Chapter 1 A Female Guest

Matthew, who had been busy with some files and files upon his return from Jensen's room, now seemed to be returning to the aftermath of the factory. He no longer looked so charming with his friendly smile and warm gaze that he had been giving to the people who passed by him. She had started to get busy again with thoughts and files that needed to be completed.

Whereas a few hours ago, he was busy with the figure of Clara who kept perched in his head. He was thinking about some possibilities that would happen in the next few months about him having to marry the mother of his own flesh and blood. Of course he didn't want to let his own child be born without a father by his side. That couldn't happen because not only was he the biological father of the fetus, he also loved Clara.

"Knock! Knock! Knock!" A knock on the door sounded loudly across his desk. It broke his concentration a little. But it was no big deal, Matthew could always handle his own thoughts. He would never fall behind in the slightest. His concentration also wouldn't be broken just because of trivial things like what just happened.

"Come in!" Matthew exclaimed without the friendly smile from earlier. He had returned to the factory suit where the ammunition that would keep him smiling was completely depleted and needed to be refilled. Unfortunately there will never be anyone who can restore the mood and also the happy atmosphere in Matthew's heart other than Clara. The door creaked open, Matthew's figure was still focusing on staring at the files that had been piled up and waiting to be stroked, then signed. They were really annoying. Just because Matthew is the heir to the company, he must work diligently and diligently, no one can replace his figure perched on the throne of the Company's CEO.

"What's wrong?" Matthew asked first to the woman who had just entered as the door creaked open. He was not interested in raising his head and staring at the person who entered his room. At least if it wasn't Karen, who was the woman who was always telling him about you or about some other important things. Or more likely she was telling him about the next appointment he had to go to.

"I have a visitor for Mr. Matthew," said the woman who was indeed Karen the caller. She was happy to go into Matthew's room to tell him some important things about the guest and other schedules. And this time, Matthew was still not interested in donating his head. Even though he had heard what Karen had just said, he still did not turn his head and stare at the source of the voice. Matthew was back to his old self.

"Who?" Matthew raised his tone really drastically. Making anyone who heard it immediately move away because it was a sign of danger that would soon come out of Matthew's caustic mouth. It was really annoying. But Karen could do nothing but shut up and tell the truth.

"A young woman, I don't know who she is because I've never seen her before," Karen jawn with a face that looked wary in case M suddenly got angry and said other unnecessary things. Seeing the negative aura emanating from her superior's eyes was enough to make her sunny day suddenly gloomy, let alone hearing those annoying words from that man. Never going to happen.

"Tell him if there's nothing important to tell him to go home and not see me," Matthew said without the slightest expression. He was really annoying, even without making a sound his aura was completely different than before. But I don't know, maybe his boss was just experiencing his second puberty. Where his mood or mood is very changeable. Really annoying, isn't it?

"Yes, sir." Karen looked at her boss with a face that looked so obedient. Actually, she was about to protest and talk about how rude it was for Matthew to let the young lady out there to go home. Of course since she didn't have any business interests with Matthew, she didn't look like a career woman. Instead, she looks like a young woman or perhaps an entertainer. It was obvious from the way she was dressed who she was.

Karen who heard the order immediately stepped out of Matthew's room. She was about to ask about the woman's interest in seeing Matthew at lunchtime like this. There seemed to be something strange about her movements. But it was no big deal for Karen who was used to dealing with such guests.

Perhaps it was just the usual teasing woman who often came to see Matthew and tease her boss.

"Huh! Who comes at this time of day? Just interrupting my work!" Matthew snorted in annoyance after Karen left his office. He was not interested in going out of his office to meet any clients. His work was still piling up. He had to finish it early so he could meet Clara tonight. He would fill his ammunition by meeting her tonight. She was the only one who would never make him sneeze.

Speaking of Karen, she was indeed one of the female employees in his company. She could interact with women within a few meters. But if he was more than that, he would sneeze and never be able to continue the conversation. He had to be able to really keep his distance from any woman. And not interact with anyone.

Matthew, who still looked a little annoyed this time, tried to turn his attention that was previously occupied back to the computer and also some files that he had to study for the next business. He will really do all his duties as a Director or CEO of the company as well as possible, and close the possibility for the figure of Markus to seize the throne and also the seat that he has defended as well as possible. Matthew will never give up his position no matter what. Matthew may not be able to work perfectly, but at least he is not Markus who is only obsessed with money. He would never let that happen no matter what.

Chapter 2 Lunch

A few moments passed, Matthew was still struggling with the computer and also the files that he had to sign because of some problems yesterday. He left some of the files in a hurry and that certainly shouldn't happen again. He had to make sure all the files were safe and had his signature. Nothing should be missed or some business would be canceled automatically.

Someone knocked again on the door of her room, obviously it was Karen who had gone out to meet the visitor. Clearly she was busy and wouldn't be seeing anyone for some time, let alone for anything unimportant. He would never spend his precious time with anyone. Matthew was not a fun-loving guy and only for a few moments could he be so much fun.

"Come in!" Matthew exclaimed which was soon followed by a creaking sound, a sign that the door to his room was open. He would never make eye contact with a woman or he would suddenly catch a cold. That may sound ridiculous, but it was the truth. Poor Matthew had to really guard himself from being contaminated by anything that could potentially make his figure so sensitive. He had to take care of himself.

"What else is it?" Matthew asked without making eye contact with Karen who had come into his room to tell him the news. He had to keep his eyes open to avoid anything that would make him catch a cold and feel sneezy. Matthew did have that ridiculous disease, it sounded strange and exaggerated, but it was what was happening to Matthew right now. And until now he didn't know what the cure was and also how he could be cured.

"The guest who wanted to meet Mr. Matthew earlier is Miss Clara, she left lunch for Mr. Matthew," Karen said with a face that looked a little wary, in case Matthew would be more angry and ignore her words even more. But unexpectedly, Matthew immediately got up from his sitting position, ran towards the door and went out without ignoring Karen who still looked confused by Matthew's response.

Matthew who heard Clara's name mentioned immediately ran as fast as he could, got off the elevator and hurried to catch up with the woman who brought the supplies. He loved Clara. No matter what the story was he had to meet that woman. He had missed Clara since before, and this surprise really made him so excited. He would soon get the ammunition to make the positive aura on his handsome face return perfectly. He was going to get everything again.

With lightning-fast movements, Matthew immediately ran through the main lobby, headed to the company courtyard and immediately searched for the whereabouts of the poor woman. If he knew that Clara was eager to see him he would never make her wait. She would have gone straight to Clara and invited her into her office. But because he didn't know and there was no previous news that Clara was going to visit, this is how it happened.

Matthew, who was completely unaware and surprised by Clara's sudden visit this time, looked around the courtyard. There were no cars going out of the company zone, everything looked normal and showed no signs of anyone else entering or leaving the zone. Making Matthew's figure confused for a moment looking for the woman's whereabouts. He didn't know for sure where Clara was, but he was worried about everything and would never make her feel ignored.

Until the circulation of his eyes arrived at the figure of a woman who was standing near the bus stop. Matthew immediately recognized the woman who was waiting at the bus stop. Obviously his retinas were still normal and fine, he recognized the woman. It was obvious that the woman with a beautiful face was Clara. Matthew was not wrong anymore. And with a quick movement, Matthew immediately ran towards Clara. He couldn't let her go home first.

"Clara!" Matthew's cry was heard throughout the courtyard, making several people who were going back and forth around the company immediately turn their heads, recognizing whose voice was shouting. Sure enough, it was the voice of their boss who was usually ranting because of some mistakes that happened among the employees of his company. It was no longer a new thing for Matthew to nag and talk about things that they could never imagine before. Their boss was sometimes very unpredictable in his actions.

Clara, who heard that her name was mentioned this time, turned her head towards the source of the voice. Making sure that she didn't hear wrong. It was obvious that it was the voice of the man who had made the fetus in her stomach until now not officially have a father. Even so, at least Matthew had been willing to gradually accompany Clara to do some activities, including being willing to love her figure. Although it was a little hard when hearing about the previous fact that Matthew did not want to recognize the figure of the fetus in his womb, but that was the fact. Now at least things had improved and were a little more pleasant than before.

"Wait a minute! Don't go!" Matthew who finally managed to stop Clara's movement this time was a little breathless because he ran fast to get to her. Clara, who had almost stepped into the bus that had just pulled up in front of her, looked at Matthew this time. At first she was confused, but then she turned away from the bus and looked at Matthew. The man she had been waiting for in the company lobby.

"I'm sorry for not meeting you, I thought you were an unimportant client who came in the middle of my busy schedule," Matthew said while still trying to regulate his own breathing. He didn't want to look so weak in front of Clara, but that was the fact. Although he did regularly go to the gym and do other exercises, but the vibration of the heart plus the pounding of the heart made him not as blooming as usual.

"No problem, I also know you must be busy in there, so I decided to go," Clara said with a face that looked so charming that Matthew was a little stunned looking at the woman he loved. Fantastic!

Chapter 3 Lunch for Two

"Want to eat together?" Matthew, who was still mesmerized by the extraordinary beauty of the woman in front of him, finally made a sound this time. Making Clara immediately smile at the offer. She really liked the offer Matthew made. That was the reason she came here, so she had succeeded in continuing her intention to make Matthew fall in love with her even more. It was really fun.

"Of course, what do you think is the reason I came all the way here to bring you food?" Clara, who heard the offer, immediately conveyed how she was almost angry and a little disappointed that Matthew just sent her home and didn't want to see her. Wasn't that hurtful? She had taken her precious time, she had sacrificed her energy to get there, but Matthew didn't want to meet Clara? Did he think it was a joke?

"Alright, come with me," Matthew said as he pulled Clara's wrist. Leading her to the cafeteria. Of course Matthew would never let all his subordinates make fun of Matthew and then make the incident a topic of conversation. It wasn't funny at all. So, it's better for them to spend time outside the company, right? The cafeteria would be a better place for them to have lunch together.

Meanwhile, Clara who received sudden treatment from Matthew this time could only remain silent, feeling a little awkward. Although they had indeed been intimate for several times, but such sweet and sudden treatment did make Clara more or less still feel quite awkward. She didn't even say anything anymore, all the resentment that had been perched in her heart suddenly subsided just because of that special treatment.

Very magical, isn't it? And one thing and one fact that Clara knew a few days ago was that Clara was someone who was an exception in Matthew's life. She wouldn't make Matthew allergic in the slightest. Unlike the other women, who when in close proximity to the figure of Matthew will immediately react violently at once, Clara actually makes Matthew comfortable and does not feel any strangeness. That fact also makes her figure feel more special to Matthew.

"Wait a minute, I'll call Jensen to bring the lunch you brought earlier," Matthew said a few moments after the two of them sat facing each other in the cafeteria which happened to be quiet. Clara nodded as an answer to Matthew who immediately took his cell phone and pressed the call button on Jensen's contact who seemed to be busy working on some follow-up files that came in a few moments ago.

"Could you please bring me the lunch that's on my desk?" Matthew got straight to the point. He didn't like delaying sentences and not getting to the point. He would never like that. So, no matter what, he had to say what was the point and talk about what was necessary. That's what characterizes Matthew when speaking or when discussing and needing something.

"Okay, take the lunch to the cafeteria, I'm waiting here," Matthew said immediately turning off the phone. Clara who had been staring at Matthew without blinking because she admired how authoritative the father of her fetus was this time a little distracted, she would never want to let things become a thing she had never imagined before. She knew Matthew was the father of the fetus she was carrying, but after all, she couldn't just jump to conclusions that weren't certain, Matthew could just be playing around, right?

"How is our baby today?" Matthew suddenly asked about the fetus that had just crossed Clara's mind. Why did the man immediately ask that? Why did he ask about it all? Why did he say something about the fetus? And what did he say just now? Our words? That's what Clara kept thinking. She really never knew that Matthew would soon say it all. Clara was honestly surprised to hear it. She had just been thinking about Matthew who was probably just playing around with it all. But why did he sound so serious?

"Ah, she's fine today," said Clara's figure with a face that still looked a little surprised by the question Matthew asked. She had never thought that far ahead. All this time she had only relied on herself and never thought that Matthew would really take responsibility for everything. She also never expected Matthew to be responsible. She had herself, she could rely on herself.

That's what Clara thought.

"Thank goodness, I wanted to take you to dinner tonight. But you've come all the way here first," Matthew said with a distinctive smile that actually made the man look even more charming in Clara's eyes. Unfortunately, before they got that close, Matthew had once accused her that the baby in her womb was not Matthew's. That sentence made Clara never again expect anything from that man.

"I'm sorry I didn't tell you earlier that I was coming here, my intention was to give you a surprise," Clara said with her face bowed down. Matthew who realized that immediately shook his head firmly. He didn't want to make the woman he loved think too far and make her think something else. It was obvious that he liked the surprise, he just didn't want Clara to go all the way to his office while still pregnant like that.

"Excuse me, sir. These are the provisions you asked for," said someone making Matthew who was about to dodge Clara's sentence this time turn his head towards the source of the voice. He knew it was Jensen. How fast had he come? And why did he come at such a bad time? But that was not a problem for Matthew who won was used to getting that from Jensen who was often inappropriate.

"Okay, thank you. You can go now," said Matthew immediately shooed Jensen away from eavesdropping on their conversation and let Clara and Matthew eat together in peace. Actually from the look on Jensen's face there were a lot of things that the man wanted to ask, but because of several things and several reasons, Jensen did not dare to ask his boss anything. Then let them talk alone.
