Walking down the isle feeling so perplexed and downcast is Anna, as the congregation stared at her in amazement,cause she is stunning and beautiful people couldn't help but look at her twice.

Walking down the isle with a long white gown to the alter is every girls dream but Anna case is different, because she is getting married for another reason. To escape hell. She needs to start afresh with this given opportunity, she need to be free for once in her life, although confused if she is making the right decision, she just had to escape from numerous pains she has been through

Will the couple hold hands and take the vows".. the priest said jotting back to reality,she stared at the man in front of her, she was getting married to, seeing his cold eyes towards her couldn't stop her from getting amazed by his handsome looks.

"Will you bring your hands or not", he spoke in a icy tone causing Anna to o flinch for a second

Looking at his cold gaze, she shook in fear she could feel shivers run down her spine..

"Oh my goodness am I escaping hell or entering hell" she murmur silently

She stretch her hand towards her soon to be husband as they said their vow

"Repeat after me".. The priest said. "I Anna Smith vow to be a good wife,to love and cherish you and to respect you, be there for you in sickness and in health rich or poor"

"I Anna Smith vow to be your wife, to love and cherish you, to respect you, be there for you in sickness and in health, Rich or poor", Anna repeated

"Now place the ring on his finger."..the priest said

Anna took the ring given to her and place it on his left finger causing applause from the congregation

"Will the groom say after me"...the priest said

"I Mr Caison Adams vow to be your husband from today and I"...

"I Mr Caison Adams vow to do the same Caison interrupted the priest causing the priest to look at him dumbfounded

You didn't com...the priest tried to speak only to receive an icy stare from the groom, the congratulations where left silent

"Ahem" the priest cleared his throat staring at the cold young man through his glasses

"Now put the ring on her left of finger" the priest said Caison took the diamond ring and place it on Anna finger. Emotionlessly

Anna. Could feel cold on her back as couldn't react in fear as she kept thinking, what the hell have put myself in, did I make the right decision, she wouldn't help but ask herself

"I Now promise you husband and wife ,, you may kiss your bride".

The priest said as the congratulations gave an applause bringing back Anna from her taught as she felt a soft kiss on her lips on her cheek, she didn't feel the lip for five five seconds .. due to the cold stare she got from him causing her to flinch back s little

The audience where still clapping but only Anna knows how scary his eyes where a few seconds ago As she lament silently Oh God

Not long after the audience started congratulating them only for the groom to walk away leaving her at the alter. Anna watch him walk away and gave a sigh after staring at her wedding ring, it was indeed beautifull, she has never wore anything like this before

"Anna" someone called her as she turned to see who did, who else of not Racheal, she was the reason she made this kind of decision in the first place, she rolled her eyes as Racheal approach her

"Big sis you are now a married woman congratulations" Racheal said cheerfully hugging her with a huge smile on her face only Anna can see through her pretense...

"Can you stop the pretense" Anna said breaking the hug, "I'm already getting nauseous" but Rachel won't move

"I am not pretending sis, am so happy for you and myself most importantly I won't really have to see you and put up with you in my daily life and I can finally get what I want" she whispered in Anna's ear

Anna almost teared up as she remembered how she got here

**Flash back**

At Braemer a country side in Scotland

"You have to leave the village and go meet your family in the capital, you can't stay like this forever" Mrs Laura said softly

"No...grandma am not leaving you here alone besides,those family you talked about abandoned me years ago, you are the only family I have" Anna said resting her head on her grandma knee

"Mmm Mrs Laura sighed, you know my heart disease is getting worse each passing day and the doctors made conclusions few days ago that it will be difficult for me to recover at my age" Mrs Laura continued

"No no no don't say that grandma Anna said to raising her head, she stared at her grandma for a few seconds with teary eyes"...

"We have being doing quite alright at the farm, the sales are Increasing soon enough we will be able to complete the money for your heart surgery" Anna said

hugging her grandma with teary eyes

Mrs Laura couldn't help but sigh as she pat Anna's back, "if only she knows I can't survive the surgery either" Mrs Laura said to herself

"Grandma did you say something" Anna questioned raising her head

"No dear" Mrs laura responded as she chuckled, gently stroking Anna's hair

"Okay... grand ma I want to check the farm if I can see food stuff to prepare tonight" Anna said lifting herself up, she gave a gentle kiss on granny's head before going to the storage room to get her farm tools

Mrs Laura could only stare at her and smile, "that's my jewel" she said proudly

After few hours of trekking to the farm Anna saw a lot of villagers running right to her direction which made her a little puzzled as she wasn't expecting this outcome this morning

"Fire...., there is fire we need help..." A woman screamed as she walked past Anna

"What fire" Anna asked herself a little puzzled

"Anna... what are you doing here", the old man exclaimed

"Well I... I myself am..." Anna responded only to get interrupted by the old man,

"your plantation is on fire"..the man spoke hurriedly

"Go and call for help" he continued...

"What!?"

Anna exclaimed in shock, she ran fast to the plantation without looking back

"Anna... you this child why are going to that direction comeback it's dangerous there...., you are supposed to look for help"

the old man called out but Anna was too shock to comprehend his words

Anna walk to the plantation in shock,all she could see was pitch dark smoke hovering around the burnt trees, there was nothing left to take from the plantation

Hot tears stream down her cheeks as she was unable to understand the type of predicament she is facing right now

Anna dropped down in tears she cried so heavily because this was only the source for her to earn money and pay for her grandma treatment, where can she go from here she sobbed, she had no hope left ..

How did such a big plantation burn down with no remains,

" who could be so cruel to do this to me" Anna lament in tears.......

"Oh..oh my God the buyer' she exclaimed covering her mouth in realization, the buyer are supposed to come this weekend to complete the payment for the plantation they've actually paid half of the amount, where will she start from

"Ahh.....! she exclaimed.

" Anna what are you still doing here do you want to kill yourself, the fire is spreading really fast and the fire fighters aren't here yet",

she said dragging Anna away, Anna felt so numb inside

"I'm finished..." Anna lament to herself...

After few hours of trekking back home tiredly, Anna could see her home was turned upside down with few properties scattered all over the places, she saw her grandma lying on the floor helplessly looking tired and miserable. Anna went to her grandma in panic

"Grandma what is going on".. she asked perplex, as she sat down and place her grandma head on her lap

"hmm your uncle is at it again, he gambled again and lost, they came to look for him and couldn't find him so they scattered every where" grandma responded tiredly.

"Why will uncle do such a thing", she looked around in anger

The whole house was in total mess

"My dear calm down everything will be fine" Mrs Laura said pacifying Anna

Anna carried her grandma to the bed to let her rest as grandma couldn't help but stare at the child eyes.

"Have you been crying? What's going on? I told you nothing happened, they didn't take anything" grandma said caressing Anna's hands

"I know Grandma it's not that, something else happened today the em...."

Anna bit her lips trying to give the shocking news, she realized something else and ran quickly to her own room

Grandma was taken aback a little as she watch Anna walk away in a haste

Anna entered her room and went straight to her safe box only for her to see the box was empty

"Oh no..no..no" she cried out holding the box to her chest she rough handled her her hair in frustration

"What is happening today" she cried once more.....

She through the safe box at the corner in anger

"What's happening there?"

" Are you okay?" Mrs Laura questioned from her room

"Yes I am okay" Anna answered... hiding the pain in her voice .

No wonder they left so quickly, they actually took the money in her safe. She cursed her uncle hundred times in her mind while hitting her head in frustration

How could she gather six thousand pounds in such a short period of time not to talk about her grandmother medication bills.

She was still in her thought when her phone rang

• Ring ring*

"Hello..." she respond in a tired tone

"Anna where are you?...,you are suppose to be at the event center today and apply for the competition, I have being waiting for you for hours now".

" its almost time for the event" Luna said from the other end

"I don't think I will be able to make... it and I don't even have money for the registration"

Anna replied tiredly rubbing the back of her neck

"Is everything okay with you?, Luna asked worriedly after hearing the tone of Anna voice.

" I'm okay" Anna lied,

"you don't have to worry about that.., I will pay for your registration" Luna continued

"Really..." Anna cover her mouth in surprise

"Yeah come quickly, ..they are about to start" Luna chulcked,

"okay I will" Anna replied

Anna walked lazily to her closet to pick an outfit but there was nothing beautiful to pick from she pick a t-shirt from her cloth rack and trouser and wore them.

she tie, her hair in ponytail, she look at the mirror with a calm smile befit taking her black jean purse and left room .

She walk into her grandma's room and found her already sleeping she place a blanket on her and kissed her forehead.

She walk out of the house after ensuring the door was properly locked to avoid intruders from coming in

• At the event centre

After few minutes of waiting down the road she finally got to the event center, she saw her friend Luna walking hurriedly to her

"Anna!"

Luna called giving Anna tight hug. Anna returned the hug happily. It has been weeks since she saw Luna and she look even more prettier than the last time they saw each other

Both have them have been so busy with their business that they hardly had time to hangout together.

"Oh my goodness, you've lost weight" Luna said worriedly, her hands on Anna's cheek

"It's just stress nothing else" Anna chuckled, touching Luna nose

"How is your grandma doing?" Luna questioned

"She is fine, she always talk about you"

Anna responded staring at the vicinity

"I'm glad she is alright, yeah come on let's go",

" they are about to start let's an amazing for you to wear",

she dragged Anna to the backstage

Anna follow suit and was surprise to see a lot of people at the event which made her a little nervous,

"I don't think I can em em" she stutter

"Come on don't be nervous, you see the event was hosted by the smith family from E.city" Luna replied, her eyes beaming with excitement

"The smith family" Anna stood in shock

Elsa nodded happily

"come on let meet the manager to help find us an outfit to put on" Luna continued

Anna followed Luna dumbstruck.

"The Smith family, is it the same with....Anna ask herself, Luna was to excited to care about what Anna was saying as few outfit was given to them by the manager to try on.

"Luna I can't do this, I am not in for this" Anna said

"come on girl you have to, if you win it will be a good one for both of us" ,

"If I win it will also be the same besides think about the money that comes with winning it can help a lot and don't forget I paid for your registration you can't just waste that money" Luna said trying to convince Anna

"Okay then let me go and change" Anna let out a sigh half convinced.

"Ahhh...",

a scream was heard from the ladies room, don't you have eyes, can't you see where you are going

"How dare step your foot on my dress" ,

the girl shouted pointing her fingers at the worker

"I am so sorry ma, I can help you fix it", the worker said only to receive a hard slap on her face causing the others to watch

"How can a lowlife like you fix this dress,.... do you know who I am"

she questioned dragging the workers hair few person's try to intervene including Anna to stop her from harassing the worker any further

"Ivy....",

a slim tender good looking girl called from a distance, distracting the others with her looks , her hair was dark and curly , she sways at every step she take, the contestants couldn't but feel amazed at the same time a little envy

"Oh my goodness what happened to your dress, ....why is it stained"

"Who did this" the pretty girl asked shocked

"Is it not this good for nothing trash here" ivy said as she tremble in anger.

"I'm so sorry miss" the worker stood still looking timid
