"When will the day come?"

The Break of Noon came blazing down on the girl who sat by the window, the hot sun shone on her bright face making her squint her Round shape Amber eyes, she held her hands under her chins as her farsighted eyes kept giving off a fiery light, she was waiting for someone and she knew the person was near, her wavy reddish-blonde hair cascaded down her back, suddenly someone rushed into the princess-like bedroom before bowing her head.

"Your highness, the King asks for you and the Royal firstborn of the family at the grand hall" Without saying anything Raine stood up and approached the door as the timid maid followed behind, she didn't have any servant except the girl behind her, as she never associated with anyone and been the most needed princess in the palace anything she wanted was giving to her without any complaint, the maid grew up with her and pretty much understand her, and she was the only one Raine could converse with. As they walked on the cold floors of the path that leads to the grand hall, Raine ignored many people who stopped to greet her as her hollow eyes only stared at the Big door that was showing its magnificent glory at the other end of the pathway, when she reached the main door they opened the door without even knocking as someone announced her presence.

"Princess Raine Alexander of Triberius Arrives" she never really liked been announced Raine walked toward the King and Queen, as she stared at their grinning faces, this was how they raised her to be, their show-off, their jewelry, showing off what they never got, it was today that she finally found out that she had been the jewelry of the Family that never loved that, she would find out but it would be soon.

"Greetings Father, I, Princess Raine Alexander greets you" she bowed then lifted her chin waiting for her to arise.

"Arise, princess, we have been waiting for you, take your seat" she arose and made way to her seat with a grim expression, no one knew what she was thinking and they didn't want to know, she crossed eyes with her glaring older sister, who was nudged by her mother who she sat with, being the first daughter she was given the seat of honor which was beside the Queen and she was given the seat that stood out before ministers, the first daughter Sophie composed herself and looked elsewhere, Raine no longer looked at her as she stared at the Young and handsome man who strode towards the King and showed his respect, Raine could see the burning gazes the maids who were sneaking to look gave him, she snickered silently.

"All the servants should be out" and as the king commands they all rushed out of the halls, head bow and in cue leaving only the royal family and minister in the Grand hall.

The Young man who was in his prime, below the age of her older sister, stated his intention and waited for his reply, Raine who hated boring subjects closed her eyes and leaned her elbow and the seat armrest, and to everyone she was asleep and to them, it was an insult but seeing as she was always needed to make wise opinions no one ever said anything unknown to them she was wide awake she didn't want to be part of the discussion, but she couldn't run from it.

"Princess Raine, what do you think?" Raine abruptly opened her eyes before staring at the young man intently.

'Prince Egon is a prince of Tridentum, the most well-resourced kingdom in the four lands, he is known for his kind heart and brilliant thoughts as he as always made wise decisions for his father, which rewarded him the privilege of selecting his own wife if Sophie was to marry into this kingdom it would bring many privileges to our kingdom, and help the old man, there is no chance that she won't be loved because a glimmer of love is within his eyes, he is a strong man too' Everywhere was silent as Raine accessed the young man in her thoughts, who only held Sophie in his eyes, then Raine turned her neck to look at Sophie who glared at her with a warning that she shouldn't say what she likes, Raine grinned and then began to speak while she stared at the young man.

"I think it's a wise decision to accept this marriage father, not only because he is a fine man and he is brilliant but because marrying into the kingdom of Tridentum would benefit more into the kingdom of triberius, I hope you don't mind been allied with us, Prince Egon?" Finally, the prince snapped his head to look at the younger princess, as his fine Hazel eyes met her amber ones, as he grinned seductively.

"I actually don't mind because I could do anything for Princess hazel, even if it is to join hands with her own kingdom, But I pray thee, your Majesty, to grant me this request to marry your daughter" he bowed elegantly, 'and my work here is done.

"Prince Egon of Tridentum, I agree to give my daughter to you only if you look unto her with love and care and you protect her all the days of her life, I hope we can work together to see the glory of our four kingdoms" blah blah, Raine yawned and closed her eyes again, ignoring the confused look of her older sister, who didn't understand why she agreed but anywhere liked that she accepted, Raine then checked the watch in her hand before standing up and bowing to her father.

"Father, I would like to be excused now, if you permit me, I have some business to attend to" she announced and waited to be granted permission and didn't see the cold gaze her father shot at her.

"You shall stay behind Princess, the Queen and I wish to speak to you, after this meeting" Raine wasn't pleased with that as her lips formed a frown and her brows were knitted together. She gritted her teeth, as a discerning rage flicked in her eyes.

"I will gladly oblige your majesty" Raine could feel the smirk that her sister let out, Raine didn't care about this sister of hers but she was more concerned on why they wanted her to wait behind, but she had no choice but to continue the meeting with the court and witness the stares Sophie always threw at her.

"I wonder what I have done for father and mother to want to speak with me." She spoke softly and her gaze was serene as she stood before them, she knew what they wanted to say and she was prepared for it.

"How dare the princess of Triberium to go into the modern cities and mingle with simpletons, is Triberium not enough for you!" The king growled as his voice was very grim and any other person who saw him would think of him as the devil himself. Raine rolled her eyes.

"The modern cities are beautiful and I was only there to broaden my horizon and increase the knowledge I have on the modern world, we live in a technical world yet our kingdom enslaves ourselves in the historical virtues of a kingdom, all in the name of losing focus" Raine made sure to raise her voice to prove her point, without giving her father the chance to retort she continue.

"Without giving the chance to broaden the people's knowledge on our kingdom, you choose to hide our kingdom away from the modern world, I don't know if you trying to enhance the knowledge of the people or you are trying to make them FOOLS than they already are!!" Raine stood tall and voiced out her thought, The King was so mad that he slapped his hand on his throne before he pointed at her.

"Impudent! How can a princess be so rude to her King, so you want the same attitude you have shown to befall on our kingdom, how brazen! Now I see the reason behind your words my Queen!" The king looked at his wife beside him.

"Sometimes I wonder how I could be born out of a family who treats me like a piece of an object, how a family could raise a child out of no warmth like I was a stranger because today I finally know the kingdom shelters a bunch of hypocrites," she said that because of the faint flicker of guilt that passed the King and Queens eyes before it turned back to rage.

"Watch what you say, Princess"

"Or what?" Her voice was laced with sarcasm that made the king and queen both shocked and confused how could Raine gather up such boldness to talk like that, when the King was about to talk again when she continued her voice this time was overbearing.

"You are going to lock me up or you are going to strip me of my title?, guess what I don't care about what you do to me, I will be so glad to leave this palace, I never knew what happened to the palace Two years ago that you ban our people from leaving the gates of Triberium, and as you always did, I was the last person to find out, but I don't really care, nor did I ask for love from the both of you"

After she said that she stared at her mother, and she now knew how impossible it is that she was her mother.

"You really overestimate yourself, Raine, Guards!!!!!" the booming voice of the King rang through the hall and two burly men came in and stood side by side with Raine. Raine remained calm, her gaze tranquil but there was a disdainful look in her eyes.

"Take her to her room, she is not to leave her chambers for any reason, she would be imprisoned with no food nor water, and she is to be allowed no visitors, do I make myself clear!!!!" the King made his final word fierce making Raine roll her eyes at him making the king more enraged.

"Yes your majesty!" they concluded in unison and when they were about to touch she raised her hand for them and turned back and left on her own with the escort of the two guards the Two people in the grand hall looked at each other and asked each other what happened.

******TWO YEARS AGO*******

"Your majesty we caught a wolf, but we lost five of our men, but I can assure you that it was worth it, only with the silver arrow you made yourself was able to stop the heartbeat of the wolf" The king of Triberium sat on his big throne as he was pleased with the news given to him, it was a rare sight to catch a wolf or to make it known no one as ever caught a wolf and today the world would know his name, the king never knew what he had gotten himself into, and didn't know who would come across something he had never seen in his life before.

While deep in the forest separated from the four kingdoms, a town which was covered vastly with thick tall trees stood mighty and majestic, if anyone was to stumble across it they would think it was a city instead of a town, but nobody knew that it belonged to a particular supernatural beings WEREWOLVES.

"Alpha! Luna is been captured!" Deep in a luxurious house that should be called a castle, A man seated on a big seat with his teenage son seated on his right who was listening to the do's and don'ts of an Alpha abruptly stood from where he sat as his Brown chocolate eyes turned to a fiery red, his son knew what this change in his father meant.

"Who has her" He mind linked his beta back, his voice was full of rage and the beta shivered from where he stood.

"The Triberium Kingdom" only the name was enough to make the alpha let a guttural growl, he hoped they didn't do anything to his dear luna, he could still feel a faint flicker of the bond, then a voice echoed in his head

"My love" after that sentence the mate bond was completely destroyed and that was when it took off, and the sound of bone cracking was heard in the room, and the man who was standing transformed into a black wolf who looked over to his son who recently got his wolf and mind linked him.

"Stay here and guard the blood moon pack, I will bring your mother back"

"I want to....." before he could speak, his father had swiftly dashed out of the window as his mind linked his beta

"Gather all our warriors there will be war!!!" his feet dashed through the thick forest, "Meet me at the foot of the forest"

While in the large room that the alpha left his son, the teenage son's beast was fighting to take control,' Tolvar are we going to stay here while they take our mother to kill her

'I need to stay here Jace, you heard our alpha, and they will be back

'You are stupid, they will die out there, and you can still save them if we go there

"My father is a strong and swift man, he would be back"

The beast was quiet for a while before he continued nudging him and he gave in because he wanted to know also how his parents were doing, he transformed into a grey wolf, his eyes as red as blood, and dashed into the forest

Back at the foot of the forest glaring at the Triberium kingdom, the Alpha and his warriors matched in their wolf form towards the gate.

"Wait are those wolves? why are they so fierce alert the minister of war" one of the gate guards ran into the kingdom and went to call out the minister of war, and the minister of war came rushing out soon after and approached the leader of the wolves slowly but with his shivering being and his mind saying silent prayers but he decided to stand his ground, with other guards behind him as they thought they were only dealing with animals when the leader of the wolf suddenly transformed into a fine man, with naked features, the minister of war stopped in his track as he stared at the wolves in horror as they morphed into naked humans.

"We want our queen and if we don't get her, your kingdom will go down the drain" a low growl erupted in the chest of the Alpha shaking the humans from their bewilderment, the minister of war stood his ground as he informed the guard that was beside him to go in and inform the king on the matter.

"Go and tell his majesty that they are werewolf men asking for their queen" the guard rushed and after a while, the guard came down and informed the minister of war.

"Our king said that he is keeping the wolf and he would use the wolf to celebrate a feast with her meat," the minister said with clattering teeth as the Alpha demonic red eyes glared at him, and the other warriors changed into their wolf form as they howled in anger and growling every now and then, the Alpha King eyes fazed as he informed his warriors "Tear everyone apart, I will find the Luna" before the minister could find what is going the Wolf had already transformed and jumped on him and leaped into the air as he fought his way into the kingdom while the Minister called out for war as everything started fast and they were many humans lying dead on the floor as the war became bloody.

The Alpha soon found his Luna, he began whimpering when he saw that she was dead, he held her wolf form in his sturdy form and he noticed someone approach him, he laid his Luna on the floor as he turned to look at the person who appeared was holding a silver knife.

"I knew that your species was different, you guys are stronger and have many abilities, but today I have you now" soon the whole Kingdom was in a blood bath, and the king of Triberium earned a ragged scar on his chest which earned him a couple of months in bed, while When Tolvar arrived on the battlefield he saw many human bodies on the floor plus only two Werewolves who were healing themselves, he suddenly dashed into the kingdom only to find the limping form of his father carrying his mother dead body, he transformed and dashed to his parent as they fell to the floor gasping for breath, the alpha couldn't heal himself because of the silver knife that was decreasing his energy.

"Father, mother" he let out an ear-splitting growl, as he cradled the body of his naked parents.

"Tolvar, I won't live long, I need you to take care of the blood moon pack and do not take revenge"

"Dad don't tell me that, it's all my fault am sorry I would have arrived earlier, this wouldn't have happened if I was here" but all his cries were not heard by the people in his arms as the only word that Tolvar heard was "Promise" the rain started pouring and the angry drumming of thunder, the rain was pouring down heavily but it didn't soften the monotone voice of Tolvar who was screaming he kept on chanting promise.

******Present********

"I will leave this place tomorrow when the sun sets" her emotionless eyes stared impassively at her maid who gasped a little.

"The disappearance of the sun would mean the start of my new life away from everyone"

"Your highness can I come with you, I have been living a torturous life and I want it to stop"

"We leave when the sun sets tomorrow" she added

Claire stood in front of her king unshaking, The King scrutinized her with his eyes trying to search for something that he didn't get to see, and he then cleared his throat.

"I want you to keep an eye on Princess Raine and report to me whatever you see and whatever she says, Understood?" The king glowered above her, Claire nodded and stared at the king slightly.

"Understood your Majesty" Of course she would put an eye on The princess since they would be together after this day away from this God-forsaken Palace, she would be able to school, Claire's eyes gleamed but it was just for a passing second, the idea of her being free and living in a different environment made her be very happy.

"You may leave now" After the King said that he turned to face his majestic throne, After Claire was sure he didn't want to say anything she left the grand hall, she walked gracefully and greeted any noble lady on the road the way she normally did, the other servants always put her as a proud person with an aloof aura, Claire never really cared about what her fellow servants said about her as she didn't put any stranger words at heart, only the words of her princess are essential to her. Claire cleared her throat and went into the room of princess Raine. Raine sat at her usual spot near the window, her eyes blazing at something that Claire knew her mind was far from.

"I have brought what we needed your highness" she Removed a small pouch from her blouse and extended it out, Raine finally turned her head and looked at her maid, she opened her palm and the maid dropped the pouch on her palm, Feeling the contents of the small cloth bag she nodded well pleased with the fact.

"Did he suspect anything from you?" Raine asked as she tried to see the change of expression on Claire's face the same girl that grew up with her.

"Nope he didn't but your highness, is this enough for us?" Claire didn't understand why her lady would think this small amount of gold was enough for her, who could live with only 50 gold pieces. Claire questioned herself but didn't dare question her highness.

"Firstly, From today onward you will stop calling me Your highness, call me by my name," Raine said if she wanted to live with someone for the rest of her life they needed to be informal with each other, as when she leaves this palace she wanted to be known outside as a civilian instead of royalty, Raine's eyes softened and her lips were lifted into a grin.

"As you wish Raine, secondly" Claire was Elated and that was what she expected, her eyes held happiness, if she was to live with her master like this she couldn't ask for more, Claire knew that this was the beginning of a beautiful family.

"Secondly the modern city value gold like it's some kind of treasure, so if we trade Gold for their kind of money we would be super-rich" Raine stood up and Twirled around before landing on the bed, a gesture that Claire found very odd as Raine rarely showed her emotions and always kept her feelings neutral, the only time Claire saw her smile is when she got read of her enemy in the palace.

"That's good Raine am very happy," she said and sat down on the bed waiting to see the expression of her princess but to her surprise, Raine just smiled at her knowing What Claire was thinking, she then sighed a little making Claire startled, when she was about to stand up Raine put a hand on her own hand.

"After today we would be sisters, you can seat on my bed, lie on my bed, share secrets together, eat together and maybe go to college together and have part-time jobs together, just wait till after sunset we would see the light" he smiles was soft and endearing that Claire couldn't help but be smitten by it.
