I pulled my luggage in frustration. I was actually pulling it out of the train station. Finally, I was out, I watched people as they entered taxis. I looked around and a taxi stopped at my front.

"Hey brown eyes, are you going somewhere?" The taxi driver asked, smiling. My eyes widened, was he talking to me?.

"Um..yes can you take me to Central plane 2?" I asked removing a paper from my pocket. I nodded seeing that the address I said was correct

"Okay, hop in. Put you luggage at the back seat" the driver instructed, I nodded and obeyed quickly.

Well, now I hoped to see Aunt Mira. My parents passed away when I was little and since then I have been moving from one relative to another. My life had been complicated and annoying. Different lives, I had never settled down especially during my high school days. I have always been bullied and treated like trash by girls. Now college in skyville, living with Aunt Mira. Ugh! When will I be happy?

The taxi stopped in front of the old house.I sniffed and opened the door slowly.

" Hurry girl"the driver said. I rolled my eyes, came out of the taxi and removed my luggage from the back seat.

"Seems you are new here" the driver smiled.

"Isn't it obvious?" I asked rhetorically.

"Skyville is unique, have fun" he said. I nodded not caring but suddenly i cared.

"What do you mean?" I asked, he smiled.

"You will find out yourself, enjoy your stay" he answered. What a strange man.

I removed money from my pocket and handed it to him. He saluted me and drove away.

I walked towards the door, inhaled deeply and knocked. The door open immediately, I gasped seeing frowny face Aunt Mira.

"Hi" I waved nervously.

"The house is yours, I'm going to England" she said unexpectedly. I blinked rapidly, not believing my ears.

"What?!!"I exclaimed.

"My son wants to get married so I'm going to live with him take care" she said emotionless and walked passed me.

"But the house is falling apart!!" I yelled but she didn't look back. She walked away with her luggages. I stared at her until she was out of sight.

I frowned and entered the house at least it's was clean.

I scratched my head changing the channels, i

was so bored. I had already prepared for college tomorrow. I was actually looking forward to it and hoped it goes well. Ugh! Unlike the usuals.

Morning came so fast, I freshened up and ate some fruits. There was no food at all. I walked out of the house with my favorite white backpack hanged over my shoulders.

I reached college it's so huge with different faces. I entered the compound everyone stared at me saying he's and hey's and that was an imagination.

I was totally late. I ran into the building and to my class. Well, I stood near the door feeling nervous.

"Hey" someone whispered near me. I turned seeing a red haired girl, she's pretty.

"I'm late right?" She asked, I nodded.

"Me too" I whispered.

"Is a lecturer there?" She asked still whispering.

"I don't know I just came, why are we whispering?" I asked, she laughed.

"Because we are late, let's go in" she said and pulled me into the class.

We walked to the back of the class and took our seats.

The students associated with each other while,I hugged my bag. The red haired girl talked to some girls. They smiled and stared at me at a point then continued their conversation. The lecturer entered and taught all he could then left.

I sat outside staring at my bag. "You are new to skyville"a familiar voice said. I turned and it was the red haired girl. She smiled and sat next to me.

"Obvious right?" I asked, she nodded.

"You are shy, it's funny" she said, I laughed.

"I will get use to everything and everyone soon" I smiled faintly.

"I'm Rocky" she introduced.

"I'm Tara" I introduced.

"Feel among girl, we are all students here oh and you're so pretty" she smiled.

"Thanks you too" I complimented.

"You seem like those girls that doesn't date" she asked whoa! She's asking alot.

"No I have never liked or loved" I giggled.

"Weirdo" she laughed. I smiled nervously.

"Hey Cole bro!" She yelled. I looked at her direction seeing a really cute guy. He had black hair and black eye balls which were weirdly attractive. He placed his hands in his pocket as he walked towards us. A guy ran to him, they shook hands and walked towards I and Rocky.

"Hey sis" Cole smiled and looked at me. I looked away.

"Took you long enough to get here" Rocky said and folded her arms.

"You didn't call me" Cole's friend smiled at Rocky who scoffed.

"Who's your pretty friend?" Cole asked, I looked at him, he smiled and of course my heart melted.

"Oh this is Tara she's new to skyville" Rocky answered.

"Invite her to the party"Cole said, winked at me and walked away. I gulped feeling awkward.

"Rocky" Cole's friend groaned at Rocky who looked angry.

"Go away Jake" she said without looking at him.

"I and Leah are just friends" he said, Rocky scoffed and walked away. Jake sighed and walked away. My eyes widened at the sudden drama.

All the lectures we're boring and I haven't seen Rocky anywhere. I walked out of the last class for the day.

"Tara!" I heard Rocky call. I turned seeing here breathing hard.

"What?" I laughed.

"You're invited to the party tonight" she smiled, I nodded negatively.

"I don't really do parties" I admitted.

"Come on its your first day let loose" she convinced. I smiled faintly.

"Okay" I agreed. Rocky giggled happily.

"We will have so much fun good thing I and Jake aren't talking again, I'm planning to break up with him" she frowned.

Oh they are dating, no wonder the drama. Her brother Cole was really cute, I think I have fallen for him.

Tara

Rocky and I talked through out. I told her about my high school lives.

"Wait you mean girls boyfriends are always attracted to you?" She asked eating her hot dog.

We were actually in a restaurant.

"Yup, and their girlfriends always bullied and tried to get rid of me I haven't gotten use to that yet" I answered, she laughed.

"You are gorgeous so am not surprised" she said, I smiled nervously.

"You said you have never loved but you were acting weird when I was talking to my brother" she suddenly said, my eyes widened. I didn't expect that statement.

"I....I...I..no" I stammered, she laughed.

"Chill" she laughed more.

"You're new, you will get used to everything and everyone including the mysteries" she assured.

"Mysteries?" I asked curiously.

"Oh yeah ...." She wanted to explain.

"Rocky" someone called. We looked at it was Jake. Rocky rolled her eyes and looked at me.

"Just go, talk things out"I advised

"I saw him with another girl" she said playing with her fingers.

"You are just jealous, come on go" I added, she nodded and smiled.

"Thanks" she whispered and walked away with Jake

I wondered what mystery coul be in this town. Skyville is actually nice at least better from the other places I have lived.

I waited for Rocky for a long time. Finally, she was back looking happy. I smiled at her expression.

"What happened?" I asked and stood up.

"We have reconciled" she answered, I nodded and hanged my backpack.

"Nice to know that" I smiled.

"Let's go to the party"she added, I nodded slowly.

We reached a house, some teens are outside talking. Rocky pulled me and we entered the house which was filled, there was music, food and a lot of teens are enjoying themselves.

"Seat here, I will be back" Rocky said, I nodded and sat on the couch. She left in a hurry.

I sighed looking around, I felt so uncomfortable but my eyes searched for Cole. I wondered how Rocky and Cole are related cause they looked nothing alike at least there must be a little resemblance.

My eyes searched for Cole, my heart hoped to see him. But my heart crashed as I sighted him kissing a girl so passionately. I closed my eyes with pain and grated my teeth. I stood up and walked out of the party, it was already late. I tapped a girl whoa! Nose ring.

"Um....is there a shortcut to Central plane?" I asked hurrying to run out of the place.

"The woods by the right road but the..." She explained, I interrupted her by hugging her and ran away immediately. Tara so stupid, you finally got a crush. Ugh! I felt useless as I ran into the woods.

I stopped running and started walking slowly. The cold breeze surrounded me. I felt goosebumps, scared and curious at the same time. My eyes widened seeing a huge mansion.

"What is a mansion doing in the woods?" I asked rhetorically.

I looked at the road ahead and at the mansion. I gulped and walked into the compound and to the door.

I pushed the door and it opened. I entered and closed the door behind me. It was damn dark the lights suddenly switched on. I gasped with fear. "Hello!" I yelled.

Mystic

What a fool what a pretty meal. I appeared at her back as she walked forward slowly. The scent of her blood was magnificent. I smiled and my fangs appeared.

"Hello?" She asked and turned. She screamed shock and mostly fear.

"Hello" I smirked.

"I....I....I..y..o..u" she stammered breathing hard as she moved backwards. I superspeeded close to her.

"Chill" I whispered, grabbed her shoulders and pulled her close to me.

"Va...va..mp..ire" she barely spoke.

"You will die here" I said and released her and moved to her back. I pushed her hair to the side.

"No....I'm..Dr..ea..mi...ng" she stammered to herself. I laughed at her stupidity.

"Dreaming?" I faced her and felt the rate of her heart beat.

"You are a fool for coming in here" I said and grabbed her. I moved my face to her neck and sinked my fangs into her neck and sucked the glorious blood. I had never tasted anything like it, it gave me strength immediately. I released her and she fell into my arms. I smiled and stared at her then carried her to the sitting room and placed her on the couch.

"I musn't kill her now" I whispered and cleared her hair from her face. She was pretty but a fool.

I sat on the roof staring at the half moon. I had never felt so satisfied in all my life even if I had killed ten persons I wouldn't have felt so satisfied and healed to the soul. She couldn't die yet she was mine.

My life was hard. I had been Eighteen years of five hundred years and I have been alone for five hundred years. People that came into the mansion were just meals to me. I was born a human, my mother and father we're killed by the vampire who bit and raised me. He had lived for five thousand years but he died well, I killed him. I smiled and stood up as the cool wind surrounded me, I inhaled and clenched my fist.

I entered the mansion and walked towards the couch that I laid the girl on. I smirked and stared at her, she was awake. She opened her eyes and removed a bat, I caught it from hitting me.

"Where did you get that?" I asked and collected it from her.

"Who...a..re...you?" She stammered terrified and placed herself in a sitting position.

I sighed and sat on the couch opposite her.

"Sleep" I whispered.

"You are vampire" she caught her breath.

"Call me mystic" I said and ran my fingers through my hair. She stared at me shocked.

"Should I call you brown eyes or..?" I asked then smiled.

"T..ar...a" she stammered, I nodded.

"Sleep" I whispered again. She stared at me terrified, I chuckled at her expression. She later fell asleep after staring at the ceiling.

Tara

I felt warm and cozy. I gasped and remembered that I was in a vampire's mansion.

"Your eyelids are shaking" I heard mystic said. I opened my eyes, I was covered with a blanket and mystic was sitting on the couch opposite me. He is super handsome and cute gosh! I placed myself in a sitting position.

"You're so weird" I said and rubbed my eyes. Mystic laughed. "Am not the one who has a bad hair day" he said and stood up, my eyes widened. I dug my hands into my hair. It felt tangled and ruffled. I pouted my lips and mystic grinned at me.

"You want to change her or go home? Cause I suggest her, you are actually really late for college" he unexpectedly said. I gulped,stood up and looked at him. Why should I trust him? He sucked my blood last night, now he was being nice and annoying.

"Quit staring go upstairs everything you need are there in the first room by the right wing" he said and walked away. I frowned and started walking, I reached the stairs.

"What a weird guy, well vampire I thought they were vicious like in the movies" I said to myself and reached the top. Wow! Both wings had long hallways. I couldn't still believe that he was living in this huge mansion alone.

I moved to the right wing and opened the first door entering a huge, beautiful room. I shrieked then cleared my throat. "I shouldn't be comfortable here he's a vampire"I said to myself and inhaled.

Mystic

I yawned sliding my fingers on the ground. That girl was so weird, she wasn't even scared of me again like she was last night. I rolled my eyes and turned facing the ceiling. She was near I could smell her blood.

"Thanks" I heard her said. I placed myself in a sitting position and watched her come down the stairs, she was so beautiful.

"Will you come back?" I asked, she walked towards me and sighed. I carried her bag which was close to me and handed it to her.

"You know you look devious?" she asked I laughed and licked my lips.

"And sexy" I added she laughed and closed her mouth.

I shook my head negatively.

"Seriously answer my question"I said calmly. She hanged her bag and walked passed me.

"No.... goodbye" she saud, I smirked and stood up.

"You will come back sooner or later you will always think about me" I said then laughed.

"How can I think about you? You are no one to me" she said walking slowly. I moved my head to the side.

"Are you sure?" I asked. She stopped walking and turned looking angry.

"Who do you think you are?! I entered here by mistake and now you are someone to me?!" She asked angrily.

"You are cute when you're mad. Seems you don't have a boyfriend" I mocked, she frowned.

"You know I can be angry too" I added and superspeeded to her back. She gasped as I placed my hands in her shoulders.

"I am a vampire after all" I said gruffly and slided my hands around her neck.

" I.......I....." She stammered, I smiled and walked to her front.

"I will let you go" I said and clapped my hands together.

"I become very vicious if I don't take blood in some days, people do come in here out of curiosity and boom! They are gone. But, they don't satisfy me. Plus it has been long since someone entered here, I think the news of the mansion of if you go in you will never come out have spread. I have a heart not to go out to hunt but if you come in here I won't hurt people" I explained camly, her eyes widened with shock.

"You are so heartless!" She exclaimed. I gasped like I cared but I didn't. I smiled.

"Look you humans eat and drink to sustain yourselves but I drink blood if not I will die" I added, she scoffed.

"Then die!" She yelked, I nodded.

"Bye" I waved.

She frowned and walked towards the door. I rubbed my face and sighed that blood. I didn't know why I couldn't just attack her viciously. She opened the door and left closing it behind her.

"Well, she will come back for sure ugh! Whatever" I sighed and walked towards a wall. I slided my back against it and sat on the ground. I growled and closed my eyes.

Tara

I reached college late gosh! That fool. I rushed to class quickly and interrupted the lecturer.

"You are new here and you are late" the lecturer frowned.

"Sorry sir there was an hindrance" I said he nodded, my eyes meet with Cole, he was seating with the girl I saw him kissing last night. I looked away.

"What are you thinking about? Go to your seat" the lecturer said. The class bursted into laughter except Cole who looked nervous.

The lecturer left the class, everyone started talking at the same time. Well, they are all talking to each other . Rocky is not in this class.

"Dude!" A guy yelled at Cole who was looking angry.

"Don't talk it's not his fault it seems he found another love" the girl he kissed last night said to the guy as two mean looking girls walked to her side.

"I can't believe you are breaking up with Elena just like that" one of the girls said angrily.

"None of your business Natasha" Cole growled, my eyes widened.

Suddenly, he was breaking up with Elena? I wondered why. I stood up, hanged my backpack and walked out of the class bumping into Rocky who was breathing hard.

"Hey I didn't see you you at the party, you left why? Wait we will talk later I heard Cole wants to break up with Elena weird right?" She said rapidly and pulled me into the class.

"Cole why?" She asked and released me. Cole stood up.

"Stop asking me! It's my decision!" Cole yelled angrily, he frowned and walked passed me.

"You are dieting?" Rocky asked me as she ate her hamburger.

"No way why do you ask?" I asked confused.

"Seems you lost weight" she said I smiled faintly. "I have been eating well" I answered.

"Sorry for leaving you alone in the party, I went to meet Jake and we ended up making out" she smiled.

"I was bored that's why" I lied.

"Aren't you living with someone?" She asked.

"Umm....... No alone" I answered.

"Let's have a party there" she smiled.

I laughed. "Nope" I said with a serious face and voice.

Rocky left and I wondered why Cole broke up with Elena it was so sudden cause they were kissing last night. I smiled I would have my chance with him.

"You will come back sooner or later you will think about me all the time" mystic voice suddenly echoed in my head.

I gasped and touched my neck realizing there was no mark. I felt someone hand on my shoulder. My heart skipped a beat, I turned seeing cole, I sighed in relief.

He smiled and removed his hand. "You seemed scared" he said and sat next to me. We are in an empty classroom. I smiled nervously.

"N..n..no" I stammered, he nodded. I tried to hide my smile.

"Are you okay?" I asked calmly as I played with my fingers.

"Um...why?" He asked.

"Elena...I mean the break up" I added.

"I'm okay" he smiled. I looked at him he was so cute but honestly mystic is hotter than him. Whoa! Why was I thinking about him?.

"It's getting late do you want to have dinner with me, Jake and Rocky?" He asked, I smiled.

"Yes" I answered, he smiled.
