Chapter 1

"I heard that Kerem hasn't come home for three days. What are your plans? You must do something Ezra." I woke up in my senses because of what my Father said.

I took a deep breath and thought about what my Father would say next.

"Dad, we both know Kerem, He will prioritize work over me, I have no plans because I know that my Wife will still come home to me." I said with a smile, Dad shook his head then laughed softly.

"You are very much the same as your Mother, you are confident in your answers but Ezra, I remind you that it will be a big shame if Kerem annuls you." I couldn't answer right away as if I lost myself for a few minutes.

"Daddy, what if he really does that, will you still accept me or will you forget that I became your Son." Daddy put down his cup, he looked into my eyes and slowly held my hand.

"Hija, I will admit I will be disappointed if that happens but even so I will never be ashamed or forget you, I just don't know about your Mother if we are the same." I was suddenly nervous and scared.

My Mother and Father have been separated for a long time and that is very difficult for me because I love them both.

"Alright Dad, I need to go home, you know it's my 4th Anniversary with Kerem." After I finished the conversation, I stood up and picked up my bag then kissed my Father's cheek.

When I left the house, I immediately got into the car and while driving, I gave a message to Kerem's number.

"Kerem, I'll be waiting for you at the Condo."

I happily put down my phone and then drove away from my Father's House. At the Condo, I prepared a surprise for Kerem and I really hope he reads my Message because I want him to see my surprise for our Anniversary.

When I entered the Condo, I poured the Rose Petals on the bed to make it look nice, After I finished pouring and tidying up the interior of the room, I headed to the Kitchen to cook.

While cooking, my phone suddenly rang, I washed my hands before picking up my phone, I received a message from Aunt Ema, Kerem's Mother.

"Ezra, My very beautiful Daughter In Law, I would like to invite you to the House because you are not visiting so I miss you."

I smiled a little when I saw Aunt sweet message, my family and Kerem's family are close friends so Kerem and I ended up getting married.

"Good evening Aunt, I'm sorry if I haven't been able to visit, but on Saturday I'm not busy so I can visit you there."

My return message, I was about to put my phone down but Aunt was able to quickly give a message so I stopped what I was doing.

"Aunt? Hija, you are my Son's wife, you have been married to Kerem for four years but you still call me Aunt."

I sat down in the chair behind me so I wouldn't be late, it looks like it's going to take a long time for us to return 's message but I don't want to prolong it because Kerem will be coming later and I have to prepare the food.

"Um, I'm sorry Mom, I just got used to calling you Tita, but I promise it won't happen again."

"Mom, I promise I will visit your house on Saturday but now I have to hang up my phone to cook for Kerem, Bye Mom."

After Mommy and I finished talking, I started cooking and so I wouldn't get bored, I accompanied it with music.

It also took me a few hours to prepare the food. When I finished, I went down from the Hotel to get my gift for Kerem from my car.

When I got my gift for Kerem, I met Anastasia, She is Kerem's Secretary and One of the eyes of Mom and Aunt in our relationship with Kerem.

"Mrs Callis, Happy 4th Anniversary to you and Sir, all of us in the Company are very happy for you and Mr Callis' anniversary." I smiled at what Anastasia said.

Anastasia and I entered the hotel together but I stopped when we stopped in front of the Elevator, Anastasia was smiling and staring at me, I looked around the Elevator and I couldn't get in there.

"Mrs Callis, is there a problem? It's clean inside." He spread his hand in front of me and forced me to go inside.

I closed my eyes, my heart was beating so fast and I felt like I could pass out, I was about to step my foot inside but I was stopped when someone suddenly pulled me.

"Anastasia, Ezra and I will use the stairs, go first."

When we arrived in front of Kerem's door, he let go of my wrist, he stared into my eyes with no emotion on his face.

"Kerem, I just did that because I don't want Ana to think badly of me." I explained to him but I still didn't see any emotion on his face.

"You don't want Anastasia to think badly of you so you're fighting your Phobia? What if, I arrived late, Anastasia might be confused when you suddenly lose consciousness." He said coldly, I just looked away and opened the door.

It was very dark inside so Kerem pressed the light switch on the side, when the light turned on he saw the pine I prepared for our Anniversary.

"Happy 4th Anniversary, Oh wait, I prepared a gift for you." I nervously handed my gift to him, he looked at it and I was surprised when he smiled a little.

"An old book?" He asked me in surprise.

"That's a Costomize Book, you like to scratch so I made a book that you can draw anything, it's not that pretty but I hope you like it."

"Nice." He said while staring at me, I don't know but why he seems to be saying it to me. "I really need this Notebook, thank you Ezra." My eyes widened when he suddenly hugged me, His hug was so warm and comfortable.

When Kerem let go of the hug, he asked me to eat. While we were eating, his gaze was on the notebook I gave him, we were both silent until we finished, no one said a word to us.

"Ezra, go to bed I'll take care of the plates." He stood up from sitting and took the plates we used to wash, When he entered the kitchen I went to the balcony.

I'm not sleepy yet and I want to get some fresh air, the view is so beautiful from where I'm sitting, The smell of the air is delicious, I sat on the sofa behind me and sipped the juice I was drinking.

"You're so naughty Ezra, I thought you were in the bedroom but you're here on the balcony while drinking juice." Kerem sat next to me and we stared at the sky together as the night deepened, I didn't realize that I fell asleep on Kerem's shoulder.

The next day, when I opened my eyes, I saw Kerem still asleep, I was lying on his chest while he supported my body so that it wouldn't fall on the floor.

Ezra smiled when he saw his Wife sleeping soundly next to him, Kerem opened his eyes too, he was very worried because Ezra was lying on him and Ezra was running his arm.

Kerem didn't plan to wake up the Wife, he slowly removed her arm but he stopped because of the Alarm that sounded.

"Kerem? What are you doing?" I asked Kerem, I stood up and stretched my body, I looked at Kerem as he quickly ran to the bathroom.

A few minutes later I heard the door open and since I was already in the room I thought that Kerem had gone out to go to the Company.

I took my clothes and went straight to the bathroom, because I had just woken up and I was still closed when I went inside.

"Ezra! Just close your eyes." I closed my eyes when I heard Kerem's raspy voice, He put a towel on my head to block my eyes.

"Are you okay?" I called his name, After a few moments he removed the towel from my head, Kerem appeared wearing a polo shirt and pants

"Do you want to do something so you go to the bathroom while I take a shower?" My cheeks reddened because of what he said.

"W-what are you talking about? I thought you had already left the Condo because I heard the door open, W-I didn't plan anything else." He grinned and kissed my forehead without saying a word.

"Yeah, you don't have to explain because I know you're innocent, you don't know how to kiss, do you?" I frowned at what Kerem said, I couldn't speak because I don't really know how to kiss.

Kerem walked out of the bathroom but before he went out he patted my head and kissed my forehead.

"My god Kerem, My god Kerem, Kerem."

Chapter 2

"Let me ask you Ezra, you and Kerem have been married for four years but I think you only kissed at your wedding and you are both successful, shouldn't you be planning a family?" I looked at Irish because of his question.

It's like I'm speechless because of that question, I want to change the story but I feel like I'm going blank, but a nurse came.

"Doc, Doc, someone is giving birth." Irish and I immediately took action for the woman. The process we did took several hours because we had a hard time getting the baby out, but by the grace of God, the baby came out smoothly.

Irish is now with me here outside the Hospital, we were walking first to get some air while we were walking Kerem called so I answered it immediately.

"Let's go home together, I'll pick you up there so don't leave." I looked at Irish when he read the message that Kerem gave me.

"So, something like that is happening? I thought Annul would be dating Kerem? I thought you were going to have him sign the annulment paper." I immediately took my phone that he was holding and walked back inside.

I don't want to answer Irish's question because I'm not ready yet, It's like I don't want to do that.

I've been waiting for Kerem here in front of the Hospital for an hour but I can't see his Shadow, I've missed so many calls to his number but he doesn't answer.

"Kerem, kerem, where is he? Do you really intend to wait for me?" I'm talking to myself, I keep looking at my phone and maybe text Kerem but I don't really have a message for him.

"Doc, do you still remember me? I'm your patient, the one who was crippled because of the race, are you going home? I'm bringing you, I won't be too quick to express myself so we won't be harmed." Suddenly a man appeared in front of me.

"Yes, I remember you but I'm okay, I'm just waiting for something, it will come." I told him, he quickly agreed and left in front of me.

I looked at my phone again and Kerem finally texted me, I immediately opened it and the joy on my face disappeared because of his text.

"I'm sorry Ezra but I can't pick you up, I have a meeting with Mr Falcon, Let's just meet at home."

I sighed and took a taxi to go home, while inside the taxi I was already feeling sleepy because of the tiredness.

I took a nap for a while to sleep and I was surprised when I opened my eyes to see that I was already inside the room but as I remember I slept inside the taxi.

"Wait? Did maman driver carry me into the room?" I asked myself, I left the room and went downstairs to drink water.

When I entered the kitchen, I saw Kerem baking a cake. He poured me water even though I couldn't speak yet.

"Ezra." he called my name. "I'm sorry if I didn't keep my promise to you earlier, I'm really leaving to pick you up but suddenly Mr. Falcon appeared." he explained, but I don't have any anger or resentment toward him because he told me that he would prioritize Work over me.

"It's okay, I didn't expect you to come to pick me up, You know, Mother I adapted your motto in life to myself, You don't believe in Love so you prioritize Work." I smiled at him but in truth there was something in me that I was disappointed.

"Why did you bake a cake? And at this time really." I asked him, I thought he wouldn't answer that but he didn't hesitate to answer my question while smiling.

"I want to give her something, She loves sweets so I made this cake, I hope she likes it." Kerem's answer suddenly made me think, I am the only woman in his life apart from his Mother, so if it is not for me, it is for Mom, but as far as I know, Kerem's Mother does not like sweets.

"That's good, you want to help me, I have a talent for baking." I'm okay with him but he doesn't seem to want me to help him because of the look in his eyes. "Whoever is the person you are going to give the Cake will be happy because you're the one who made it."

"If it's possible, it would be me."

It's two pm in the afternoon, I'm here outside the Hospital, Sitting here on the Bench, I'm waiting for Leila to come because I received a Call from her and I heard her crying.

"Mrs. Ezra, Mrs. Callis." I fell to my side when I heard Leila's crying voice, she knelt in front of me, sweating profusely.

Suddenly I was panicking because there were people coming in and out of the hospital seeing Leila humiliating me. A few minutes before I had Leila sit next to me.

"Leila, are you okay?" I don't know why I asked this, I handed him a handkerchief from my pocket, When he stopped crying, he told a story.

"Mrs Ezra, earlier in the office, Mr Callis ordered me to take the Cake from your House." When he tells a story. "I followed Mr. Callis' order, I brought the ribbon cake to the Office.-" He couldn't continue what he had to say because he was crying so much.

"Laila, you can relax, because I don't understand you." Laila wiped her tears and continued the story.

"I broke the Cake and Mr. Callis is very angry with me now, Mrs. Ezra, I love my job, Mr. Callis might fire me." He stopped talking and held my hand.

"Mrs Ezra, I came here because I need your help."

"Leila, I'll let you know, but was the cake for a while and Kerem was so angry with you?" I asked, He thought for a moment and he said my name with a smile but that was impossible for me.

When Leila and I finished our conversation, she returned to the company, while I got in my car to go to the company.

When I arrived at the Company, everyone greeted me with joy, I always smiled at them all, I went straight to Kerem's office but I didn't see him there so I was just here at Engine's office.

"Uhm Ezra, what are you doing here? You've been sitting for a while but you haven't said a word." I stopped talking on the cellphone when Engine spoke, I stared at him with raised eyebrows so he bowed.

"Where's Kerem?" I asked a short question, Engine looked up and stared at me, I repeated my question because he didn't want to answer.

"Kerem? Your wife? The Company Owner? The grumpy guy? Kerem is my best friend." I nodded at every word he said but I couldn't get an answer from him.

"Eugine, I will repeat my question, Where is Kerem, my Wife, the Owner of this Company and your Best Friend." Eugine gave me a forced smile, it seemed like he had no intention of answering my question.

I stood up and left his office, I walked towards the Employees' table, When I sat next to Leila, everyone stared at me.

"Mrs Callis." An employee mentioned my last name.

"It looks like you are working on a new project, I won't delay, I just want to know where Kerem is." I asked modestly, the Employees immediately looked away.

"Amira." I called Eugine's Assistant. "You're always here in the Office, you see everything, Where's Kerem?" Amira was sweating profusely and stared at me as if she was nervous.

"Mr. Callis is with Ms.-" Amira couldn't finish what she was going to say when Eugine suddenly appeared and asked me to have coffee outside, I couldn't do anything but follow her outside.

When we were outside, he asked me to get into the car and said he would take me to where Kerem was.

I followed what he wanted, I got into the car and the car stopped in front of a park, We got out and walked into the park full of trees and plants.

"Did you like cake?" I stopped walking when I heard Kerem's voice, Eugine and I saw Kerem with a girl next to him, They were both eating the Cake.

"Kerem, thank you for the Cake, it's so delicious." The woman replied that I couldn't see her face because her long hair blocked it.

"Ezra, let's go, You don't need to see it." Eugine said, I was about to walk to leave but I suddenly lost my balance.

"Why? Why did this happen to me? I see my

Husband with a woman but I can't help but watch them while having fun."

Chapter 3

I didn't go home for a few weeks because I was so hurt by what I saw, my father just forced me to go home because news might spread about my relationship with Kerem.

When I entered the house I saw Kerem, Our eyes met, he walked in front of me, His eyes were cold.

"You haven't come home for a week and three days, Give me a reason, The real reason." Kerem's question suddenly made me nervous, maybe I'm just used to not knowing about each other's lives.

"I'm on vacation, my work is so hard that I need to relax." When I lie.

He was staring at me seductively, I looked away because I felt that my heart was beating too fast.

"If you don't say anything, I'll go to my room." I stepped out in front of him but he stopped me when he grabbed my wrist and pulled me closer to him.

"What do you think?" Kerem stared at me again, he was so close as if he didn't know the word personal space.

I was surprised when he slowly rubbed my lips with his hand, I immediately pushed him away from me but he hugged me tightly, he leaned his head on my shoulder causing me to stop pushing him.

"I really miss you, I thought you wouldn't come back, Please Ezra, don't leave me, I'll accompany you wherever you want to go, Just stay by my side." I suddenly felt strange at what Kerem said, but as he approached me, I could smell the wine coming from him.

"Kerem, are you drunk? Ack, you smell like alcohol, why am I still asking."

"This is the first time I drank, I drank because I'm afraid you won't come back." Kerem's hug on my body tightened as if he didn't want to let me go, I walked closer to the couch to lay him down there.

"Kerem, let go, how can you lie down if you're hugging me? Are you sure? can you hear me? Are you sure? Nice! Ack." No matter what I screamed, Kerem didn't speak because he fell asleep while hugging me.

I loosened his hug from my body to lay him properly on the couch, Kerem's room is on the second floor and I can't carry him upstairs.

When I put Kerem to bed I went up to my room to get the blanket and pillow, I was going to get the blanket and pillow from his room but I remembered the number one rule here at home.

"you can do what you want to do but you can't enter my room and use my things."

After I got the things I needed to get, I went downstairs to bring them to Kerem who was in the living room and was fast asleep.

"Kerem, is what you told me true? Do you really want me to leave you? Did you really get drunk because of me?" I asked Kerem who was sleeping soundly. When I managed to wake up Kerem, I got up to go to my room.

"Ezra, don't leave me, just stay beside me, I'll give you everything just don't leave me."

I stopped walking because of what Kerem said, I stood next to him while holding his hand, He was sweating so much even though it was cold, He looked like he was dreaming.

The next morning I woke up in my room, I quickly went downstairs for Kerem, Good thing we met before he left the house.

"Kerem." I called his name, he stopped walking, I ran to him and hugged him tightly.

When I released my hug from him, I saw that there was no emotion on his face, as if he was not happy.

"Good Morning Kere.–" I stopped talking when he spoke.

"Why did you do that? Why did you hug me? you know i don't want to be hugged." My heart seemed to be split in two because of what Kerem told me.

"You don't want to be hugged anymore, but if you are the one who did it, is it okay? I just hugged you because-" I didn't continue what I was going to say because it was useless.

"I can't understand you Ezra, I haven't hugged you yet so why do you seem to say that I'm hugging you." The tears that I had been holding back started to fall down my cheeks but I didn't see any emotion on Kerem's face.

"Kerem." Kerem and I both looked at the door when we saw .

"Good Morning Yaya Madel, Are the two of them together or is Mommy Eda the only one there?" I asked Yaya madel who was cleaning the table.

I'm here at Kerem's parents' house, Saturday today so I have to come here because I promised, I really don't want to come here because Mommy Eda will tease me to give her Grandson.

Nanny Madel had not yet answered when Mom (Kerem Mom) suddenly appeared with a pie that looked like it had just come out of the oven.

"Hija." He hugged me and kissed my cheek. "You're so beautiful, Uh, let's not talk here." He grabbed my wrist and pulled me to the Kubo inside the Garden that he took great care of.

When we went inside, I wasn't surprised to see Mommy was there too, they are both good friends so Mommy is always here.

"Ezra, what have you done in the past week and three days? You think I don't know? You are wasting Time and Day." I haven't sat properly yet but this is what I immediately heard.

"Mommy, is everything I'm telling you necessary? In that one week and three days, I felt that I was free, like I don't want to go back if it's necessary if that's what you want." I said calmly but that made him angry, he slammed the fan he was holding on the table causing the coffee to spill on the floor.

"Ema, I remember you were cooking in the Kitchen? It might burn if you don't watch it." Mom (Kerem Mom) stared at me and signaled to me that she was about to leave.

When Mom left, Mommy blurted out of anger, she stared at me as if she was threatening me, I just took a sip of the Coffee in front of me to avoid her gaze.

"Mommy, if you just stare at me I will leave, the hospital needs my time more than this." I was about to get up to leave when Mommy suddenly kicked the chair to block my path.

"Sit down Ezra, We haven't finished talking, Just a few months since we haven't met you've changed, Is that what your Father teaches you? Should I ban you from going to his house." When he threatened, I stared at him with a frown.

My relationship with him won't really be good because of what he does, It's like he's not my son, If it wasn't for Daddy I wouldn't have faced him.

"Why are you like that? Why do you make me a Toy? I've done everything you want, I got married even though I didn't want to, I became a doctor even though my dream didn't work, I did everything you want, why don't you still want to stop me? I've given you what you want, stop me." He got up from sitting and suddenly slapped me.

"Mom!" I looked to my side when I heard Kerem's voice, I could see the anger building up in his eyes as he stared at Mommy.

"Kerem, Don't bother with this, Looks like I need to teach your Wife good manners." I thought No Emotion Kerem was angry now, He held my hand to soothe my Anger.

"Mom, Before you teach my wife good manners, teach yourself first, If you have nothing more to say, my wife and I will leave." I couldn't believe what Kerem said, Mommy didn't answer anything, Kerem pulled me out of the House.

"This is the last day I will help you, are you okay?" I didn't understand what Kerem said but it was like he was saying goodbye to the last day he was saying.

"Why did you come here? Does your team have a new project? You should always be with them because they need you, you're the leader right?" When I changed our conversation, I looked at Kerem when he didn't speak.

When I looked at him, he was staring at our hands that were holding each other, I was trying to loosen his grip on mine but I couldn't do it.

"I want to hold your hand until the end of this day because it will never happen again."
