" Hey mister, can I ask you for a favor ". A lady asked with her sweet and intoxicating voice, causing the man who was walking to turn around and stare at the young lady.

The lady wore a pair of blue short tight trousers, and a pink belly top, that has a tiny hand that exposes her shoulder.

Her brown short hair rested on her elegant fair skin, causing the lady to look more attractive.

Her brown emerald eyes were as attractive as the sun, causing the man who had turned around to fix his gaze on her without blinking.

The lady's round face brought out the beauty of her small eyes, which had long lashes above them.

Her flat stomach could make any man who sees her droll on himself, but not him. He can't droll because of how pretty the lady is.

" I was expecting you to ask for the reason why I stopped you, but since you don't care, you can kindly go ". The lady said while adjusting her blue shot.

He raised his brow while questioning her words without talking as he just shook his head sideways before walking away.

" Hey wait!!! I need a favor from you, and I'm hoping you will be able to help me out ". The lady asked with pleading eyes.

The man didn't mutter anything, as he raised his brow again as a means of questioning her, causing the lady to get angry, but she did not dare let her anger get the best of her.

" Okay!! Hi and I'm Cecilia, but you can call me Cece if you wish to ". Cecilia said as she extended her hands for a handshake.

The man took her hands as he returned the gesture while staring at his wristwatch, which seems to be worth a lot of money.

" Ohh!! you must be a busy man, so I'll just make it snappy as ever. So here's the thing...... I'm looking for a husband, not temporary, just permanently. And not husband actually, just looking for a boyfriend ". Cecilia said with boldness.

She saw a frown plastered on the handsome man's face when he heard her say the word ' husband ', so she quickly changed her words to boyfriend, causing the man to smile a little bit, as his expression returned to normal.

" I know it sounds crazy to stop a guy and spill out such things, but you are my only hope. But you were my first hope, so if you can just agree, I swear to pay you anything that you demand, so please do accept ". Cecilia pleaded, causing the man to smile genuinely this time around.

The man nodded his head before walking away without even uttering a word.

Cecilia doesn't know if she should lose control because of the man's rudeness, or she should just walk away and bear the shame and humiliation that she just received, because getting rejected isn't what she likes.

She just glares at the man while frowning her face, as she rolls her eyes and turns towards another direction.

Before turning around, she saw the man standing while looking at her with a confused expression.

She quickly faced his direction, as she smiled while hoping that this arrogant man would call her back because she needs a boyfriend as quickly as possible.

" Should I follow you ?". She asked the man who was motioning for her to follow him by uttering anything.

Cecelia is annoyed with the man's quietness but she had already prayed for someone like this as soon as she woke up from sleep early this morning.

The first thing that made her remove her phone from under her pillow early this morning was the continuous vibration of her phone which was under her pillow.

Her parents were the ones calling, and they told her that they were already at the airport, and were coming over to visit her and her boyfriend, which she had claimed she had.

They have already forced her to show them their soon-to-be son-in-law, but she refuses, only because she gave them a clear description of her so-called boyfriend, and luckily this handsome guy standing in front of her happens to look like her imaginary boyfriend.

The handsome guy in front of me nodded his head, as a sign of me to follow him.

I didn't bother to think twice, as I enclosed both of my hands together while smiling, as I happily followed him.

I don't know where he's exactly taking me to, but I didn't care a bit, because my spirit suddenly rhymed with the handsome man.

He walked freely while staring at the floor before he finally decided to cross to the other side of the road where a black Lamborghini with tinted glass windows was packed.

The man stared at me before nodding his head once again as he opened the car and entered inside it, leaving me to stare at the completely black car in confusion.

" Miss please come inside ". A man said as he made the car window to slowly wine down while revealing his face.

" Umm... does your boss say I should come ?". Cecelia asked because he hadn't said anything to her earlier.

" Yes, miss!!! and do make it snappy, because he's in a hurry ". The man sitting beside the driver's seat said.

Cecilia ran towards the other side of the road and entered the car without questioning the man who was talking to her earlier.

" So hey hi !!". Cecilia said as she tried to wave at the handsome man who was busy with his laptop.

" Can I at least know your name sir, because it's weird you aren't talking to me, even when you are already planning on helping me out ". Cecelia said as she couldn't withstand the total silence coming from the man.

" Well Miss, my boss is Chen Edward, and he's the founder of Charles diamond company ". The man beside the driver's seat said, causing Cecilia's eyes to light up in surprise.

" What!!! so you are my dream crush, and you look so sexy in person ". Cecelia said out loud while admiring the man beside her who still hadn't opened his mouth.

" You know that talking once in a while is good right ?". Cecilia asked while rolling her eyes because it was obvious that the man didn't want to talk.

" Hmm... about that. Sir Chen Edward doesn't talk because he has a problem in opening his mouth ". The man said, causing Cecilia to freeze instantly.

" Let me just quit being surprised, because it's obvious he can't talk because he doesn't want to. Sorry, Mister Edward for saying this in front of you, and please I know that I'm desperately looking for a boyfriend, but I still need to know where you guys are taking me to ". Cecilia said.

She was surprised at first when she heard what that man had said, but then she just removed the words from her head, because the man who is sitting at the front seat is just trying to scare her away, and likewise this handsome Edward sitting beside me.

" We are going to a cult ". The driver said while focusing his gaze on the road.

" Did I do something wrong, because I can still remember that I didn't, so stop driving so that I can come down, before I get accused of yelling at him, and would be asked to spend some few days in prison ". Cecelia said while giving everyone in the car the command to stop whatever they have already had in mind so that she can peacefully go back to her normal life.

It wasn't a crime if she had to give her parents another excuse that her boyfriend traveled, because that's the only way to keep them from forcing her to marry someone she doesn't like.

Once her parents find out that she doesn't have a boyfriend, then they will have no option but to marry her off, since Cecilia had already promised them that she's going to find a boyfriend once she's allowed to live on her own, which they accepted.

But it has been three years and Cecilia keeps lying up and down about someone who they haven't seen once, which made them finally decide that they would like to visit and also take a look at her boyfriend, to know if he's capable of taking good care of their daughter, and to make sure that he's not with their daughter because of family wealth.

" You didn't do anything wrong, miss, we are just going to sign a document in court, stating that you both are married, and that's it ". The man sitting beside the driver said.

He was holding a big tablet in his hand, which seems to be distracting him because he always looks at the tablet before saying anything.

" I didn't say I'm married, I just need a boyfriend..... sir can you be able to help me out, so that I won't put all my hope in you ". Cecilia asked.

" How many days do you need Mister Chen Edward to be your boyfriend ?". The man opposite the driver asked.

" Well please don't talk to me anymore, I'm not asking you to be my boyfriend, so just quit talking ". Cecilia said, which caused the man to close his mouth.

The man beside the driver's seat, showed the driver his iPad, causing the driver to slow down the car all of a sudden, and before I knew it, the car parked beside a mall.

Both the driver and the man opposite the driver's seat wore a black suit, which has a black long sleeve beneath it.

The driver and the other man were both wearing the same outfit, making them look more like a professional.

They both stepped down from the car, which at first made a frown appear on my face because I thought they wanted to open the car door for me, and sent me out of their car.

I was still waiting for them to throw me out, but to my surprise, no one even came to open the door, not even to drag me out from the car.

A whole one minutes passed, but neither did I nor Mister Edward utter anything from our mouth, as we were both staring outside the car.

" Okay!! I can't take it anymore, so let's get to business shall we ?". Cecilia asked but nothing came out of his mouth.

" You shouldn't generate the ability of not taking you to know!!! because it would make your mouth smell ". Cecelia informed.

Edward, who hadn't said anything, suddenly chuckled, as a beautiful smile appeared on his handsome face.

His face was well curved, while his golden hair was combed to the right.

His brown eyes are so Damn attractive, which I'm somewhat grateful for, that we haven't had a real conversation yet, because I'm hundred and one percent sure that I won't be able to prevent myself from staring away.

Chen Edward is a famous businessman, but the truth is told, I haven't taken notice of his physical appearance, even when I do see him appear on television.

His company is one of the greatest companies in the city, and also very popular, because of how trusty and reliable they are.

Edward wore normal simple clothes, which were black shorts, and a white shirt that hugged his perfect figure properly.

His chest is huge, because of the six-pack which he has.

Edward's lips were pink like that of a newly born baby, which is very eye-catching.

When I met him alone on the street, I couldn't realize that he was a famous billionaire because I have never had an interest in him, since all I want in my life is to hold my own production company, without the help of my parents.

" Quit staring at me sir, because looking for a boyfriend is all that I want from you, and as I said!! I'm not looking for a husband, but a temporary boyfriend, so what do you say to that ". I asked Edward because he seems to be a man of few words, or if perhaps a man of no words, and maybe eventually he would talk to me, but for now, I don't mind leading the conversation.

Edward brought out a paper and gave it to me, causing me to raise my brows, but he gave me a reassuring smile.

I stare at the paper for a while before deciding to go through it.

It was a document, which entails me signing up to be his girlfriend for a month.

I stared at Edward but didn't ask any question, because I'm desperately in need of a boyfriend, so I quickly brought out a pen and signed the document without going through the terms and conditions.

I was so surprised that he gave me a document to sign, like if he was already planning that he would meet a stranger on the way who would request for him to be their boyfriend.

I gave him the document back with a smile on my face, but then he gave me his laptop, which had something written on it.

" YOU ARE EXPECTED NOT TO TALK TO ME TILL THE CONTRACT IS OVER ".

Immediately Cecilia saw the inscription, she hung her mouth wide open in surprise.

" Hun.... what do you mean by this ?". She asked surprised.

Edward took the laptop again and wrote something on the screen before giving it back to her.

She took the laptop and stared at it intensely.

' I SAID DON'T TALK TO ME '. was written on the screen of the laptop.

" Huh... so really do mean it ?". She asked but as usual, she didn't receive any response.

" Ohh!! I understand now, and would surely keep it in mind Chen Edward ". Cecelia said while nodding her head like a reptile.

Edward took the laptop from her and wrote something on it again.

' CAN'T YOU UNDERSTAND, I MEAN NO TAKING '.

" But how are you even going to...... sorry, I'm going to keep my mouth shut, so no worries, and it's also going to be as easy as a piece of cake, so I can handle it ". Cecelia said.

She couldn't complete her earlier statement because Edward had glared at her with a furious face causing her to find it hard to swallow.

She canceled what he had written on the laptop and wrote something on it, before giving it back to Edward.

' Can you come to my place today, because my parents are going to come back from the States today '. Cecelia wrote.

' Sorry but I'm going to be busy all day long '. Edward wrote before giving it back to Cecelia.

' But they would like to meet my boyfriend today.... or can we just pick them up from the airport today ?'. Cecelia asked.

She doesn't know why but she kinda likes their means of communication because she could already picture his voice as she reads the text.

' I'll try!!! what time is it ?'. He asked.

' I guess probably around three noon, so would you be free by then ?'. Cecelia asked.

She was smiling as she wrote the text while giving it to Edward. Even though it's weird, she still like it weirdly.

' I'll try to create a chance by then '. Edward said as she gave his laptop to Cecelia before winking at her.

That was the first time Cecelia saw him winking, but a smile suddenly formed on her lips as she became amused that she's getting to know him more, which is progress.

' So can I come over to your house today, because I would like to know things about my boyfriend, and after today, I won't visit your house again '. Cecelia wrote while hoping that he wouldn't get offended by her second request.

" Why do you want to visit my house, when you already know a lot of things about me ?".

" Other than you being popular, I don't know anything else about you!! I'm not a fan of you, so please just for today okay ". Cecelia texted as she placed pleading emote eyes, hoping that he would be able to understand that she needs to know him because she doesn't want to mess up in front of her parents.

Edward nodded his head as he started staring outside the window and this time around, he didn't text anything to her.

Cecelia was about to open her mouth when someone suddenly opened the front door.

The driver and that other man who I still haven't ask of his name suddenly sat down as they accelerated the car engine before driving.

" So mister, what is your name ?". I asked the man who had been talking to me earlier.

" You can call me Mister black ". The man said while smiling.

" And what should I call you ". She asked the driver.

" You can call me Ezekiel ". The driver replied with his soft voice.

The driver seems to be probably in his early thirty, likewise Mister black, but I still can't find how to describe which age handsome Edward is, because he looks so young, maybe probably in his early twenties.

" So are any of you related ?". Cecelia asked curiously.

" Miss!! it's better that you don't ask us any useless question, which is part of things that you aren't supposed to do, and it's written in the contract ". Mister black said.

" Ohh!! ". Cecelia replied as she took the laptop which was on Edward's lap, and wrote something on it.

' Can you please give me the contract document? I would like to go through the DO and DON'T '. Cecelia texted before giving Edward the laptop.

' In the signed contract, you are expected not to ask for the contract back, after you finish signing until the end of the month '. Edward said.

" Ohh!!! this is getting weird ". Cecelia muttered out as she brought out her phone from her bag.

" Miss Cecelia, you are expected to use this phone, while your old phone would be kept on hold because we don't like a situation where you have to be..... ".

" Don't worry Sir, I get it. And besides you can't trust anyone these days, so here's my phone ". Cecelia said as she gave her phone to Mister black.

" Thanks for your understanding, and if you continue to cooperate with us, then we aren't going to have any problem with each other. The only number you are allowed to call with this phone is your parents' number and the number of our boss here. We won't tolerate it if you end up calling someone else with this phone, except both of your parents. Our boss number is the only number you have on the phone, but keep it in mind that you can't call him whenever you like ". The man said while Cecelia just nodded her head, as a means of understanding.

She opened the phone and went to contact, to see what they had saved Edward's name with.

On the contact list lies only one contact, which was ' HEARTBEAT '.

Cecelia became confused because it might just be saved by mistake.

' I can't find your contact on this phone '. Cecelia texted her notebook on the phone and showed it to Edward.

' My contact is there. It's saved as a heartbeat '. Edward informed me.
