The Unbelievable.

Korrah's P.O.V.

"Wake up" I heard a voice saying to me. I wasn't ready to open my eyes because the stress of yesterday was still written all over my body.

"Wake up"The voice said to me again. But this time, I don't care. I wouldn't want to open my eyes to a world that has rejected me. A world that called me a cursed fellow, without me offending them. I don't just want to have anything to do again with this life, since my life has been full of frustration and pain. Nobody loves me,and no one wants to have anything to do with me. Only my parents,who have been sharing my pains and burdens with me.

I knew what was happening,but I just refused, and chose not to respond to whomever was calling on me. I just wished that the moment I regained my consciousness, I would be lucky enough to see myself in the land of the spirit. I was already tired of being among men.

"Wake up,young lady"The voice said to me, and soon, I began to feel much pressure from this fellow,who started to raise my head up forcefully.

Soon, I was left with no other option,but to open my eyes, seeing that it was my mum.

"You? Mum?.Why are you troubling my sleep?"I asked her. I was not happy. Not because of her,but because I was already tired of this life.

"Rise up my dear. Some visitors are coming to our house today."My mother informed me.

I looked her into the eyes, and felt more discouraged and disappointed.

"How does that concern me?.Will it change people's perspective about me?"I asked.

My mother became quiet, not knowing what else to say. Her silence was a sound reflection of the pains and sorrows that she has been harboring in her heart. I felt it more, more than she was feeling it. Her eyes were as if she had no option of hopes again.

Soon,I saw that same pitiful face of hers, now releasing a smile on it. She suddenly grew strong and courageous,after probably seeing a glimpse of hope from the sky.

"Yes my dear, it will change people's perspective about you"She said,with a smiling face.

"Tell me more about it mum"I said to her, after hearing what she just said to me.

I know my mother very well. She is a person who always sounds realistic,on the things that will happen.

"Before I reveal anything further to you, go to the bathroom, and clean yourself first. But just like I said, an important guest was going to come here today. This morning,and this person is coming because of you"She said to me.

"What?"I was surprised, hearing that someone was going to come here today because of me,was something I see as an impossible mission. Who am I, and what do I have to offer to anyone that would warrant them to come for me?.

Ever since I was born,I have been finding it very difficult to change into my wolf. All my mates are now powerful, and being relevant to the society, through their werewolf skills and powers. But me, nothing. I am seen as the black eggs of society, a nuisance, and a born by mistake human. Simply because I couldn't transform into my wolf.

"Be fast, and don't cause delay please. Once you are done taking your bath,put on the best clothes of your choice that you have. Look good and attractive. That's all I demand from you"My mother highlighted,and walked out of my room.

I was stunned. What the hell was happening?. What was she and my dad really planning against my back?. I know that it would be something good and useful,but why would they be hiding it from me?. Why wouldn't they just tell me?"I wondered in my mind.

I quickly stood up from the bed, and went straight to the bathroom to clean myself. I took time there because I was busy thinking of all the negative things that had happened to me. The thoughts of seeing people hate me just because I don't have a wolf troubled me, as there is no day I would go out, that people won't mock me,if they have anything to say about me,right in my presence.

However,even when I was thinking about all this, something in me kept telling me that I wasn't an ordinary person.

At one time,I even thought of going to the woods, just to meet and hook up with some of my mates, who are now advanced werewolf fighters, hoping to teach me the skills. But if I try this move, they will really laugh and mock my ancestors. It's very pathetic that all this is happening to me. I don't know why life chooses to be so wicked on me,but anyway,I always have a last resort. My resort was to run away from the realms one day, to find comfort in the forest. This is what I was going to do and thus, I would sef do it.

I came out of the bathroom,to discover the sounds and noises of drums, trumpet's and powerful horses were fast approaching.

I became confused,thinking whether war was ongoing. Of Course,war was ongoing throughout the whole realm of the werewolves, and this started to happen,ever since Lycan Goliath,forcefully took over the helm of affairs,through a planned military coup.

Few minutes later, I didn't hear those sounds again, as if everything ended like a mist of dew,falling on the ground.

"Korra. Befast and come out here. Your visitors have just arrived. I heard my mother shouting while informing me on the latest update.

I paused for a moment. My mind was calculating something strange. Something is happening,"I said to myself.

I quickly forgot about that, and focused more on my dressing. When I was done dressing up,I looked at myself in the mirror,and saw that I was good to go. I am beautiful,and seductive. I am every man's dream,but one thing was lacking in me, which was me not being able to transform into my wolf. In Fact,I don't even know whether I have a wolf or not, because I don't feel anything.

I immediately left my room, and headed straight to the parlor. Upon getting to the parlor,I was surprised, seeing the Alpha of my pack along with his soldiers,comfortably sitting on the chairs.

Tomorrow's Price.

Korrah's P.O.V.

"Come over here,my beautiful daughter,and have a seat"My mother said to me.

I quickly went close to her,and sat comfortably.

My mind wasn't in any way stable because of the presence of the Alpha,and not necessarily because of his ill-hearted soldiers.

A man whom I hated and detested so much. A man who has made me suffer shame and humiliation from people,now coming to my parents house,to sit comfortably.

"Wait a minute. Is this the visitors that we have been expecting since?"I asked, as I whispered into my mother's ear.

She smiled, and encouraged me to relax, that nothing bad is going to happen.

After some minutes of strict silence was observed,the Alpha raised his hands up, passing a symbolic message to my father,who in turn, understood what he was communicating.

"I thank you all for coming to my house. I am most honored today, because the gods have chosen to crucify all my sorrows, and beautify my pains with joy. To the great Alpha of our wonderful pack,I salute you,and pray that our programs for today won't be in vain"My father said,as he prayed.

Everyone who was there in the room with us,all responded with 'Amen', except me. This is because I have no knowledge of what they intend to do there, and In Fact,I don't know what my presence would contribute in their midst.

My father then raises up his hand, telling the Alpha to speak out his intentions.

"Like I have previously informed you,Mr and Mrs Jerry,I didn't just fall in love with your daughter,Korrah. The first day I saw her, my wolf started craving for her. I immediately marked her as a mate,but I didn't make it known to anyone that she would be my mate because I was scared of what people would say. However, today, I have decided to come officially, to tell you all that Korrah here is my mate,given to me specially by the moon goddess"The Alpha Informed.

I was angry, and sad. How dare him call me his mate?. Is he trying to play me for a ride or what?. After all he has done to me in the past?. Nevertheless,I was still very surprised because I can't believe that a werewolf would get romantically connected to me. It wasn't just a romantic affair, but something that would definitely lead to marriage. From my experiences on werewolves marking another as a mate,it must definitely lead to them getting married. But in this case,the Alpha of our pack already has a wife. Why does he want another wife?"I said to myself.

"I would like to see you outside my dear Korra"My mum said to me,tapping my shoulder,to follow her outside. I knew that she wanted to explain something important to me. It was always in her attitude to explain things to me in secret, whenever she knew I would become upset with her.

Thirty minutes later,we came back to the parlor,after she must have finished explaining everything to me,about how the Alpha of our pack marked me as a mate, and fell in love with me.

But my issue with her and my dad was why they couldn't tell me this before now?. Only bringing the news to me as if I don't have a choice in life.

She finally told me that they did it,to protect me from others, so that it won't divert public attention to us.

Nevertheless,the Alpha wanted to go home with me,since it is a custom of the wolf realms,for the bride to go home with the groom,on the first day of their introduction. I never wanted to give the Alpha a listening ear,but due to what my mother told me, about going far in life,than most of my peers, I started giving it second thoughts.

In Fact,it has never crossed my mind that someone like the Alpha of our pack, would stoop so low, demanding to get married to me. I was happy, but my mind and peace of mind, was greatly troubled.

"I am very sorry my dear, that I didn't come before now,to speak to you about this. I was supposed to come,but due to the ongoing war in the realms, I didn't have time to come.

Meanwhile, I would be greatly happy, if you would accept to be my wife"The Alpha Said to me.

"But you already have a wife, if I am not mistaken"I said, in an audacious manner.

My words brought everyone's attention to me,as they all started looking at me in a strange manner.

No one in the pack has the right to talk or challenge words with the Alpha, without responding amicably with fear and respect, back to him. I believe that this was why they were all surprised.

"Yes I have a wife, my dear"He responded.

"So, why need a second wife?"I asked him.

"I am a man. I don't usually chase after women. However, my wolf has marked you for a long time. Just that o have been the one kicking against him. But currently,I think it's time to take you in as a wife. I strongly believe that anything that happens, happened for a reason"The Alpha said.

I was silent for a while,just fixing my gaze on him. I don't love him, but I will have to learn to love him because he is the only option I am currently seeing for myself and if I miss this particular option, things may not go well with me.

"I believe you know that I don't have a wolf?"I asked him.

"Yes, I know. I believe it's one of the reasons that my wolf keeps leading me to your place. I Am very sure that there is a silent wolf in you, that needs to surface out"He replied.

His words brought a glimmer of hope upon me. I looked at the faces of my parents,and saw that they were very astonished,hearing this from him.

I don't know why the Alpha decided to look calm, and now very understanding. Unlike before, when I used to know him to be a ruthless and arrogant man. Maybe he has decided to turn a new leaf or maybe,that wasn't his usual attitude in the first place.

But one thing I know deeply about him, is that he is a corrupt looking man, who is in great alliance with the central government of all realms,headed by Lycan Goliath.

"I shall give a thought about your proposal"I responded to him.

All eyes were still on me, after responding to him. I just answered like this to him,trying to pass across a message to them that I don't know the custom of the realm.

"I would have loved to honor your choice,but I want to bring out the wolf in you within a few weeks from now. Trust me, I will do it,"Alpha Sun Said to me.

I became very happy,wishing to follow him immediately,not knowing that it was a deceptive wooing that would set me up on the global stage soon.

Two Face

Korrah's P.O.V.

"You look so good and charming. I know that I didn't make the wrong decision of taking you to be one of my wives"Alpha Sun said to me.

",Oh!. Thanks alot sir. I Am honoured to be with you. I trust that we shall continue sharing in this acts of love and kindness,towards ourselves"I responded to him.

"I believe so, my love"He said.

At this time, we were now in his palace. After coming to my house and meeting my parents for the first time, I agreed to follow him because he had earlier promised to assist in resurrecting the wolf in me. Something I always wanted. Thus, this was the sole reason why I decided to come along with him. I also wanted to be known as a full fledged werewolf by others. I hate to be rejected and segregated because of my lack of ability to transform into my wolf.

Meanwhile, I am surprised by the light at which everything happened so soon, since he was supposed to be my friend first at least,before even unveiling his wish to marry me. He didn't. He just came to me unannounced, and wrote his proposal on the walls of my heart and today, I am now in his home,staying as a betrothed lover. He was a good man,loving and caring. I didn't see him as one who would soon grow to be a wicked fellow. Infact, I discredited every opinion of people about him because I wasn't seeing their negative words about him.

"I would like to pay your full bride price now"Alpha Sun said to me on a fateful morning.

"Oh seriously?. Then, what are you waiting for?. Do it quick"I said to him. I was happy,and eager to see him being my husband. I wanted to be known as the wife of the Alpha. Even though he already has a first wife. I would just be happy to be included in the league of the royals, considering how popular and influential he is.

Meanwhile, I have been waiting for him for days now since I got admitted into his palace,for him to start teaching me the skills of the werewolves,but he hasn't,just as he promised. I kept reminding him,but he kept telling me that it would be a special training,that he would have to start the scheme by himself,and at his own pace

I just left him to do whatever he pleases,since he knows best on things concerning the werewolf teachings.

The next day,he took me to my father's house, along with his troops and entourages, where he finally got married to me in a traditional way.

Almost everyone in our pack came. My friends and those who hated me were also present. They were all surprised at what was happening. No one would ever believe that such a thing would ever happen to me. Infact, they were still surprised.

It was as if my traditional marriage with the Alpha, was the worst wedding that would ever take place in the pack,considering the fact that I was born woof less. It was full of people murmuring while some were smiling and laughing at me. They were trying to figure out what the Alpha really saw in me but yet, they were left in suspense.

Three days later, the Alpha received a letter from a far away realm. No one except him,knew the content of the letter. Three hours later, Important men in the pack, including top and powerful soldiers,started coming to the palace for a meeting. It was a very secretive meeting, shrouded in mystery. They were not done with the meeting, when some group of captains ran into the palace, informing the Alpha and his councils, about the flow of migrants in the pack,and how exotic and tough the war was going.

Alpha Sun on the other hand, didn't bother,since he was a strong supporter of Lycan Goliath,who was the major elite and pioneer of the war.

Lycan Goliath wished to take over the whole realms and empire of the bloodline and because of this, he has been facing much opposition from people who don't want his will to be fulfilled.

Through propaganda and all other deceptive vices of war he took over the central government,by military coup. Ever since he took over the realm, things have not been the same again, as he would easily kill and destroy anyone who stands in his way of leadership.

He has brought farming, starvation, sicknesses, economic hardship, and political instability in the land. Many are really suffering as a result of his rule, while few are only benefitting. Those who seem to be benefitting, are the ones who are supporting his evils,by praising and encouraging him to ride on.

However, Alpha Sun, my husband, has been one of his major supporters and allies, who assisted him in taking over the central government.

"I will kill your father, if he keeps fighting against me and Lycan Goliath" A voice said to me from behind, while I was thinking and meditating outside, in the night.

Shocked with what I just heard, I turned and saw that it was my husband, Alpha Sun.

"Why on Earth would you kill your own father in law?"I asked him.

"A father in-law who is not supporting my Ambitions?"He asked.

"Because your ambitions are evil, and not good for the community"I said to him, and immediately received a dirty slap from him.

I was so surprised to see him slapping me. Something I don't think and imagined him to ever do to me. I stayed a little while, waiting for him to repent of his actions,by asking for my forgiveness but instead, he didn't.

"Are you for real?"I asked him, after seeing that he had no intention of asking for forgiveness.

"I don't even have any use for you again"He said to me.

"What?. What are you saying?"I asked in confusion.

"I am finally done with you. I have enjoyed everything about you. So, I want you to get out of my life"He informed me.

I was still confused,not knowing what he truly meant.

He raised his right hand up while looking at me. The moment he did this, I was immediately surrounded by over three thousand soldiers.
