...What if I am able to save it then break it?"

Rache looking as confused as ever asked " what do you mean?"

Charm replied"I would like to date Scott again.."

Rache shook her head " silly girl I just told you that your glass has been broken you can't..."

Charm cut her short"I know that, I meant I want to go back and re date him, act it all over"

Rache looked very surprised"This is the most dangerous wish for a person that doesn't even fully believe in Magic"

Charm yawned "Soo many rules"

Rache looked at her " You do not seem prepared, and it's obvious that your emotions having gotten the best of you, but I can't reject a revenge wish Soo I will grant you The wish"

She placed her two hands on Charm's head and closed her eyes"Miss Charm, Think of the first time you met him"

Charm closed her eyes and thought of the school entrance, Her first drastic unforgettable Meeting with Scott".

It seemed astonishing to Charm, but she kept her cool, On entering the school, she decided to go straight to class. "Your a transfer student remember?" She heard a voice in her speak "Rache?? Are

you in my head?"

"Of course yes...Now behave how you did before!"

Charm sighed, then she recalled that the first person who made friends with her was...

"Hi.." She smiled as she heard Trish's voice

"Hello"

"Hi am Trish...are you new here?"

"Yes... actually I came with my mum.. she's getting something from the car"

Trisha smiled "oh cool, I gotta go to class nice meeting you.."

When her mum had done all the necessary Charm moved to class, recurring how it felt. She stood close to door as she heard the teacher say her name "Miss Charming Smith". Moving slowly she entered the class and introduced herself, she didn't want to look at anyone, she didn't want to see Scott...yet.

Trish tapped her"Heyy we are classmates" Looking up at her, she smiled" I feel a bit nervous" Charm replied as she brought out her books to learn."Charming, don't worry I will get you something to drive away the fear ...here" She handed Charm a bracelet, "This will help you stop the nervousness" Charm almost laughed remembering her Friends obessession with superstitions." Huh?" Charm pretended to be confused Trisha becoming awkward located her eyes "I meant that, this is a friendship bracelet".

During Lunch, Charm grimaced remembering that this was where she and Scott would be meeting.

Moving towards the hall with her tray of food, he bumped into her, spilling everything on the floor, She looked at him with complete disdain and anger

"Whoa....am so sorry Crystal?" He asked not remembering her name. Charm getting irritated scoffed " it's charm... " When he was done helping her clean up, She picked his own tray and left to eat. Scott looking surprised smiled at her.

Charm tried to control herself, his eyes, his touch, talking to him like nothing happened hurt her more than anything. She seemed pretty tensed about the next day. Preparing herself she wondered why Rache hadn't spoken to her since then. "Now someone seems to be missing me" she turned and saw Rache sleeping on her bed.

Charm sighed" oh ....Rache...I saw him, he spoke to me, I wanted to break up immediately, he smiled like he didn't know that I was hurting" Rache laughed Soo hard she almost fell "What is wrong with you?....I told you that you weren't prepared, stop overthinking just do. Go with the flow, you have a lot of memories to live all over, This meeting is nothing compared to the next one's, you know that"

Charm suddenly recalled and laying on her bed she cried " I have to pretend to love Scott the way I did before?...but I hate him, how would I be able to do this."

Rache smiled"Think about with your head more and Not your heart. You seriously have to be Focused Charm, Distractions can be your greatest weakness, Think but don't over think and lastly stop letting your emotions get the better of you." Charm looked and saw her vanish. "Charm come downstairs and have dinner" She heard her mum call her. She rushed downstairs as she was very hungry."Yes mum am coming".
