Damian was known as a smart, ruthless, and merciless leader. Nothing could get in his way, or so he believed-until the meeting ended and Damian walked out of the building, heading for his car parked out front.

Chapter 1 There's no need to follow you

That night, the city was covered in a thin fog that gave a gloomy impression to every corner of the street. Streetlights flickered in the fog, as if spying on every movement below. In a tall building that stood proudly in the city center, a secret meeting was taking place. This building was the headquarters of a famous mafia organization, led by an authoritative man named Damian.

Damian sat at the head of a long table surrounded by his men. His gaze was sharp, scanning every face present in the room. They had just completed a major transaction, but there was something bothering his mind.

"Any new information about our rival group?" Damian asked in a deep, authoritative voice.

One of his men, a large man with scars on his face, nodded. "They seem to be moving in our territory. There are reports that they are trying to approach some of our partners."

Damian tapped his fingers on the table, a sign that he was in deep thought. "Tighten surveillance in the area. Don't let them set foot in our area without consequences."

His men nodded obediently. No one dared to challenge Damian, because they knew how cold he was when it came to making decisions. Damian was known as a smart, ruthless, and unforgiving leader. Nothing could get in his way, or at least that was what he believed-until the meeting ended and Damian walked out of the building, heading towards his car parked out front.

That was when fate brought him together with a girl who was completely different from the people he usually interacted with. The girl, who seemed oblivious to the world around her, was sitting on the hood of Damian's car, playing with her phone while chewing gum.

"Hey! What are you doing there?" Damian asked sharply, stopping in his tracks and looking at the girl with a look of disbelief.

The girl, whose name was Luna, looked up from her phone and stared at Damian with indifference. "Oh, is this your car? Sorry, I thought this was a public seat," she replied as she hopped off the hood of the car. She wiped the back of her pants with her hand, as if she had just sat in a dirty place.

Damian couldn't believe what he had just heard. "Don't you know who I am?"

Luna chuckled, flashing her confident smile. "Of course I know. You're someone who takes your life too seriously. Take it easy, Uncle. I'm just sitting for a while."

Damian frowned. No one had ever dared to talk to him like this. He stepped closer, taking a closer look at the girl. Luna looked ordinary in her casual clothes and worn leather jacket. But there was something in the way she spoke and acted that made Damian a little interested.

"You're not afraid of me?" Damian asked in a low tone, testing the girl's courage.

Luna just shrugged. "Why should I be afraid? You're a normal human being, aren't you? Just like me."

Damian brought his face closer to Luna's, staring deeply into her eyes, trying to find any signs of fear or lies. But all he found was genuine courage and a strange indifference.

"You don't know who I really am, do you?" Damian asked again, this time in a firmer tone.

Luna stared back at him without flinching. "Maybe I do, maybe I don't. But I don't care. The important thing is, I have to go now. I have business."

Damian was surprised, but at the same time impressed by the girl's calmness. "What business? At this hour?" he asked curiously.

Luna smiled mysteriously, as if keeping a secret that would not be revealed. "That's my business, not yours, Uncle. See you again, if we are destined to meet." With those words, she walked away, leaving Damian still rooted to the spot.

Damian stared at the girl's back that was getting farther away, feeling that there was something strange about this meeting. He was someone who was used to controlling every situation, but this girl made him feel like he was losing control, even if only for a moment.

"Do you want me to chase her, boss?" asked one of Damian's men who suddenly appeared beside him.

Damian shook his head, calming himself down. "No need. Let her go."

His men looked confused but did not dare question the decision. They returned to the car, and Damian took a deep breath as he entered his car. Thoughts of the strange girl kept spinning in his head throughout the journey home.

Meanwhile, Luna walked leisurely on the sidewalk, enjoying the cool night breeze. His encounter with the mysterious man had disturbed him a little, but he didn't think much of it. To him, the world was full of serious people who only thought about power and money. they were all the same, and she had no time for people like that.

Suddenly, her phone vibrated, a sign of an incoming message. Luna paused for a moment, opened the message and smiled slightly as she read its contents. The message came from her friend, Rio, asking if she was ready for tonight's mission.

Luna typed a short reply, "Ready. We'll meet at the usual place." After sending the message, she put her phone back in her pocket and continued her journey. She had more important things to do than think about the mysterious man.

The night grew deeper, and Luna finally arrived at an old warehouse located on the outskirts of the city. The warehouse looked deserted and unkempt, but for Luna and her friends, this place was their secret base. She opened the warehouse door with the key they had kept in a secret place, then went inside.

Inside, Luna found Rio and some of their friends preparing equipment for tonight's mission. Their mission was simple: infiltrate one of the mafia group's casinos and steal their money without being noticed.

"Luna, you came just in time," Rio greeted with a smile. He was a well-groomed young man with brown hair that was always neatly arranged. "We're almost ready."

Luna nodded and immediately joined them, helping to prepare the necessary equipment. "We have to move quickly. The place won't be empty for long."

Rio nodded in agreement. "Right. But with the plan we have, we can finish this without any problems."

They continued to prepare themselves, checking equipment and strategizing. For Luna, this was just another mission out of the many they had done. But there was something about tonight that made her feel a little nervous, although she couldn't explain why.

Once everything was ready, they finally moved towards their target. The casino in question was located in the middle of the city, hidden behind the facade of a luxury hotel. For the general public, it was just an ordinary entertainment venue. But for people like Luna and her group, it was a criminal den filled with dirty money.

Once there, they infiltrated through the back door that was no longer guarded. Luna led her group confidently, avoiding the surveillance cameras and guards patrolling the area. Everything went according to plan, until they arrived at the main room where the money was kept.

Luna opened the storage room door carefully, trying not to make any noise. However, when the door opened, they were surprised to see someone already inside the room-a man who was none other than Damian.

Damian stood there with a blank expression, as if he had been waiting for them. "It seems we meet again, little girl," he said in a low voice that made Luna's heart beat faster.

Luna fell silent, her brain spinning quickly to find a way out of this situation. "You followed me?" she asked in a tone that tried to remain calm.

Damian smiled faintly. "There's no need to follow you. I just happened to be in the right place at the right time."

Rio, who was standing beside Luna, immediately reached for the weapon at his waist, ready to act. However, Luna held him back with her hand. "Don't," she whispered, realizing how dangerous the man in front of her was.

Damian stepped forward, approaching Luna and the group.

Chapter 2 despite her tired body

Luna. "You know, entering my territory without permission is a big mistake," Damian said, looking at Rio who was still wary with his hand on the handle of his gun.

Luna remained calm, even though she could feel the tension rising in the air. "We're not looking for trouble. We just need some quick cash," she replied in a casual tone, though her eyes were intently watching Damian's every move.

Damian chuckled, a deep, menacing laugh. "You think you can just come in, steal my money, and leave?" His voice started to sound louder. "Do you really not understand who you're dealing with, little girl?"

Luna stared at Damian with a challenging gaze. "Maybe I do, maybe I don't. But one thing is for sure, I'm not afraid of you."

Those words made Damian pause for a moment. He looked at Luna, trying to read what was behind this girl's courage. To Damian, Luna was no ordinary girl. The way she spoke, her nonchalant attitude, and her incredible courage made Damian feel interested, even though she didn't show it. There was something different about this girl, something that made him feel challenged.

"I have to admit, you have guts," Damian said, his voice calm again. "But guts alone are not enough to survive in this world. Especially when you're playing on my turf."

Rio, who was getting impatient, suddenly stepped forward. "You have no idea who you're dealing with!" he snapped, pointing his gun at Damian.

But before Rio could pull the trigger, Damian moved quickly. In an instant, he had grabbed Rio's hand, twisting it until the gun slipped and fell to the floor. Luna could only watch with wide eyes as Damian paralyzed Rio with one smooth but deadly move. With trained hands, Damian pinned Rio to the floor without much effort.

"I don't like kids who like to play with guns," Damian said coldly, looking at Rio who was wincing in pain.

"Damian, let him go!" shouted Luna, who finally let go of her self-control and stepped forward to stop Damian.

Damian stared at Luna for a moment, then released his grip on Rio, who immediately slumped to the floor, groaning in pain. Luna hurriedly approached Rio, making sure her friend was okay.

"What do you really want?" Luna asked in a firmer voice, this time really wanting to know what this man wanted from her and her friends.

Damian moved closer, looking Luna right in the eye. "What I want? I want to know who you really are. The girl who dares to enter the lion's den without the slightest fear."

Luna felt her breath hitch at Damian's intense gaze. "I'm just an ordinary girl," she answered, even though she knew her answer wouldn't satisfy Damian.

However, Damian didn't look convinced. "An ordinary girl wouldn't be this brave. There's something about you that's interesting, Luna. And I'm going to find out what it is."

Luna was surprised to hear Damian say her name. "How do you know my name?"

Damian smiled thinly, an unpleasant smile. "I have my own way of getting information. You may be good at hiding your tracks, but no one can hide from me."

Rio, who was still sitting on the floor, tried to get up with difficulty. "Luna, we have to go," he said softly, still holding back the pain.

Luna knew she had to get Rio out of here, but Damian certainly wasn't going to let them go that easily. "If you want us to leave, let us go now. We won't intrude on your territory again," he said, trying to negotiate.

Damian looked at Luna thoughtfully, before finally nodding. "Alright, you guys can go. But remember, Luna, I'll come looking for you again. And when I do, you won't be able to run."

Luna felt her blood boil at the threat. She knew Damian was serious, and this probably wouldn't be their last meeting. "I'm not afraid of you, Damian," she replied, though her voice was shaking slightly.

Damian smiled faintly, then stepped back, making way for Luna and Rio to leave. Without another word, Luna helped Rio up and they quickly left the room, walking quickly out of the casino.

Outside, the night air felt colder than before. Luna looked around, making sure they weren't being followed, before finally taking a deep breath. She was relieved to have gotten out of the dangerous situation, but also aware that her encounter with Damian wasn't over yet.

"I'm sorry, Luna," Rio said suddenly, his voice full of regret. "I got you in trouble."

Luna shook her head and patted Rio's shoulder. "It's not your fault. We just have to be more careful next time."

They walked towards a safer place, thinking about what steps they should take next. Luna knew that Damian was a serious threat, and she had to be prepared to face him if they ever met again.

**

On the side Another city, Damian sat in his car seat, looking out the window with an unreadable gaze. His mind was still fixated on Luna, the girl who dared to challenge him without fear. He couldn't stop thinking about who Luna really was and what made her so brave.

"Set up surveillance on the girl," Damian ordered his driver who also doubled as one of his trusted men.

The driver nodded and immediately contacted his team via radio. "Okay, boss. We'll make sure she's always under surveillance."

Damian just nodded without saying anything else. Tonight's meeting had changed something inside him. There was an urge he couldn't ignore to get to know Luna better, to find out what made her so different from the others.

The car drove slowly through the night, while Damian continued to ponder. He knew one thing for sure-Luna would not be able to escape from him. And the next time they met, Damian would make sure he got all the answers he was looking for.

Meanwhile, in a small apartment far from the city center, Luna and Rio arrived at what they considered to be their temporary headquarters. They sat on the couch, still out of breath after their thrilling experience at the casino.

"What are we going to do now?" Rio asked anxiously, holding his still sore arm.

Luna looked at her best friend with determined eyes. "We have to stay alert. Damian is not someone who will let us get away with this easily. But we can't stop here either. We have to keep moving, find a way to take him down."

Rio nodded in agreement, though fear still gripped him. "Are you sure we can do it?"

Luna smiled, a smile filled with confidence and a hint of mischief. "We've come this far, haven't we? And I'm not going to give up just because a big mafia is trying to stop me."

Rio fell silent, seeing Luna's determination. He had always admired his best friend's courage, even though sometimes he felt it could endanger them both. But that was Luna-a girl who was fearless, even in the face of the greatest threat.

"We should rest for the night," Luna said, getting up from her seat. "We'll plan our next move tomorrow."

Rio nodded in agreement and flopped down on the couch, while Luna walked towards their small room. As she lay in her bed, thoughts of Damian kept nagging at her. She knew that he would not let this matter rest so easily.

However, Luna also knew that she would not back down. Damian may have power and influence, but Luna had courage and determination. And with that, she was confident that she could face whatever came her way.

That night, despite her tired body, Luna's mind continued to spin, formulating plans and strategies for her next meeting with Damian. She knew that the meeting was inevitable, and when the time came, Luna would be ready. With that thought, she finally fell asleep, though Damian's threats still haunted her in her dreams.

Chapter 3 Luna knew that she had a long way to go

That morning, the sun was still reluctant to show its rays when Luna woke up from her restless sleep. She stared at the ceiling of her small, dull room, trying to dispel the remnants of the nightmare that haunted her last night. Damian-that name kept ringing in her head, like a dark shadow that was difficult to chase away. Even though she tried to calm herself down last night, Luna knew that her meeting with Damian was only the beginning of a bigger problem.

After cleaning herself quickly, Luna walked to the living room where Rio was already sitting at a simple dining table, staring at a cup of coffee whose smoke was slowly rising. Rio's face still looked pale, indicating that last night did not bring much peace for the two of them.

"How's your arm?" Luna asked as she reached for the toast from the table.

Rio shrugged his shoulders, trying to smile even though he looked tired. "It still hurts, but it's okay. It's not the worst I've ever experienced."

Luna nodded, even though guilt still haunted her. She knew Rio was hurt because he tried to protect her, and that only added to the burden on her shoulders. "We have to be careful from now on," Luna said softly. "Damian won't let us go so easily."

"What's your plan?" Rio asked, his voice sounding a little more serious now. He knew Luna always had a plan, even if her ideas sounded crazy sometimes.

Luna paused for a moment, thinking hard. "We need to know more about Damian. I feel like there's something more to him than just a regular mafia. Maybe he has a weakness that we can exploit."

"How? That man seems to know everything about us, even your name," Rio warned.

"That's why we need to know more about him too. We can't fight an enemy we don't understand," Luna replied firmly.

Rio let out a long sigh. He knew Luna was right, but he also knew that it meant they would be delving deeper into a dangerous world. "Alright, but we have to be very careful. Damian is not someone we can underestimate."

Luna nodded, confirming her resolve. "I'll start looking for information about him today. You stay here and rest, I don't want you to get hurt again."

Rio wanted to protest, but he knew Luna was too stubborn to be deterred. "Be careful, Luna. Don't do anything that could get us in more trouble."

Luna just smiled a little, even though she knew Rio had reason to worry. "I'll be fine. Take care of yourself too."

After making sure Rio was better, Luna left their apartment. She put on a black leather jacket and hid her face behind a hat and sunglasses, trying to be as inconspicuous as possible. She knew Damian probably had his men watching them, and one wrong move could get them into even more trouble.

Luna's steps took her to a seedier part of town, a place where information could be bought for the right price. She walked through narrow, dark alleys, avoiding the gazes of the wild eyes that lurked in the shadows. Here, in a place filled with crime and decay, Luna felt more at home. This was the world she knew, a harsh and unforgiving world, where only the strongest survived.

Eventually, Luna arrived at an old building that looked like it had been abandoned for a long time. He knocked on the heavy iron door with a memorized pattern, a code that only certain people knew. The door opened slightly, revealing a pair of sharp and suspicious eyes.

"What do you want?" a hoarse voice came from behind the door.

"I'm looking for Vano," answered Luna calmly. "Tell him Luna is here."

The eyes behind the door watched him for a moment, before the door opened completely. Luna stepped in, passing through a narrow corridor that smelled damp and dusty. Vano is one of the best informants in town, a man who knows everything about everyone. If anyone knows about Damian, it's definitely Vano.

Luna entered a small room filled with monitor screens, showing various corners of the city in black and white. In the middle of the room, a burly man with messy hair sat in front of a table full of electronic equipment. Vano turned his head when he heard the door open, a wide smile appeared on his rough face.

"Luna! Haven't seen you for a long time," said Vano in a familiar tone. "What brings you here?"

Luna took a deep breath, sitting on the chair provided in front of her. "I need information about someone."

Vano raised his eyebrows, interested. "Who is your target this time?"

"Damian-I'm sure you've heard of him."

Vano's smile faded a little when he heard the name. He leaned back in his chair, looking at Luna seriously. "Damian is a dangerous person, Luna. Even for you."

"I know," Luna answered firmly.

"But I have no other choice."

Vano shook his head, looking reluctant. "Information about Damian isn't cheap. And I'm not talking about money."

Luna stared at Vano intently, trying to read his mind. "What do you want?"

Vano thought for a moment before answering, his voice low but meaningful. "There's one job I need your help with. If you can do it, I'll give you everything you need about Damian."

Luna hesitated for a moment, but she knew there was no other choice. "What's the job?"

Vano smiled, seemingly satisfied with Luna's response. "There's a man named Andre. He recently stole something from me, and I want you to get it back."

"What did he steal?"

"A flash drive containing important information. I won't go into details, but it's definitely valuable."

Luna knew this had to be more than just a flash drive, but she didn't have time to ask any further. "Where can I find Andre?"

Vano slid a folder toward Luna. "All the information you need is here. Once you succeed, come back here, and I'll give you what you asked for."

Luna took the folder and stood up. "I will. But remember, Vano, I don't like being lied to."

Vano just chuckled. "You don't have to worry. I value professionalism, just like you do."

Without another word, Luna left the room, carrying the folder containing her target's details. She knew this job wouldn't be easy, but she also knew that information about Damian was more valuable than anything right now.

The sky had grown brighter when Luna returned to the streets, but her feelings remained dark. Damian, Vano, Andre-all of this only added to the complications in her already troubled life. However, Luna would not back down. She was a girl who always moved forward, even though the path ahead was full of danger.

With a stronger determination, Luna began her first steps to find Andre and get the flash drive that Vano needed. This mission might be dangerous, but it was a price to pay to learn more about Damian, the man who might become the greatest threat in her life.

Meanwhile, elsewhere in the city, Damian sat in his luxurious office, looking at the report he had just been given. "She won't give up so easily," he murmured with a faint smile. "This is going to be an interesting game."

Damian realized that Luna was no ordinary girl, and that was what attracted him to her. As a man who had always controlled everything around him, Luna's presence was a new challenge that he had never felt before. And Damian was never one to back down from a challenge.

In another corner of the city, Andre, Luna's new target, was hiding out in a small motel, unaware that his life was about to change. And in this game, no one was safe. Every step would determine who would survive and who would fall.

Luna knew that she had a long way to go, but she would not back down. She would face Damian, Vano, and anyone else who tried to get in her way. Because in this cruel world, only those who dare to take risks will win.
