Mated to the Alpha king

11:30pm.

Ivy walked slowly into a storage room. She was clearly very tired as she dragged her legs to the room. she let out a breath of relief. She was finally getting some rest after preparing a meal for everyone in the pack house. After she had made the dinner, some of the pack members began to make a different demand on what to eat. She had no choice but to prepare four more different meals from scratch.

There was not much she could do. If the dare refused to do as she was asked, she was going to face the anger of Alpha Trevor. She wouldn't want that. Because it was almost twenty four hours and she has not been punished for something. She wanted to maintain that for the rest of the night.

The storage room is where Ivy and her daughter sleep. They had a thin mattress that they lay on. When she walked in, she saw Lilly laying on it. The little girl seemed to be fast asleep. A smile spread on Ivy's face. Her daughter is the only source of happiness she has left. That was since the time her father gambled her off to Alpha Trevor, the Alpha of their pack.

Ivy was about to lay next to her daughter when Lilly turned to face her mother.

"Mommy, I am hungry." Lilly said in a sleepy voice.

Ivy smoothed her daughter's hair and smiled at her. With all the hard work she was doing in the pack house, it was hard for her to get what she and her daughter would eat.

Earlier that night, she was able to pick up some leftover bread for the both of them. But before she could hide it and bring it up to the storage room for Lilly, Beta's mate caught her and took it from her. She soaked them in water and threw them away.

"I am sorry, Lilly. I tried to get us something to eat but I couldn't. I will try again tomorrow. I will do that early so that you can eat immediately when you wake up." Ivy explained to her daughter.

With a small smile, Lily nodded. "I understand, mommy. I am not that hungry. I will sleep now." She assured her mother before moving closer and laying on her lap.

Ivy smiled back at Lilly. But deep down, she was hurt. Her five year old daughter is leaving a life like this.

Lilly was also an early shifter. When she was four, she began to transform into the cutest cub. That made the members of the pack call her names. They say she is cursed just like her mother was.

When Lilly's breathing became steady, her mother knew she was fast asleep. She gently laid her on the thin mattress and then laid next to her. Soon, darkness took over.

**Thirty minutes later**

Ivy was awakened because of an unbearable pain she felt.

"Ughhh...." She groans in a low voice in an attempt not to wake her sleeping daughter up.

'He is at it again. That cruel bastard.* Ivy's wolf, Rieka said in her head. She also howled and whimpered in pain.

'Why is he doing this to us? It is about time he set us free. I can't take this anymore. Just accept his rejection already.' Rieka added.

'I can't do that and you know it. He is going to kill us if I do.' Ivy reasoned, looking at her daughter's sleeping figure. 'If I die, I don't know what is going to happen to our cub. We have to keep going for her sake. We have to fight through this.' She added.

Rieka whimpered again. 'Fine.... but at least get him to stop. It hurts so much.' She reasoned again.

Almost every night, they had to go through a lot of pain. It happens anytime Ivy's mate is having sex with another person. Because he rejected her but told her not to reject him. He threatened to kill her if she did. That is why she had to go through that pain all the time.

Ivy also couldn't take it any longer. She got up and walked out of the storage room. She went straight to a room. Her heart was beating so fast in her chest. A part of her was yelling at her and telling her to go back to her own room. But she didn't, especially hearing how her wolf was in pain. She was in the same situation as well.

Ivy could hear groaning and moaning coming from behind the door she was standing at. She finally knocked on the door.

But no answer came through. She knocked again, a bit louder this time around but still no answer. She was about to knock for the third time when the door was open with force.

Ivy's empty blue eyes met with his dark and angry brown ones.

"What the hell do you think you are doing? You better have a really good reason for knocking on my door at this time of the night." Trevor said in a scary voice. He stood at the door butt naked.

'Ivy, NO! RUN. RUN for our life. What were you thinking?' Rieka said in Ivy's head.

'I wasn't thinking, Rieka. But the deed has been done. It's too late to look back now.' Ivy answered her wolf quietly.

"Wh- why are you doing this to me, Trevor? At least let me accept your rejection. It hurts so much. I can't bear the pain anymore." Ivy managed to say. Addressing him by his first name and without his title.

The angry man quickly grabbed Ivy by the neck. His extended claws sank into her skin and he pinned her to the nearest wall.

"You filthy mut. How dare you come knocking on my door? You dare to address me by my name and also question me?" Trevor spat in anger.

With his free hand, he gave her a slap on her face. He then threw her to the side. She hit her head on a table before falling to the ground.

It made both Ivy and Reika howl in pain. Ivy couldn't see clearly anymore. She tried getting up but immediately fell back to the ground.

"Looks like I don't punish you enough. That is why you have the gods to come and knock on my door. But I will make sure to make you regret that decision." Trevor said. He closed the door behind him and began taking heavy steps towards her.

"Looks like you can use that your fucking mouth to talk to your Alpha as you please. I will show you how to use it properly." He said. When he got to her, he picked her up with a single hand and threw her on the bed.

Ivy hit her head on the board. She hissed and whimpered in pain.

"You! Get out." Trevor said to the woman that was with him in the room.

The woman nodded and bowed to him before picking up her clothes. She quickly left the room and closed the door behind her.

After the woman left, he turned to Ivy, who was still trying to regain her balance.

"Why would I let you accept my rejection? After all, you put yourself in the position you are in right now." He reminded her.

Ivy turned to look at him. From her blurry vision, she could see a smirk evident on his face. The same look he always has when he wants to take advantage of her. She shivers with disgust but there was not much she could do. He was her Alpha and also her mate.

"I forbid you from accepting my rejection. You are going to feel the pain whenever I have sex with another person. I don't know what the moon goddess was thinking when she made you my mate." Trevor said through gritted teeth. He got up after he was done with her.

All Ivy could see was the room rotating because of the impact she had earlier on her head twice. Hearing the alpha's words, she instantly regretted bringing herself to this cruelty. So much for going twenty four hours without getting hurt. He hit her more than he used to and then took advantage of her. It seems their alpha is finally going to end her that night. "I- I am sorry." She stuttered.

"You will be when I am done with you." He said and walked over to her. He yanked her hair from behind, making Ivy hiss in pain. "You know, if you weren't some ugly, weak and worthless mutt. That is exactly the reason your useless father gambled you at such a young age. You are nothing but a painful reminder of the abomination you are. A curse."

His hurtful words were not new to her. But from the look of his face, it seems he has more plans for her that day.

For the rest of the night, she was tied up in a dark room and left there. When morning came, some warriors came and dragged me out of the pack house to the open field.

"Abomination."

"Slut."

"Cursed."

"Whore."

"Bitch."

"Just look at her" She is supposed to be our Luna."

"I bet she somehow faked being a mate to the Alpha. But I am glad he rejected her."

Those were the comments from the pack members when I was dragged out of the house. It wasn't new either. I have been hearing the same thing for a while now. All I used to do was to cover Lilly's ears when we were together.

Thinking of my daughter, I know she must be looking for me. She slept all alone once again.

Soon, Trevor came out of the pack house. He is fully clothed now. He looked as scary as possible and had a frown on his face. As he stormed towards the field, Ivy's heart began to beat faster. She couldn't help but wonder what he was going to do to her this time around.

He usually punishes her at the time she offended him and it would be over. But this time around, the punishment had extended to the next day. She believed it was her big mouth that caused it all.

Regret washed over her. She wished she had listened to her wolf, Reika. Had it been she didn't approach him the other night, she might have been in her safe space. Together with her daughter.

Soon the small crowd that gathered became silent. Alpha Trevor had commanded them to be quiet through mindlink. The whole members of the pack that were present. Ivy included.

"Today, I shall teach this omega not to get on my way again. And anyone who is thinking of doing the same. This should serve as a warning to them and a lesson to her." Trevor said, pointing at Ivy. He then turned to some of his soldiers and mindlink them with some words. They nodded before going into a certain direction, away from the crowd.

Soon, they were back dragging a man that looked weak at the time.

Ivy turned to the direction, her weak eyes grew round and in a horrific tone, she called out, "Dad!"

The man seemed very weak and couldn't even lift his head to look at Ivy.

"What are you going to do to him?" Gasping came from the people that were standing and watching. They were surprised at Ivy's audacity of talking to the alpha like that. But then, some of them understood the reason why the Alpha brought her out to be punished.

"Leave him out of this. I was the one that offended you. Punish me. Let him go. He didn't do anything." Ivy pleaded with teary eyes. Even though she was not that close with her father, nonetheless, he was still her father.

"You still have the energy and gods to talk to me in that tone?" Alpha Trevor asked. He walked closer to Ivy's father and forced his head up by pulling his hair.

A small smile formed on Alpha Trevor's face. "Pathetic, just like your daughter." He released the hair and walked to where Ivy was held. "I want you to watch what I am about to do. I want you to leave with the guilt, knowing this was all your fault." He said, pointing at Ivy's father.

"Pl- please, Alpha Trevor." Ivy pleaded some more. But it seems to all go in vain because he smirked at her before walking away.

"I know this will ruin you further and that is what I am targeting." Alpha Trevor said with a sinister smile.

Before Ivy could comprehend what was happening. He transformed into his big brown wolf. And almost immediately pounced at her father. He snapped her father's neck between his wolf jaws. All that could be heard in the field was the sound of her father's crushing of neck. As his head was separated from his body.

Everything became mute to Ivy and all she could see was darkness as her heart beat faster in her rib cage.

Slipping away from the men holding her hands, she fell to the ground as tears blurred her vision. Right before her eyes, the rest of her fathers body finally fell to the ground as well. Her father Is dead and she was the cause of it.

Even though she had hated her father for a long time now, she felt his death. After all, he was still her father. She howled in pain.

For the first time in a long time, she finally thought she was going to have a less painful and stressful day. But in the long run, it turned out she was going to face a bigger loss the following day.

The worst of it all was that she was presented with the beheading of her father on her birthday.

"Hey! You Omega. The betta's mate doesn't want the omelette anymore. She wants poached eggs. And be fast about it." A guard threw the plate of food at Ivy, who has been working in the kitchen since early in the morning. She prepared food for the whole pack. Beta's mate made her specific request and she prepared it for her. But just when Ivy was about to leave the kitchen, the guard came back with Beta's breakfast and a new request.

Ivy sighed and began to prepare the poached eggs. She had always tried to make Ivy's life miserable. When she got pregnant, things got ten times worse.

Moments later, she was done and began to take the breakfast to Beta's room. She knocked before walking into the room. She was met with the Beta's mate, Zora, sitting on the bed. She immediately gave Ivy a disgusting look and began to gag.

"You bitch. Why did you walk into my room? You should have given the food to the guard to bring it in." Zora said, fanning her face with her hand and her brows knitted together. "Right now, you are stinking up the room. I dunno if it is you or the plate you are holding."

"Ugh! Get out of her and go with the plate. You all smell horrible. Just get me pancakes instead." Zora added.

Ivy stood there in disbelief. It's been a few weeks since Alpha Trevor snapped her father's head. It's been weeks since she was left outside the pack house to mourn her loss. Also, weeks since she distanced herself from everyone and everything. Including Lilly.

Rieka was also in a state of mourning. Even though she had always hated him. Because of how he treated them and blamed them for killing his wife. But he was still their father and they felt a sense of grief because they were never going to see him again.

Lilly on the other hand wasn't aware of what was going on. She didn't know him too well to understand that he was her grandfather. She only knew she had a grandmother because Ivy used to tell her about her existence. And how she also lost her after she was born. Ivy didn't have much to tell her daughter as well, since she also didn't know her.

"What are you waiting for? Get out already." Zora's voice brought her out of her trail of thoughts.

"I.... Can't." Ivy finds the courage to decline her order to prepare another breakfast for the third time for her.

She was obviously shocked at the response she got from Ivy. She began to get off the bed. "What did you just say to me, you filthy omega?" She grabbed Ivy by the hair.

"Let go. You are hurting me." Ivy cried. She wanted to push Zora away but the condition she was in made her stop herself.

"How dare you talk back to me? Besides welcoming every man between your legs, you think you have the audacity to talk back to me? I don't know how they even do it with the way you smell." Zora added.

'Let me handle this bitch already.' Rieka growled angrily.

'Rieka, no!' Ivy tried to stop her but before she could say more, she had forcefully taken over. Ivy felt her claws and canines emerging.

"YOU! AWFUL BITCH." Rieka growled before pouncing on wide-eyed Zora and forcing her to the ground.

Rieka raised her paw and her sharp claws became visible. She was about to claw Zora's face. But she was forcefully thrown off Zora. She hit her back on the wall before falling to the ground and whimpering and howling in pain.

Ivy quickly took over. Before she could take a breather, she felt masculine hand around her neck and she couldn't breathe at all. She was then thrown to the floor of the other side of the room.

Ivy quickly takes in a breath before coughing. That was when she saw who almost made her breathing stop. It was Beta Bernard. With furry, he glared down at her before walking away to help his mate up.

"You disgusting bitch, how dare you lay a finger on my mate?" Beta Bernard called from where they were standing. His eyes narrowed at Ivy.

Ivy's breath finally stabilised. "I am-" she began to speak while getting up. But before she could make any sense, a slap landed on her cheek. Forcing her to not complete her statement.

It was the Beta. She didn't realise he had already sat his mate down on the bed and walked towards her.

"Oh my God, Ben. I think I am bruised." Zora called in a sad tone. "What-" she sniffed fake tears away. "What if the baby is hurt?"

Somehow, her words only fueled Beta Bernard more. He picked Ivy all the way up by the neck. Once again, stopping her from breathing.

"You filthy little thing. You are going to pay for laying your filthy paw on my mate." Beta Bernard threatened her. "I will deal with you before the Alpha is back."

After that, Beta Bernard dragged her out of the pack house and began to head towards the torture room. It is the place where rogues were punished. And then her. She was probably punished

"Mommy.... Mommy.... Where are you going?" Lilly asked with a shaky voice as they stepped out. She was playing outside the field earlier. She must have seen Ivy dragged out. "Please let her go -" She pleaded with him.

"Get the hell out of my way you mutt." Beta Bernard growled at her and kicked her, sending her rolling on the ground.

Lilly screamed in pain.

"No!" Ivy called out, stretching her hand out to Lilly. But she was laying on the ground far away. She was hardly moving while ivy was dragged away. Tears rolled down her eyes as she could not even get a chance to console her daughter.

Ivy knew what was coming next in the torture room. But to some extent, she was used to it. All she wanted was for her daughter not to see her in her current state. She also hoped Lilly was fine.

Whatever punishment Beta was about to give her she would take it. Because it would be ten times better than what she would face if it was the Alpha himself. She just hoped what had happened would not get to their alpha's ears.
